Really clean and comfortable rooms and super convenient location so close to Victoria Stn. Twin beds provided for my son/husband and brilliant idea to provide separate duvets for my daughter and i who were sharing a king bed. Firm pillows provided on request. Mini kitchen is brilliant especially the brita tap. So lovely to have a fridge to stock myself rather than an expensive mini bar. Staff were lovely and chatty when engaged. Love the molton brown toiletries.

Air con kept resetting to 20 degrees which was a bit too cold at times. Not that i attempted to report this. I think the milk pots provided were curdled but no matter because i popped to m&s next door and bought real milk.

This room was smaller than the one we stayed in previous two days (as I failed to book the same biggest room), but we still managed to handle our two 28-inch suitcases. Although it's quite close to the Buckingham Palace, it's very quiet in the room. I couldn't hear any noise even in daytime when there are many people walking on the street.

This hotel is very close to the Buckingham Palace, walking to the main gate costs no more than 5 minutes. It's very hard to find a hotel like this which locates so close to the Buckingham Palace at this price. The room we stayed was the biggest one in this hotel, and it has enough space for us to handle our two 28-inch suitcases with one additional bed in the room. Although it's quite close to the Buckingham Palace, it's very quiet in the room. I couldn't hear any noise even in daytime when there are many people walking on the street. This is the second time we stayed in this place -- the previous time was exactly 10 years ago, when this hotel had another name. Although there might have been rebranded, the location, the gate, the lifts, the corridor, and the interior of the rooms remain the same. We took a few photos for our child in front of the gate. When comparing the photos with the pictures taken 10 years ago, it gave me a very deep impression of how time flies! It was a 10-year anniversary for our trip to UK, for the hotel, and for our lives!

我们是从牛津坐大巴到维多利亚大巴站，然后步行到酒店的，大概十多分钟。白金汉宫就和酒店隔一条马路，出了酒店大门左转走几步能看到白金汉宫的屋顶，大概走5分钟左右就能到达白金汉宫散客入口。离维多利亚火车站和地铁站也很近，地理位置非常优越，玛莎超市也是走3、4分钟就能到的。因为带着我75+的父母出行，前台工作人员主动询问是不是需要选择淋浴房的房间，真的很为客人着想，而且我们是提早到酒店，前台也让提前入住了。我们进出酒店，前台工作人员都会主动问好，让我们感觉温馨舒适，非常满意。虽然没有包含早餐，但是房间里有微波炉和餐具，我们在超市买了披萨、牛奶、酸奶、水果和面包，解决饮食问题也很方便。电梯很大，有空调，是一家现代化酒店，我们对于酒店的各方面都非常满意。在伦敦期间，我们游玩了白金汉宫（步行可至）、汉普顿宫（维多利亚火车站有火车可至）、大英博物馆（地铁可至）、温莎堡（公交702可至，起点站就在维多利亚站），回国是盖特维克机场（维多利亚火车站有直达机场快线），所以交通真的很方便。

Every thing about it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived the staff were so engaging and helpful. The location was amazing. We walked to all the major tourist attractions right from the front door. Complimentary iced water was available from reception to fill water bottles and an evening complimentary wine was also available which was a lovely surprise. Rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable. We will be back!

Remarkably quiet for where it’s located. Staff are lovely, helpful, cheerful, and proactive. The air conditioning works 100%, even in the heat wave. (US level AC). The room is small but laid out to efficiently use the space. Nice mini kitchenette and built in water filters so you can refill your water bottles.

Loved the location of this hotel. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff with special shout out to Lawrence who checked us in and also to friendly guy that check us out. Room very clean and comfortable. Loved the Molton Brown products and the 'happy hour'. Area felt safe with lots of restaurants nearby. M&S and Waitrose nearby too to pick up any food items to use in the small kitchen area in room. Air conditioning was most welcome when we were there during the heatwave.

We arrived to a lovely welcome and throughout our stay they went above and beyond to make our visit special. Everyone on reception was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room was fabulous and had everything we needed. The personal touches the staff provided just elevated our experience to the next level - it was absolutely lovely, thoughtful and very much appreciated. Lawrence was outstanding - so helpful and super professional, he definitely made our stay so much more than we expected. Overall the service provided was excellent and we cannot wait to return. We stayed at The Resident Victoria during December to experience London's festive atmosphere, and it turned out to be the perfect accommodation for both my family and my brother's family. Our room was a comfortable size for a family of three and had everything we needed for our stay. One feature we particularly enjoyed was the complimentary evening wine social in the lobby. It was a nice opportunity for guests to relax and mingle with others after a day of sightseeing. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's just a short walk to Victoria Underground Station, making it easy to explore all parts of London. On the way to the station, you'll pass Cardinal Place shopping centre, where you can pick up snacks, dine at one of the many restaurants, or do some shopping. Having stores like Marks & Spencer so close by was especially convenient for our family. Overall, The Resident Victoria was an excellent base for our Christmas holiday in London. With its comfortable rooms, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic location, I would happily stay here again on my future trips to London.

