Breakfast so so. Good facility, large kitchen to use. Accommodating host.

Rooms were hot from the sun. Need A/C. New owners looking to take over, seem to be less accommodating. Will decrease interest in property if changes.

Home from home excellence kitchen facilities and use of the kitchen....

Dirty skirting boards. Bedding smelt like coming out of a thrift shop.

Room and bed were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Good value for money. Friendly host.

Decor needs some attention - holes in wall, noisy toilet valve, trim needs cleaning and repaint.

We were just in Prince Rupert overnight to catch ferry early the next morning so this worked well. A clean room in a house with continental breakfast to grab in the morning.

I was not aware of all the rooms in the house and it is in a residential neighborhood so wonder what the neighbors think of all the coming and going. Parking was not clear in the instructions but another guest helped us.

Beyond rude staff and totally checked out management. Super loud room off of kitchen, woken up by other guests. Breakfast not included as advertised - you have to figure it out for yourself. Coffee was expired. Kitchen was a mess. Such bad vibes here.

Bed was fine

Staff were rude and not helpful. I was shocked by how little the establishment cares about guest comfort and satisfaction. You should not be running a b&b. Also, you forgot the second b in b&b: breakfast isn't included - they just let you fish around in their fridge.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für unsere letzte Nacht auf dem Festland. Alles war wunderbar beschrieben und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, die Küche und Aufenthaltszimmer für jedermann verfügbar.

Die Badezimmertür in Room #4 müsste dringend geölt werden, diese quietscht sehr laut. Mehr gibt tatsächlich nicht zu bemängeln.

Beautiful house with great owners. The room was very comfortable and all the amenities expected in a hotel only better. Kitchen was great.

Easy to find Very clean

Perfect for our family of 4 to rest after the inside passage. It feels a little like living in a private home since you prepare food in a shared kitchen. We liked it, it was just us on that morning. Friendly and welcoming, late arrival was no problem.

The linen had some stains. Probably something you can't wash out anymore.

I booked through Booking.com and traveled 1,600 km, only to hear, "Oh, I don't have any information about your check-in. I'm just the hostess and not responsible for registrations." They couldn't even get through to the manager on the phone... The hostess was a total sweetheart, though, and managed to find us a room for one night—even if it didn't have a private shower or toilet. For the remaining two nights, she moved us into a room with a full private bathroom. As for breakfast, it was just coffee and cereal with milk, and that's it. The shared kitchen is great, though. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I was really upset by the fact that I paid for the stay through Booking.com, yet the owners knew nothing about my reservation. It wouldn't have been fun at all to end up stranded without money or a place to stay 1,600 km away from home.

pillows were too firm. Suggest a mixture of softer pillows for neck comfort during sleep.

The place looks like it could use a little attention. Gutters were overflowing and a few esthetic upgrades would be nice.

Check-In war auch nachts um 2 Uhr (nach Ankunft der Fähre) möglich. Fühstückszeit ist sehr flexibel da self-service.

The room, kitchen, breakfast and parking are great. It definitely is NOT walking distance to city center so you will need a car or get a taxi into town.

The final cost through booking.com was higher than advertised.

This B&B is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood of Prince Rupert, so not close to anything. The self-serve kitchen was very well appointed with everything that you would need, as well as the option to cook for yourself. The room was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom adjoining. Excellent wifi. Our room also had a deck from which it was possible to see all the way to the harbour.

As an alert to anyone with mobility issues: To get to the main level of the B&B required one flight of stairs, and our room was another level up from that. So this is not a good option for anyone with mobility issues, and as a piece of advice, don't bring all of your luggage inside, so you can avoid having to carry it both up and down the stairs.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great.

We had a bit of trouble getting in to the house, the “make your own breakfast with the few things we provided “ was not in any way ideal and the room was just worn down.

Location a bit far out of town if you want to go on foot. Staff were very good but it wasn't made clear how to contact them if needed during the stay.

Big room

The room was in the 3rd floor with steep stairs. The breakfast was terrible - there was almost no breakfast.

Das selbst zuzubereitende Frühstück war prima! Es stand eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen erdenklichen Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung des Hause ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel! Trotz Ankunft am frühen Morgen (1:30 pm!) konnten wir einchecken! Super!!

Excellent room in private house, with balcony and (shared) kitchen. Fridge with most common breakfast items incl. eggs, which you need to prepare yourself and clean dishes afterwards. Very clean and super quiet. Great value, considering you'd pay twice as much for downtown hotel and be worse off. Highly recommended

I stayed 3 nights but never saw the hosts; message on entry door explaining how to get to my room, and binder with answers to most common questions guests might have. I'd actually have liked to speak in person on arrival as I wanted to ask about parking and laundry. But I figured it out

Super Frühstücksauswahl, großzügige Küche. Lage etwas ab vom Schuss, aber dafür sehr ruhig.

Bettlaken waren zwar gewaschen, hatten aber Flecken und Streifen. Kommunikation mit Gastgebern kaum bzw gar nicht vorhanden.

EVERYTHING!! This is a beautiful home and it shows that much time has been spent on providing a luxurious as well as very welcoming ambience. We were so pleased with our stay a the wonderful hosts that I took as many pictures as I could to promote it to people where we live as nice accommodations at a great price are very hard to find anymore.

The only thing that could have been considered an issue (but only a couple of times) was that sometimes the parking outside could be difficult. Perhaps if guests knew that if were to park closer to the edges of driveway (and not in the middle) it would allow for extra vehicles to fit in. Again, this was a minor issue.

Was outdated and not the cleanest. Counter in bathroom broken, toilet seat needs replaced, didn’t use tub, old & dirty looking. Breakfast was a help yourself community kitchen that was not even close to my standard of clean. Very disappointed

It was a nice and quiet place as we were tired from our travels but had a very restful stay at this place in the Directors suit which was updated for us because the other room was unavailable.

Room #4 large room with ensuite. Comfortable bed wich is actually almost to soft. There is a fridge available for storing my work lunch.

The facilities were immaculate and the host family were very courteous and helpful.

There was nothing not to like other than a bit of rain...but that's Prince Rupert!! LOL

Facility was clean, location was convenient. It was very well organized for checking in and out.

We stayed in the "Director's suite" and unfortunately the mattress was extremely soft and very uncomfortable. A new mattress would resolve this issue.

We really liked the fact that we had our own bathroom in our room, the heated bathroom floor was a bonus 👌 The location was perfect for us. Also liked the idea of breakfast anytime as you make it yourself using a variety of breakfast foods avaliable. Will defiantly stay there again and highly recommend staying there.
