10 yaşında kızımız ile birlikte 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak konakladık.Kahvaltı seçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon yaptık.Ancak çocuktan kahvaltı ücreti istediler.Ama rezervasyon sırasında bu belirtilmedi.Ayrıca otel restoranındaki şef pozisyonundaki kişi çok kaba ve anlaşmak mümkün değil.

とにかくロケーションが良い！お部屋も清潔。チェックイン/チェックアウトが早い。今回は利用してなかったけど、ランドリーがあるのは嬉しい。

Konumu çok iyi. Ginza’da tutmanızı öneririm burası merkez, ferah, lüks ve güvenli. Her gün temizlik yapılabiliyor. Oda bize göre küçük ama gezmeye geldiyseniz yeterli. Kahvaltıda her şey var çok iyi ama bize pek hitap etmiyor almasanız da olur bence. Etrafında yeme içme mekanı ve dibinde metro var bir daha gelsem yine kalırım tavsiye ederim.

Rooms are small but very very comfortable. No noise and beds were very soft. Location was excellent. Metro right outside and only 1K to Toyko Train Station. Breakfast was fabulous but make sure to get down early as they clear away just after 10am. No complaints.

Breakfast was cleared away at 5 mins past 10 so don't be late !!

The room was nice and clean, not good for 3pax/room though. The hotel facilities were great. Location wise - very convenient: Starbucks on the ground floor, Lawson & Family mart are located next to the hotel building. Train station is right opposite the hotel. The hotel is near restaurants and shopping areas. Check-in & check-out experience was great, convenient and quick.

Not good for those who drive/rent a car. Not sure if there's a parking available. Hotel doesn't have a drop-off area so it was a little inconvenient when we arrived coz the car was parked on the street and so we had to rush.

員工親切細心，還沒走到櫃檯已有員工上前關心詢問需求，若不想進屋打掃只更換毛巾也會供應礦泉水，二樓早餐buffet非常好吃，日式西式都有。地理位置非常好，一樓有星巴克，轉角就有Lawson，Lawson對面有地鐵銀座一丁目(但只有樓梯)，附近餐廳百貨公司一堆，uniqlo旗艦店、無印良品旗艦店、Loft、伊東屋、Bills鬆餅、Läderach巧克力等都在附近，超好逛

唯一的缺點：房間投影燈有點刺眼

The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was well designed. The best part of the stay was the staff at the Front Desk. They were very friendly and offered a true sense of hospitality.

The property was very clean, updated and well- maintained.

Was not as close to Tokyo station as we would’ve liked. In Ginza neighborhood which is a very upscale area but if you’re not looking for luxury goods it doesn’t offer much.

The location was amazing. 3-5 minute walk for any transit line. You have Family Mart, Lawson and 711 surrounding the hotel. Also, the room was super clean. Bathroom was very clean as well and the complimentary bath salts were delightful. Also, the best q tips my wife and I have ever used. The entire staff are very helpful, welcoming, kind and extremely attentive. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Tokyo for our next trip.

Location was great, in a quiet area and very close to train stations (the Ginza line takes you straight to Shibuya), shopping close by, great food and coffee (or matcha options), 7/11 across the road. Hotel clean and comfortable and staff friendly.

I stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Premier Ginza for 6 nights, 1 x night upon landing in Tokyo and 5 x nights at the end of my trip. I was supposed to stay in Shinjuku at the end of my trip but found myself returning to Ginza. The room and bathroom were really clean, they also have Refa shower heads. Pajamas are provided for use during your stay. There is a washing machine and dryer on site. They also provide some toiletries. I tried the breakfast a couple of times, it was nice. The location is great and walking distance to Tokyo station along with other metro rail stations as well as shopping. I felt safe in the area. 7/11 and Lawson’s are very close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean, quiet, change of towels every day (we didn’t need the room cleaned so they left fresh towels on the door along with bottled water which was nice). Relatively convenient location in Ginza.

Room was a bit cramped with no room to open 2 suitcases without blocking the way to the door. Staff OK but not very friendly. Very basic service not making any effort to make guests feel welcome or cared for. They did order a taxi for us twice which arrived on time. They have coffee in the lobby but no water, we arrived on a hot day, water would have been nice. Overall was expecting more.

My 9-night stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel premier in Ginza was nothing short of excellent. The staff members were tremendously helpful. Even with limited English, they did everything they could to communicate with us and provide solutions whenever needed. Secondly, cleanliness is something you never have to worry about in Japan. The bed, bathroom, and public areas such as the hallways, restaurant, and even the public restrooms were all sparkling clean. In fact, every time we returned to our room after housekeeping, it felt just as spotless as it did on the first day we checked in. The breakfast was superb! There was a wide variety of options, mostly Western dishes with some traditional Japanese selections. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled fish. However, if you are staying for a longer period like I did, the breakfast menu remains fairly similar each day, so you might start to feel bored after the fifth or sixth day. If that might bother you, I would recommend purchasing the breakfast coupon on a daily basis instead. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of major metro stations and shopping areas. Since the hotel is located within an office building complex, the area becomes very quiet at night and never feels overly crowded when coming in or out of the building. I truly hope their rates remain the same the next time I visit Japan.

Least Japanese hotel of 2 week trip. Not premier, same as other Diaba hotel we stayed at in another town for much less.

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, który ma naprawdę przestronne pokoje i szerokie łóżka. Śniadania smaczne-do wyboru potrawy japońskie i europejskie. W lobby hotelu automaty z darmową kawą/herbatą, które działają od 14:00 do 22:00. Gdybym kiedyś wracała do Tokyo, to zatrzymałabym sie w tym samym hotelu.

