Nous avons passé deux semaines au Japon (second voyage) et c'est bien le seul endroit où nous avons été mal accueili : nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'aise avec notre enfant de 9 mois, le personnel était très distant, non présent ou parfois franchement désagréable. Mauvais rapport qualité prix en comparaison a tout ce que nous avons pu faire au Japon.

The food was great and the lake view from our room was really breathtaking. Also the onsen was pretty nice. Especially liked the lounge they had with jazz records! Definitely will come back.

The room was quite humid and smelled a bit odd.

Love the location being very close to restaurants and Kegon Falls too. Shuttle bus was convenient and check in/out was very easy. Beds were very comfortable, the size of the room was perfect for our family.

Food is not so good. We found fruit flies in our salads every morning. The selection of drinks weren't exciting. The "shared space" has a microwave and hot water but no tissues, etc, missing essential things making it a little pointless. The lounge seems to be a newer addition which is nice but can hardly relax because of the strong sulfur smell coming from the bath which is right next to it. The bath/onsen is ok in my opinion but my husband and son didn't like it at all, said it was dirty, and there were too many dead bugs. It was a shame because we were looking forward to enjoying the onsen during this trip. No teaspoons or spoons can be found anywhere... The light in the room is either too dark or too bright. And lastly, they should have not used wooden chopsticks for dinner. It was a set menu, making it feel cheap and ruining the dining experience.

Great value and lovely location 800m from town. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The included breakfast and dinner great value.

Some facilities slightly tired, but not a big issues.

We stayed there one night. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the lake, accommodating staff and very comfortable beds. The public hot baths were a treat!

The view from the room is astounding. The facilities are very nice, especially the lounge and baths on the third floor. The breakfast was good too.

進飯店的入口有一階崁,輪椅進去有些不便,希望能提供一處斜坡給輪椅的客人,謝謝!

部屋からの景色がよく、温泉も硫黄のかおりがしてよかったです。食事もコース料理と飲み放題プランで良かった。

食事中に小虫がたくさんとんでいて、食事の中に入っていたりしました。。食事は美味しかったのに集中できなくてざんねんでした。

合理的であることと、サービスの質のバランスが素晴らしい！

朝食後、時間になったとのことでレストランを退場させられた。片付けをするのは問題はないが、食後に少しの時間、席でくつろぐくらいの思いやりサービスは難しくないはず。積み重ねて来た好印象が一気に崩れてしまった。

Two members of my group had diatery restrictions, which the hotel had a hard time to accomodate although they tried.

Last minute book this place (on the day itself) and I AM TRULY SATISFIED. The room is spacious, comfortable and lovely in general. Super love the room really. Great view, worth every money. The hotel is just in front of the lake. The walk to the surrounding area is breezy and lovely. The hotel parking is spacious too.

Reading all the negative reviews, I only booked Yurotelo because I had no other choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The dorm was clean (though huge and people noisy in the morning), the bathrooms new, the onsen very nice.

I really wish there was a female-only dorm! It is huge and males snore!!! Carpet needs replacement!

Es hat im ganzen Hotel sehr unangenehm gerochen. Das Zimmer war extrem alt, hat gemuffelt und war halbwegs sauber (Duschvorhang war voller Schimmel, es hat stark nach Schwefel und altem Haus gerochen). Aufenthaltsraum war nicht begehbar (keine Info auf der Buchungsseite). Das Hotel ist extrem alt, vieles ist kaputt, nicht gewartet, wird im Internet falsch angepriesen & dargestellt.

We spent three wonderful nights at Yutorelo Nikko, and it exceeded every expectation. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast and dinner each day, with lovely amenities throughout and impeccably clean surroundings. Our room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed, and any additional requests were handled graciously by the staff. The entire team were friendly and professional — with particular praise for the restaurant staff, most notably Saurav and Dāyan, whose warmth and care made every meal a memorable occasion. The food itself was simply fabulous, full of flavour, drawing on a wonderful mix of cuisines. Each morning and evening we found ourselves looking forward to sitting down at the table. The location is wonderfully central with buses passing through and a handful of charming shops nearby. And the view of the lake is breathtaking. We would recommend Yutorelo Nikko wholeheartedly. Thank you to every member of the team who made this stay so special.

男体山登山の前泊には絶好のロケーション 温泉の泉質が良かった ドミトリータイプを利用したがとにかく安い

ウォッシュレットの付いていないホテルは久しぶり

The staff provided excellent service, and their English was very easy to understand, which made everything so smooth. The public hot spring was fantastic and very relaxing. Also, don't miss out on the hotel restaurant—the food tastes amazing!

