Amazing stay and highly recommended! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was also very quiet, with no noise at all, which made the stay very relaxing.

Convenient location in nicer neighborhood on dead end street. Initially thought doorman was a plus [but woudlnt stay if female traveling alone and had to interact with or get key from Dorman at in empty apt bldg.] clean sheets, extra towels as requested. kitchen but didnt use it.

Watch out for Scam charges w key card. Carpets in lobby stairs and in elevator and in room.. everywhere VERY old and smelly and dirty [filthy.. id guess from 1990s?]. Woudlnt walk barefoot in room.. Couches seemed like they were picked up off the street/ garbage. Didbt want to sit on them. not worth 1,000 pounds over 3 nights. Windows left open ( airing out after chemical spray? I worried about rats getting in through open windows] . Hight Bathtub and slippery floor seemed dangerous. Woudlnt stay again. AFTER we checked in (on last night) they sent note via Booking.com app they charge $250 ...PER CARD KEY if not turned in by checkout time. Fortunately we DID hand it directly to the concierge.. but I wont stay in any booking.com apts or hotels if they allow hotels to scam vacationers like this. I can see a $5 charge but honestly its part of doing business when renting a $430/ night hotel room. Charging customers $250 for a cheap replaceable card is unreasonable and a scam!!

There is no elevator, so hauling heavy luggage up and down is quite a struggle. The washer works, but the dryer function isn't good—the clothes are still damp after drying. The kitchen lacks oven mitts and placemats, and there is nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom.

The fridge was smelly (it had recently broken and been replaced; however, the rotten food smell permeated the apartment for the whole of our stay) The shower head was broken There were no tea towels These were reported to the reception but not rectified during our stay. Our biggest concern was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They live in and have small children. There was running and bouncing of balls late into the evening and very early in the morning. We spoke to reception about this and they responded that they were aware of the noise from that apartment. Again, nothing was done to rectify or assist with this. While the location is a 10/10 be aware that the other issues mean I would be unlikely to stay or recommend this hotel.

글쓰기 A Wonderful Stay at Manson Place We booked this hotel at the last minute because of the heatwave. I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews from Korean travellers, but it turned out to be one of the best places we stayed in London. The air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference since many places in the UK don't have it. Having a lift was also very convenient. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking our own meals. The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Oliver. He was always kind and welcoming, and my son kept saying how nice he was. We didn't even realise that we had left my son's phone behind until Oliver contacted us. Thanks to him, we were able to come back and collect it. We are so grateful for his kindness. After moving to another hotel, we realised how much we missed Manson Place. We wanted to come back, but unfortunately it was fully booked. If we visit London again, we would definitely stay at Manson Place again. Thank you, Oliver, for your kindness. You made our trip even more memorable! !

The only small inconvenience wasn't the hotel itself. South Kensington Underground Station doesn't have a lift, but many Tube stations in London are like that. Carrying luggage was a little difficult, but many kind people offered to help us.

It's a nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood. It is close to 2 tube stations and tons of places to shop and eat. The people who work here are nice and welcoming. The flat is very cute and very comfortable and safe. The lift to the upper floors is nice to have, and so is the washing machine.

Non ci è piaciuto il fatto di sentire i rumori di chi camminava e continuava ad aprire e chiudere le porte al piano superiore. Inoltre si sentivano anche persone che parlavano. Quindi mancanza di insonorizzazione.

6連泊するのでキッチンや洗濯機の備わっていたこのホテルを予約しました。本格的な料理は作りませんでしたが大き目の冷蔵庫や調理器具、食器が使えて便利でした。予約していたタイプより広い部屋を使わせてもらえたこともあり、リビングもベッドルームも広くて快適でした。バスタブ付きのシャワールームはお湯の出が良くて使いやすかったです。 地上階だったので眺めは期待できませんでしたが、閑静な街の袋小路の奥にあるので周囲が静かで夜も安眠できました。 その一方、地下鉄駅からは5分くらいの距離で途中にはレストラン、ファストフード店、スーパーマーケットなどが立ち並んでいましたので利便性も最高でした。 またロンドンを訪れた際はここに泊まりたいと思っています。

特にありません。強いてあげるなら建物玄関のオートロックがうまく開かないことがあったくらいです。

Manson Place offers nice serviced apartments in an excellent location. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure in the bathroom is great, and having a washing machine in the apartment was an added plus.

The kitchen could use some additional utensils (no wine opener, strainer) and a Nespresso machine would be nice. We were in a lower ground flat, and we could hear the people in the ground floor flat above us as they walked around - and they were walking until late into the night, which was a real distraction.

