Radisson Hotel Edmonton Airport

• No carpet in the room. • We arrived quite late and the check in process was seamless. • Two LARGE bath towels were provided which was very nice.

• The beds rolled around on the floor with next to no effort which was odd. • Had expected a duvet or comforter however both beds were simply supplied with top + bottom sheets. • Each bed was equipped with 1 small pillow, rather than two or four per queen bed at other hotels. • There was no tv remote to be found. • No face cloths or hand towels provided. • No seal at the bottom of the door (1/4-1/2” gap), light and noise from the hallway made the room much less private. In the future this hotel will not be a contender if we return to the area and are in need of a place to stay.

Great location to airport with 24hr free shuttle. Excellent value for price. Staff were efficieient, friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom floor needed cleaning. Shampoo & Conditioner containers in shower were empty. Upon request these were quickly filled on our second day there, and bathroom floor was cleaned.

We had to ask for multiple things. Our room had one towel, and it was a hand towel. We had to ask for towels, soap, hangers, and glasses.

I want to tell you how extremely inconvenient this hotel has been. Especially after a very long road trip to get here. We got here and the evening fella was lovely at check in but I asked for 2 keys and only received 1. When we got to the room, I had to use washroom. There was absolutely NO soap in the room. The wall attached body wash bottle is empty above the washroom sink as well as the lotion. The nice fella from the desk brought us up 2 bags of soap. I called the restaurant to order room service and they wouldn't answer yet we just walked by and saw it empty. The call was routed to the front desk and he told me the kitchen will call me right back. I didn't hear from them for almost 15 mins then the lady told me I could only pick up food not have room service. We put the tv on and the remote is missing the battery cover so they kept popping out and the guide on the tv doesn't even work so we had to turn every single channel just to find out what was on tv. We had just spent a week in the bush and really wanted to watch some tv. In the morning we go to have showers and every single bottle of products is empty in the shower and there were only 2 towels provided for a room with 2 queen beds meant to sleep 4. There was mold all around the bathroom grout as well. We went down for our complementary included breakfast and I asked for a tea with a splash of milk and the waiter told me I'm not allowed to have milk for my tea or they will charge me for it. This place is ridiculous I do not recommend it at all. It looks like a nice hotel and the beds are comfy but that’s it.

Langer Weg in die Stadt rein, aber man muss eben wählen, worauf es einem ankommt. Mir war die Nähe zum Flughafen wichtiger.

It was sometimes hard to control the temperature. It got too cold at times during the night.

The breakfast was supposed to be buffet, but it was the same thing every day eggs small piece of ham, toast, cube potatoes after four days we were done. It advertised a breakfast buffet on the site. But was not there disappointing.

Pillows and bedding could be improved easily. Pillows were quite worn out. Duvet/blankets were not enough, as the temperatures in Edmonton dropped this week. We were very cold at night even with the AC off. Shower could be cleaner

I thought the location was great, as we had a late flight and late check-in. My issue with the hotel is that our room wasn't cleaned by staff prior to check-in, when we went downstairs to let them know, they didn't have another room for us so we had to be sent to their sister hotel across the parking lot.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the hotel is reluctant to provide an invoice, even though it is their responsibility to do so. Very disappointing.

Shower is fantastic, but floors can be slippery, so watch yourself.

On my last day, I did want to have breakfast before I left the property. However, I sat and waited for about 10 minutes, and no waitstaff approached me. I decided to leave, and the front desk attendant stated that he was in the cooler in the basement and would be back shortly. Unfortunately, my time was limited, and I could not stay to wait.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, but most notable was the friendliness of the staff.

Spent night before early departure. Delicious restaurant with great staff in hotel - there is nothing around hotel and there are very limited options for food at airport (a Tim Hortons and sports bar) in area before you go through security. Affordable.

Only negative is it is the first stop on the shuttle bus route to airport so about 10 minutes longer in morning to stop at other hotels (I think we had 3 stops) on way.... although cheaper than the closer ones so that was a benefit

My comments were not on the website that I was bringing a pet, I had confirmed with hotel beforehand that they could see my comments that I was brining a pet which they said they did. When I was checking in they had me in a non pet friendly room so had to change me and did not het the updated room I was under the impression I was getting.

We got a room where the beds were not made, trash was full and it smelled horrible. Next room they gave us was clean. We had no towels and the phone didn’t work. We went down around 9:00 to ask for towels. At 11:40 they knocked with two towels. These things should be in place when your room is cleaned
