The staff members exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor, engaging with guests in a friendly manner that made everyone feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Their attentive service and positive interactions significantly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

There is little value in being too honest, but I have observed that when it comes to sweet dishes, they tend to be overly sweet. I've noticed that people often bring these desserts to picnics and then leave them behind, which suggests that too many sweet dishes end up being wasted. If they reduced the amount of sugar, I believe more people would enjoy them, just like they do with other types of food.

Die Lage des Hotels war super – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hell und hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Animationsteam hat tolle Arbeit geleistet – das tägliche Programm war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert👍

Das Essen war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber die Menüs wiederholten sich häufig und boten wenig Abwechslung im Laufe der Tage. Der Hotelshop war leider enttäuschend – die Preise lagen deutlich über dem, was man draußen bezahlt, teilweise sogar doppelt so hoch. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde leider unhöflich reagiert. Ich kann den Shop im Hotel daher absolut nicht empfehlen. Auch die Verkäufer in den kleinen Läden im Hotelbereich waren sehr aufdringlich – obwohl man deutlich ablehnt, wird man am nächsten Tag wieder angesprochen. Das empfanden wir als störend und unangenehm👎

been to Turkey 4 times, this is the worst I’ve ever been to. it’s not a 5 star hotel, dirty, old, grumpy stuff and waiters. dirty table cloths, moldy food. I regret booking the hotel, definitely don’t recommend it.

Booked all inclusive, checked in at 3pm and had dinner at 7pm, after a few hours My brother and I got sick with puking and diarrhea, checked out the next afternoon (a day early) with no compensation and kept getting told no one else complained about food poison which is so typical for them to say

- Fantastic food, particularly lunch and dinner time that caters for all tastes. - Very hard working restaurant and bar staff who were always polite and efficient. - 27-34c weather the whole time we were there (end of September) - Clean spaceous room - Beautiful lobby/reception area - Large poolside area with water slides and bar - Fantastic spa facilities and manager (Speedy) -Good hotel facilities - 10-15 minute walk to the high street/supermarket and 15 minute taxi to the marine port if you plan on going to Rhodes for the day. - We would stay here again

- We arrived at 11pm, bellboy took our cases without giving me a chance to do it myself and then awkwardly lingered in the room until we gave him a tip. - No replenishment of tea/coffee in our room. - No replenishment of toilet roll (had to ask at reception) - Watered down alcohol for the all inclusive drinks - Although we liked the animation team, the overall hotel entertainment on offer was below par for a hotel rated 5 stars. If you stay for more than a week, be prepared to watch the same cheesy stuff again. - Half way through the holiday, a large chavy UK family arrived and were disruptive, loud and obnoxious and the whole vibe of the hotel was impacted. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault but they didn’t really do anything to calm them down either and the family became a talking point with a large proportion of hotel guests. - Be prepared to wake up at 7am if you want a sun lounger by the pool. Again not necessarily the hotel’s fault but they have a sign which says they will move towels that have been unoccupied for more than 2 hours. That did not happen unless you were on first name basis with the pool manager Charlie. On one occasion 4 guests didn’t use the sun loungers they “reserved” with their towels until 4pm. Bit of a pi*s take. - Although the food was fantastic and there was a lot of choice…they weirdly only served one style of bread (standard loaf) and never had any pitta bread, flat bread etc. bit bizzare considering the culture and food they serve. - Check out time is ridiculously early for a 5 star hotel (9am), particularly as the only shower facility available is in the spa area, which we only knew about through word of mouth and not the reception staff. They do say they will try and accommodate your need and extend your room if it’s available, but ours wasn’t and the guests that were offered it had to pay approximately £40 for the privilege.

I was very happy with our 15 night stay. the staff were all so friendly and the hotel has everything you could possibly need. the food was wonderful, such a great choice. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I return to marmaris. I felt very sad to leave

Good property to stay. The rooms and towels were not looking clean when we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staffs overall friendly. The food is great and tasteful. There is not shortage of food or food service. The concierge services is limited to certain hours of the day.

I am currently on the phone with hotels.com because I was over charged by 60 euros. I booked this resort for my husband and I for 3 nights. hen we got there they said that the reservation was for 1 person. I told them no it is for 2 people through hotels.com. They said it was for only 1 person and that I would have to pay 60 euros extra. After paying I sent an email to hotels.com informing them of the situation. They emailed me back and saying that the hotel was claiming that we showed up with an additional person and it was 3 people not 2 which is why we were charged extra. I told them no it was only my husband and I and they have copies of our passports. Hotels.com then told me that the hotel was refusing to issue us a refund and that I would have to contact them myself. So stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to be scammed out of extra money.

Kapalı havuz çok ufak ve spor salonunda ki aletlerin çoğu bozuk ve bakımsız. Bu iki sorunu unutursak hoş bir ortam çocuklu aileler için.. kesinlikle bir daha gider ve ayrıca öneririm.

We loved everything about this hotel! Food was excellent, staff all around were great and helpful. Entertainment was fun, kids animation was the same daily though. Clean overall and can’t wait to go back! Tattoo shops, beauty shops that do it all - hair, extensions, nails, braids, everything. With all inclusive you really do not ever need to leave the hotel that is the downside, you really have to force yourself out and see the city because you have so much fun in the hotel that you realize that the day has passed.

Definitely not a 5 star experience.

The hotel is noisy and very crowded. The swimming pool and the bar are not inviting. The gym is dirty and the equipement is poor with no working AC. The level of service from the staff is very low. It tooks us 1h to get in a room. We were stuck in a room with the technical staff for 45minutes without electricity before finally changing us to a new room.

Overall good experience. The bed could be improved and internet wasn't the greatest but a great stay overall.

I was alocated huge nice room with large balcony overlooking swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and felt safe. Hotel would feed you from early morning until late midnight. Food is buffe style, nicely presented and theres always chef doing some special food. Food is fabulous. ifyou don't want to leave your room you got kettle some tea and coffee in your room and some water in your fridge. Except outdoor pool and slides, you getting very good (very hot) sauna, indoor pool and a decent gym. I have only left resort for 1 hour during my stay. Resort was very clean and there was a little shop on site. You get free WiFi only in the lobby.
