We stayed here while attending a wedding at Lochgreen, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially as we arrived before check-in, which would have been during the wedding. They were incredibly accommodating and also very helpful with taxi information. The hotel and bar were spotlessly clean, and our room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, hot and offered a great selection, including a good continental choice. Our only negative was that we could only stay for one night! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A truly cosy, welcoming atmosphere with wonderful staff.
Dropped in with my sister and grandson for a spot of lunch. Staff very friendly and food was excellent. Food for my grandson was fabulous and just the right size for a small person.
We were there to catch up with family and we all had a fantastic time, the food was good and the staff were so friendly and helpful 😊
Our stay at The Loans Inn was a mixture of positives and negatives. We booked a deluxe pet-friendly room, but it felt tired and dated. The carpet looked filthy, with numerous heavy stains, the radiator was covered in rust, and there was rust on some of the bathroom fixtures and fittings. The bed linen also had a few stains, which was disappointing. Although the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, the £30 supplement for a two-night stay, does not permit dogs on the furniture or beds, which is incredibly restrictive for pampered pets. The food was a let-down. We found both lunch and dinner on arrival to be underwhelming. The breakfast buffet also failed to impress, and we chose to eat elsewhere on day two. The greatest asset of The Loans Inn is undoubtedly its staff. Every member of the team we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. From the lady who cleaned and prepared our room, to the night watchman who happily let my cocker spaniel, Puddle, and me out for our 4.30 a.m. walk, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The waiting staff and receptionists were excellent, and Lorraine deserves a special mention for her exceptional friendliness, helpfulness and local knowledge. The beer garden, which offered both sunny and shaded aspects, was great. Overall, while the staff were outstanding and deserve every compliment, we felt the accommodation did not live up to the standard we expected from a deluxe room or from the many glowing reviews The Loans Inn has received.
We stayed 5 nights at the Loans Inn. They created a great home base for our visit from Australia. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The indoor and outdoor areas gave us numerous spots to relax and catch up with our party of friends that were also staying at The Loans Inn.
Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Beer garden was a welcome addition on the hot summer days/nights. Although our room looked onto the main road it was very quiet. Only thing I would change is more disabled parking closer to the main entrance. Overall a fabulous stay.
Went for a family lunch. The service was very good, with just enough wait time for the food to be freshly cooked. The food itself was excellent and enjoyed by everyone, price was reasonable and on a par with other similar establishments I have visited. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and attentive, would definitely highly recommend
Just back from our 4 day break at the LOANS Food great Accommodation first class Staff excellent Special mention to AMY Only complaint door entry system Had to frequently go back to get the card re-charged Being disabled bit of a nuisance Brian&jean room101
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown to our table, drink order taken while we looked at menus. Service was very friendly. Food came out quickly and was plentiful and delicious. Would highly recommend
We have dined at The Loans many times and always have a fantastic experience. Went my with friend for a lazy Sunday catch up……friendly staff, great service, delicious food, relaxed atmosphere……absolutely perfect. We are planning out next visit very soon.
This place surprised us! The room was amazing! HUGE. Clean and a lovely super king bed x The bar staff (a lovely young fella) were very helpful and polite. The meal was OK, just standard pub food. Breakfast was a good array of food. We booked a bit last minute, but the stay was great. Only downside was no air con - so opening the window on to a main road all night was a bit of a pain… WiFi was good, overall a great stay. Not quite as close to Troon as we thought, but OK
Went out for lunch for my mums 70th, fodd was amazing very well presented. The staff are lovely and attentive. Also the resturant has a nice environment to it too, we will definitely be going back again.
Dinner was absolutely delicious & great value for money. Service was quick & all staff were friendly Overall great experience & will definitely be back
A tad expensive for a beer but worth the visit for the air conditioning alone.👍
Wonderful night spent here with my husband for his birthday. The sun was shining on roof terrace and it was glorious. Hotel room was spotless, bed super comfortable. Food in the restaurant 10/10. Staff friendly. Everything was perfect.
Nice location. Dog friendly. Pleasant staff. BUT food very poor quality. A light lunch of one 'chargriiled' ceasar salad, one halloumi salad and a small side of chips. Both were poorly presented and consisted mainly of gem lettuce leaves cover in copious sauces. Not good value at £44.85 including one cider. Maybe other dishes are better but our meals were extremely poor value. We will not be giving our custom to Old Loans Inn in the future.
