Absence de clim

Die Lage ist für Leute, die gut zu Fuß sind ideal. Man kommt innerhalb von 30min zu allen größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten, in der Nähe gab es einige Restaurants und auch kleinere Supermärkte.

Das Zimmer war sehr muffig und stickig, es gab keine Klimaanlage und der Ventilator hat seine besten Tage lange hinter sich. Es ist extrem hellhörig in der gesamten Unterkunft, wenn der Zimmernachbar morgens geduscht hat, war ich quasi mit in der Dusche vom Geräuschpegel Direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster ist der Eingang eines Hostels o.Ä., die wirklich direkt in das Zimmer geschaut haben und ebenfalls einen ordentlichen Lärmpegel durch die Tür und Intervallartiges Rauchen verursachen, gerne bis spät in die Nacht. Die Dusche hatte eine erwähnenswerte Menge an Schimmel in den Fugen, die Armatur war fragwürdig installiert und tropfte in die Hauswand rein, alles voll mit Kalkresten und Grünspahn. Am vorletzten Tag wurde ich im Badezimmer von einer sehr ausgewachsenen Kakerlake, begrüßt, ich habe daraufhin über Booking eine Anfrage geschickt, ob dagegen etwas unternommen werden kann - bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten und gekonnt ignoriert! Das Frühstück? Es gibt einfache Weizenbrötchen, genau eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst. Nur gekochte Eier, wer Spiegel oder Rührei möchte muss es selber machen. Dazu noch Saft und ein paar Sorten Müsli. Leute ich weiß, dass es ein B&B ist, aber für knapp 600€ erwarte ich schon ein wenig mehr als das hier.

Shuttle from airport was a nice touch. We were able to leave our luggage in the room early and get going on the exploration of the area.

We had a 2 twin bed room. Bed not very comfy.

Das Frühstück war klasse. Tolle frischgemachte Eierspeisen. Sehr freundliches und nettes Mädchen in der Küche. Die Lage des Hotels lag recht gut in der Altstadt.

Unser Zimmer. Da wir auch aufgrund täglicher Abreisen in die anderen Zimmer schauen konnten, schien uns unser Zimmer Nr.4 das schlechteste. Zudem ist ein externes Badezimmer eher etwas für jüngere Menschen.

Zentrale Lage. Betten ok. Frühstück einfach aber gut.

Lärm von der Straße und Straßenbahn. Unangenehmer Geruch aus dem BAd.

Gute zentrale Lage,zum Ereichen von Kai und Altstadt. Die Unterkunft lag nur wenige hundert Meter von der Metrostation Cais de Sotre entfernt, die Anbindung zum Flughafen hat.

Das Frühstück war für unseren Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen doch sehr eintönig. Zur Auswahl gab es nur eine Sorte an Brötchen, Käse und Schinken, jeden Tag. Andere Hotels in dieser Preiskategorie haben sich da wesentlich mehr Mühe gegeben. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer wären auch verbesserungswürdig, Handtuchwechsel 1x Woche, Betten gemacht 1x Woche, Putzen wohl eher nicht. Dafür an mehreren Tagen Ungeziefer im Zimmer.

It was a good location. Good breakfast and the shower temperature and pressure was very good.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großes Zimmer. Nette Gastgeber. Sehr gute Lage - direkt an einer Tram-Haltestelle und nahe an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Poloha vzhľadom k zaujímavostiam v meste. Majiteľka ochotná - mohli sme si batožinu uložiť skôr ako bol check-in. Priestranná izba.

Šváby v kúpeľke !!!!!! Postele pri každom pohybe vŕzgali a príliš mäkké matrace.

Extrem laut - im Haus nebendran wird renoviert. Von der Strasse hört man Auto- und Kneipenlärm. Meine Nachtischlampe war kaputt, aber es war nie jemand zu sehen, der verantwortlich schien. Alles könnte mal neu gestrichen werden, wirkt etwas schmuddlig.

Lo destacable era el desayuno que si es bueno.

No tenía baño privado en la habitación a pesar de que se reservó con ese ítem. Tocaba salir al baño siempre vestido y para bañarse muy feo y además con un olor a sifón tremendamente fétido. No lo recomiendo.

I accidentally booked for next year by mistake I landed on the same date this year. Booking and asul help me to change the dates and didn't left me without a room. Staff very helpful and delicious breakfast Location is easy to find close to city centre like 10 min walking.

