Breakfast was included with my reservation, but the front desk didn't mention it.
This lication is in a residential area. I don't think guess should pay for parking.
Piscine à proximité et suffisamment grande Belle terrasse Bonne situation géographique à proximité de Warner Bros et Universal Studios
Petit déjeuner Personnel pas très accueillant globalement
Convenient location
I not very clean, lacking service
Good location but its noisy. The floors literally shake as you walk. We thought the person above us was doing a workout. Turns out the floors literally shake and vibrate if you move. You speak to reception who claim ignorance as if they've never heard of this before yet several people at breakfast were also saying the same thing. Reception promised to send maintenance to take a look which never happened. We requested to move room and were lied to and told that there was none available despite there being several available to book via the Hiltons own website. Not impressed for that reason. Wouldn't return
Clean and confortable
Wanna exchange coins for washing machine but staff at the reception said no change/no coin.
Wonderful restaurant on site and lots more in within walking distance. Pets okay!
The hotel is nicely centrally located. The front desk staff was very warm and cordial. Very surprised that they did not have a tap to pay option for check in. A colleague had her card with her. The room was a bit small but very clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a 7 out of 10. I opted at the time of booking for the breakfast buffet option at $28. What a disappointment. There were less food options than the complimentary breakfast offered at other Hilton properties like Hampton Inn or Embassy suites. A couple fruit options, cold eggs, not very appetizing. You had the “option” of ordering additional items not included in the so called buffet. Maybe that was the ticket. The area was clean, safe, and it served the purpose for one night.
My family loves staying there the pool was really nice. Breakfast was delicious the server was amazing.
I paid a daily rate at this hotel and when I arrived to check in and they told me there was no room for me
I’ve been coming here for over a year every 2 weeks. The restaurant has vey good food. The service is always 10 out of 10. I’m on the road a lot and Greg makes me feel like family. Great way to end a week.
Housekeeping is bad !
It’s close to downtown and the metrolink.
Price
Loved the location. There are restaurants nearby but the Kitchen restaurant in the hotel is very good. There is lots of parking.
The ADA bathroom had a tub instead of a shower with a bench.
Location and area was very clean
I wish was parking was just lower price maybe like $10 or $15
The parking was easy and a quick elevator ride to check in. Check in went smooth, the ladies at the desk were very polite and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and comfortable. A short walk to lots of shops and food.
Nothing negative to say.
Atendimento da recpcap e o quarto
Custo benefício excelente !!
Most of the staff was polite and willing to assist. The location was great. The desk manager who checked us out was very kind and helpful.
First employee we had contact with at the front desk had a bad attitude and was not very helpful in explaining things. The bed was hard. Furniture looked worn. Area rug looked dirty and worn. Shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. The charging of $25 per day for parking located under the hotel, is ridiculous.
Great location, near a lot of things.
Our room refrigerator broke and was leaking water. The staff was great, they offered to clean it up but we declined as we were only staying one night.
This hotel is lovely in every way. I stay here (Burbank location) every time I come to the area. The staff (every single person) is friendly, helpful, more than willing to accommodate every need. Denise - my waitperson in The Kitchen this morning - couldn’t have been nicer and was a bright spot to the start of my day. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable - the mattresses are perfect and the linens soft and clean. The bathrooms are stocked with quality soap, body lotion and wash, shampoo and conditioner. The towels are plush and plentiful. Finally, the location is in a pretty, tree-lined walkable area with small cafes and shops with just a few blocks. Five star in my book!
My friends and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for our Universal Fan Fest nights trip. Aiden at the front desk was super wonderful and accommodating. We had a bunch of costumes we had to get into and he was able to early check us in to a room and answered all of our questions. Thank you for making our stay memorable Aiden! You are the best!
Great location -walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ikea, other eateries. Our room 272 was farthest from the elevators & exposed to noise from pool pump and outdoor patio noise below. Front desk was courteous & helpful & followed up with TP request. Access to filtered water in fitness room was a great plus. Gregg, Our server at dinner in “The Kitchen” was outstanding. The food was great.
Dora help me get situated and checked us in. I asked for a meal recommendation and hers was spot on. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you, Dora.
The location, friendly staff
It appeared to be shortstaffed sometimes we’re trying to get some needed items
Denise is the best, always makes being here great!
