Was very clean and comfortable

It didn’t have a lift but the staff were brilliant and arranged for our bags to be carried upstairs so wasn’t a problem

The room.wasnt clean, staff very unhelpful and impolite and too expensive for what you get the double room was tiny could barely open my Large suitcase.Due to rhe bed being too large. Not a pleasant stay.

Small room, no space for two people to be fair. Good for the money, but to be honest, there's hardly any room to move around.

My stay was a last minute booking due to a cancellation of a job, so I needed a bed for the night by Heathrow. I was definitely not disappointed with my choice. Alex, the owner/ host, was so accommodating to my requirements for the night. It wasn't that busy, so he upgraded me to a Premier room at no extra cost. The room was compact, but well presented, even down to the bespoke and very comfortable monogrammed bed linen!!!! Alex had catered for me with a lovely homemade meal, and even stayed late to have a drink and friendly conversation late into the evening. A little gem in a hectic part of London.

The hotel is designed to deliver a decent night's sleep on the way to or from Heathrow - and that's exactly what it does. Apart from the size of rooms/bed/bathroom (see below), it's one of a few regular Hounslow Central hotels I rely on (depending on price at the time). It's clean; there's a kettle for tea/coffee; fresh towels; comfortable bed ... and a stone's throw from Hounslow Central Tube station (+ local pubs/restaurants/supermarkets).

There's no room to swing a cat in the rooms. But what you get is reasonable quality at a (sometimes) reasonable price in an (almost) unbeatable location. I happily return when travelling.

The staff was extremely polite and good. She was an Indian lady "Pradeep". She was so nice. As we arrived, she immediately provided drinking water, some biscuits, cookies, etc. A fan was also provided due to the London Heat Wave. The room was comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel bar-restaurent was closed due to lack of customers or other reasons but there were so many restaurents and bars nearby that this was not a matter. There was a market, mall and many shopping place nearby. The bus stand was only about 150m away so communication wise it was excellent. The train station was also very near so reaching Heathrow Airport or going to London City was not all a problem.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. Before booking, I was told that I could choose a late check-in. However, there was no clear information stating that the hotel closes its doors at midnight and cannot accept guests after 12:00 AM. What makes this even more confusing is that it is still possible to make a reservation for the same night at 12:04 AM, despite the hotel claiming they cannot check guests in after midnight. This is misleading and creates false expectations for guests. When I returned to the hotel the following day to resolve the situation, I was told that I would have to pay an additional £120 if I wanted to stay. I found it completely unreasonable to be asked to pay extra because of a situation that resulted from the hotel’s own policies and lack of clear communication. The hotel also charged my card even though a member of staff had previously told me that I would not be charged because the issue was the hotel’s fault. When I contacted the hotel afterwards, the administrator was rude, unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the entire situation. The lack of transparency, misleading booking process, and poor customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope the management reviews both its policies and the way guests are treated.

The place was clean, organised. Friendly staff! Great location to pop to the shops, and the public transport was easy to use, we headed to Wembley and central London and both took less than 90 mins. Private parking out the front (for 1 car only but we got the space so very happy).

Беше много топло в стаята въпреки вентилатора. Най големия проблем беше това че самолетите минаваха отгоре през две минути и спане почти няма. Трябваше прозореца да е отворен защото беше много топло. Няма асансьор. Под душа нямаше студена вода..

Staff are so nice, particularly Alex and Michael at the front desk. Such warm entrance to the property. Nice little sit-down area downstairs and close to where I needed to be for work.

Room could be a bit cleaner, particularly bathroom, and window in my room struggled to close so early Heathrow flights woke me up couple times.

Staff couldn't do enough for you. Close to underground. Room clean and fresh towels daily. I would highly recommend this little gem.