This is a beautiful small hotel, located close to Victoria Station, Victoria Palace, and Buckingham. The staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gela was especially attentive and a pleasure to interact with, as was everyone we had contact with. Bonus…there is also an elevator and air conditioning. Our room was a nicely furnished room for three. Beds were comfortable. The little kitchenette was nice for coffee and leftovers. All in all, a great place to stay and be sure and visit the lovely Italian ladies at the little place right next door and Chrissy at the Phoenix pub nearby. Highly recommend!!

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms, really comfortable super king bed, kitchenette, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, air con, Mo,ton Brown produce in the bathroom. Great location. Five minutes walk from Victoria tube station, almost next to Buckingham Palace. Loads of eateries nearby. THe staff were lovely, the hotel corridors quiet, no load of slamming doors all hours of the night, or at any time. Just really really good. I would highly recommend,

This was a last minute book and I was initially concerned because our room was in the lower level. However I found a comfortable, spotless room with lots of amenities and quite possibly the best shower I have had in a hotel. Great location! We chose this hotel because use it is nearby Victoria Station which of course also meant it was next to St James Park, Westminster attractions, and places to eat.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Resident Victoria for my daughter’s belated 15th birthday, and I honestly cannot thank the team enough. From the moment we arrived, Lawrence and the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. They had kindly arranged birthday balloons and left chocolates for my daughter in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and immediately made her feel celebrated. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in, the shower was excellent, and having the kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and crockery made such a difference to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every member of staff we spoke to was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They even allowed us to check out an hour later, which meant we could enjoy our final morning in London without feeling rushed. It’s often the little acts of kindness that people remember, and this hotel was full of them. As a mum travelling with my daughter, we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Thank you, Lawrence, and the whole team, for helping make my daughter’s birthday weekend so memorable. We will absolutely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Resident Victoria to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional service in a perfect location. Lawrence is a real credit to The Resident Victoria. His genuine kindness and attention to detail turned a lovely stay into a truly memorable one for my daughter’s birthday.

Excellent location for sight seeing in London, close to Victoria and Green Park tube stations and Buckingham Palace a 2 minute walk. Plenty of choice nearby for breakfast and short walk to restaurants and pubs.

Location is great for Buckingham Palace, I am in a wheelchair it has good access but I don’t need a disabled room and they do not have one at this hotel . All the staff were very helpful with the quick check in by the wonderful Carmen . We loved the drinks between 6 pm to 7 pm to chat to other guests

This is probably my 4th time staying with the Resident. I previously stayed ta the Earl's Court location before it was closed down. So, I chose this one over the ones in Covent Garden and Soho. Soho is too busy, and Covent Garden is too expensive. This was the best one I think. Everyone was friendly and helpful during my stay. Several staff members remembered me from previous stays, including one who worked at the Earl's Court one. The cleaning crew also did an excellent job. It is very quiet here even though it's very close to Buckingham Palace. It's tucked away on a small side street. It's near Marks and Spencers and Waitrose for groceries and walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. St. James Park is only a few minutes walk away, and it's perfect for a morning jog. The park is really stunning and serene. I will miss the ducks, geese and other birds. You can make a nice loop around the park and back to the hotel in about 30m. Green Park is a few minutes further away. I didn't make it there this time, but I will next visit. Transport wise, you're 8m walk (faster if you power walk) to Victoria Station. This is a major central London transit hub. You can a take train from there to do day trips to places like Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford and Bath. You may need to transfer at Paddington or King's Cross / St. Pancras, but it's close and easy. If I had something to complain about, I would. I can't really think of anything. The bed is comfortable. The pillows are a good firmness. It's easy to sleep because the area is quiet, and the other guests are as well. I will be back here during my next visit to London. I consider it my home when I'm in London.

My sister and I stayed here when visiting for a concert! It was in a perfect location, the room was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kitchenette was a great extra to the room! We look forward to staying here again!

We stayed for 2 nights and experienced a minor issue that the hotel dealt with promptly and we could not of asked for better customer service. The hotel is minutes from Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station making it the best location! The room was perfect with lovely Molton brown products and even GHD hairdryer! The small touches really make a difference and personal touch such as evening drinks and welcome card! We hope to be back!