I had a confirmed booking at Hilton Garden Inn Burbank LA, made via Trip.com. When I arrived on April 8, the front desk refused to let me check in, stating the hotel was overbooked. I was forced to walk for 10 minutes with multiple pieces of luggage to another property – Hotel Burbank – a hotel I did not choose or book. The next day (April 9), Hilton Garden Inn contacted me with no prior written notice and demanded that I move back to their hotel immediately. I was in the middle of a work conference call and could not simply repack all my belongings on the spot. The request was rude, unexpected, and completely disruptive. To make matters worse, Hilton Garden Inn cancelled my booking without my consent and refused to issue a refund, citing their cancellation policy. This is absurd — I never cancelled. They refused me at check-in, walked me to another hotel, and then penalised me for their own overbooking.
I liked the fact that it was no hassel receiving a full refund, because I didn't stay my full reservation. THANKS!
It was a bit pricey for the room being that it was not up to date renovation wise. Should have been newly remodeled!
Overall great stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Did not rate as a 5 given the HORRIBLE blankets that were given for the pull out couch. We had 2 different ones and both felt like sandpaper. It’s like they were put in the dryer on a too high heat setting and it melted the fabric. My son went all week with just a sheet due to the poor quality. Hope they see this and correct for the next person. Other than that stay was fine with a lot of dining and shopping walkable distance.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Nice and absolutely comfortable.
Only thing I didn’t like was the prices of their snack bar was very pricey
Zero stars for this hotel!!! When I first arrived to this hotel, I tried to check in but my room wasn't ready yet. About 45 minutes later, the hotel representative told me my room was ready and able to check in. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. Although the towels and bedding were changed, it didn't smell clean. The following evening, around 3 am in the morning, the phone was ringing. We didn't pick up the phone because who would call at 3 am in the middle of the night??!! The following morning, around 8:30 am, there's a knock on the door and it was 2 maintenance guys telling me that the front desk has been trying to contact me. I never received a call from the front desk at all that morning or through out the entire stay!! So I contact the front desk and the lady said she was asking to confirm my first and last name. Her reason was that the front desk did not know who was staying in the room because their system was down when they checked me in on Friday!! WTF? So if the system was down, how was I able to get the room keys? It didn't make sense whatsoever. Then the lady said the front desk was trying to contact me yesterday. I told her front desk they called me at 3 AM in the morning!!! Mind you people are sleeping so why would the front desk call in the middle of the night??!! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!! So when i checked out, the front desk lady was trying to explain to me what happened but it didn't make the situation any better. I asked her why she didn't she call first before sending 2 maintenance guys to the room?? She said it was her fault for not calling first. Never staying at this unprofessional hotel ever again!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!
My stay was excellent. Madison who works at the front desk was an absolute delight. Took care of what I needed quickly and with a smile. Thank you Madison
This location from arrival to departure was an amazing experience and I would recommend for anyone! The team was first class (thank you Maddi, Aiden, and Val) and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was amazing! The location was extremely clean, the room was perfect, and the parking (which is very important to me as a traveler) was easy and fast! I will definitely be back!
I am in LA and SFV area for business often. my recent trip was extended 2x and Madison was great in helping to assist with keeping my room and making the process easy. Great team at Burbank Hilton G.I. ! I always prefer to stay here over the other hotels in the area!
Aidan, Jasmine, Denise, and Cynthia from the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank are above and beyond! I moved from Hawaii back to Los Angeles and needed to stay at the hotel, and I had all of my belongings, including my musical equipment. I ended up getting extremely ill and had to call an ambulance -I was too sick to clean the room that I was staying in and all of my belongings were left there.the second morning. I didn’t think that I was going to be admitted to the hospital, indeed I was for five days! The Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, kept my luggage safe for me didn’t ask for any money and when I came to pick it up, I ended up staying another night or two and they gave me free snacks asked how I was doing and it was just above and beyond. I can’t express my gratitude to the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank. Although, coming with all by belongings - it would’ve been nice if there was a Bellman/woman to help me with everything , lifting suitcases, and containers, and musical equipment onto the Dolly by myself, loading and unloading and pushing it to and from the elevator to my room… It was a lot. I’m 58 years old and have a bad back , and literally for the several days that I stayed there on different occasions there was absolutely no one to help.so, that was the only downside. But if you’re just coming in for work and you have a carry-on or a small suitcase, it’s totally fine! So, that was the only downside but everything else was so EXTRA wonderful that I can look the other way on that part! Lol . thank you guys for everything- truly I am a Hilton honors member and when entering the room seeing on the TV saying “welcome Erin” it made me feel at home. I would definitely stay there again and I might actually be doing that quite soon. Thank you guys so much! truly
This was a perfect location to spend a long weekend, close to shops and restaurants in a lovely area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food in the area. It’s a third party restaurant, so not your typical hotel food. We were going to check out other restaurants but the food was so good that we ended up eating all our meals there. Denise in the kitchen was great, as were the front desk staff. We’ll be back!