This hotel falsely advertised several aspects of the property, and my stay was extremely disappointing. I stayed during the record-breaking heat wave in London in late June, yet my room had no air conditioning. Instead of providing a fan, the hotel gave me an ionic air freshener, which did nothing to cool the room. There was almost no air circulation, and the room was unbearably hot. I can barely slept because of the heat. The room also had several maintenance issues. The toilet bowl had cleaning solution left in it, creating a strong chemical odor, and the TV did not work, leaving me stuck in a sweltering room with no entertainment. The check-in process was also concerning. The staff told me their payment system was not working and repeatedly asked me to pay in cash or through a bank transfer service like Zelle. I declined several times because I wanted to pay by credit card. Only after I refused did they finally get their payment system working and process my card. To make matters worse, the hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, but no breakfast was provided. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the misleading advertising, uncomfortable room, maintenance problems, payment issues, I and missing amenities, I cannot recommend staying here.

There is nothing about this hotel to like

This hotel has no A/C, no lift to reach rooms on upper floors, and no hotel parking. Not even a parking space to unload luggage. Our stay was booked during two days of record breaking temperatures in London. As seniors, it was a risk to the health of both my wife and I to stay in a sweltering hot room. I explained this to the manager that we could not stay and requested a refund due to inadequate facilities at the hotel. As expected, he refused. Do not book this hotel. There are other options nearby at similar price point with adequate amenities.

Alex was an absolute gem helping me secure the room after a cancelled flight at Heathrow

Incompetent receptionist not being able to answer any of my questions, with an incomprehensible accent and not even able to order a taxi on my behalf. Dirty (uncleaned) and stained carpet. Extremely small room with no fridge inside. No water provided unless asked for. No air conditioning. Shower plumbing leaking water. No breakfast offered. Bedsheets never changed.

The staff were so friendly it was so homely they treat you like you are family we met so many lovely people that were staying there aswell. Amazing value for money. Micheal on the reception is wonderful he carried all our bags and him and Alex opened the bar late for us. Dia was also lovely and helpful in the morning. Everyone was so accommodating. Thankyou will be staying again.

The location was very convenient.

The bed was too large for the room, it was a single bed space with a double bed, which made it very difficult to navigate around the bed. A single bed would have been more suitable. The UN heated towel rail was very unpleasant, rusted.

Wonderful place, been welcomed and felt like family. The staff is great and Alex in particular, extremely friendly, easy going, and to be fair, he's a keeper as a friend. Done the best to keep me happy. Booked it in for a day and ended up staying for a long term. Girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Well happy and would recommend 💯. Thanks guys 🫡

La habitación olía como si alguien hubiera estado durmiendo en ella apenas cinco minutos antes de que me la entregaran. Además, había un tragaluz en el techo que no se podía cerrar, así que desde las 5 de la mañana entraba mucha luz en la habitación. Por otro lado, el barrio no era especialmente agradable.

It wasn't a double bed it was 2 singles pushed together.The sink was so close to the toilet any one size 18 or over will have trouble lol. I knew it was near the airport but its right under the flight path.

Parking worked out but it wasn’t as easy as I was expecting from conversation before arriving. Bar lists did not reflect the actual charges- needs to be accurate. Radiators were rusty. Didn’t know we needed ID for each room. It was lucky we had it.

10/10 stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and professional, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Property was clean and well maintained and Yes! Specially secured. Nobody could enter without a gate key not even to check in. Rooms were nice and comfy. Thats exactly what you need a night before your long flight (comfort, relaxing and easier). Staff was friendly. I loved that they provided fans in the room incase it needed, its already there.

The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the wait. When you go there you have to call the desk inside to come give you the key to enter and parking. Me and my husband had to wait 50 minutes outside the gate on the street to be able to go inside. Why? The property manager/ receptionist was busy in some chores and keep telling us give me 5-10 minutes. We had a drive of 8 hours and needed to use restroom badly. But instead we were just waiting on the street.

Room way too hot ! If open window was even more noisy as get bin men in lorry’s and aeroplanes . Noise - awake most of night flight path and commercial vehicles and people coming back late at night not sound proof rooms Unfortunately the cost added to room for parking and breakfast then made it more than some of other places