It's very close to the Shrine, right around Lake Chuzenji, and has all sorts of facilities. The hotel's hot spring is fantastic

・ドミトリーは他の人のいびきがうるさくて寝不足に。ホテルが悪いわけではないです。いびきで他の人に迷惑かける可能性のある方は配慮があるとありがたい。

- Couldn't take a bath because of a metal piece they installed that doesn't allow for the drain to be covered. - Had a water leak on the sink - The staff isn't the friendliest... - Overall the equipment is very dated... Went to over 100 hotels in Japan, one of my worst experience.

Great view and perfect location to explore Nikkō. Bus stop right outside the hotel and a free shuttle service to both Nikkō train stations. Great onsen. Hardworking staff who gave their best.

We booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and futons. However, we got Western-style beds. We asked to change, but they said it was not possible. Furthermore, the library, ping pong area and lounge with hammocks was shut without any mention beforehand. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Food is ok for 2 nights max, as it’s almost the same every day and was nothing like shown on the pictures.

We stayed in the hostel, however they provided us with towels and onsen clothing and we had free access to the facilities of the hotel and breakfast included (which was very nice). The sleeping area is big and comfortable plus you have a box you can close to store your valuable personal belongings (they provide locke). You can store your luggage at the entrance even before check in and after check out.

Everything was ok. Just a recommendation to bring sufficient cash (in the surrounding only cash is accepted) because in the proximity of the hostel there is only one ATM and it is closed on Sunday.

登山の帰りに使用しましたが、登山口に近く、お安く泊まれた上に、登山で疲れた身体が温泉で癒されました。

部屋は広く、窓から中禅寺湖を眺められる。 リーズナブルで、夕食、朝食ともにご飯が美味しかった。

大浴場の湯船にカスのようなゴミや葉っぱが沢山浮いてるのが気になった。朝も利用したが、露天風呂は寒くて入っていられないほどお湯の温度がぬるかった。 ホテルから帰宅すると背中とお腹に発疹ができているのに気付いた。2、3日で治り原因ははっきりわからないが、衛生面が少し心配。

Morgenmad såvel som aftensmad oversteg mine forventninger, det var altsammen meget delikat, omend ikke varieret. Alle ansatte jeg mødte var meget venlige, hjælpsomme og kompetente. Onsen var en dejlig oplevelse, indendørs såvel som udendørs, og bagefter var det behageligt at sidde i fællesrummet ved onsen og nyde kolde og varme drikke uden beregning.

Måske kunne menuen have været lidt mere varieret, men under alle omstændigheder smagte den dejligt.

This was a great place to stay and I wish we had booked more than 1 night here. Onsen (public bath) is with sulfur water. Great for skin with allergies and relaxation, though it's a bit weird at the first time due to the color and smell. 10/10 recommend to try. The room we had was with futons and surprisingly it's easy to prepare them and then comfortable sleep. The view is amazing, though windows are not opening and net a bit messing with the good photos. Dinner and breakfast are great, we were told the breakfast from 7:30 though when we came at 7:20 there were already people eating and we got served earlier too. Not a hotel, but not far away from it there is a place open till 5:40 pm with exceptionally good crepes and fresh matcha bottles - very local and nice elderly men there 💗 Generally the lake, mountain and views are superb, so I'd recommend visiting it for a couple days at least.

Tricky to get there without a car - tobu bus is delayed and rare (like every 30-60 mins depending on the time of the day), however we got back to the Tobu-Nikko station without delay at all - might have taken later bus and enjoy onsen more. Meat dishes were a bit disappointing for my taste, however sashimi were exceptionally great! Not for the hotel itself, but many places are closing at 4 pm or earlier - btw the Kegon Fall "paid" observation deck is open free after 5 pm 😅

温泉は2種類の泉質で、大変気持ちよく入ることができた。食事はバイキングではなく、フルコースで美味しかった。

お風呂から中禅寺湖が見えなかったのが残念でした。

De kamer was ruim, modern, netjes en schoon. Het personeel was zeer prettig en in tegenstelling tot veel andere reviews was hun engels uitstekend.

De rest van het hotel was wel wat vervallen. Net aks de omgeving overigens. Het personeel maakte veel goed. Het eten was wat veel, wat bijzondere gerechten en wat eentonig. Maar wel goed.
