The hotel was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. One of the things we appreciated most was that the staff speak several languages, including Turkish, English, and Arabic, which made communication much easier and helped ensure that all our needs were understood and taken care of. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was quite limited in variety and became repetitive throughout our one-week stay. Considering the price we paid for the hotel, we expected a better and more diverse breakfast selection. The location was average. Although there is good access to public transportation, the hotel is somewhat far from the main tourist attractions, so reaching the major sightseeing areas requires some travel.

This was our fourth hotel in Turkey during this trip. We loved the staff and how convenient the hotel is . The only thing we didn’t like about Hanna hotel is the breakfast. So blunt the same boring items everyday.

Location of this hotel is convenient since its only 2 min from tram station. It takes only 7 stops to be at Blue Mosque… Great value for the money. Breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. Ber clean property and wonderful house keeping! We enjoyed!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time and was thoroughly satisfied with its prime location and exceptional staff. The hotel’s location is perfect, 100 meters to Bazartekke tram station, offering easy access to the major attractions and amenities such as Aqueduct of Valence, Fatih Mosque and Complex, Hagias Sophia Museum, Eyup Sultan Mosque, Suleymaniyes Mosque and all the way down to Eminönü tram station. The front desk staff Mr. Murad and Mr. Hussain were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in, check-out and any inquiries or requests a breeze. Additionally, the restaurant manager Ms. Livan deserves praise for the excellent service and delicious meals that offer you different choices for every different day, and the gratitudes are extended to the guests care employees, Marjan & Mohamed. A special thanks to the hotel manager for ensuring everything was perfect during my stay

All the hotel staff are very professional, warmful, polite and helpful for everything. Rooms are spacious, very clean everyday. Beds are very comfortable. AC is powerful and perfect. Bath is spacious also. Shower is powerful and hot. No noise from outside. Hotel is also in quiet small street near main street. Delicious breakfast. Hotel has inside and outside terrasse opened 24/24 with free turkish tea. Location is only 2mn walk from T1 station or plenty bus lines station. This is perfect to visit istanbul. On the left street you have many shops and restaurants. CONCLUSION: this Hotel is like good European standard hotel (which is very rare in Istanbul for this low price .. ), I spent a very good week and I recommend for sure this hotel for visiting istanbul.

The breakfast was good, not exceptional because the items were the same every day. But there was a good variety to choose from.

Changing my towels and cleaning my room every day. Maybe every other day would have been better - I wanted to contribute to the hotels sustainability statement of saving water.

Beds were comfy. Carrefour supermarket is just across the street, which is very convenient. TV has channels in different language, including english, french, turkish, russian and etc.

Hotel staff were normal, not smiley, not gloomy. Breakfast was same everyday, very simple and tastless, not much variety. Some cold omlette, eggs, sausages, fries and very very salty cheese. The room is extremely small. It takes long time for aircon to start. Towels were clean, but smelled so chemical, or like pine tree oil or eucalyptus. Neighbourhood is not nice as there's nothing too see or eat, narrow streets and always traffic. Takes at least 1 hour to reach any place. Overall hotel is just fine, but i wouldn't come back here again. I wouldn't suggest to stay in Old town at all.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here: the room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly,knowledgable and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the close proximity to the tramline.

We chose this place primarily because it was very close to the T1 tram line; this was important to us as my husband has mobility issues. We found it to be a lovely, relaxing haven, with unfailingly attentive, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable accommodation and a delicious array of food offer for breakfast each morning. There are also interesting local places to eat and a small supermarket close to the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and loved our time here.

1. Hospitable, welcoming stuff - communication with them (in English) was easy and smooth, they were very helpful and supportive. 2. Spacious rooms - the rooms are really comfortable and clean. 3. Everywhere in the hotel it was noticeably very clean. 4. Location - nice places around where you can have meal; short distance to bus stops.

Location, transportation and attentive staff

The staff are very polite and friendly. The house keeping visited my room each day. The location is perfect in front to tram station. Several restaurants are very close to the hotel in addition to two supermarkets. There's also a mosque in the front of the hotel.

The towels are old ones and sometimes have some steins even though it is smell as freshly washed.

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Istanbul. Direkt vor dem Hotel fähr die Straßenbahn. Man ist in 9 Stationen (10min.) im Zentrum. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen. DANKE wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Breakfast was delicious, we were very happy with it. Also the location is perfect for sightseeings of Instanbul, because the T1 line of the tram is exactly to the hotel from which you can go fastly to the, Sultan Ahmed mosque, Grand bazar, Galata bridge, Galata tower, Domabahche palace.

The hotel was clean, very cosy, nice breakfast, close to tram station, straight line to the center. The staff is very nice. I really appreciate mister Mehmet. He helped us navigate Istanbul. He really has a good heart and cares about the customers.

The hotel located near tram Station and the staff was very nice and helpful especially Mr. Nadeer and Mr. Mohamed and all other staff they did their best when we ask for help. Next time Hanna Hotel will be definitely my choice.

great staff, really clean, room are comfortable and have enough space. we had a baby with us and even with a baby crib, the room didn’t feel crowded. Tram 1 right next to the hotel, perfect location with every commodity in the area. Will come back at my next trop to Istanbul

Nice location - some stops from the main sightseeings. Big and clean rooms. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

As for me, the pillow was not so comfortable

Good stay hotel owned by algerians/turks. Cleaning (10/10) as its best, price not so, one of the receptionists is very rude. Shouted at me for not understanding what he wants, not so friendly ( one of the 2) instead of explaining what he wants. Also breakfast is quite normal, prices are high otherwise, but i got a discount through hotels luckily.

I was very impressed with Hanna Hotel for the 3 nights I stayed there for a business trip. It had everything I look for in a hotel. It was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping, but there was plenty of light (natural and artificial) during waking hours. The bathroom was well designed and also had good lighting as well as shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries people might want. The electrical plugs on either side of the bed were appreciated, and l liked the complementary slippers, too. Also, I loved that I could touch a screen on the wall indicating "Do not disturb" instead of fumbling with paper signs on a door handle. The room was bigger than most in Europe and Istanbul specifically. It was conveniently located about 1 minute from a major tram line, too. Although Turkish breakfast is not really my ideal start to the day, the array of breads, cheeses, and fruits together with yogurt and scrambled or boiled eggs was definitely sufficient. The fridge in the room was great for snacks I got at the grocery store across the street, and I was glad for the complementary bottles of water. Overall, I was quite pleased with this hotel and am not sure why it has only 3 stars when it's better than many 4 star hotels I've stayed at.

Très agréable, très bien situé par rapport au lieux touristiques, à une minute de tramway T1 qui passe devant les lieux touristiques. Les personnelles très accueillantes, chaleurs et serviables. J'ai passé 2 jours de plus par rapport à ce que j'ai réservé. Bravo
