There are two persons in the booking counter. One told that i can pay at time of check in time. I spent two nights. While the booking was for rs 1067/-పేరు day. He charged 3,400/- as the doller rate increased. No room service, cleaning or bed sheet changing. Door lock is broken. And finally the room is open to balcony with french windows (full glass) slide with out locking.no hot water. But staff always smiles.

Excellent location in central thamel touristic area of Kathmandu city. Very good food and comfortable room. Friendly staff and excellent services. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

It was not far from central Thamel. It serves all basic needs.

The hotel is a bit older, a bit dark and not too comfy.

Staff helpful. Included breakfast was good. Room and facilities were of a standard expected for the price paid. Stored luggage on premises whilst I travelled to other location.

The staff was especially helpful. The location was perfect,; just far enough off a major street to be quiet.

It didn't have instant hot water for the shower. One has to wait, wasting water while waiting.

No chairs/tables on the rooftop. My room was quite dark (no natural light) and the bathroom was run down.

My room had a strong smell of cigar and they change me imediatly, but I wonder if the hotel was full, I could not sleep there.

Private room with priate bath, hot shower, breakfast. Nothing has surprised me. Everything as expected from hotel. Brekfast fine, you can choose from menu more possibilities

I stayed there for a total of 10 days. It was my first time visiting Nepal. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is also great, it is right next to Chhaya center. Many visiting places, good restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs, marts all are within walking distance. They also have a restaurant and a bar downstairs where you can sit and eat and also get room service. I booked a room with breakfast. Their breakfast is also nice. Would definitely stay here the next time I visit Nepal.

I booked 2 more days after staying 1 nights. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Easy to get to the heart of Thamel and could find many good restaurant nearby. You can order some food and drinks in very reasonable price even by phone call in the room. It was way better than I expected in this budget.

Everything! Location, breakfast, staffs... especially hot shower in evening. It was real HOT shower. Also, I didn't expect this quality of breakfast. I could order anything in 350Rs. I could choose plain lassi and grilled cheese sandwich instead of just toast and these were really good!! Thank you for many helps staffs :)

Nothing. Maybe no elevator? but I don't expect any elevator in this price range. Walking stairs will be good for warming up ur body before big himalayan hikes. I didn't need air conditioner because it was mid November when I stayed. I think fan room can be hot in summer season. I don't know. In winter season, it will be really good option for budget traveller.

Location is best

The hotel is located in the center of the city in a lively area, close to Durbar Square and other sights. I would like to note the very friendly staff and the overall comfortable feeling of staying at the hotel

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very kind and always there to help. The room was pretty small, but confortable and with everything one needs. Breakfast was included and really worth the price. Overall a very nice surprise, would definitely recommend to spend one or a few nights there!

Beds were extremely hard and nothing close to a pillow top mattress as described. When we complained about this as soon as we checked in the manager requested the mattress to be flipped by the staff.... obviously this made no difference but when I said this wasn't good enough I was laughed at by the staff in question and told for a different mattress I would need to pay extra. We brought this up with management and they echoed this so after some arguing over the advertised description he eventually gave us a different room. This wasn't much better but by this stage we just wanted a room as a refund was being refused. The complimentary breakfast was basic and cooked to order so OK to start the day but don't get too excited but fresh bread would have been nice. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of the markets and lots of good restaurants also a very nice gesture from management was to keep our room on for a very late check out as our bus didn't leave until evening. Decent enough budget hotel but some slight updates and improvements needed.

The staff at this hotel are friendly however the hotel needs upgraded. Two out of the three lights in our room did not work and the bathroom window would not close tight. The mattress was very thin and lay on a piece of wood, not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and breakfast was good.

Very dirty hotel. The room was like have not being cleaned after another guest stayed. The toliet was stucking with paper with blood. Others hair are on the pillows and a half - drink bottle of water is in the room. I arrived the hotel at late night and arranged for the pick up. They have confirmed the pick up time but they didn't show up. Called them, they said is coming and I waited at the airport for more than 30 mins. I think they didnt came to airport until I called. As the hotel is only around 15-20 mins to the airport. There is no point to arrange the pick up and end up to stay a dirty room after a tired flight at mid night.
