ロケーション、お部屋、温泉は言うまでもなく、スタッフの方のご対応もとても親切で優しく、気持ちが良かったです。食事も丁寧に説明してくださり、子供の誕生日ケーキの依頼も気持ちよくご対応いただきました。ケーキを運んでくださったスタッフの方も一緒におめでとうと祝福してくれ、嬉しかったです。 食事も夕食、朝食ともに最高に美味しかったです！ またぜひ宿泊したいなぁと…帰りたくないくらいでした。

築10年とは思えない程のお手入れ掃除が素敵でした。 特にお食事は、とっても美味しかったです。 スタンプラリーをして3歳の娘が花火をし、喜んでました。 また宿泊したい連泊したいと思った初めての五つ星ホテルでした ありがとうございました。

개선점이라기보다 지역특성이겠지만 갯벌래가 엄청많음 야외 벽마다 다닥다닥붙어있어서 비싼돈들여 테라스와 야외온천이있는 방을 예약했지만 사용하지못함 엘레베이터든 이동시에도 사사삭지나다니는게 너무 소름끼쳤음

Our maisonette overlooking the sea was beautiful and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. We had a wonderful time on this property.

Breakfast and public bath were located at their sister hotel 5 minutes walk from us though there was a golf cart to send us over to the next hotel upon request at the front desk.

Amazing two-storey suite (seaside maisonette) on the sea edge, with a private onsen both inside and another in a little outside garden. Breakfast was hosted in the sister hotel next door and very good. Beautiful views over Beppu bay from the room and could easily sleep 4 in two bedrooms.

If we were super critical, the restaurant stopped serving at 7.30pm which we aren’t aware of ( there are few alternatives nearby) and there’s a slightly exterior motel-like architecture that belies the high end accommodation. The interior areas, however, were stunning and beautifully crafted.

Staff were extremely helpful and room was absolutely fantastic. Loved the private onset in the room.

Perfect place to relax for a couple of days between the bigger cities. Private onsen was perfect. Had mineral deposits as you would expect if you know how springs work would ignore any reviews that mention mould.

OK for us but make sure you know how the buses work before you get there. Essential to visit the city centre and to visit the hell springs.

The in-room onsen was great. Superb views.

The rain!

The room was large, pretty, clean and comfortable. Gym and Tea room are beautiful. Staff responsive and polite. Breakfast selection is excellent except pastries.

Breakfast room and onsen in a separate building, not connected. You either walk along one of the busiest road or take a ev car which for 30 seconds ride looks extreme. For this kind of luxury property I expect a connecting bridge on the sea side.

We have had a seaside maisonette with a gorgeous view in the ocean. The ambience was wonderful, the personell friendly and helpful, the service always there when needed. The private onsen is a little piece of paradise.

Basically, there was nothing to be bothered of.

Great Hotel with great staff in an extraordinary place. The garden was lovely and also the rooms with the sea view and private onsen were great!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast as well. Hotel staff were very friendly. Dinner was served quickly, and the food was excellent. Will definitely come to visit.

Tout était parfait, le personnel à l'écoute, les lieux, les équipements, et la chambre était incroyable avec son petit plus, le bain privé vue sur mer. Le petit déjeuner est également une expérience très agréable avec un choix de produits divers et de qualité !

incredible stay! Took a flight directly from when we landed to Tokyo into Oita and then a taxi to the resort. Staff was waiting for our taxi to arrive, had the room and welcome drinks waiting for us. The room was more like a townhome! Huge layout with two bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Breakfast was a great way to try some of the regional offerings. Vincent was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions. Resort is close to the train station so it was easy for us to leave Beppu.

Nothing. Only feedback I would give is to do a massage at the spa vs. in the room. The staff does not have mobile massage tables so the massage takes place on a bed and it was not the most comfortable.

Room is good size.

