Outside the property at the front there were plenty of chairs but only 2 tables , the shower wasn't very good and the toilet didn't flush properly.

Hi.stayed here for 1 week. In August. Place needs work. But as a budget hotel I cannot complain and wonder why some of the bad reviews are made.yes the room I had was not immaculate.small problem with tv.sorted.hot shower every day.room was clean.coffee etc topped up daily.but price i paid for 1 week i was quoted that per day in lythem st Anne's were my friends live.wi.fi in room.super breakfast.great location. Lovely staff.if you want luxury then pay for it.stan

The owners were friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcome, it is in a good location and price was fair. They offer breakfast which was £10 for both of us and its lovely food, it is clean and has singers on a friday and saturday night not badly price for drinks aswell the bed was comfy and room was clean and owner always asked how we was and how our day was going would 100% stay again best hotel we have stayed in.

The staff were very accommodating, rooms were vslue for money. Our original room was on the second floor. However, when I explained I couldn't walk up two flights, they had no hesitation in changing our room. The breakfast was outstanding.

Great location for watching the Airshow. We had a seaview room on 2nd floor, so need to be fit to walk up and down stairs, which we are. And for me it's good exercise! So win win 😊 Room was quiet too, given it's on the promenade in August. Staff hospitality was great, friendly, helpful. Very good buffet breakfast Lovely dining room looking across the promenade to the sea.

The family room was a good size, it had Kettle, hairdryer and towels provided. Very good location. The hotel has its own bar and they provide entertainment albeit we didn't watch it as we had plans on an evening. We did grab food on our way back and they kindly let us eat it in the bar area before we went to bed. Overall, just a really laid back place, I'd stay again.

The door to the bathroom was just a little stiff, the kids kept falling back into the room after pushing it open which was highly entertaining for us really 😅

The property was lovely it has 2bars, and is situated in the middle of everything, it’s right on the beach front and the views are great. The staff was amazing it was my partner’s birthday and they put banners out on the table for breakfast I could t thank them enough.

Stairs to room knackered us out ( pensioners ) Sink cracked and hot tap dripped non stop toilet cistern took ages to refill after a flush Tiny TV which was not in a good place has we couldn’t see it from double bed … it faced to wall Mattress lumpy/ ridges and we didn’t sleep well Think price was a little expensive just for a room Entertainment lounge was bit drab and no dance floor plus it was empty both nights so not much atmosphere … however Saturday night the girl artist got the 10 people involved in her act No non-alcoholic ciders available at bar Pool table set out wrong way has no room to hold cue needs turning rectangle way … plus games room not open in day!

Great comfortable bed, Breakfast was tasty, p,entiful and excellent value for money. Room was very warm when we arrived but there was a fan in the wardrobe to use which worked well, the next day it was very windy that made the room a bit chilly.

Had a lovely 4 nights stay here . Can’t comment on breakfast as we ate out . The hotel was lovely and clean , nice bar area . Our room was sea view and was very comfortable . Everything you need is includes in the room hairdryer. Oscillating fan ( which was a godsend for us ) tea /coffee/sugar provided and a small selection of toiletries. Room was a good size with plenty of hanging/ drawer space , comfortable bed and lovely clean sheets and towels .

Location was superb for all things Blackpool Lady who runs it was very friendly and super helpful. Staff checked daily if we needed our room cleaned or fresh towels etc Breakfast was excellent, plenty cereals and hot selection, toast, yoghurt, and some fruit. Well presented and tasty. Free parking was a big bonus We found the hotel very pleasant, and kept clean. Budget room was small but that was stated when booking but wasn't an issue as plenty storage. Bar was quiet but still early in season and the downstairs entertainment (we only saw a little) seemed good. We will be back in summer season.

Blackout curtains for room would have been so helpful as our room was super bright which was lovely but not when you wanted a long lie. Water pressure was a bit poor on our floor (top) so shower was weak and toilet sometimes didn't flush properly.

This hotel wasn't our first choice but it will be the next time we visit. We were looked after from we arrived until we left. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, en-suite was clean and functional with constant hot water. Food was plentiful, freshly made and really nice. Our host Julie went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay.

Batteries had stopped working in remote, but was easily fixed. Didn’t have a great view, just other rooms across the corridor and alley way. Would have liked sea view but all taken, but no major issue.

Traditional Blackpool hotel which had helpful, friendly staff and was perfectly clean. Entertainment at 9.00 pm was superb in the downstairs bar. Parking was also available round the back which is really helpful.

Room was small, as was the bathroom but it didn't affect our stay.

I loved the locatio it was exactly what we needed it We were pretty much close to all the places we needed to be. The one thing that done it for me was the room with a Seaview. A fantastic view of the promenade and the sea. Very calming.

Very friendly hotel for couples and families. Lovely and clean throughout. Julie is very friendly. Good parking at the back. Close to central pier. Didn’t have breakfast but other couple said it was great! Love having a sea view room.

Room is small for a double but was comfortable. Floorboards noisy. Would love to see the outside front a little more spruced up to spend more time outside.

The owner was very kind. My breakfast was a mix up with booking.com. I paid for mine but my son was free..shower was a bit naff but I'd happily stay again.

Brilliant location. Staff were great with us all. Lovely buffet style breakfast. Parking was close to hotel. Little bit dated but worked. Good entertainment. We both said what a great pint of lager lovely cold and crisp. Looking at booking again next year. The kids loved it. The lady that met us and the man behind the bar were both great. Sorry Carnt remember there names.

Room, dirty carpet, sheets didn’t look clean, room had a dirty smell even with the window open, the mattress on the bed was so worn couldn’t and wouldn’t sleep on it. Couldn’t open main door out of the property due to the homeless sleeping outside it. Booked in at 10.45pm and left at 7.30am.

It aint the fanciest but its a nice clean enough b&b with an excellent seafront location. Room was clean. Bed was comfy with tea/coffee making facility and a telly. Don't need anymore for a long weekend in blackpool. The entertainment downstairs again I thought was good touch especially if you have kids and you aint looking to go out on the razz. Ben the country singer was excellent and the bar prices are more than reasonable for a hotel. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and I wasnt disappointed. Think I paid a fair price for a more than decent hotel.

Sitting sideways on the toilet but having the wall that close is good to rest your head when you come home 3 sheets to the wind.🤣