What a super stay we had in the Loans Inn from the start to finish .beautiful place to stay all the staff went above and beyond for us ..special thanks goes to the night porter Brian couldnt do enough to make us welcome and comfortable . Super friendly man ..I would highly recommend a stay here
Stayed at the loans in with a large group of friends for a golf weekend. I can genuinely say this is one of the friendliest team of staff I have ever come across. It would be unfair to single anyone member of the team because every single member of the teams was outstanding and ensured our stay was an enjoyable one. The owners of this hotel should be very proud of their team! The team complemented the hotel which was spotless throughout and perfectly located for playing golf on the Ayrshire coast. We enjoyed our stay there so much that we’re booking again for next year. Outstanding!
We had our diamond wedding celebration àt the last minute as my wife was recovering from a medical procedure. Amy look after all our needs, and our meals were very satisfying. Big bonus was the use of our loyalty card.
Lovely hotel. Well looked after and the staff are great. Nice food and a good breakfast to set up up for golf.
Highly recommended! What a fabulous find. Beautiful bar/restaurant. Spotlessly clean and excellent food. Great gluten free options. Very busy, which says it all!
I returned because last year’s visit was so enjoyable… it didn’t feel like a rushed, utilitarian overnight, more a relaxing ‘take a breath’ time. And so it was this time. I and my well travelled whippet were made so welcome. Everything is spotlessly clean, the room spacious and comfortable with an en suite bath (bonus brownie points, nothing like a long hot soak after a long hot day! The delightful staff at the Loans really make it special - every single one of them genuinely friendly, helpful, kind. I love the vibe… One more thing: when I was working part of my job was restaurant and hotel reviewing - too often I grumbled (politely obviously!!) about menus that over-promised and under-delivered. The polar opposite occurred at The Loans: a modest description of Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, dressed with olive oil, sourdough croutons… well, that was inadequate to do justice to the feast I enjoyed. Burrata as wobblesome as a cloud, tomatoes ripe and at a properly ambient temperature, a juicy fruity, oil, crispy croutons…just heavenly!!! Thanks to all, and see you next year. Plus, very dully, it’s really handy for the ferry terminal…! Frankly, I’d happily have driven further for this level,of quality, service, sleep, food ….
Very friendly staff. Great service. Excellent food and bar. Very nice rooms. 5+ stars. We would 100% stay again.
Have been once again for a meal which was fantastic snd service once again superb, look forward to returning once again this time with an overnight stay keep up the excellent work
Great food, great service and great value!
Lovely place. Staff friendly and professional. Food superb. Best chicken pie ever! Really reasonable prices. Great all round experience. We'll be back!
I honestly thought that this would be a typically Scottish, out dated hotel but what a wonderful surprise!! Everything clean and fresh, great rooms (some dog friendly and ours was - but spotlessly clean !) Great menu and a well priced 2 course with lots of choice. Very tasty evening meal and great breakfast. Super friendly and efficient staff. Loved it and will return!
Was lovely good food, Aimee gave great customer service
Perfect spot for both golf course and the Troon ferry to Arran. Couldn’t fault this great find
Food excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely afternoon catch up with family
Went for a golf trip, great location played three different Islands close by so Loans Inn ideal location. Rented 4 Bedroom Cottage adjoining Hotel for 7 days, Cottage a good size and well equipped for 4 Male Golfers, comfortable spacious and clean with adequate off road parking. Ate two meals in hotel about average price for Dinner; but Light Breakfast= dry rolls and over cooked lorne sausage almost £5.00! did not go back for breakfast again. Upstairs bathroom did not have a mirror, requested one from Hotel reception who promptly delivered a wall mount shaving mirror without attaching to a wall so a waste of time, Entrance door to the Cottage door the Lock was very awkward to use Staff at the Hotel was fine, particularly Emma and Loraine but one female member of Staff did not seem at all interested in serving customers.