We have stayed here twice before primarily because of being off the Ginza main drag. It is a smaller hotel with commensurate small rooms. The staff was really nice & accomodated as much as possible. Room required some maneuvering around the bed, but bath was relatively spacious. Breakfast buffet was well stocked & varied in its selection. A suggestion: If coming in for a weekend, see if Chuo dori will have pedestrian-only times. Usually from 12N to 1700 hrs.

No complaints. The Daiwa Roynet chain offers a good product for competitive prices. I wish the rooms were bigger for the same price. Lol!

Walkable distance from Tokyo station. Excellent position, just a street from Ginza main road, with the entrance of one metro station just down the hotel and another important station (Ginza line) in 5 minutes. The hotel is very new, modern, clean and the room we booked was enough spacious for 2 big luggages and 2 small. Althought they don't clean every day (but they do if asked) the hotel is very clean and attentive to details. Very nice bathroom with bath tub. Not everyone at the reception had good english but it's possibile to communicate well. They have yamato transport for sending luggage to next location. Amenities and coffe/tea available at the reception. Very good breakfast, they give tickets so be careful not to lose them. Good quality and quantity of food with also some tasty italian dishes.

The room was excellent. I stayed last year and again I loved your rooms, the location in Ginza and the friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast menu was excellent as were the staff to help when needed. The front desk staff were also very helpful in assisting me with various requests. They also helped me with my Japanese which I'm currently learning. I've also stayed in your Fukuyama hotel recently which was just a good.

I which you had a public bath/sento/onsen.

Location is great. Close to metro lines and lots of shops in Ginza area.

Staff is not very good in English and with communication. We had booked transport back to airport and night before they mentioned that highway would be close the next day, so more time would be needed. Timely communication was missing here.

Great location in the quiet, central area of Ginza that offers easy access to the subway, shopping and dining. Wonderful stay experience with the friendly and attentive staffs, and a housekeeping team that keeps the rooms spotless and cleaned.

The location

The breakfast offering was appalling. Paying for breakfast and then being asked to pay for coffee, with no customer facilities offered to make your own in the restaurant. The staff in the breakfast room were rude especially to non Japanese people, rolling their eyes because I asked for a table to be cleaned, a broken toaster, however meeting & greeting Japanese customers and showing them to their tables where we were told to find our own. The The room was so small there was no where but the bed or the floor to open a suitcase: Every time going to or from our room using the lift it made automatic stops at the reception on level 3 which was super inconvenient. We also asked when checking in the first time if there was a laundry room in the hotel, we were told there were none. Then on our second stay we saw it sign posted in the lifts as being on a separate floor and on the TV menu. The tv volumes were extremely low which was not great for my husband who suffers hearing loss. Honestly the only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. I would never recommend it to anyone or stay here again.

We had a three night stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza Premier. Then another night stay upon returning to Tokyo before flying home. We really loved the location. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Tokyo as the location was fantastic. Right near great shopping, convenience stores, main train line, and many wonderful restaurants. Our room was well appointed and clean, we left our suitcases safely stored before check in as we went off to explore Ginza. Our hotel room had its own well appointed bathroom, toiletries, room safe, TV, fridge and closet. Breakfast in the restaurant was also good with a large selection of food to choose from. The restaurant was also opened for dinner which was great after a long day of walking and looking for a place to enjoy a lovely meal. There was also a Starbucks at the entrance of the building for convenience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For a great and safe part of Tokyo to stay in I would highly recommend the location of the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza.

Buenas habitaciones , excelentes los productos para el baño que ofrecen en recepción, Muy buen baño con ducha y bañera.. Muy buenos los sobres de café por goteo. Excelente desayuno, el café es lo más flojo. Excelente ubicación en el centro de Ginza, distancia caminacle a la esracion de Tokio. Personal súper amable y muy dispuesto. Pocas maquinas de laundry para la cantidad de habitaciobes, se producen largas esperas s la noche. Sacaron las cajas fuertes de las habitaciones pero traen una a pedido… claro, no queda empotrada…

El sistema de vales para el desayuno que hay que administrar por día y no perderlos, en vez de ser automatizado con la llave de la habitación.

Close to just about everything. Easy access to many things. Very safe and quiet. The area is more mature, close to high end shopping. Very close to 7/11 and ramen.

Good location as I had a conference at the Tokyo international forum (10 min walk). New, clean, decent sized room for a big city, amenities good, comfortable bed.

I would not stay here for sight-seeing (unless high end shopping is what you’re lookjng for). Impersonal, restaurant not good (breakfast particularly strange). This is a business hotel. There is no warm and fuzzy feel, it’s utilitarian at best.

At the time of checking out I requested to have 2 pieces of baggage stored for one and a half day. They refused. I have booked 7 rooms for 2 or 3 days at least twice in the past ( maybe more but I don’t feel like checking ). Very bad business practice to treat good customers like this.

Our room was a good size with a shower separate to the bath. It was clean and modern and the staff were very helpful. The location is great with restaurants nearby and very close to the main shopping area of Ginza. It is also close to the subway station.

Location and larger rooms as compared to those around tokyo area. Very Convenient honestly, you get LAWSON, FAMILY MART, IZAKAYAS, SHOPPING all within the vicinity. Not mentioning starbucks beside although daiwa roynets filtered coffee is already very good and also a tax free japan drug store right opposite!

Breakfast could be better. Stayed 6 nights here and breakfast everyday is the same and crowded. The breads are not top notch and the juices i realised aren't fresh as well, is bottled but blended into smoothie. I skipped 2 days worth of breakfast although i have already paid for it.
