직원분들이 엄청 친절하십니다 제가 영어도 인도네시아어도 못하는데 이런저런 질문과 요청사항에 항상 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다 그리고 오늘 날부터 가는 날까지 로비에서 웃는 얼굴로 항상 친절하게 “RIFQI” 분께 감사해요 마지막까지 기분 좋은 여행이 되었어요

방에는 괜찮은데 로비와 식당에 모기가 너무 많아요

Great hotel, but ruined by an unnecessary early check out reminder call. The hotel itself is fantastic and beautiful, with very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. However, my overall experience was ruined by a completely unnecessary call. After breakfast, I went back to bed because I really needed extra sleep before a very long journey. Check-out is at 12:00 PM, yet reception called and woke me up at 11:00 AM. After that, I couldn't fall back asleep at all. Calling a guest an hour before check-out makes no sense and completely ruined my rest. I did not like this at all.

المرافق مثل المسبح. وكذلك منطقه التدخين كثيرة الباعوض والمطعم كذلك تمنيت ان يكون افضل لكن كفندق سأزوره مره قادمه

Tuvaletten asiri sekilde koku geliyordu. Verilen oda hic hosuma gitmedi. İki manzara oldugu yaziyordu ama ben bir mazara goremedim.

- breakfast variety - very polite and accommodating staff - hotel is clean - very easy to navigate around the hotel (there was an event in one of the meetings rooms) - i like that the main reception and breakfast is one level above where you get dropped off by your car (more privacy)

- walls are a bit thin so at night you can hear laughter and mumbles of conversations from next door occupants - if you're on a lower level (eg. level 3), you'll hear the train and the train gate barrier alarm going off every 2 minutes all night (i had to sleep with airpods on) - if you're very ocd about cleanliness, you might be put off by mold on corners of toilet tiles - would have been nice if lotion is provided as well - my particular room's bathroom seemed to be slightly clogged so while showering, the water can rise up a bit but it wasn't too disruptive. would be good to get it fixed though.

There is many breakfast options and the staff is very kind and helpful. New saunas were very nice.

The swimming pool could be cleaner. When we were only users they didn’t turn on the whirpool. Shower area gets flooded causing bad smell.

Location: good as away from some part of the flooded areas in Jakarta Transport: has Bluebird taxi available at all times. If want to explore train use, Rajawali station is 8mins walk (use Google) Room: super clean with modernised design. Huge shower area. Comfy beds Breakfast: multiple choices of both local and Western menus with awesome taste Interior design: feels luxurious throughout the hotel Jacuzzi, steam and sauna room is available as well. Has a laundry service which a plus. Just pay the staff at site Staff: friendly and great hospitality

Gym equipment can be further improved. Had good working treadmills but not fully functional spin bike and elliptical. Dumbbells are clean

아침식사는 괜잖은 편이나 너무 인도네시아식 음식위주로 아쉬움이 있다.

호텔 위치가 너무 안좋았다. 주변에 산책하거나 먹을 만한 식당등 주택가에 호텔만 있는 형태와 시내 중심하고 멀다.

A very comfortable and peaceful hotel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I felt at ease throughout my stay. btw, the staff here very helpfull especially ka Nezza.

كل شي جميل وبخاصة المطعم لذيذ ومتنوع والمؤظفين على المطعم في قمة الرقي والتعامل الرائع

لا ينقلون الشنط الى الغرف وكذلك في الخروج لا ينقلونها للسياره وفيه كسل وبطء

服务人员都很热情，面带笑容，帮了很多忙。而且酒店房间的瓶装水是我喝过在印尼比较满意的了，水质挺好的。早餐还不错，就是可能有些偏辣。早餐不会固定，有些菜会轮换。而且离会展中心很近，早上可以预订酒店的车去展会。而且离雅加达的景点比较近，也挺方便游玩。

充电口有点松垮

시설 룸컨디션 다 좋고 조식도 괜찮음 가성비 최고

주변에 걸어서 갈만한곳이 없는게 아쉬움
