Affordable family suite in such great location is rare. If you need a clean and comfortable place to crash it’s best.

A bit noisy at night, we didn’t mind though.

Chambre insonorisée . Bruit intense, check-in chaotique, accueil froid – à éviter Je suis resté dans cet hôtel du 5 au 14 septembre 2026, en famille avec deux adolescents de 14 et 17 ans. Un premier voyage à l'étranger gâché C'était leur tout premier voyage à l'étranger. Imaginez leur excitation en arrivant à Istanbul… et leur déception en découvrant un hôtel médiocre, bruyant et inconfortable. Ce voyage devait être un souvenir magique, il restera marqué par une expérience désastreuse. Check-in : une expérience effrayante · À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a dit que je n'avais aucune réservation, alors que le paiement était effectué depuis une semaine. · J'ai dû insister lourdement et le réceptionniste a dû passer plusieurs appels téléphoniques avant de retrouver ma réservation. · Imaginez après un voyage épuisant avec deux adolescents : se faire dire qu'on n'a pas de réservation, c'est vraiment effrayant. Accueil : froid et peu chaleureux · Difficulté à obtenir un simple sourire ou un bonjour correct. · Aucun sentiment de bienvenue, aucun effort pour rendre le séjour agréable. · On a l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être client. Le bruit : un calvaire permanent · Chambre initiale au 1er étage, juste au-dessus d'un bar : musique très forte et vibrations ressenties dans le sol et les murs, sans interruption de 19h à 23h30. · Le réceptionniste de nuit m'a confirmé que le bar est bruyant tous les soirs. · Après une longue journée de visite à Istanbul, on était vraiment fatigués et on avait besoin de bien dormir : c'était impossible. · J'ai dû sortir de l'hôtel à 23h30 pour échapper au bruit. · Après réclamation, on m'a changé de chambre… au 4e étage. Mais le bruit reste intense, surtout du jeudi au dimanche. L'hôtel est situé au milieu de plusieurs bars et boîtes de nuit : impossible d'y échapper, même en hauteur.

Firstly, greetings and huge thanks to Yilmaz – he is the most polite, kind and nice person in Istanbul, the best manager in this hotel – he upgraded our room for free, he was always ready to help, very friendly and cheerful, and genuinely made our stay at the hotel better. Above all, I had some problems with the bank, he offered to help and call them. Thank you Yilmaz!! The hotel is near the central street so it's close to many churches, shops, restaurants, cultural places. The room was great, the bed was very very comfortable.

The street is really noisy so on weekends it's difficult to sleep due to loud music – this is the only thing that wasn't good at the hotel

i really loved how cleened and beutiful is the hotel and the beds so fluffy and comfy and the location its great cafee and bars just around the corner and every thing is close metro buses and every thing

the aircon didnt work it was hard to sleep specially its so hot in august and the plugs to charge my phone by the head were all massed up and to plug ur phone u have to slid ur hand and try to plug it that should be fixed

Excellent location near to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Plenty of shops restaurants and bars nearby. Spacious room with aircon. Comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good public transport nearby

Noise levels from nearby night club - not the fault of the property but something to be aware of ! Shower was difficult to operate. Safe deposit box in room was not working and staff unable to fix it which was inconvenient

ولا شي في هذا الفندق كويس وكل الصور كذب ومااعطيه تقييم الا تحت الصفر

وسخ وفي حشرات والحمام يسرب والشارع ماتدخل فيه سيارات والبارات ومحلات الشيشه ازعاج الى الصباح صور الغرف اللي في بوكينج ماتشبه الواقع بشي كلها كذب الغرف فالحقيقه ضيقه وقبر مايمديك تتحرك فيها وطبعاً بوكينج ماردو علي ولا تواصلو معاي ولا كنت ابي اغير الفندق طبعاً لان كله سلالم ومافيه حتى بيل مان يساعدك ، والمدير وقح واسلوبه قليل ادب وقمه فاللا اخلاقيه

Airy, bright and comfortable room located just behind Istiklal Avenue in the heart of Istambul. Good quality of mattress, bedding and towels. Friendly and attentive staff.

Laundry service was extremely expensive! $32 usd for 10 pieces of clothes! Abusive price!

I had a wonderful stay at Mirrors Hotel in Taksim. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and I really appreciated how secure and peaceful it felt, even while being close to the lively atmosphere of Taksim. The room was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was organized with attention to detail, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was one of the things I appreciated the most. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Mirrors Hotel. It was a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay, and I would happily choose it again when visiting Istanbul. The reception team was one of the best parts of my stay. Berkay, Yılmaz, and Furkan were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

There is honestly nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was great!

отель находится в центре улицы Истиклял это очень шикарно, один момент имейте ввиду около отеля находится очень много ночных клубов по этой причине всю ночь будет ужасно шумно а так в целом остальное было хорошо

Es waren schöne geräumige und saubere Zimmer.

Die Lage zwar Top aber auch sehr laut, weil mehrere Bars direkt am Hotel gelegen sind mit lauter Musik bis tief in die Nacht gespielt wird.

It was a little noisy from the nearby pubs, but not too bad.

The staff are so nice and friendly. The location is very convenient close to everything . The place is so clean. I will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone I know . And definitely I will book my accommodation with them next time I visit Istanbul .

Ekstremt mye lyd fra utestedene på gata nedenfor. Full fest på rommet fram til 03.00 i ukedagene, og enda lengre fredag og lørdag. Deretter hører man alt av opprydning, søppel og glass tømming. Dette er ikke for deg som trenger å sove!

Guys at the registration were doing their job very good.

Nobody cleaned nothing, for 3- nights. Not a single recycle bin was cleaned.

Sular sarı ve pis olduğundan jakuziyi kullanamadık, bar bölgesi olduğu için çok sesliydi geceden sabaha çok müzik vardı, çalışanların iletişim becerileri düşüktü ayrıca oda çok da hijyenik değildi

It was very, very noisy and the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, 2 nights in a row. The staff was absolutely clueless and pretended they didn't get what I was saying. One of my worst Booking experiences ever.

قليلاً من الصعوبة في وصول السيارة من موقع الفندق ، تاخروا في تسليمي الغرفة لغاية الساعه الثانيه والنصف ، لكن المميزات تشفع لهذه السلبيات البسيطه

If you have family to sleep early do not take this hotel . There is music until 3 am every night . Can not sleep at all. Room service is not routine . You have to ask them to clean your room .