Area was nice and had restaurants and stores.
Nothing
We had a great 1 night stay! We especially enjoyed our breakfast because our server, Denise S, was so kind, friendly & accommodating. The food was delicious too.
Hotel was great. Jazmin was behind the bar and was great hospitality! Give that girl a raise! She’s deserves 5 stars all around!
Overall, one of the best stays in LA I've ever had. When I arrived to check in, Denise mentioned that I'm Guest of the Day (they even showed it on the lobby) and got upgraded to Suite. The room was amazing, modern decoration that feels luxurious and clean. I went to the gym as well and it was exceptionally well maintained. Definitely will come back!
Denise was so awesome, very kind, socialable, and humorous, a great server, and most definitely worth the visit, thank you
Rooms are always well kept and what you'd expect for a business hotel, but the reason we keep coming back is the staff. Warm, friendly, and always extremely helpful. Huge shout out in particular to Denise S who hosts their restaurant. What a lovely person, so personable and despite dealing with dozens of people each day, she'll remember your room and name ...was shocked by her memory and attention to detail. Thanks for always taking such good care of us.
Everything was great except for the elevators
Slow elevators
Everything
Nothing
This property is my home away from home when I am in Los Angeles for a business travel. This hotel is centrally located, and staff is consistent and kind. Catalina at the bar is a staple, after coming here for a decade, she is still here holding it down. Denise S knows my order for breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.
Close to stores
First room we got. Sheets were dirty. There was a huge pee stain. We got yellow stained towels
Great location and great staff, especially Denise S. in the hotel restaurant. She’s extremely friendly and attentive and I really appreciated her service. She deserves 5-stars. But I’m giving the Hilton Garden Inn (Burbank) 4-stars, because despite the rooms being very clean, the linens could be updated and replaced (they are a bit stiff and scratchy) and some of the fixtures in the bathroom — specifically, the faucet and faucet handles — were loose and not working properly. I just feel that the hotel could use a little TLC overall. But I will say that the rooms are very clean, and I really appreciated the hard surface floors vs. carpet (super easy to keep clean), and I would definitely stay here again for the money — I do think it’s a good value.
Love the staff and location.
Sink was broken and had to pay for parking in the garage
It was in a good decent location and had parking with elevators that lead to room except parking is extra fee
The restroom floor was sticky and the shower head was dirty also the sink stopper was broken and I had to mess with it to fix and the breakfast was expensive I wouldn’t recommend, I wish I would’ve payed more for a better hotel
Breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing (I really wish I remembered her name, she made the experience worth mentioning in a review)! The room was comfortable and quiet, our cat loved the view and the space to run and play. All of the staff were lovely. The location was safe and the hotel always smelled divine (my friend wanted to know what scent was used). I always tend to get sick from how dry the AC makes the rooms, but that's happened at every Hilton in LA so far. I will definitely be using this Hilton for my regular visits to LA. I was also so appreciative of the safe parking garage as I like to bring my car with me.
I wish the check-in process was a bit more thorough. The site told me that having my cat would be $75 for up to four nights, but the lady at the desk said $75 per night. That gave me some anxiety during my stay. But this is no fault of the front desk staff! I believe they just wanted to get me checked in after a long two days of travel and were being as transparent as possible in case I misunderstood - the cost wound up being $75 total, so it turned out alright. If this was the only downside, I'd say everything turned out well.
Rooms were filthy, checked out of the room and into another room
Rooms could have been cleaner
Very clean, nice staff
The only thing I would recommend is to change out the bath towels. You can almost see through them. Obviously due to the many washings. I experienced this at another Hilton hotel in NY.
Clean, quiet and private location.
I loved the bar and the cleanliness of the room! the staff was nice and accommodating
The elevator was too far from room and the closet way to access it was stairs which is a hassle
Good - nice and clean!
Was further from Burbank than I realized
We had breakfast here this morning. Our server, Denise S., was awesome! Very friendly and attentive. She recommended some good places to do some shopping during our stay. The food was amazing, but the service was even better!
The waitress Denise was very kind and accommodating and super swift service. She’s golden! As a matter of fact everyone I came into contact here has been amazing! We will be back next week!
