La ubicación es muy segura y silenciosa, puedes caminar por los alrededores de noche sin ninguna preocupación, tiene un walmart muy cerca, lo que fue muy conveniente, no esta lejos del centro de los angeles (15 min en auto), esta muy cerca de los studios universal y warner bross.

I stayed in July 12th and had an amazing visit thanks to the gentleman who checked me in. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he was kind, attentive, and informative of the area around us. We will return soon to this property. Thanks again SpringHill! The gentleman is truly an asset. Also the breakfast lady that morning was busy but kept a smile on her face and kept the breakfast stocked and replenished. Great team.

We had a late checkin so arrived in the late evening. When we got to the ot room was in a little disarray meaning, the couch bed was pulled out and cousin on the side and microwave door open, at first I thought maybe they had double booked the room so I had my children stay outside while I looked in. There was no one in the room just the disarray, ot was very late and we were tires so just went in as everything aside of that seemed fine. After we settled my children got into their beds and I got into mine only to find at my both horror and disgust that my bed was filthy, not a little soiled filthy with yellow stains and makeup. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to change the bedding...How does this happen? At first I thought maybe they didnt finish cleaning the room because of the disarray, but the bed was fully made. I'm not sure if this is more or less disturbing then when I got into the bed, which was coincidentally also at a Springhill suites in Savannah and there was a sock in the bed. To add to that I am pretty sure both of my children got food poisoning from the eggs as that is the only thing they ate in common the entire trip. DO BETTER!

I wanted a pool size room And thought I reserved that but, I was given a room on the 2nd floor. It was still a nice room. The second thing was breakfast. It was not okay. No pancakes, waffles or French toast for the kids. The bacon was not all the way cooked and there were only one type of muffin.

Great location close to Universal Studios and Hollywood walk of fame. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Very noisy, windows do nothing to block road noise, aircon units are on the floor so can hear a constant humming from rooms above. I prepaid for the room and was charged again on arrival. No one told us they were charging us the full room rate just asked us for a card to put on file which we assumed was for incidentals. Queried this with the reception staff and provided proof that we had paid and they insisted we needed to sort it with booking.com. Upon speaking with booking.com they said the money is there and the hotel need to request it. This was verified by a hotel manager who apologised an hour before we checked out for their error after us chasing for 2 nights. Last 2 days of our holiday in the US and had £650 frozen in our account, not ideal! On the morning of check out we thought breakfast ended at 9:30, not 9. Admittedly our error but no one informed us of the breakfast times at check in so we looked online and google incorrectly told us 9:30. Whilst I appreciate this is our error I think it is disgusting that the hotel wouldn’t even offer our 3 young children (4, 6 and 8 years old) even a piece of fruit. When we explained to the reception staff that we got the time wrong and that we were travelling back to the UK today (10 hour flight) and what could we do with breakfast for the children (didn’t even want anything for ourselves just the kids) the lady SHRUGGED and said there’s nothing she can do breakfast is closed. I have never been to any hospitality venue that has refused young children some food for the sake of 10 minutes, I understand no hot food but fruit and cereal was just sitting there on the other side of the door. Very disappointed overall with our experience which is a shame as the room itself was lovely and the hotel is clean and in a great location. The manager who we finally spoke to who sorted the billing error and apologised for the mistake was lovely, but the rest of the reception staff were unhelpful and left us to sort everything.

Location is perfect, 10min walk to the mall and restaurants and Walgreens! Staff are sweet and super helpful. Room was amazing!

The breakfast was chaos, not enough seats so we had to grab food and eat in our room.

We had a quick one-night stay at the property and were impressed by the quality and room size for the price. The rooms at the Springhill Suites are about 30% larger than those at other Marriott properties in the area. Tangela at the front desk was really amazing with our four-year-old twins. She took the time to personally greet each of our children and make them smile. She went out of her way to make our stay special! Awesome job with the front desk!

The hotel is nice but my room had bed bugs! I was there for a conference with colleagues so I could not easily leave to find another hotel, so I was moved to another room. I *think* it was bug free, however the experience with the first room ruined the stay. Who can sleep comfortably after that?

This hotel was nice, very quiet, rooms were a good size and beds were comfy. I did have a small issue but when I spoke to the front desk it was sorted. Staff were great and very helpful. Would definite stay here again.

