Shower and toilet area's were poorly maintained.

The room quite surprised me. It was compact but had all the facilities. Secure and did what it said on the tin. The pictures of the room don't really do justice.

Staff a little grumpy. Stairs were a bit tight for getting luggage up and down (fortunately only once each way!). Room needed a fan as the weather was humid

Alles, es war schmutzig, alt, kleines Zimmer, in der Zimmerecke stand eine Ungezieferbox die Vorhänge waren verdreckt und kaputt. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserem gebuchten, da dieses renoviert werde sagte man uns. Das angebotene Zimmer befand sich im Keller, das Wc/Dusche war nicht viel grösser als in einem Flugzeug. Einfach nur schlimm!!!! ACHTUNG ER WILL DAS GELD GLEICH AM ANFANG. Wir sind wieder gegangen und haben etwas anderes gefunden.

No hay para guardar equipaje ni siquiera por cobro como servicio adicional.

[Info] : Avis pour chambre lits jumeaux. Réceptionnistes super sympas, l’hotel fait le taff : dormir, se brosser les dents, toilettes et se doucher (douche froide, mais si vous avez un esprit d’aventurier ca passe). Ne pas s’attendre a du maxi-confort : ca répond vraiment au minimum, idéal pour petits budgets, voyage solo/duo. -> je déconseille aux familles ou si vous cherchez un minimum de confort.

le personnel qui était plutôt accueillant et polis ainsi que la localisation de l'établissement

les trace de moisissure un peu partout dans l'établissement, le manque visible de propreté, les matelas peu confortable "bed and breakfast", il est où le breakfast ? le prix exorbitant pour un taudis pareil (en sachant que le prix a diminué de jour en jour sur le site pendant que nous y étions) et J'EN PASSE !

La proximité de la gare + ou - 10min et quartier plutôt calme

Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas laisser nos valises la journée à l’hôtel pour pouvoir se balader librement comme le propose généralement les autres hôtels que j’ai pu faire à Londres aux alentours de la gare, supplément un monsieur qui nous a accueilli très très mal, à la limite de nous foutre dehors avec nos bagages car nous étions là trop tôt en pensant pouvoir laisser nos petites valises et revenir plus tard pour le Check in Une brosse à dents de retrouver dans la chambre et une capsule de bière donc j’imagine que le ménage n’est pas vraiment fait « à fond » Pas de Clim dans la chambre juste un petit ventilo donc si vous venez l’été comme nous, pendant les grosses chaleurs, c’est sport Chambre avec salle de bain très très petite, je dirais que c’est suffisant pour une nuit pas + Dans tout les cas, je vous conseille de mettre 20 ou 30 euros de plus dans un autre hôtel aux alentours de la gare, que vous ne dépenserez pas dans la gardiennage des bagages et vous bénéficierez certainement d’un meilleur accueil 🙂

Staff were brilliant! Sorted me out with sicciors when I couldn't get concert waistband off, helped me out with an item I left in room, room was great very compact cosy and was spacious. had free WI-fi and for the location in central London a short 5 minute walk from Euston station and Kings Cross station really couldn't fault. Would defiantly stay again and recommend great value for money.

The only tiny thing missing from my stay was that tea/coffee making facilities were provided but could have done with something to mix hot drinks with but I'm being very judgy.

La ubicación. No quedaba tan mal. Siempre había papel higiénico en los baños. Los baños se mantenían relativamente limpios.

No olía muy bien. Creo que el suelo de moqueta no ayudaba a que estuviera limpio realmente. Sólo pusieron una toalla para las cuatro noches y le comenté al recepcionista que si me podía dejar otra, me dijo que si pero nunca me la llevó. También me picó una abeja y les pedí hielo o algo para la hinchazón y no hicieron caso. También el colchón era blando y almohadas incómodas.