Everything was excellent room staff food etc
We arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon to the Loans Inn, plenty ample sized parking slots were available and not too far to walk in the rain to the restaurant door. We were met by extremely friendly staff who showed us to a lovely table beside the window. We had reserved a table but not specifically by a window so this was a bonus, however, the entire place is beautifully decorated and any table would have been acceptable. The menus were brought and have a huge selection of choices for lunch/dinner. We picked from the 2 courses for £19.95 and expected a smaller portion of the full menu, however, this was not the case. Both of us struggled to finish the full 2 courses and we were delighted with the quality and taste of all the food we had. It is a gem of a place and we will certainly go again for lunch or dinner. Great food, great choice and lovely, friendly service and plenty of staff on hand.
Absolutely delightful stay! Staff were amazing, friendly, so helpful and REALLY comfy bed. Really thoughtful additions for our dog including water bowl, treats and towel available if needed. Ate in the restaurant which again, staff were great and food was delicious. Breakfast was served in the bar area for quests with dogs and restaurant for pet free guests. We will definitely return!
New decor and menu since our last visit and it was even better.
We had previously booked for November 2025 but one of the family members was seriously ill. The team at the Loans were very understanding and allowed us to postpone the booking. We were finally able to stay in the Cottage at Loans on 21 March. Staff were lovely and accommodation was perfect.
very nice, rooms ok, food ok 👍
Arrived in late and was away early for a ferry. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and room really nice too👍
Myself and Mum recently stayed here booking via one of the voucher deals. We absolutely loved it! The hotel is stunning, the decor is beautiful throughout and the whole place was comfortable and cosy. The voucher deal was excellent value. Our room was perfect, spotless and it had everything we needed. We especially loved the nice toiletries which were a lovely touch. Dinner was wonderful - tons of choice and the food was amazing. The portions were big and everything tasted fresh and delicious. A particular highlight for us was the breakfast - both continental options and hot options included. It was one of the best set ups we’ve had at a hotel for breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been nicer too. Our voucher included an hours session at the nearby Gailes Hotel so we also enjoyed the spa facilities there which was another added bonus during our stay. This is the perfect place to stay and we will definitely be back - the location was perfect and next to shops and the lovely seafront. Free parking is also available and the hotel was easy to find. We were so impressed and couldn’t fault a thing.
We had a lovely experience at the loans restaurant Amy was very helpful with her recommendations and the other staff were very attentive. The restaurant had a cosy atmosphere nice for a date.
Nice big room, very clean and every amenity you could need is on hand. On site parking is very handy and the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the meals we had were good value and tasty. Breakfast had plenty of choice to set you up for the day. Only issue was housekeeping knocking on the door both mornings, once at 9.15am. All in all a good place to base yourself if you want to explore the area.
Not dog tolerant, fully dog friendly. Easy check in when using a itison voucher, our key didn’t work for the room door but a member of staff had that sorted in minutes so can’t fault them. Food as always was absolutely amazing and plenty of it as well. Staff extremely attentive an happy to help. We had our dog with us and staff couldn’t have been better to deal with in regards to the floof. Even bringing out food and water for him too. Room was absolutely spotless. This is our second time staying with our first being over a year ago and absolutely nothing has changed, if it’s perfect, why change it. Highly recommend.
Amazing time, staff very friendly and attentive, rooms spotless, will be back 😀😀😀
Great food. Lovely atmosphere and service was quick. Thanks to Lorraine and Nell.
We booked for an overnight stay, we stayed previously in January and was that good, we decided to book for another day. The staff are all amazing at the loans and are very welcoming. We made use of the thermal spa at the gailles hotel, which was excellent too. We had dinner at the loans, the atmosphere within the restaurant was really good and the decor was a rustic vibe. The food was outstanding and the bar and restaurant staff ensured that we were well catered for. We had soup and chicken tempura to start, fish and steak pie for mains and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The sticky toffee pudding was the best I've ever tasted. The breakfast was continental which we helped ourselves and the hot food was served to your table, this was excellent. We stayed in a different room each time, the 1st room was larger and 2nd room smaller but each had its own character. We had 2 complimentary bottles on water on arrival and a bottle of wine as part of the deal which was chilling. Overall I would highly recommend and definitely will be back. Well done the loans inn staff for creating a great time for us.
