Just the locaction was good .

First of all, this was a really bad experience at this hotel. I stayed with my family — 2 adults and 1 child — and unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. There was no cleaning service, no napkins, no hand soap, and basically nothing provided. We had to manage everything ourselves, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting basic hotel services and cleanliness.

فندق La Pazza Suites ممتاز اعطية 10/10 الموقع و السعر قريب جدا من تقسيم و شارع الاستقلال وكل الخدمات يمك بقالة مطعم مغسلة كوفي محل تليفونات اي شيء واللي خلاه احلى وجود اخي باريش 🫶 وسيسقين و maat و الوسيم طبعا عبد الرحمن ما ننساه و الموظفة ماذكر اسمها حسيت الصراحة سكنت بين اهلي وربعي حسيت اني واحد منهم وفيهم والله مب غريب اتمنى انكم تكونون جميها بخير ان شاء الله و بأذن الله لي عودة قريبة واححلى شئ بالفندق هدوء و آمن جدا. شكرا لك اخي باريش 🫶 ، سيسقين ، maat , عبد الرحمن ، جميع من بالفندق 🫶 🌹

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Nettes Personal und eine 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption. Sehr unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Kühlschrank vorhanden um zB Getränke zu kühlen.

Ein paar Haken zum trocknen von Handtüchern wären gut gewesen.

Nice location, excellent and friendly staff, fair price

No warm water! I can't understand how there was no warm water from the night I arrived till next morning I left (10:30am). Difficult to take shower and shave. I do ot think that if the (deluxe double) room price is quite fair that this justifies the lack of hot water. never experienced again in a hotel. Additionally, my room has missing soap dispenser in the toilet sink and I had to use only the one in the shower

I stayed here briefly and it was fine for a short stay. I would not stay here for longer. It is good value for a short stay, small rooms with private bathroom and also has a small fridge and kettle. Shower was not super hot. Bed was fine. Staff were great and very helpful.

Towels were thin and need replacing. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

При заселении нам сообщили , что нет свободных номеров , хотя бронирование было совершенно ! В итоге мы остались без жилья с 2 маленькими детьми

De locatie is echt enorm dichtbij de metro en 1 van de bekendste gebieden van Istanbul. Je kan vanaf hier overal makkelijk komen! Het personeel is ook heel erg vriendelijk. Ik had de accommodatie een airco!

Helaas was er schimmel in de badkamer, en had ik helaas zelfs vlekken in mijn verschoonde dekbed.

Very beautyful hotel, luxury, vrey clean ! It’s very close to the center. The owner is a very good guy and handsome 💪 and have the best Wi-Fi !! I will come again here for sure ! 7 ******* Excellent !

We stayed at the hotel 5 nights and unfortunately had only one cleaning done Even didn’t take out the trash every day I think I shouldn’t have left a tip on the second day

Zimmer waren immer sauber und aufgeräumt, Lage sehr gut, in 3 Min fußläufig in Taksim beibder Istiklal Street

Location is perfect Affordable

The facility cleaniless level was quite poor. No daily room service. I advise to use your own bed sheets and towels if you are planning to stay there.

Ovo je manji obiteljski hotel s po dvije sobe na svakom katu. Ima mali lift. Osoblje je ljubazno. Sobe su prostrane i čiste. WIFI radi dobro. Hotel se nalazi odmah u blizini poznate ulice Istiklal i kvarta Cihangir. Cijene noćenja su razumne.

Mana je što sobe nemaju balkon (barem nije imala ova u kojoj sam ja bio). Gledala je na neko ružno dvorište prepuno smeća. Također izolacija je grozna. Čuli su se koraci u sobi iznad moje i to me baš izluđivalo.

Dodgy disgusting place with terrible staff

Wij verbleven niet in La Pazza maar zijn afgeleid naar Tepe Palace. Het bed was zeer goed en het was netjes schoongemaakt, geen kamer met badkamer, maar een kleine suite met plafonds van vier meter hoog, wel leuk. Het was gerieflijk. De ligging is ideaal, op 50 meter van Istiklal Caddesi voor shopping en op 200 meter van Taksim Meydan, met een metrolijn en taxi ranks vlakbij.

Wij verbleven niet in La Pazza maar zijn afgeleid naar Tepe Palace, dus dat was al niet zoals gereserveerd. Dat gebeurt wel meer in Turkije, bait and switch. Het was een oude, charmante Ottomaanse woning waar nog volop in gewerkt werd toen we aankwamen, hoewel we hier geen last van hadden. De douche werkte niet goed, mankeerde een deur, de afloop was verstopt en liep over, de badkamer was koud. De badkamer was gerenoveerd met tweedehands materialen. De haardroger was ook recuperatiemateriaal. De deur sleepte en de sleutel was lastig in het slot te krijgen. In de tweede kamer was er de voorlaatste nacht een lek aan de radiator. Dit zijn vermijdbare details die onnodig irriteren. Het personeel waren geen professionele hoteliers maar erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Anderzijds was het erg goedkoop; wij betaalden €530 voor twaalf overnachtingen, dat maakte veel goed. We wensen dan ook niet echt te klagen.

È stata fatta confusione con la prenotazione quindi mi è stato recato un disagio . La pulizia è delidente

Przyjechawszy na miejsce, nie mieliśmy żadnego kontaktu z właścicielem obiektu. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego kodu dostępu oraz informacji na temat sposobu dostania się do wnętrza bloku. Ze względu na to, iż nie było żadnego kontaktu z właścicielem, który nie odpowiedział na żadną z wiadomości, byliśmy zmuszeni szukać sobie nowego miejsca zakwaterowania. Centrum obsługi klienta Booking.com w pełni umyło od tego ręce, nie pomagając nam odzyskać pieniędzy pobranych za pobyt w obiekcie.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño de igual forma. Dispones de un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación. La ubicación es inigualable: a pocos minutos de Taksim y lugares de ocio, restauración y compras. Se duerme muy bien: el aire acondicionado/bomba de calor funcionaron perfectamente y la habitación estaba bien isonirizada. Pude dormir sin molestia alguna, pues además la calle es bastante tranquila y segura por las noches.

La ducha estaba un poco baja y el colchón un poco inclinado hacia la cabecera de la cama. Tenía dos sillas inmensas en vez de dos pequeñas y una mesa en la habitación. Yo quitaría las sillas grandes para poder disfrutar del balcón y las vistas hacia la calle.

While we were out, hotel staff entered our room without any notice and removed all of our personal belongings, leaving them at the reception. Our items were handled carelessly, with dirty clothes mixed with clean clothes and fragile belongings all mixed together. When one member of our group returned to the hotel, the staff tried to prevent him from entering the room and only then they informed him about this incident and claimed there had been a bathroom leak from our bathroom to the room below and that we were moved to another hotel.Otherwise we had no information prior to this and gave absolutely no permission to them to pack and move all of our stuff. When he(my friend from our group)finally checked the room, it was already clean and prepared for new guests. To make matters worse, an important personal item went missing. This situation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable
