Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Alles sehr praktisch.

This was rated as a 5 ⭐ hotel, but.... There were no safety bars on the tub. The fridge wasn't working when we arrived. You had to use very thin paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast. There was no decaf coffee in the breakfast room.

When I booked you said I would be able to book a shuttle to the airport. You did not mention that you only offered certain times. Your scheduled times did not work out well with our early flight. We did not want to spend 2 extra hours at the airport. So we booked an Uber, I recommend you allow guests to choose a departure shuttle time. I probably won’t stay again because of this.

Prior to booking, I asked about late check-out fees and was informed—on two separate occasions by different staff members—that the charge would be $10 per hour. Based on that, I planned accordingly. However, when I extended my check-out until 2:00 PM due to unforeseen circumstances, I was charged $30 plus GST for two extra hours. This does not align with the information I was originally given. Clear and consistent communication is very important, especially when guests rely on it when making decisions. Could you please clarify the correct policy? If the rate is indeed $10 per hour, I would appreciate a review of this charge. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this can also help ensure consistent information is communicated to future guests.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026We had a fabulous time. We were well rested by the time we moved on.🙂 the beds were great, and the location was perfect. Lots of options for all your needs.
The only issue we had was that our room never had a sitting chair, only the desk chair. And the breakfast room where you survived yourself was very small . That was a bit of a challenge navigating. But the food was fantastic and the sitting area was lovely .

The breakfast was way too early to close at 9:30am. It should be at least till 10:00am or 11:00am. What if the guest just woke up at 9:00am and have to get ready before going down then there is no breakfast left? This is the first time I encountered a hotel that closes the breakfast early.

I'm GF so appreciated being able to eat the eggs and bacon without worry. I wished they had GF bread choice but didn't see that even though they had a number of items such as muffins, waffles, fruit and yogurt.
While we were away we left our vehicle there. The charge was more than what we expected especially when it was outside in the parking lot with no cover. We did appreciate the convenience though, and were picked up and brought back by the shuttle service free of charge.
