Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich und herzlich über die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthalts begleitet. Das ganze Team des Hotels scheint wie eine große Familie und arbeite sehr professionell. Als es in der Nacht im Nachbarhotel einen Stromausfall gab, wurde ein Notstromaggregat betrieben, welches sehr laut war. Schlaf nachab 5 Uhr war nicht mehr möglich. Uns wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Ebenso gab es einen Obstteller obwohl unser Hotel nichts für die Unannehmlichkeit konnte.

Ich habe vor Ort angesprochen dass der Fitnessraum wieder etwas mehr gepflegt werden sollte. Die Geräte Schienen veraltet und nicht vollständig zu sein. Der Raum wird mit dem Schwesternhotel genutzt.

Чисто - весьма относительно. Возможно, по местным меркам этого города это чисто, да. Бассейны. Их на самом деле два. И это удобно. Не дорогой отель.

Постель не сменили за две недели ни разу. Персонал «заглядывал» в косметику жены, особенно в коем Valmont. Ну Вы понимаете… Косметику (дорогую) закрывайте под замок, в остальном всё норм более-менее.

Tutto perfetto: camera ampia con balcone necessario per asciugare indumenti. Bellissima piscina per rinfrescarsi al rientro, suggerirei solo di organizzare meglio un servizio bar in piscina perché le volte che avremmo bevuto volentieri qualcosa non c’era nessuno a cui chiedere.

Per spostarsi è necessario taxi o Grab perché un po’ distante da tutto. Ci sono a disposizione le biciclette ma la strada è molto trafficata e di sera non è illuminata quindi non le abbiamo mai utilizzate.

Le charme. La propreté, L'emplacement à 5mn de grab de la vieille ville. La piscine. Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel très attentif. Ils peuvent vous mettre à dispo un scooter à la réception, vous ne perdez pas de temps à aller vous enregistrer chez un loueur. 200.000 dong/ jour. La plage d' An Bang, à moins de 10mn de scooter. Très bel hotel 🤗🤗

Nous n'avons pas beaucoup apprécié, les 10000kms qui nous séparent... Sinon nous reviendrions plusieurs fois par an dans cet établissement.

Wonderful boutique style hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely facilities and excellent service. We loved our stay here and would stay again. Location is a short grab away from all the main areas with plenty of around if you don’t want to go to far.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très joli et notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Après notre première nuit, il nous manquait un lit pour notre fille, qui a donc dormi sur le sofa. Mais dès que nous leur avons fait part de notre demande, un lit a été installé pour elle pour les deux nuits suivantes. Le personnel a toujours fait son maximum pour répondre à nos demandes et nous satisfaire. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, aussi bien le matin que le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur attention. Mais les vélos mis gratuitement à disposition sont un vrai plus : cela nous a notamment permis de nous rendre facilement à la plage d’An Bang. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était excellent : très copieux, très varié et avec beaucoup de choix. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, ce qui nous a amenés à beaucoup marcher.

Great location between the rice fields and the old town. Lovely buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Lots of staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Free bikes were brilliant.

Pool water was far too hot but we still used it a lot. Fridge didn't cool food/drink we kept in there

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't recommend it more! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are just as large and elegant. The swimming pool was always spotless, the gardens are lovely, and the whole place has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast deserves five stars! There was a huge variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us every single day. A very special thank you to Ngan, Nguyen and My, who were absolutely fantastic. They were always kind, smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel offers free bicycles, and whenever our group wanted to use them, they always made sure there were enough available and even reserved them for us. They also kindly arranged an early breakfast whenever we needed it. The biggest example of their outstanding service happened on our departure day. We accidentally left a backpack behind on our way to the airport. The staff reacted immediately, arranged a Grab, and made sure the backpack reached us before our flight. Their efficiency and willingness to help were simply incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Fijn hotel, met een fijn rustig zwembad, op een goede afstand van het old quarter.