Maybe ac would be nice to have as sometimes could be really warm inside the room.

La taille du logement.

Petit-déjeuner quasiment inexistant. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller nous-mêmes avec des produits de la veille laissés dans le réfrigérateur. Apparemment, l’établissement rencontrait un problème de personnel, mais cela ne devrait pas avoir de conséquences sur les clients, surtout lorsque le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans la prestation.

Super freundliches Personal und tolle, zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe zubereitet, locale Leckereien und eine reichliche Auswahl an allem, was das Herz begehrt!

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, besonders wenn andere Gäste nachts laut über den Flur polterten, waren wir wieder wach. Oropax schafften Abhilfe.

Die Lage war super! Besonders für junge Menschen hat die Lage Abends viel zu bieten.

Die Zimmer sind durch abgesperrte Türen miteinander verbunden, dadurch waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das externe aber private Bad hatte weder Fenster zum lüften noch einen Abzug, es herrschte immer eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Manche Stellen an den Wänden lösten sich dadurch und die Fugen in der Dusche waren teilweise von Schimmel befallen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine ruhige Lage, das Fenster konnten wir nachts problemlos offen lassen. Kommunikation war sehr gut mit Gastgeber. Feines Frühstücksbuffet und jederzeit Früchte verfügbar und kleine Esswaren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte. Wir bekamen ein grosses Zimmer, da wir mit den Fahrrädern auf Reise waren. Diese konnten wir ins Zimmer stellen. Einfach die Treppen zum Hauseingang hoch war etwas anstrengend, ging jedoch auch;-)

Over 30 steps to get to Asul. The steps are outside If you are a smoker you need to smoke 50 ft away. Someone was smoking in the indoor terrace. Therefore the smoke got into the bathroom please a no. Smoking

La habitación las intalaciones el entrar en el hotel la habitación sin cuna tuve q unir las camas para acostar a la bebé muy pequeña el baño muy antiguo y viejo y olía fatal las tuberías sin aire acondicionado y un ventilador hacia mucha calor la bebé incomoda lloraba está amos en vez de estar relajados estresados pedí un ventilador y no me respondieron nunca al reservar el parking me cobraron más un día una noche un caos

Alles war gut- anzumerken ist nur das man die Unterkunft über eine Treppe erreichen muss, mit viel Gepäck oder Kinderwagen etwas erschwert- kein Nachteil aber erwähnenswert.

The location is great, close to the Chiado area with lots of bars, restaurants and things to do and see (like gardens and lookouts), and not far from the metro. Room was very spatious, and the breakfast was excellent!

No aircon, which was a bit tough during summer.

Perfect location. Really helpful and kind stuff members. Beautiful rooms, with very big rooms, spacious and comfy , property is placed in a very modern and cool district full of amazing hipster shops and cool caffes, places to eat. Perfect location!

We arrived late and very tired and our bed was broken in half. It was basically falling on the sides so i would roll down The bed when i lay down. We called the owner and he came immediately. He propose that we can sleep in other room, next to the one with broken bed. He offered us a new room and he said we are allow to cancel and change the hotel and he would provide with a shuttle. He was very very kind and helpful. We stayed in other room and everything there was very nice and tidy.

A great B&B for anyone looking to experience Lisbon while staying within walking distance of the city's main attractions and enjoying the charm of a traditional Portuguese house. The staff (Bianca, Maria, and Isabela) were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I stayed with my wife and our 1-year-and-7-month-old son, and they gladly accommodated all of our requests and the adjustments we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Also gave us great recommendations of where to go and to eat. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and a good variety of options. Overall, considering the concept of the B&B, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The main area for improvement would be the addition of air conditioning, especially during the hotter weeks.

Breakfast was excellent. Isabella was so kind and helpful.

De locatie en de sfeer in het huis

We hadden een kamer met externe badkamer, maar het was onduidelijk waar onze badkamer zat. Aangezien er geen receptie is, was er ook niemand om het aan te vragen. Dat had van tevoren berer gecommuniceerd kunnen worden

De ligging is perfect. Direct in de gezellige buurt om iets te eten en of te drinken. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. De bagage kon je daar gerust nog laten. Gezellige kamer. Ontbijt prima.

Bed was wat zacht, slechter als je last hebt van de rug en badkamer ruikt wel een beetje door putje dat niet goed loopt.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable, clean and suitable for our short stay.