This was my second visit. The visit was 2.5 years ago and everything was very impressive. This time, 👎🏼. We could only spend 1 hour for breakfast. The Japanese dinner was rush. We felt that we were pushing and did not enjoy it. Dinner at the western restaurant and there was a fish bone in one of the dishes. Again, we felt that we were pushing and had no time to enjoy. We are disappointed.

有醫生紙證明身體狀況不能外遊。已經提早幾日通知取消，因該酒店政策不能退款。其他酒店卻因為我有原因而肯全部退款。

The resort is an ultimate escape from the city. Wonderful staff all round between both properties.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Assisted us with whatever requests we had. Great stay!

Spacious room, lovely staff

The lovely seaview, the spacious rooms, and the plentiful amenities. Both the outside and inside onsens are nice, and the foods were decious. We can also visit the guest onsen with an infinite openair pool, a sauna and a whirlppool, and the seaview lobby at the affiliate hotel Amane Seikai next door free of charge. There is also free afternoon tea, with decent snacks and drinks daily.

Found a bug in the room which we killed and disposed of.

Suveränt boende som blev ännu bättre av den oerhört trevliga personalen. Vi njöt varenda sekund på boendet mellan de två onsenbaden på rummet och loungen som erbjöd snacks och dryck. Extra bonuspoäng till mannen som tog hand om oss när vi anlände och guidade oss till rummet. Han är som gjord för ett jobba med människor. Fylld med karisma och kompetens balanserad med humor.

The staff are INCREDIBLE at Amane Resort - especially: Victor Aguillar-Perez, Raisa Phuyal and Krishna, but many, many others as well whose names we did not ask for, very much including the lovely cleaning lady!!

There is a very noisy main road nearby.

La maisonette était super, le onsen incroyable, j'ai beaucoup aimé la présentation personnalisée en français de Victor.

La connexion internet n'était pas très bonne.

Alles 😅 Ich wollte nicht mehr weg. Der Ausblick vom Onsen auf dem Balkon aus ist überragend… tagsüber und nachts. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, das ganze Hotel war einfach nur spektakulär und ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ach, das Frühstücksbuffet war natürlich auch reichhaltig und großartig und die Lounge war ebenfalls wunderbar. Auch der Gym Bereich war prima.

Die Lage des Hotel direkt am Meer war sehr besonders. Das Apartment war für japanische Verhältnisse aussergewöhnlich gross und sehr stielvoll und gemütlich. Ein eigenes Bad/Onsen innen und aussen haben wir noch nie gehabt. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in der Region Beppu nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Das Frühstück ist sehr japanisch geprägt. Z.B etwas mehr Müsli und Joghurt wäre super. Auch ein qualitativ besserer Kaffee wäre wünschenswert.

스파는 옆동 호텔로 이동해야 하지만, 전동차로 이동을 해 주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 입실 후 라운지도 이용할 수 있고, 라운지에 음료나 주류 간단한 먹을거리가 있어서 좋았습니다. 저녁 가이세키 요리는 아주 프라이빗한 공간에서 즐길 수 있고, 요리도 서비스도 완벽했습니다!! 남은 밥은 오니기리로 만들어 주셨어요^^ 조식도 옆동 호텔에서 이용했고, 뷔페식 요리는 다 맛있었어요^^ 호텔이 너무 좋아서 호텔 시설을 즐기느라 벳부를 즐기지 못했습니다ㅠㅠ 퇴실하다 보니, 바로 옆에 해변 공원도 있고 한데,,, 객실에서 즐길 수 있는 온천도 너무 좋았습니다. 여행 마지막 날 호텔이었는데, 여행을 마무리 하기에 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

노천탕이 진짜 좋아요. 그리고 종업원 친절도가 너무 좋아요. 뷰도 너무너무 좋습니다. 그리고 클럽라운지 음식도 맛있고 조식도 너무너무 맛있어요.

다만 욕실의 창문이 너무 개방적입니다. 씻을 때 맞은편 바다에 배 한척이 가만히 있던데 그냥 멀리서 카메라로 찍으면 나체가 다 보일 것 같아요. 욕실 창문이라도 태닝을 해줬으면
