Clean and comfortable room with the bonus of a coffee Machine. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast.

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are cosy and spotlessly clean. One of the best B&B'S I've ever stayed at. Friendly helpful hosts and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Car park is a little tight when full but quite manageable.

Margaret & Nick were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and clean with a great view. Breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was tasty and hot. The room was clean and tidy.

The pillows were not super comfy but they worked ok.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Both my bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. An advantage with this B&B is the off road parking. The choice at breakfast was excellent, the food and service were also excellent in the breakfast room and the breakfast rooms are very nicely decorated. The addition of a licensed bar is a lovely addition.

I stayed in room 5 which is at the front of the building. The road in front of the property was busier than I expected and due to road noise at night, I had to sleep with my window closed and I was then too hot. Staying alone, I was in a single bed which was fine but for me, my bed was very firm. I would stay here again but next time I would take a towel for showering, the towel supplied was the size of a hand towel and a bit pre-loved.

The room was fantastic, and probably the most comfortable bed i have slept in except my own, top rate for a B&B. Quick access into Ilfracombe a short walk down and a very good bus service which drops off very close to the B&B, so ideally situated and not in a noisy area at all. Breakfast was delicious and very substantial, the owners were also fantastic. There is a honesty bar with a good selection. Great place to stop, would definitely rebook

The location was great, close to the town and main tourist attractions. Good choice for breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking available too. Had a really good night sleep as the beds were really comfy. Air conditioning unit in the room was a great added bonus especially with the hot summer however was rather noisy so used only to cool the room down then turned it off.

Our room was quite small (double room on the top floor) but we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The whole bed and breakfast was one of the best I have stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast well cooked. The host's were exceptional. Would recomend this hotel to everyone.

The host was friendly and welcoming, made sure to ask about my days while staying. Provided everything you would need for your stay and the bed was very comfortable. Great location nice and quiet area, not too far of a walk down to the beach front.

Maggie was a friendly and welcoming host. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection available on the menu.

It’s a steep, uphill walk back from town. Would have liked a box of tissues as this was missing from the room.

Nice big room with all facilities, on ground floor, there was a cooling fan in the room, very comfortable bed.

Sink rather too small. Bit far from centre but there was a regular bus and we did have bus pass.

Walk from harbour was a little uncomfortable in the heat, but no fault of the property as not really hilly.

My room was well appointed , tv , fan , coffee and tea making facilities , hairdryer etc . The room itself was bright , light and airy , top marks for cleanliness . The dining area was similarly clean light and bright . Margaret the host was very pleasant and attentive . A good choice of breakfast options to suit everyone's taste .

Very welcoming, lovely staff and nice and clean. Family of 8 split between 3 rooms as we had 2 couples then a family of 3, we had 2 king rooms and a triple room, the rooms are very well equipped and nice and clean. The staff are so lovely we only seen one lady and she was so nice always checking if there was anything we needed, making sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and tidy and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable. The bath had a shower as well which was a good size. The dining area was well set out and spacious with a lot of natural light. There was also ample parking.

Im Cairn House und in meinem Zimmer habe ich mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch die Busse halten ganz in der Nähe des Hauses.

Ideally situated with convenient parking, this property offers a comfortable, relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower excellent, and everything impeccably clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delightful, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway, and would gladly return.

The house was spotless and even upgraded us to the king suit no extra cost and just happy to answer any questions we had on parking and town centre there was no time limit for them to speak to you .. Gave all advice on where to go as we wanted to go out fpr the evening and they were spot on go place and really enjoyed our evenong out

The property is very well maintained, very clean and tidy, our host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Th room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

A lovely, generous, sunny room and very comfy king size bed. Breakfast was very generous and beautifully served with obvious experience. Lovely staff.

Although I’m guessing this room is used as an accessible room, it really needs something else in the bathroom to put clothes and things on as there’s plenty of room.

The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a great walk in shower. Not too far from the town. The hosts were lovely, so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend and give it a 10/10 rating

Unfortunately, and this is not the hotels fault, because we were right next to the front door a group came in and just stood chatting quite loudly outside our door, but as I say not the hotels fault, if you want it to be quieter request a room upstairs.

Our host Margaret was so nice and helpful with everything. The bed & breakast is super. Everything is what you would expect from an English bed & breakfast. Defenately a place to recommend. You will love it!

Very large room, warm welcome, fantastic breakfast in a well decorated room. Even if at the 1st floor, close to the entrance and reception, it was very quiet in the room.

Both GPS, Google and car embedded one drove us to the wrong place. Actually we were focused on the screen and missed the entrance. We reached the area at night, and then we were a bit lost. I would recommend to add one of my pictures. Also a part of the car parking area should be new bituminised.

Slightly disappointed that we had to sleep with the windows in our room closed due to the road noise. Also the bathroom was extremely small with no window. Paid slightly more for the bigger room.

The host was wonderful, the house & room were up there with some of the best places I've stayed in. The room was well equipped, warm/cosy, very spacious, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean & of a very high standard. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the service.
