Furniture can be upgraded, modernized. There was some strong smells , and room was little noisy in the mornings.

Property is well situated.

Some investment needed: kitchen blinds very old and not functioning properly, no coffee machine, coffee cups and short some kitchen utensils, kitchen needs an upgrade. Need a shower screen installed. Very old aircon units that are noisy…Need better soundproofing from street noises.

Excellent location for a concert at Hyde park. Very spacious for our family of 6.

Balcony doors extremely stiff to open (I couldn’t). Jacuzzi unusable as the jets spat out black soot when turned on.

The apartment was spotlessly clean,.very quiet and cool despite the 30 degree heat We were facilitated with an early check in which we very much appreciated, and the staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very busy with BST Hyde Park and the World Cup on but the room was very quiet. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was welcoming. The facilities were clean. The coffee pot was broken. The washer was not working. We enjoyed the location.

公寓地点适中，步行五分钟可到Green Park Underground 站（正在公园对面），沿途街区干净安全，有各种餐厅也有美味的cafe和甜品。地铁站往前两三分钟就是M&S可以买各种食材（相对近一点的Tesco Express没有新鲜肉类，酒店门口对角有一个小店可以买到冻的整鸡和番茄青瓜水果之类）；去大英博物馆也只有几站路，不过地铁两头要走十多分钟。一卧室客房面积四十出头，动线很舒适，厨房设施齐备（有咖啡茶包和糖包，但需自备调味料包括盐胡椒），洗衣干衣很方便，浴室宽敞，备品充裕。每天都有服务员来清洁更换物品，有趣的是每次都来3-4个人，很可爱友善。对于喜欢自己做饭的人，这里是个很好的选择。

浴缸边缘稍微有点高，进出要很小心。个子不高的人更要注意安全。

Our stay here was short and sweet but we were able to drop our bags of easily early and got given somewhere to get changed and washed. The staff were helpful and our lost friend even got in to us with any issues.

The water was cold and the plug sockets didn’t work for chargers.

The location was perfect. It was close to many places we planned to visit. There were many restaurants and parks closed by. But the building is in a quiet area. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable for two of us and it even comes with washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Bedroom and bed was kind of small even though the living room, bathroom and kitchen are quite well sized.

Location in the city was good for transit, via walk or tube, Mayfair js a pricier area. Kitchen, washing mc., nice bed and pillows

When we got there they just gave us a room that room happened to be on the back side where every night the bars are dumping the bottles in the trash cans and then at 6:30 to 6:45 every morning the big dumpster comes to be emptied so quite noisy on the back side. Also kitchen dishes are unneccessarily fragile

The best location, staff really helpful, and by far the best value for money in the area.

The location was perfect for us. The room was plentiful and very good for a longer stay. The hairdryer did not work and the staff were happy to offer a replacement but we had already brought our own.

We felt the space around the bed could have been better maybe swapping the living room around with the bedroom as these apartments seem good for travellers so it is more about the sleeping space than the living space. Just a thought and NOT a complaint.

The location per Se is good - but the entrance area was just under heavy renovation - a lot of dust everywhere - not super inviting

Great location Green Park Tube station close by. Friendly staff - Waseem was very helpful. The reception area being refurbished at present, this doesn't impact on getting keys etc. Clean & comfortable apartment.

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, and another extra bathroom in the corridor. Very comfortable and well located. Suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a flat in London for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The gentleman at the reception, whose name is Naeem , was extremely polite and helpful. He assisted us with everything we needed and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The service provided was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London during this period.
