Clean Hotel and strategic location, near Toll, nice view in the night and also near industrial Estate Nice food, near Shoping center , large parking area, good staff, Hotel Manager are very kind and smart.

I surely impress with the front office staffs, they are really nice. They serves you very good. From the parking lot, lobby, lift, restaurant, room service. They are really great. I like room is clean, cold, and comfortable.

Employee are very kind and smile. The room is very clear. The hotel is very beautiful. It was nice to be able to watch Korean broadcast The food is very delicious . Laundry system is very convenience.

So good

Recommended staycation The place is clean and tidy, the view is great, I come here very often if there is an urgent meeting in the morning at the office.2 to 3 times a week. Promotional prices are also attractive. Friendly service, basically if there is a problem, it is immediately responded to and repaired. Continued success primebiz ya

I stay at the Primebiz Cikarang hotel not once or twice, almost every weekend I stay here. a complaint from me for the water coming out of the shower, please note that the water that comes out is not optimal. the rest is good. Please pay attention and increase the water discharge that comes out. thank you

I like it and goods I and my couple very very Happy staff really really goods I can stay cation in primebiz hotel always the best to stay cation and swimming pool very very clean and good at Cikarang selatan

I have a good experience at this hotel. their staff was friendly. They have a comfort suite room, also strategic location for business. I love the breakfast menu, so many variant and overall their food was delicious. it's nice to be here

All can i say is awesome hospitality by fo, clean and comfort room, everything is nice, this is our second stay during pandemic. Healthy protocol are well improved. Recommended place for your staycation

very nice

I stayed only for 1 night in this hotel. Firat of all the location i think ia quite good cause its near by restaurants as well. The room was clean, cold as well. They gave us flower petal wich i need to add for like 100 idr. But that worth of the price. The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of choice. The only problem with this hotel are the staff cant speak english properly. It might became consideration for management due to cikarang are one of the expatriat place

Stayed 3 nights for business trip. Quite room despite situated near a very busy road. Pleasant stay but very basic amenities, would be good if they clean their shower head for often for better water pressure / better shower experience

Friendly service. Nice rooms.

Just below my expectation. Location is another matter.

Not far from city walk. Less than 4km. Only irp5k if use angkut (private transportation) or irp 10k with ojek.

Transited at this hotel for a night while avoiding the jam on the toll. Am surprised with the quality & service of this hotel. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staffs are helpful too. Overall it's a recommended hotel at this price point in cikarang area.

Once again the Prime Biz proved to be a good location for my visit to the area. The Manager and his staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The drivers are also very professional and get you there without much bother The menu has a very good selection for all world travellers and the Bintang is a nice way to round the evening off. Will be back again soon. Thank you to everyone at Prime Biz

Driver failed to turn left to entrance from jalan Cibarusah since signboard is difficult to find.. Room is clean enough and comfortable stay for me. I didn’t experienced breakfast and any other services. I just sleep.

The location actually not too strategic for those who work in Lippo Cikarang or Jababeka, but for me, it is not a big deal. With clean rooms and comfortable bed & pillows, plus serene ambience, I can have some quality sleep. Aircon, hot shower, WiFi & TV Channels were good. Breakfast quite good, but the pool was poor. The staffs are always nice & friendly. This hotel remains as my favorite hotel in Cikarang.

Check in and check out prompt. Friendly staff and the prooerty is in good and clean condition. Exception the pillow, bed linen and towels have an unpleasent odor. Wall having ants (unable to upload phoyo). Everything else is rather good.

PrimeBiz Cikarang modern, simple, comfort hotel. Perfect for business trevellers. I like stay at this hotel and I want comeback again. Room Clean and comfort, air on working welc and bathroom Clean Wifi fast Overall Nice Hotel.

nice and clean