Pros: Adequate underground parking. Spacious lobby. Three elevators. Room and common areas were clean and updated. Mattresses were decent. The location is the best part. If you exit the hotel and turn right on San Fernando Blvd, you can walk to a Starbucks, a Walgreen's, Trader Joe's, Ikea and a very nice grocery store. If you exit and head left on San Fernando Blvd., you will find yourself in a very quaint downtown area with lots of trees and pretty much any kind of restaurant you can fathom. I don't think I have ever seen so many restaurants in such a compact area. The neighborhood is also very safe. It seems to be made of senior and veteran's housing (large apartments). You are in close proximity to the freeway, but far enough away not to get a lot of traffic noise. The airport is a short drive away. Also, we found hotel prices in the LA area to be shocking. They seemed to be $500 a night or got terrible reviews. This hotel is a bit less expensive, but is still quite nice. The price and location were the reasons we chose this property. Cons: As with all Hilton Garden Inns, there is no breakfast served, which we knew in advance. We were kind of shocked, though, by the price tag of the restaurant breakfast: $25 per person. I would recommend just walking to one of the many nearby coffee shops or grabbing something from the grocery store. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on that. Tip: If you are on a budget, walk or drive to Ikea for a ridiculously inexpensive meal. We would stay here again.
The property is well maintained.

Room and location are nice
Staff are not accomodating.. When asked for the breakfast cost, we were advised to check the card provides..but there was no info on breakfast cost on the card. The staff could have answered right away..
It had a swimming pool.
The room wasn’t clean.
La habitación, el gym y la pileta
El desayuno
Clean, comfortable room, within walking distance of shopping and dining. Nice bar in the lobby.
Very pleasant stay! Stayed using points, In town for my 50th HS reunion) Denise checked me in, she's quick and friendly! She also upgraded us to a corner suite and discounted the parking (normally $25) Despite a 15% Didn't eat or drink at the hotel because it's a short walk to all the restaurants and taverns on San Fernando Rd. Parking is
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank started with a small service hiccup, but Denise Raya at the front desk turned it into a great experience. She responded quickly, took ownership, and resolved everything with professionalism and Hilton Honors points. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the hot tub and amenities were top-notch. Management later followed through completely, posting 60,000 Hilton Honors points to my account — a gesture that underscored the property’s commitment to genuine guest care. This hotel is clean, convenient, and — most importantly — stands by its guests. Kudos to Denise and the team for showing what true hospitality looks like.
Nice room, Bottles of water in room always welcome. Good quality shower, very clean. Nice to see Animal Friendly toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and i had an evening meal which was equally fine. Only downside was the room was not serviced during a two night stay.
Let me start by saying the location was in close proximity to the airport and universal studios. Approximately 10 minutes to the airport and about 15 minutes to Universal Studios in the opposite direction. The pictures are a little misleading regarding the spacing in the 2 queen room, but it was still enough room for 3 people, 4 might be cramped. I stayed for 3 days with my two children, and the service was excellent. I am a Diamond member and asked if there was an upgrade option during my stay, I was upgraded for my stay to a 1 bedroom suite, the negative was that it was a handicap accessible room which didn't work for two younger children and having to share an open shower with no door and water going all over the place. In addition, the sofa bed had soil stains on it, so my son couldn't use the sofa bed and we had to make a little bed on top of the sofa, while my daughter and I shared the bed. Between the bathroom/shower and the stained sofa bed, I requested to go back to the 2 queen room, which they were able to accommodate. It should be noted that housekeeping doesn't check the sofa beds, so if you need to use them, prepare to just NOT use them. The soil stains on the sofa bed should have been identified and rectified before my stay but that wasn't the case. In addition, I had to call down for the sofa bedding because they don't keep it in the room like other hotels do. When we got to the 2 queen room, it was fine for what we needed, there was enough space for 3 people, 4 could be potentially cramped, but it had a mini fridge and a microwave hidden in the cabinets. The shower curtains don't really cover all the way to the tub area so water did get out, but it was better than the handicap accessible option. The front desk reps were all pleasant and answered all of my questions and processed all of my requests. I have no complaints with the staff. There is special parking for diamond members that I didn't notice until the 2nd night because my rental car was making some random noise so the front desk rep didn't get a chance to give me all the details on some of the perks. The restaurant is pretty open, breakfast was expensive and it wasn't like amazing, but it was tolerable. I didn't use them for dinner and I had a $20 per night credit and only used it once. Would I stay here again? Yes, great location, pleasant staff, the parking felt secure (parking is $25 a night + tax). I would just keep with the 2 queen if traveling with kids, or a 1 king if solo, don't do handicap accessible, and if you upgrade, request a regular room, be sure to note that if the room is handicap accessible, then deny the upgrade. I had stayed at the Homewood Suites at LAX last month and this was a complete 180 in my experience at this resort compared to my previous experience at another hilton resort. Maybe it was because it was burbank, or maybe it was because they actually want you to have a good time.