Очень гостеприимный, квалифицированный и опрятный персонал. Камерная, уютная и комфортная обстановка, прекрасная зелёная территория, каменные фонари, висячие хойанские цветные фонарики в стиле аниме, милый пруд на входе с лотосами и лягушками. Тихое и удобное расположение, просторные светлые номера со всем набором удобств, уборка в номерах хорошего уровня. Хотя отель не самый новый, но поддерживается в отличном состоянии. Завтраки достойные, хотя тут всем угодить и непросто. Хороший чистый ухоженный бассейн, комфортные лежаки и зонтики. Рядом с отелем в пешей доступности кафе и рестораны, аптеки и небольшие магазины (крупных в Хойане нет) Есть, как и везде, мелкие нюансы, но они никак не влияют на общее впечатление. Персоналу низкий поклон и благодарность за все, такой уровень сервиса достроен самой лучшей оценки

Nous ne notons pas cet établissement mais Rosemary Hôtel qui est juste à côté et qui fait partie du groupe. Nous avions réservé pour celui ci mais finalement changé pour Rosemary où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rosemary est plus haut de gamme. Très bien situé aussi bien pour aller à la plage que dans la vielle ville tout en étant au calme. Petit déjeuner très varié.

היה ריח של עובש בחדרים, חלל האמבטיה/שירותים היה ללא דלת מפרידה לחדר עצמו אלה רק עם וילון. הזמנו 2 חדרים פלוס מיטה נוספת בחדר הילדים, המזרן במיטה הנוספת היה מעופש ומי שישן עליו נעקץ מחרקים. ביקשנו שיחליפו אבל החליפו רק את המצעים.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a stunning location, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful: it truly feels like staying in a castle. Hotel has them own lily pond with beautiful white water lilies. They bloom only at night, making an evening stroll through the hotel’s gorgeous gardens a truly magical experience that you shouldn’t miss. The room is gorgeous, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast was good enough. One of my the most beautiful details was the window in the bathroom😍 when you open it, you can enjoy a lovely view of the flower-filled garden. It made the room feel especially peaceful and romantic. Amazing for the couples!❤️ The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made our stay truly enjoyable.

They were fully booked for the next day, so we couldn’t extend it and stay there for longer😅 Joke. Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

When we checked in, we were informed that the room we requested was not available but we could stay at their sister hotel, The Rosemary Hotel, next to them in a better room than the one we reserved, one with a balcony. We agreed so we walked about a 100 yards and checked in at the Rosemary and got a room with a balcony. Almost exactly as the one we had reserved. A discount would have been better. The staff was helpful and Nguyen was very accommodating with this issue

Ce que j’ai aimé c’est la réactivité du personnel, leur gentillesse et leur implication. Dès qu’il y avait un soucis (et Dieu sait qu’il y en a eu pas mal) il le réglait dans la demi heure. La chaleur de la piscine était très agréable. L’emplacement vraiment top car c’est pile entre la plage et le Hoi An Old Town. Très accessible à pied ou à vélo (15min)

Malheureusement beaucoup trop de choses.. Nous avons d’abord été subjugués par la beauté de l’hôtel en arrivant, mais lorsqu’on entre dans le détail, c’était une catastrophe. Les équipements de la salle de bain (douche/bain) se dévissaient, le grand pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas, la cuvette des toilettes se levait en même temps que le couvercle, le balcon toujours très salie par terre (peut être dû à la pollution je ne sais pas mais 5 min pied nu et on avait les pieds noirs) L’hôtel fourni des vélos gratuits, mais les 2 premiers jours nous avons eu la peur de notre vie. Le siège bébé n’était pas vissé.. pas du tout, ce qui fait qu’il est tombé en arrière avec notre fils à l’intérieur, on a évité le pire sincèrement.. sur ce même vélo, la chaîne a déraillé à 4 reprises. Quand nous avons prévenu le personnel, ils ont réglé la problématique que lorsque j’ai demandé à parler à la responsable.. le siège bébé avait été attaché par un câble USB (???) et dès le lendemain après avoir parlé à la responsable, les vis étaient revenues. Il n’y a pas de casque (pour les enfants / bébés par exemple) Le frein droit était cassé. Malheureusement ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais la rue qui se situe derrière l’hôtel contient un énorme poulailler et de nombreux chiens errants, ce qui nous a valu d’être réveillé à 3h - 4h - 6h etc par le coq, et les chiens qui aboient. Et ce, parce que l’insonorisation est inexistante ! Les 2 premiers soirs notre voisin de chambre parlait si fort qu’on pensait qu’il était dans le lit avec nous. C’était insupportable. Les bruits extérieurs s’entendaient tellement que nous pensions avoir laissé des fenêtres ouvertes… Les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas occultants, à 00h il y avait les lumières de dehors dans notre chambre, malgré les rideaux tirés. Nous avons fait la réclamation auprès du personnel et dès le lendemain, des rideaux occultants avaient été ajouté à notre chambre et ça a vraiment amélioré nos nuits.