Location , staff are exceptional,comfortable room after long days sightseeing

All the Resident Victoria London staff are excellent. They never hesitated to go out of their way to make us feel like we were their first priority and make our stay very special. At check-in Daniel went above and beyond to meet our immediate needs, of which there were a few. Heavy luggage, parcel brought up to us, booking an extra night and made sure we were comfortable in our new surroundings. Daniel greeted us as we came and went throughout the day like we were his only concern as did all staff. At the wine hour in the lobby every evening we enjoyed meeting others guests and staff. What a marvelous touch. Lawrence, Nived and Gurpreet are three other stand out names plus Housekeeping (sorry I don't have her name). Every staff we interacted with was exceptional. Definitely recommend as an outstanding hotel.

Best Hotel value for money in London

Just back from a quick trip to London where we stayed at the Resident Victoria. What a great find. It was reasonably priced, impeccably clean, with well-trained and friendly staff. In short, it was the perfect place for us. We like a modern hotel that feels more like a small apartment then a fancy hotel. The ample supply of nespresso capsules met our needs in the morning for coffee and the quiet rooms gave us a good nights sleep each evening. Also, while the hotel is just a couple of blocks from Buckingham Palace, it never felt inundated with tourists. We would return in a heartbeat.

Overall a fabulous stay! It was a great location and easy to get everywhere with lots of restaurants around the area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

Good morning from London. Husband and I with our 2 teenage nieces are checking out after 3 nights at the Resident Victoria. Our start was a bit bumpy, coming in after midnight and having some luggage difficulties and a little shock of the unexpected size of the room for 4 people. I was frustrated with some things at the hotel but 1st thing the next morning, the kind manager, Daniel, went out of his way to address my concerns and voraciouly went about making things right. After a the 1st good night's sleep and the warmth of the staff our initial concerns were evaporated. The room is tight for 4 people, our nieces are young teens, but they are the size of adults with big bags. London rooms at this price range are small, like in NYC, so it's to be expected. The location was relatively close to city sights and the staff does make a thoughtful effort to make things comfortable. The cleaning services were exceptional and the room was always straightened upon our arrival back at the end of long sight seeing days. Thanks again, Daniel, for making things so much better. And to all the lovely front desk staff, especially the evening from crew (Sun night June 21) and the very friendly morning crew (Mon June 22)! Cheers and safe travels if you're headed to London.

Great value for money

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Booked for the anniversary and couldn’t have made any better choice. Personalized card and a special amenities. Very attentive and helpful team that need a proper shout out.

**Review in English:** We had an excellent stay at The Resident Victoria. The hotel has great facilities, a very comfortable and well-designed room, and an outstanding location, within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, restaurants, shops, and many London attractions. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality of the hotel and its location. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and professional throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for the birthday celebration, as well as the complimentary drinks during happy hour, which made our experience even more special.

The only small point to consider is that the parking options are not immediately next door to the hotel, so you may need to walk a short distance with your luggage. However, the hotel has a discount agreement with Q-Park Victoria, which is a very helpful benefit for guests arriving by car.

Cooling AC, comfortable bed, great shower, fluffy towels, plenty of amenities and space in the room. Close to everything we had planned to see on this trip to London with the bonus of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

This is our fourth visit to London, and our fourth consecutive stay at The Resident Victoria - and it won't be our last! We simply cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect. Just a 5 to 7 minute walk from Victoria Station, it is ideal for us arriving from Gatwick on the Gatwick Express. Literally 2 minutes from Buckingham Palace and the beautiful parks, and no more than 15 to 20 minutes walk from other major tourist attractions. And if you don't feel like walking, Victoria tube station is just a 5 minute walk away - so you really are perfectly placed. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the in-room kitchenette is a handy bonus, even if we didn't use it much. The room was serviced daily and to a consistently high standard. However, while the location is undeniably great, it is the staff and service that truly elevate this hotel to something special. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you never feel like you are bothering them — they always make time for you with a genuine smile. The evening drinks is also a wonderful touch. Arriving back after a long day out to be welcomed with warm smiles and a glass of wine was a lovely surprise every time. A particular highlight during this stay — it was my wife's birthday, and I quietly asked the team if they could perhaps arrange something special in the room, fully expecting to pay for it. Without hesitation, they took it upon themselves to organise balloons, a birthday card, and a bottle of wine. When I offered to have it added to the room bill, they simply smiled and said it was their pleasure to help celebrate my wife's birthday. I was, quite frankly, speechless.