Espacio de la habitación, escalera pequeñísima para subir 3 pisos, el calor en esta época es insoportable, pedimos un ventilador y nos dijeron “open de window” 35 grados con la ventana abierta? No hablan otro idioma y poco les interesa comunicarse. Realmente para no volver jamás. Se nos cayó algo debajo de la cama, cuando la levanté había mugre de la que pidan, de años de no aspirar esa alfombra. Hasta un calzoncillo usado! Decepcionante

No fan .. no tv remote as been stolen .. 1 pillow each .. no loo roll and it was dirty... staff ignorant the hotel must be a 1 night only stay as 130 for 1 adult and 2 kids is not worth it let alone 2 nights 😴 😒

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Had I seen the TripAdvisor reviews before booking I definitely would not have stayed here. Unfortunately the reviews on hotels.com was far from what is said on here! From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The person checking us in showed absolutely no hospitality and was using their phone while checking us in, which made us feel completely unwelcome. The room was disgusting and in desperate need of a complete revamp. The beds were absolutely appalling and looked like they belonged in the bin. The mattresses were in such poor condition with springs poking out through the top and sides. It was extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly unacceptable. Dirty bedding!!! What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from the staff member. When we raised our concerns the person working didn’t seem the slightest bit interested or bothered. We stayed in Room 7, which was also incredibly noisy. We could hear the door opening and slamming every single time someone entered or left the building making it very difficult to get any proper sleep.

This is as basic as it gets. If what you are looking for is just a basic bed and your own bathroom and you don't care about anything else, then you will be fine with this place. Also keep in mind that the stairs are extremely narrow in case you have heavy or large luggage. I struggled with mine since there are no elevators. Check the weather, if it's too hot their rooms only have a small fan and it gets too stuffy and uncomfortable, even during the evenings.

We began on a positive note with the clean towels and laundry provided, albeit only one small bath towel each, no hand towel and no shower mat, which we appreciated. However, we did face several challenges during our stay. Our basement room (Family Room 1) didn’t have a lamp, which made it difficult to manage the lighting, especially since the curtains didn’t close properly.We found the room quite hot, and the fan was broken, so we had to improvise with a hairband to get it working. The shower room in the corner of our room was a tiny fiberglass cabin, as in a caravan—so small that it was quite uncomfortable to use. Additionally, we noticed cockroach entrapment devices under the radiator in our bedroom and along the corridors, which was a bit unsettling. One of the beds felt like a trampoline and didn’t provide a comfortable night’s sleep. The television didn’t work at all, and the Wi-Fi was very hit-and-miss. By 9:30 p.m., a motion-sensing light outside kept turning on and off, making it even harder to rest. Overall, while we did have some positives, these issues made our stay less comfortable. We hope this review helps future guests know what to expect. I am 56 years old and have travelled extensively both in business and personally, I always appreciate effort for hotel rooms by staff, but I have this is by far the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was horrible. I had to go upstairs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Bad experience. The shower was dirty , we had to wash ourselves in the sink in our room.

La verdad q parece una cosa en fotos y es muy diferente a la realidad.. a mal.

La humedad. Todo sucio, olía horrible. Era imposible estar ahí, tuvimos que irnos. Daba claustrofobia. Hasta la moqueta era pegajosa

Euston Stationまで徒歩圏内だったこと。シャワーやWiFiは普通に使えた。ホテルの周りに飲食店が豊富。部屋にはインスタントコーヒーと紅茶がたっぷり置かれていた。

チェックインの時のスタッフの対応は丁寧とは言えなかった。WiFiパスワードの説明などもなく、後で確認に戻らなくてはならなかった（レセプションのドアに紙が貼ってあった）。部屋には鏡の付いた机が置いてあり、ここに湯沸かしやコーヒーなどがあったが、椅子がなかったため、コーヒーを入れてもベッドに座って飲むしかなかった。朝の支度（化粧など）も、座ってすることができない。これは本当にストレスだった。

Very very outdated. Bathroom was absolutely tiny the shower and toilet were just separated by a shower curtain. Had to be careful I didn’t get the toilet roll wet while showering. The drains stank.