The whole place looked run down and oversold on it’s location. Nothing worked and what did was just not good enough. I stay in a hotel ar9this location once a month and I’d never go back here. The ‘view’ from my room was of a filthy light well full of pigeon crap so disgusting you wouldn’t want to keep the door open for some fresh air The kettle didn’t work A tv that had no working screen sharing capacity so it was Freeview or nothing No plug for the bath No plug for the basin No light to shave Not bathroom door lock A frying pan where the handle fell off

Isolation entre les étages , on entendait beaucoup de bruits à l’étage au dessus du nôtre.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Premièrement , ils nous ont mit dans un appartement en RDC exposé à tous les bruits nuisibles pour ne pas dormir ( ventilateur , passage des gens....), ou tomber malade par le taux d’humidité et les moisissures très élevé. [Appartement changé le lendemain après plusieurs réclamation]. Deuxièment: quelqu’un a volé mon argent caché dans la valise.(1 jour avant mon depart) Troisièment: booking m’a arnaqué, en proposant un taxi gratuit au moment de la réservation

The place is extremely rundown. We stayed in a lower ground flat. Strong smell of sewage. The terrace was covered in pigeons’ excrements. Avoid it.

The location is fantastic & the apartment is comfortable & roomy. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. We appreciated the kettle and tea and the close proximity to so many restaurants, the tube, and even a surprise Saturday farmers market.

The walls are a bit thin, we did find that we could hear the upstairs neighbors a bit but we brought sound machines to sleep with and that helped a lot. We also would have appreciated a few extra blankets as it was quite chilly.

Eine wunderbare Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse mit edlen Wohnungen, fußläufig an der Undergroundstation South Kensington , die eine tolle Anbindung an gleich 3 Linien hat. Die Wohnung ist 24/7 mit einer Rezeption bewacht die hilfreich für alle Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Wohnung selbst (8) war großzügig mit bequemen Sofas , Esstisch einer super eingerichteten Küche, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine... und einem guten Service . Alles war vorhanden Handtücher, Toiletartikel, Fön, ... Frühstück kann man sich in der nächsten Straße bei ettlichen Cafès , Shops holen , es ist eine belebte Straße daneben mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten von Pub, Pizza, Chinesisch.. alles gleich daneben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Mit eigenem Kinderzimmer ,Schränken und 2 Badezimmern war definitiv genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub als Familie. Es war warm, gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke , wir würden dies absolut weiterempfehlen.

A 5 min à pied de la station de métro South Kensington, dans une impasse calme, l'appartement était propre et spacieux. Le personnel est très aimable et aidant. L'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur.

Même si l'établissement n'y peut pas grand chose, nous avons été réveillés par nos voisins du dessus car l'insonorisation n'est pas idéale.

Excellent location for transport and Museums. Quiet. We chose the accommodation because it had a kitchen and laundry.

It would have been nice to have a small container of milk when we arrived as it was late and the shops were closed. We were both looking for a quick coffee when we arrived.

The reception staff was ever so kind!! Always willing to help. Location is a dream. Quite street for good sleeping but smack in the middle of south kensington. Quite a large appartment too.

I received a booking.com genius discount for my stay but if it would have been full price then maybe I would have demanded the finishing to be of a higher standard. That being said, you do get a fully equipped appartment with a good bed and fully spotlessly cleaned.

Awesome location, apartment was well set up and roomy. Very comfortable with everything we needed, including fridge, washer, hotpot, etc., Daily maid service.

Took about 10 minutes for concierge to open front door to let us in. They apparently were not expecting us at 10:55PM, even though they had confirmed our check in at 10-11PM. I think I woke them up and they seemed slightly put out, mentioning they were not expecting us. Keys failed to work that night and had to get them reissued next day. But otherwise flawless after very minor inconvenience.

Location is fantastic. In the heart of South Kensington and Chelsea. Everything you need is just within 5 mins walking distance from the property. The staff servicing the property were very friendly and helpful

This is not the property’s issue, but more of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s waste collector’s issues. Waste is often scattered around after collection. Specifically on the property, it could do with a better and proper reception desk.

The room was very clean and spacious. Extremely good value for what I paid. Location and proximity to South Ken tube stop which is very well centralized is hard to beat.

We were in the basement unit and the hall was filled with big laundry bags. It didnt really impact us but felt sort of like we were staying at someones house. Overall still great value.

The unit was clean and the kitchen had most of what you need. We asked for a coffee maker b/c none was provided and they provided a French press. The second bedroom beds were very small, so not very good for adults but great for kids. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to help us with our requests. Overall it was good, a nice quiet place, on a dead end street and we felt very safe and comfortable.

Nos ha encantado todo!!! Somos una familia de 5 personas y nos alojamos en el ático. La verdad es que no podía haber elegido mejor alojamiento, superó nuestras expectativas con creces. El apartamento es una pasada en todos los sentidos (amplitud, limpieza, tiene todo lo necesario); el personal (David) súper amable y la zona increíble, tranquila y con todos los servicios necesarios (cafeterías, supermercados, cercanía del metro, etc... ) para hacer una estancia, como la que hemos tenido, genial!!.