9/9-9/10 stayed in Room 227; actually nice by the pool area then stayed one more day On 9/10-9/11 moved to room# 247, there’s bed bugs, I had bitten more than 20 times and still my skin are swollen and itchiest, BED BUGS

Staff is excellent!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Erica the bartender is a favorite, and Isaac was excellent as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the a/c in our room, but the staff was extremely responsive and made sure that it was promptly repaired. We will definitely return to Spring Hill Suites the next time we visit Burbank.

I loved that the hotel was a short-walking distance from a variety of restaurants and bars. Additionally, the pool at the hotel was warm and clean and the rooms were spacious and clean. 10/10. I think I found my new favorite hotel 15-mns away from Universal Studios.

Person on the phone was extremely rude. They have a fee on parking without letting you know before tus charge hits your credit card.. they should tell you before they hand you the parking pass

10 min drive to Universal Studios. Great free breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet rooms (ours hosted 5 guests), good pool and hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit. There are restaurants a couple blocks away.

Everything was great at the hotel from the room, to service, to the pool and parking. The only negative I would say is the breakfast could be better and they need more seating down there.

The Marriott Springhill Suites in Burbank was a pleasant surprise given my generally low expectations for "suite" hotels. First and foremost, the property is in a great location; a short walk to nearly everything in Downtown Burbank and with easy access to the freeways. The property was VERY clean. Everywhere I went, things were basically spotless - including my room! Plenty of parking, although the price of $20/day seems a bit much given that we're in the 'burbs. Internet worked seamlessly for my business emails, etc and the ability to print out a boarding pass was helpful. The morning breakfast needs to be rethought in that when the property is full, there's no way that people can easily avail themselves of the small buffet area and the seating seems a bit tight, unless one wishes to sit in the bar area which was semi-blocked-off. Maybe a person to direct traffic or to restrict the number of people might make things better. I gave-up and took a coffee and went back to my room to work. One last note - the rooms on the front side of the hotel may be "entertained" by the restaurant/bar on the other side of the street until about 11PM. It's not horrible, but be aware. Lastly, kudos to Miranda, the Operations Manager, for such a well-kept and nicely run property.

I was surprised- it was a very nice room with access to the pool.

Quiet and clean area

Great front staff and facilities. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was convenient.

While the closet was larger than expected, it smelled like old moth balls. Also, please give the showers a lower handheld option especially for older and shorter guests. My mother could not reach the shower head to adjust it away from wetting her hair.

Our room could have been a little cleaner. When I pulled out the sofa bed, a lot of rubbish and chips were inside the bed.

Good location but worst bed I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. Asked reception but they gave us a double bed mattress topper on a king bed. Asked if they had another, they sent a mattress protector. They also thought it was appropriate to play loud music by the pool quite late even though they said it was quiet time after 10pm..

Location is great, parking is easy, and staff is friendly. That’s about it. The perfume smell in the lobby is so strong it makes you nauseous. My room was dated and dirty - the couch and curtains were stained and there was a pill from the previous guest next to the bed. I’ll look for another hotel next time I’m in town.

Love the location

Reserved room wasn’t available so I had to settle for a single bed room. Additionally, the AC didn’t work at all which made the stay even more difficult since my family had to make things work by sleeping on the floor.

The front office staff was wonderful. We decided to stay an additional night & were accommodated immediately. We were able to transition quickly. Enjoyed the stay and personal touches the team gave in our arrival welcome. Thank you.

The fold out cough bed was barely a bed..and couch and mattress stained and dirty.

I did find a wash cloth that looked like it hadn’t been changed or washed properly. Other than that amazing place to stay and the staff was awesome. Super helpful inviting and respectful. From the front desk at check in and out and even during my stay to ask questions and Arica at the bar being extremely friendly and attentive.

Dirty. Unsafe and room service was bad. Parking was inconvenient.

The positive: The hotel was in a perfect location close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and the pool was nice. The Negative: We are a family of 5 and reserved a room that accommodates 5 people, 2 queens and a sofa bed, they did NOT have a blanket for the sofa bed and when we asked they said they didn’t have any more in the hotel. We asked twice at different times. They should have enough blankets to cover all rooms that are listed as having a sofa beds. Unacceptable!
