Fue una noche de paso, nada mas, porque al otro día madrugaba para tomar un vuelo sobre las nueve. La ubicación es excelente, un solo trayecto en metro desde el aeropuerto, sin necesidad de cambiar de línea, así que es una excelente opción para este tipo de situaciones. Paradas de buses a solo unas cuadras. La estación del metro a unos ocho - nueve minutos caminando. Lamentablemente no pude disfrutar del desayuno dado que salí incluso antes de las seis. La habitación es básica, pero muy cómoda y la ducha con hidromasaje excelente.

El único punto "negativo" es que no hay restaurantes ni supermercados cerca. Tienes que llevar lo que necesites y salir a buscar un lugar para cenar si no quieres hacerlo en el hotel. Aunque, para ser honesto, siendo Estambul esto es algo que incluso forma parte de la experiencia. Una Istambulkart con saldo, y listo. ... Como ya conocía la ciudad, salí nada mas registrarme y volví pasada la media noche.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed it, The room was clean, as was the hotel.

Our room did not have a window that could be opened, so it sometimes felt a little stuffy. It would also have been nice to have a buffet breakfast.

OK pris, nära Metro-stationen där man kan åka till flygplatsen. Bra stolek på rummet och det fanns ett litet kylskåp.

personalen ställde fram en frukost som innehåll väldigt lite som jag kunde äta. Det var mörka smala gator att gå på för att ta sig till hotellet, så åk taxi om du ska hit. Det beskrevs som när köpcentret, men det var väldigt svår att ta sig dit till fots. Ofräscht i badrummet.

My room was right next to the elevator, which was super loud. It didn't bother me during the day, but it woke me up a few times at night because the sound was so loud. Other than that, everything was great.

Zimmer waren komfortabel.

Beim Empfang herrschte Konfusion über meine Buchung, angeblich gäbe es keine. Nach einer halben Stunde bekam ich dann endlich das gebuchte Zimmer. Beim Frühstück ist nur der Tee inbegriffen. Kaffee kostet extra.

Location was super great, very close to Gayrettepe and therefore easy to go around. Staff was great.

I liked everything: the size of the room and the bed, the service provided by the staff, and the very delicious breakfast.

Staff not up to the basic standards. I arrived at 6:00 pm the lobby is empty I waited for a quite long for the staff to come and check me in.. when he came ..no smile .. no welcome .. no apology !!

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage – die Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche, hilfsbereite und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit bemüht war, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Ich kann das Milport Hotel Levent jedem empfehlen, der geschäftlich oder privat nach Istanbul reist. Ich komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service!

nice hotel, room is small but cute. We wantched football just after arriving. The match was quite interesting, so we were happy with all around.

The hotel was great, but when you are coming from the underground you need to find the correct exit, it is not easy. But it is easy to find way back from the hotel to the airport metro station. Breakfast is very good.

I didn't like metro line that didn't have clear exit signs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They were attentive, responsive, and made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Convenient location - 2 metro stations nearby, one of them is the last station of M11 line, straight from the airport; the other - would take you to Taksim square. Zorlu center is within walking distance if you like some shopping. Friendly staff. Breakfast is available.

Room is very much dated, in need of certain renovation. Walls are thin, you can easily hear your neighbours.

The breakfast was a ready prepared dish, not a buffet table. I have eaten much better in hotels in Turkey. At the same time I was told that a pack for breakfast could not be prepared or us due to an early flight as we have been told that the cooker has already gone (it was Saturday evening when we arrived and I was asking for Sunday morning 8 am - totally acceptable, but then there was a ready prepared meal for each of the guests. What if we had just got it in a pack. The air conditioning was spoiling the electricity in the room, once put on 20 degrees, it started blowing a lot and the electricity in the room was shutting down - no TV, no light, no air....in the hot July weather... Moreover, we were on the top floor near the emergency stairs and there was a man smoking at stairs outside and drying his shirts on a fresh air, I believe he was also a guest but our bathroom was very close to the window facing those stairs. Despite the abovementioned facts, the staff was GREAT! helpful and kind, the room was clean. The location is perfect for people flying to/from Istanbul airport as the hotel is near a metro station taking you right to the terminal. Important: the metro station is in 3-6 minutes from the hotel but the platform to airport is at least 10 more minutes to reach to going under and under the ground. Plus the train goes every 20 minutes. This needs to be anticipated, especially if you are traveling for work or have a flight.

I liked the staff, they showed me how to get to the center of the city and were helpful. The metro station for M11 to the IST international airport was close.

De stroom viel vaak uit in de kamer. Ontbijt was heel mager weinig keus. Matige hotel zou het niet aanraden voor lange verblijf.

Its within walking distance of a metro station that connects to the airport and all the main touristy spots. Onsite parking is a major plus, though keep in mind, the garage has a 2m height restriction. Breakfast is excellent too.

The rooms are not soundproof. Early morning, staff start room cleaning and service which can be an issue for late sleepers. My room was right in front of the elevator so it was particularly noisy throughout the day.

Good locations, short walk from Gayrettepe metro station on M11 line of the metro coming straight form the airport. Breakfast is limited but good enough. In general this hotel is good value for money. You cannot pay less and expect 5 start hotel experience. For its price the hotel is very good. The basic things like cleanliness, helpful personnel, decent comfort in the room are there. The hotel allows to connect only 2 devices to WIFI. The Front Desk employee was very kind and helpful when helped me to connect my second phone in addition to my main phone and laptop to WIFI.

there was some minor issue with the lavatory water button. It stayed pressed and water would still flow until you fix the button - i knew how to fix it myself and did not call for help. Fixing it in the interest of the hotel, otherwise, water will flow continuously and incur extra water bill. The chair was large and uncomfortable to work on the laptop (too low). That small spot needs some smaller but more comfortable chair for work that would not block the way to the bathroom.

When we first checked in, the room had no window, and the air conditioner was only blowing hot air from outside. Since it was already very hot (26–27°C in mid-May), the room was unbearable. When we asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning, they said it was not summer yet. We also requested a different room, but were told there were no rooms with windows available. After several requests, they finally moved us to another room where the window could at least be opened slightly.

The reception and front desk service were extremely poor and handled very unprofessionally. I was kept waiting for more than an hour and a half, and they insisted that I would not be given a room unless I made another payment. This was even though I had already paid through Booking.com, and there was no issue with my reservation. The problem was clearly due to the hotel’s outdated or faulty system, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for me. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

- The elevator is as if it's from ancient times, it can only fit 3 guests and is super tight. - The room is pretty dense, and we noticed a bottle of Coke under our bed, which means the room wasn't cleaned up properly before our visit. - The weather was very cold at the time of our visit, the hotel did not have any heaters or radiators available, the room was very cold, and the AC was a bit broken. The AC fan blows air every 30 seconds and shuts down. - One of the shelves in a desk had a Kibla direction, but it was wrong by 90 degrees...