Hotel is excellent.ideal for golfers and families.rooms were cleaned each day ,new towels each day aswell.staff at breakfast and at bar, nothing is any trouble for them .excellent location and would not hesitate to stay again thanks
Easy booking system, welcoming staff, quality food, decent portions and reasonably priced.
Staff are like family to us, such a welcoming and amazing place, Food fantastic too. Atmosphere second to none. Very good value for money.
Food was delicious and staff were brilliant.
A definite 5/5 experience. Warm and relaxing. Spacious and comfortable room (114). Food excellent; really excellent. The hotel clearly has a top chef. Friendly Team who really make the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended.
This place is amazing food is brilliant staff are really nice rooms are spotless we will definitely be back soon
We stayed at the loans in for one night but will definitely go there again. The location is very central and easy to find. Staff are all very friendly and deliver an excellent level of service. The room we had was great and the food was excellent.
Return visit after 11 years, but still warm and welcoming. We had one of the master rooms - large and very comfortable. Room had everything we needed (except... there was a posh coffee machine, but no coffee pods. Not an issue for us as we like tea, but rather odd). Our room was at front of the hotel, so road traffic noise at times, but not an issue. Very spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom had spa bath and a great walk-in shower. Staff very good - helped us a few times with electronic door-lock issues. Superb breakfasts, very nice lounge area and a lovely restaurant area (separate part is dog friendly). Don't know if I can do a separate restaurant review, but the food was great. Good, not complex menu, enough options, well cooked and well presented.
Excellent menu, food, drinks, and service at a reasonable price. Nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Wee night away A really nice clean room which was well appointed. Staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. Check in and out was quick and easy. Food was great. Ideal for a mini break away.
Cosy, comfortable and a really nice stay. Great value for money
Lorraine & staff we're superb nothing was too much trouble. Had a great stay & will return . 5 🌟
Stayed here for 1 night and we were not disappointed. The room was very clean, the dinner was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were lovely. The hotel is immaculate and well decorated. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for a pleasant experience.
Had a lovely family meal, but the desert was very disappointing. I ordered the dark chocolate and orange pot with ginger biscuits. It was very bland, needed some cream or ice-cream. Would have been nice with ginger nut biscuits.
Very relaxed hotel great for a getaway. Very clean staff great. Food was amazing
From the moment we walked in till we left it was a great experience. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food served was very good maybe a bit large in the portions, but I suppose you can't please everyone as some people like a large meal. And the inside has been done to a very high standard, and nice atmosphere to have a meal. Would highly recommend it
Just returned from a 3 night stay , the rooms were lovely and very clean. All the staff were friendly , the breakfast was tasty . We had Sunday lunch which was absolutely delicious.
Overnight break with family and friends which we all enjoyed. The Hotel was very very nice and the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and professional when dealing with our party. Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone thinking of booking a stay there. The food was excellent with a great choice on the menus.
Food is delicious, nice atmosphere and excellent services. The hotel rooms are ok, a little bit noisy as the main road is next to the hotel and the rooms are a little bit old but very well cleaned.
My wife and I attended The Loans Inn to celebrate my 71st birthday and just to enjoy some ‘together time’. This is our local eating venue and we tend not to look anywhere else because we are always very happy with the food quality and the high standard of friendly and efficient service. As usual, we enjoyed a lovely meal in very pleasant surroundings.
This was our 4th or 5th visit to The Loans Hotel. The hotel is lovely, beds are cozy, rooms are nice, and they even throw in a couple of Tunnocks chocolate biscuits and a couple of bottles of water. Dinner was excellent as always and the staff are lovely, very attentive and welcoming. Fully cooked Scottish breakfast in the morning round off our most enjoyable stay. They provide serial, juice and toast as well. Anyway, we'll be back again in the near future.
