PREMIER SUITES Dublin, Ballsbridge

High Quality room Nice facilities Complimentary coffee and tea

Room was clean good facilities

Was kept awake most of the night by a pump that was making a lot of noise in the wall. Didn’t sleep for the whole night. Very noisy. I told staff.

The pillows smelled awful, and the shower leaked, but everything else was fine.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Wifi was strong. Very happy that the gym had a rowing machine. It was great that I could contact the front desk via WhatsApp 24/7. I was in town for a conference and had some late nights, so they were able to give me a code to get in and out, even though I first asked for it via WhatsApp at 1am when there was no one at the front desk. Definitely make sure to save the Reception WhatsApp number as a contact when you check in. Also got an A+ lunch recommendation when I checked in; they stored my luggage so I went on a wander through the city.

The hand soap in the room was empty, so I had to use the body and hair was as both hand soap and body wash, remembering to move it back and forth. Also didn't love the bathroom set-up of a shower in the corner of the bathroom, with nothing divided, since it led to water getting everywhere. It would be great if the gym had some smaller hand weights.

How clean & accessible to public transport ,nice area

Asked to personalise room for a birthday & never got a reply

Everything was great, very comfy, the amenities in the room were easy to use and set up simply.

The dryers finished on their own time - constantly changing how long it would take which meant you had to check on them frequently to make sure you got your clothes out promptly.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming and helpful.

A bit of price gouging but I was basically stuck for accommodation. But that is Dublin.

Great location and staff very friendly Rooms were excellent

location and staff exceptional. helpful. polite. Friendly

Staff were excellent & great facilities

Room very warm & traffic noise

Location and friendly staff

Centrally located ,spacious rooms. Very clean with all facilities. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Especially Rebecca at reception.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Great room. Price was very reasonable compared to other local hotels/guesthouses.

No restaurant but I knew this when booking so no issue really. Minutes away were an abundance of restaurants and pubs.

Very welcoming and lovely staff at the reception desk, when I was checking-in in the evening and checking out in the morning. Comfortable bed and working AC- on the very warm day it was nice to stay and sleep in cool room.

Very welcoming and lovely staff at the reception desk. Clean and well maintained property. Comfy bed.

The guy working on reception on arrival absolute gent and evening receptionist was the same, a credit to this hotel fantastic stay from the minute we walked through the door. The room was beyond expectation, everything was there that we needed, very very clean! I think this is the best place i have ever stayed in. I have been to many places all over the world and this is 40minutes away from my home and i would of stayed for longer if i had of known how great it was going to be. We attended a concert in the Aviva it was a 10minute walk very easy to find. Carpark at the rear, garden was beautiful very well kept. I met the house keeper on duty this morning she was lovely also, i got the impression it is a lovely enviroment to work in. I will definetly stay again anytime i go to dublin, even just for a night or 2 away. My daughter did not want to leave the bed this morning it was that cosy and comfortable!! :-) Thank you again.

N/A 10 stars for all no issues.

It was very spacious, clean and excellent location for the Aviva which we were attending a concert

I have no negative comments.

Very friend staff, very clean and great air con

Staff were very friendly

There was nothing to dislike

Apartment was very clean, it was only a few minutes walk from the Aviva stadium and there was plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Dart station is also very close, you can be in the center of the city a few minutes. The room was generously sized. There was free tea and coffee in reception.

Ubicación, comodidad, amabilidad del personal

Se olvidaron de retirar la basura

Everything was excellent

Spotless. Friendly staff. Great location

No complaints

Clean

Very clean and perfect

Air conditioning and very spacious and clean.

Very friendly reception. At night, easy access.

Off course, no breakfast available, but logic.

Everything

All was good

Very comfortable and spacious we had a fridge and air conditioning the bathroom was massive and so clean the bed was so comfortable and spacious and the tv was huge !!

Great location for the concert

Quite noisy from guests upstairs, couldn't work the cooker ? And not even simple things luje salt in apartment, which you expect at these rates

Location was good with bus stop right outside. A 5 minutes walk to local bars, coffee shops and a Spar. Room was on a self catering basis with a toaster coffee machine, oven and a hot plate. Comfy bed and appreciated the air-conditioning fan.

Unfortunately the hot plate didn't work, staff made aware and even after they advised us how to work it, it wouldn't work. On inspection when turned over the fan was clogged up with dust and dirt so thats why it kept clicking off. Tv channels wouldn't connect so limited viewing.

Location, staff and cleanliness.

Bit of noise through the walls

Good location, Clean and confortable room.

No breakfast available.

Location and amenities. The staff were excellent and were very accommodating.

The sofa was showing its age. I opened the sofa bed and there were stains.

They had our room ready way before check in time and let us check in very early.

The room was comfortable and the property was good and well located. The room has good appliances and all necessities. They even offer complementary coffee which is one less hassle for who is busy with the trip.

They should offer cleaning service or at least change towels daily or every 2 days. After awhile we needed cleaning in our bathroom and vacuum the room and this was not offered by the property. It makes the experience less pleasant.

Staff were helpful and pleasant

Great location for attending conference at RDS Friendly staff Everything you could need for a few nights stay Able to hold luggage - very handy

Výborná dostupnost centra - autobusová zastávka přímo před domem, pár minut chůze několik restaurací a obchod s potravinami, přitom klidná oblast. Vkusně a pohodlně vybavený pokoj s výhledem do zahrady. Káva zdarma na recepci a milá obsluha recepce.

V kuchyni nebyla žádná pánev, smažení vajíček k snídani bylo trochu dobrodružství 😀

Location

Didn’t feel safe as a solo female. Was placed on ground floor.

Location, facilities and comfort! Bus just outside the gate or across the road. Very welcoming reception.

My key card wouldn’t lock my room but a physical key was given me so it was resolved very easily!

cleanliness, hot water and comfy bed

parking

Very comfortable beds, great showers. Well-equipped studio. Great location …easy to get into city centre and to airport. Friendly staff.

Nothing

Very close to public transport to city centre and comfortable bed

Very good location, just next to RDS

All facilities good but slightly out of date an iron, but it did the job.

Clean and welcoming in a nice quiet neighborhood near transportation

Maybe a smidge longer of a walk to downtown than I would’ve preferred

Good sized rooms, laundry facilities for guests, close to bus and train options

Perfect location across the road from the rds

Location is excellent. Facilities are excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff

Supply blankets for guests who may not normally use duvets. A larger coffee bodem would be appreciated.