Le cadre est magnifique et chaleureux. Les chambres étaient d’une propreté impeccable et très confortable. Le personnel a été au petit soin pour toutes nos demandes. Petit déjeuner très garnis et de qualité. La piscine rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. L’établissement est très bien situé à 5min en scooter du vieux quartier et à environ 20min à pied. Merci pour se séjour formidable !

Un hotel precioso con estilo, cuidado, con un jardin exhuberante y con una piscina fantastica. Estuvimos super bien y con una relacion calidad/precio estupenda. Los empleados son muy atentos y considerados y hacen todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea perfecta.

Nos prestaban las bicicletas gratuitamente, que fue perfecto para pasear por Hoi an, pero tal vez algunas biciletas necesiten un poco mas de mantenimiento. Por otra parte, usabamos la sillita infantil pero solo habia una, y como habia otra familia, instalaron/compraron otra (sin pedirlo) para que todos pudieramos coger las bicicletas. Son muy atentos!

The beautiful gardening and mostly the staff were absolutely wonderful.

The facility is a bit old and not in perfect condition. The bath was a bit weird because of the size. And no door separation between it and the room.

Our stay was amazing. It was my husband’s birthday and we asked if they could do anything to make the day special. When we got to the room there was a birthday cake for him and a Happy Birthday on the bed written with banana leaves. The lady from reception was extremely nice and made our stay perfect. Breakfast was super nice and you can also borrow bicycles on the reception. It was a bit cold so we only used the pool once, and it was good too. Totally recommended!!! I thank the staff for this amazing days.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room was very beautiful and everything was very clean. We could also use a bicycle for free. That was very practical, so we could go to the old town and the beach by bike. The hotel is located in the middle of the two, closer to the old Town tough. The breakfast was also very good. And there is also a swimming pool, which was also very nice.

The internet connection is very slow in the rooms. However at the reception the internet was much quicker. But It didn’t bother us that much because we could go to the reception and the staff is so friendly. For the rest everything was perfect !

Lovely boutique hotel set back away from the road so nice and peaceful. We had a family room which was really spacious and worked well with a lovely view over the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was good, lots of choice for everyone. Lovely coffee too. Nice little area with lots of good local restaurants. 25 minute walk into the centre of the old town but taxis are very easy if you don’t want to walk

Prachtige ruime kamer met een comfortabel bed en terrasje aan de tuin. zeer luxe voor deze prijs. waanzinnig uitgebreid heerlijk ontbijt. Gratis fiets om de rijstvelden, strand en stad te verkennen. Ik heb ter plekke nog bijgeboekt omdat het zo fijn was.

I loved the location , the staff and the locals there at the little markets and stores were just the friendliest people I have ever met. The staff was so helpful and amazing!!! I will definitely be going back. Not to mention the place was so beautiful!!!

The rooms were dirty and incredibly worn. The photos on the site look nothing like the rooms. The pool was grotty, the grounds were unkept. They say there is a gym onsite but there is not. We moved hotels the moment we arrived and they would not refund any of our stay.

Хороший маленький отель. Почему то совсем нет русских. За 7 дней так никто и не заселился, зато европейцев полно. В колониальном стиле, весь беленький, чистенький. Территория маленькая, но бассейн, цветы, пруды с рыбками и садик поместились. У меня был только завтрак. Шведский стол: без изысков, но салаты, горячее, мясо, выпечка, иогурты, 5-6 видов фруктов, соки (натуральные!!!) и кофе вполне достаточный выбор. До моря 4 километра, но это при бронировании понятно. Есть бесплатные велосипеды. 15 минут и ты на море. Зато близко старый город. Персонал безупречен. Стараются помочь во всем.

Не меняйте деньги в отеле. Курс очень низкий. И платите донгами, при оплате долларами потеряете на курсе!!

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive.