Air conditioning in the room would have made the stay much more comfortable, especially during the hot weather.

Amazing location, breakfast, and ease of booking/ friendly and helpful staff. I booked last minute because i had to cancel my original reservation. They were super accommodating to the spontaneous booking and gave me all the information for checkin within 5 min. As a woman traveling alone I was worried about potentially picking a bad area, but this was in a super safe location. Highly recommend.

Helt ok rum, men vi fick ett rum med dusch och toalett på andra sidan korridoren. Vilket vi inte riktigt hade räknat med. Sängen var väldigt hård.

I was very disappointed, none of the phone numbers on their website and booking.com worked, no one answered so they are all wrong. At 3pm Our plane was delayed and we tried to ring and email to let the property know but no one picked up. We arrived late to hostel and no one was there. We then had to book a last minute expensive hotel as we were a family. Even in morning there was still no response

Die Zimmer waren eigentlich ganz nett eingerichtet und die Lage war wirklich sehr gut.

Leider war das Bad stark von Schimmel befallen und es gab Kakerlaken. Wir dürfen zwar dann ein anderes Bad nutzen, haben dort jedoch auch eine Kakerlake entdeckt. Das aktuelle Problem mit Kakerlaken war bekannt. Hätte man einfach vorab die Option gegeben kostenfrei zu stornieren, wär es deutlich Kundenfreundlicher gewesen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlagen wodurch bei 38 grad die Zimmer extrem heiß wurden. Das Bett war auf einer Seite extrem abfallend wodurch man sehr nah aneinander schlafen musste damit die eine Person nicht aus dem Bett fällt.

Kein frisches Gemüse beim Frühstück Karkerlaken! Schimmel im Bad, an der Wanne und am Duschkopf Schimmel in der Waschmaschine Extrem muffiger, kaum erträglicher Gestank im Zimmer/Bad

The property was beautifully presented and well maintained.

Shower did flood but that was a plumbing issue and not to be foreseen.

Wir hatten zwar eine private Toilette welche allerdings am Ende vom Gang war außerhalb von unserem Zimmer. Wir hatten zwei Kakerlaken im Bad :(

Die Lage, daher hatte ich es gebucht.

Alles. Die Unterkunft war sehr unangenehm unhygienisch. Leider haben uns Kakerlaken im unsauberen Bad erwartet. Das Klo war noch benutzt und nicht gespült, aber das schlimmste war der penetrante Geruch von dem Insektenspray RAID, das noch auf dem Regal stand, und sofort Atemwegs-Reizungen ausgelöst hat. Aufgrund der Ankunftszeit 00:50h war es unmöglich, die Situation zu verbessern. Auch ziemlich unmöglich eine Alternative Unterkunft in der Nähe um diese Uhrzeit zu bekommen. Müssten ein anderes Hotel etwas außerhalb nehmen, das davon abgesehen hervorragend war für das Geld. Leider war auch keine echte Hilfe von der Ansprechpartnerin der Unterkunft zu bekommen.

Der Standort ist gut, die Frau, welche das Frühstück zubereitet war sehr nett.

Riesige Kalerlaken im separaten Badezimmer sowie Bettwanzen. Die Kontaktperson teilte mit, dass sie sich wegen der Kakerlaken nicht verantwortlich fühle. Nach klarer Kommunikation erhielten wir dann unser Geld zurück.

La struttura è in una buona posizione, comoda ai servizi e con molti locali vicini. La camera era molto spaziosa, e i letti eranocomodi. La colazione a noi è piaciuta, Isabella è stata molto accogliente e gentile.

Sicuramente non consiglierei la struttura a chi ha bambini piccoli con passeggino, ci sono scale e non sono molto agevoli. Un altro neo sono i bagni, un po' datati.

As acomodações e o atendimento local foi-o que mais agradou.

Fantastic location very accessible to many fun parts of Lisbon that stay open later than but is tucked away enough to avoid most of the sound.

Bathroom had an odd smell. The bed was a little lopsided and the fitted sheet was not big enough for the mattress so it was coming off the mattress throughout the night (as was not fully on the mattress when we first arrived since it did not fit).

Mooie locatie, centraal. Ontbijt prima, eerst iemand die geen Engels kon maar de laatste ochtend wel.

Lastig contact met eigenaar. Kakkerlak op kamer. Voegen vies. Wc zat tegen wastafel aan geplaatst. Heel erg warm! Alleen een ventilator die veel lawaai maakte. Ik raad dit hotel niet aan hartje zomer, toen wij er waren was 27 graden. Zoek iets met airconditioning!