What a great hotel , really nicely furnished and the bedroom was very spacious and well appointed fabulous team of staff working throughout , super rooms and amazing food. The restaurant on the evening was so good as was the breakfast on the morning. A real gem
We stayed at The Loans in on 27/9 and was greeted by lovely Amy she was so welcoming and seemed to be happy at her work considering she'd been there 7am.Our room was huge and really nice even had a bottle of prosecco chilling which was part of our deal but still impressed with the ice bucket. Our evening meal was delicious and well presented as was breakfast I had eggs Benedict and my only moan would be that eggs were not runny enough for eggs Benedict but was still very tasty. I would definitely recommend and I would love to return. There's a big beer garden and think it would be lovely in the summer. Troon is nearby but you'd need the car or take the bus. When we checked out it lovely Amy again and started again at 7am and was still asleep cheery she'd be an asset to any business. 🎄⛄🧑🎄🤝
My husband and I were in on Christmas Day and we were so looking forward to it but unfortunately we were very disappointed.. Starter was melon which was so hard to cut into , it shot off my plate Main course was one slice of turkey, one roast potato, 3 small Brussel sprouts, which were hard , one carrot and small portion of mashed potato . Dessert was meant to be cheesecake but we never got that . Something different .?? Sadly we won’t be back , wasn’t worth the money .
Excellent, friendly service - good food and great ambience. Thankyou - we will be coming back!! Washroom facilities are particularly good.
We had a lovely Christmas dinner together at The Loans Inn. This was our first meal out for Christmas in a restaurant instead of at home. We all enjoyed our meals and it was the perfect setting for the day. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Food was lovey, staff & service were excellent. Definitely will book for next year well worth the money . XXXxxxxxxxxxx
Stayed 1 night, thoroughly enjoyed. The staff make this hotel, food was also very good. Had a great nights sleep. Definitely recommend.
1st time visiting this restaurant was absolutely delicious and we will be back some of the company we was in have been before but a 1st for us
Sunday lunch was excellent. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff with the addition of a festive, relaxed atmosphere - perfect for a Christmas visit.
Lovely village hotel with excellent restaurant - good choices on the menu that can cater for all - includes gluten free options.
Dinner with Santa. Poor experience. Inedible food and poor service. Not the best and most definitely won’t be back in this establishment. A terrible experience and awful food. The mains arrived and were warmish, not hot at all. The burger was sent back as both the burger and chips were stone cold. The waitress did say we could heat the chicken dish up, in heinsight I should have as the chicken was tough , cold and inedible as it was All plates were hardly touched. We did express our concern to the waitress and she said she would pass on our comments. So disappointed in the meals we didn’t want to order dessert. We ordered coffee and hot chocolates. The hot chocolate again was warm not hot and had been sitting on the bar for well over 5 mins before being brought to our table as we could see them. We asked twice for the bill and eventually got it. Asking the waitress if our concerns and comments were passed on she said yes, the chef passed on his apologies however she didn’t come back and tell us this. She also said she told the manager. On leaving we spoke to the manager and he had no idea that we had complained. The bill was paid and we left, he said that he would forward on an email to me but when I said it it was the wrong spelling of my name and email provider he said ok, not altering it or making a note. So I would very much doubt I will receive an apology. Completely disappointed as we have saved to come out for a Xmas treat and for my daughter to see Santa and we paid £123 for cold inedible food , poor service and being lied too. Very poor , expected more from your establishment , clearly couldn’t cope with the amount of people and meals in such a short space of time. Let down by such uninterested staff, not an ounce of empathy nor any attempt to make our experience better. Won’t be back.
Went for a meal , brisket massaman curry, delicious and reasonably priced . Nice atmosphere and pleasant surroundings.
The friendliest staff (including Amy T) made us feel welcome and made sure my friend felt special on her birthday. The food was really good and the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely come back again.
Fantastic stay, very welcoming. Rooms excellent. Meals very good. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Great value. Thanks
Absolutely fabulous stay, had a birthday meal for 17 of us and nothing was too much trouble to the staff, the meal was excellent, 10 of us stayed overnight, great rooms, very clean and spacious with breakfast in the morning, highly recommend
Lovely place staff soo friendly food fantastic rooms great myself and my husband had a great time very relaxed we will be back
Excellent service. Night porter was fantastic. Bedroom clean and tidy. Dinner and breakfast very tasty. Friendly, helpful staff.
We loved our stay at this cozy inn. Everything was clean and comfortable and very stylish. I enjoyed the range of Cooked options at breakfast that wasn’t standard full Scottish. Best part was how efficient and lovely all the staff we spoke to were., especially Emma. Will stay again!