Nous avons appeler la vieille afin de réserver une nuit de plus (train supprimer, obligé de partir le lendemain). La nuit a été acceptée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet et que nous devions nous débrouiller ! La chambre était sale, située au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue. En pleine canicule, pas de ventilateur. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre et d'être dérangé par tous les bruits de la rue. A fuir à tout prix !

Lo principal, después de haberlo confirmado por escrito, tenernos a una familia, con una niña de 11 años, a las 2,30 de la madrugada, tirados en la calle, sin poder entrar en el Hotel, llamando a 2 teléfonos que tenían, en ambos sólo buzón de voz. Después de casi 2 horas, nos tuvimos que buscar otro Hotel. Lamentable e incluso denunciable.

Brilliant location, lots of places to eat and drink and a 5/10 minute walk to Kings cross St Pancras. Exceeded my expectations due to not great reviews. For the price I would say excellent!

Avoid this hotel. We booked this hotel via Expedia and from the minute we arrived the whole experience was a horror show. The room we were offered was down in the basement and outside, in a dirty, smelly courtyard. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom and shower looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for years and the pull cord for the light was mouldy and dirty. The smell from the drains was disgusting which was clearly backed up drains and waste. Most concerning though was the lack of fire escapes, we were literally surrounded by a brick wall and only one entry point which was via the property. There was rubbish and building materials lying about in the halls We complained and were offered another room, however this was equally as dirty, paint on the beds and curtains and the shower and bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. We asked for a refund as the property was not habitable and did not stay. Expedia contacted the hotel to request a refund and they simply ignored the request, clearly they are happy to take money from people and either have them walk away happy to have their cash or equally they are happy to have people sleeping in their dirty fire hazard of a property.

Everything. Affordable, easy to get to from King's Cross I walked it in under 15 minutes. No messing about with transport. The owners were friendly and gave the impression that your stay was important yo them. I'll be going back for sure. Ideal gor me when going to see a gig. Faultless 👏👏👏

Everything. We did not stay. We checked into another hotel. I did not feel safe with my 2 daughters staying in a room at ground level with a fully opening street window, the only source of air on a stifling hot day without even a working fan. Pest control boxes on the floor. We stayed roughly 45 minutes and that was spent sourcing another hotel. The guy on reception , whilst perfectly pleasant, seemed shocked we were leaving. I told him as 3 female travellers the room was not suitable.

Central location. 5 minutes walk to Tube Station

Room was far too small. Nil space for luggage to be stored. Have to step over luggage to move about the room. Carpet was wrinkled and felt damp under foot. There was nil chair or stool to set and work on laptop - informed staff on checkout when asked how was the room. Bathroom shower recess drain did not drain water backed up requiring taking quick showers to avoid flooding. the bathroom. In short, the room was equivalent to a steerage passage ship's cabin.

How close hotel was to the tube station.

We were sent up the very top floor room 23 loads and loads of stairs. Tiny room double bed ok, no duvet just a blanket no mirror at all. Dirty carpet. Pack your slippers! Booked as a bathroom, was no bath, shower if you can call it, stepping up 2 foot to it from the bedroom, so leaked to bedroom carpet. Arrived at 2.15, cleaners had to let us in, as still working evan thou it should be available at 2pm Good job we both only needed to sleep in it. Could not wait to get up and get out for air and.explore! Tv did.not work after 10pm each night we booked 2 nights im afraid. Do not recommend, just pay a little more I'd advice.

The room was clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed. For that price at that location I was pleasantly surprised.

The lightbulb in the main light was flickering all the time so I didn't use that. The mattress was bad quality and not that comfortable.

The staff were very rude upon entrance, the room was dirty with a broken bed, the shower curtain had tones of mould on it, no batteries in remote, very loud, noisy as hell, stains on the bed and walls … service was poor we had to guess where the room was we only got given a key room and no information upon where the room was… don’t bother pay more go else where.