Zimmer war für die Größe viel zu dunkel, leider nicht zur Strasse mit Helligkeit. Unter einer Suite versteht man was Anderes, ausserdem ziemlich hellhörig. Für 2 Nächte war es für uns OK

Taalkennis en service personeel was matig. Van een B&B verwacht je toch wat persoonlijke ondersteuning. Vaak kreeg je geen antwoord op bij mail gestelde vragen of mededelingen.

Idéalement situé dans le bas du quartier Bica très animé. Petit déjeuner au top et Isabella était très souriante et accueillante.

Le seul bémol, la salle de bain , séparée de la chambre (nous le savions, mais pas très pratique), et humide au possible (présence de salpêtre sur les murs à certains endroits), odeur pas très agréable malgré le fait de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes le plus possible.

A localização é perfeita e a anfitriã foi muito solicita, gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Inclusive pediram para que nos sentíssemos em casa e foi muito agradável.

Não há nada para reclamar, inclusive se um dia for para Lisboa, tentarei optar em ficar nesse mesmo local pois achei excelente.

The room is spacious and the style is very nice, the whole property has an authentic character. There is a great kitchen and dining space that can be used individually for evening meals.

Just a warning - the entrance is only accessible by steps (and a lot of them!!!), which is not mentioned anywhere.

Apartamento limpo, confortável e espaçoso. Localização excelente, próximo a restaurantes, transporte e pontos turísticos. Fácil comunicação com o pessoal. Café da manhã bom e com produtos frescos. Isabela é muito simpática e agradável.

Havia pouca informação sobre as escadas de acesso na página de reservação. Essa informação era importante devido às limitações de locomoção de minha mãe.

Everything was ok. The room was very large, the location in a very dynamic area " Pink Zone". Taking Uber to the airport was about 10 euros, so dont worry about their shuttle, €25\per person. Uber picked us up within 10 min.@this location....3.a.m.

The bed in rm.5 had a huge hump in the middle. I had to get up at 3 am to go to airport. I didnt speep well in the bed, but it could have been because I was anxious about waking up on time.

Our room, No1, was fantastic in decor and size, with its own ensuite bathroom. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything you need. Isabella was so cheerful and helpful at breakfast and the other times we saw her. Luana kept in touch to assist in everything else which was really helpful.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

toilet beetje raar opgesteld. Heel gehorige kamer, geluiden van buiten en bovenverdieping tot 23 uur.

Reibungslos Kommunikation perfekt funktioniert schnelle Information erhalten und nette Dame Isabella , dürfe unsere Koffer abstellen und Frühstück viel selbstgemachte Sachen , einfach topp

The address given, 180 rua da Boavista, is not true. it is actually an alleyway up some stairs and at the back of buildings. More than half the photos are of the area and some photos only of inside. 3 outside the norms steps once inside. nowhere is it indicated to mind your step when going into the room (nr 4) which lies some 10cm deeper. luckily I held onto the door handle thereby avoiding a fall but I still twisted my back the mattresses were lacking mattress protectors. very soft feather pillows. the firmer pillows which serve as decoration didn't look clean but I may be mistaken. there was a tv which didn't work and wasn't checked before arrival.

Het bed was heel zacht, kussens ook, kapotte tegels op de badkamervloer, douche hele slechte afwerking van tegels en kit, glazen voordeur waardoor je steeds wakker wordt van licht op de gang, heel veel lawaai buiten. Al met al niet wat je verwacht van een verblijf. We hebben nauwelijks kunnen slapen en kregen ons geld niet terug van die nacht. Wel van de volgende nacht die we niet bleven.

Apartamento charmoso, muito espaçoso e confortável. Próximo a linhas de ônibus, estação de trem e metrô. Pertinho do cais e da praça do comércio. Região segura e bem movimentada. Atendimento ótimo e gentil.

Acho que precisa ajustar algumas bobagens apenas. Como a porta do banheiro que estava sem guia, a luz do wc com mau contato e faltava onde pendurar as coisas enquanto tomava banho. Coisas simples msm. Só para não dizer que estava perfeito para nós.

Amazing location and such great value. It was really nice to get breakfast each morning before exploring, and it was really fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get rid of a cockroach! We walked pretty much everywhere, which was very easy to do from there.