Stayed here for one night in November to get our dog away from the very loud fireworks displays in our area. It’s a lovely, cosy and welcoming hotel. The staff are really friendly. Our room was huge which we needed for our dog to sniff about and sprawl! It was totally spotless and the room smelled nice. We ate dinner in the hotel and whilst it was nice, it may have been a bit too salty for my taste. Maybe just my own preference. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Again, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Loans itself isn’t a big place with lots to explore but it’s right next to Troon where we visited the beach on our way home. I love that the hotel are incredibly dog friendly and don’t expect you to keep them in the room and they can eat with you. On cold winter nights, this is a great place to dine and stay as it’s extra cosy and welcoming.
Stopped for one night, excellent from start to finish, from the staff, food and then the room. Couldn't ask for more for the price.
Having just returned from an over night stay at the old loans what can i say but just superb. From the moment we arrived to the day we left managrment and staff just couldn't do enough for you, the place works like a tesm with everyone getting stuck in. Also the food was just amazing and the rooms were first class with a nice touch with a bottle of proseco and a note wishing us a happy anniversary,we can't wait to return very soon
Overnight for my wife as pre-birthday treat. Able to check in a bit earlier which was great. Booked a deluxe room which was spacious. Seating area with bottle of prosecco chilling for us. Spacious and spotless with all the amenities you'd expect. Enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and complimentary toiletries. Bed super comfy and had a restful sleep. The bar and restaurant has so much character. Cosy and comfortable. It was a Saturday so if was busy but just added to the overall vibe in a positive way. Dinner was included in our package and it was delicious, hearty and well presented. We had cocktails at the bar. They were fine but took a while to be brought to our table and to be honest they weren't the best we've had with my negroni missing an element i feel and the glass literally only half full. Breakfast was first class and we enjoyed items from the continental buffet on offer as well as a full Scottish breakfast. Overall a lovely stay, great value and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!
Fantastic food, great service, totally recommended 👍 Hats off to Emma. Will be back for sure, car park at the rear was a nice touch too.
Nice relaxing atmosphere. Good portions and very tasty. The staf were lovely as well. We will definitely be back again.
Visit this restaurant often and we are always met with good service from friendly staff, with a menu to suit most tastes. Would highly recommend
Lovely family dinner here for a group of 11 on a Saturday evening. Food was of a very high standard with very friendly and efficient service. The place itself was a very attractive venue - beautifully lit outside and in. Our whole party enjoyed their food - not a single complaint. Reasonably priced and a good selection of wine and beers too.
Lovely environment and friendly and attentive staff. Only complaint was, the dish of veg we ordered arrived cold. But it was quickly replaced.
Lovely large room. Comfortable bed with extra pillows if needed. Delicious food. Evening meal was 2 course for £19.95 which is good value for the quality of the food. Served by friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order plus continental buffet style that you could help yourself. Would certainly return.
Had a delightful wee break at the Loans what a lovely hotel great bunch of staff very attentive and friendly from check in to dinner breakfast and bar staff and housekeeping all very nice .Our room was really nice spacious and very clean .Food was nice dinner and breakfast only gripe are the portion sizes hate to waste food but had to admit defeat and couldn't finish everything .This is a really great hotel had a lovely time and definately will return
Both my Wife and i had booked dinner, bed and breakfast. On arrival we were made to feel most welcome and all of our special requests were actioned without any issue. Our room was beautiful and clean. Absolutely no complaints. The food was amazing at both dinner and breakfast. The staff were super friendly. We will definitely book this Hotel again.
We stayed here for an overnight stay on Saturday (birthday treat) The staff are so welcoming and helpful, nice and friendly The food was so nice as was the breakfast a really good choice for eveving meal and breakfast . Breakfast was both cooked and continental choices. Would highly recommend it, and we would come back
Dog friendly hotel. All the staff made us really welcome and catered for our wee pup. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dinner choices. Would definitely recommend
Trip advisor only shows 4/5 when I want to mark 5/5. Excellent service from absolutely everyone in this hotel. Stayed a few times and never disappointed. All areas spotlessly clean, lovely food, comfortable rooms and public areas. Highly recommended. Stephen McGuire
Very friendly staff, great food and a nice big room. The dining room is really pretty and the food was excellent. We had cullen skink and a beautiful fish dish with a wonderful hassleback baked potato. One of the best meals we had in Scotland and reat start to our trip. .
