Genial, su personal amable y resolutivo. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, con todas las comodidades muchos detalles. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, buen restaurante, bar en la piscina y spa.

El inconveniente es que cuando llueve se forma un gran charco en la entrada de las habitaciones y te mojas hasta los tobillos, no hay otra forma de salir, deberían poner unos escalones.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurant und das Restaurantpersonal. Das Personal dort war freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir haben uns beim Essen grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung. Wir hätten uns allerdings etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht, insbesondere verschiedene Käsesorten und Aufstriche. Hier könnte das Angebot aus unserer Sicht noch abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Abendessen war für die Verhältnisse auf Koh Phangan zwar vergleichsweise teuer, hat uns geschmacklich aber durchaus überzeugt. Die Qualität des Essens war gut, sodass wir trotz des höheren Preisniveaus gerne dort gegessen haben.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Es gab einige Punkte, die unseren Urlaub deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Das Bett war extrem hart. Mit „steinhart“ meinen wir tatsächlich steinhart. Es hätte für uns keinen spürbaren Unterschied gemacht, auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Gerade im Urlaub erwartet man nach einem langen Tag ein bequemes Bett – das war hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall. Das Zimmer selbst war grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings hatten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder Ameisen, Tausendfüßler und andere Insekten im Zimmer. Die Türen waren an mehreren Stellen nicht richtig abgedichtet, sodass es uns nicht überrascht hat, dass immer wieder Tiere hineingekommen sind. Für ein Hotel in dieser Lage mag das teilweise nachvollziehbar sein, trotzdem sollte eine bessere Abdichtung möglich sein. Der Strand war während unseres Aufenthalts leider kaum zum Baden geeignet. Bis etwa 20 Uhr herrschte Ebbe und das Wasser zog sich extrem weit zurück. Dadurch war der Strand für uns tagsüber eher zum Anschauen als zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wer einen klassischen Badeurlaub mit jederzeit nutzbarem Strand erwartet, sollte dies bei der Buchung unbedingt berücksichtigen. Auch die Lage und insbesondere die Zufahrt zum Hotel haben uns nicht gefallen. Die Zufahrt führt über eine lange, unbefestigte Straße direkt an einem Mangrovengebiet entlang. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir dort mehrfach sehr große Wasservarane von etwa 1,5 bis 2 Metern Länge gesehen. Für uns war es daher nicht besonders angenehm, diese Strecke zu Fuß zurückzulegen – insbesondere abends. Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug ist die Lage aus unserer Sicht daher eher unpraktisch. Leider hat auch der Service keinen besonders positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Empfangspersonal wirkte auf uns teilweise unfreundlich und wenig herzlich. Im Zimmer lag außerdem eine ausführliche Preisliste für verlorene oder beschädigte Gegenstände.

Nos encantó la habitación y, sobre todo, la atención del personal, que fue súper amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. También nos gustó mucho tener la piscina prácticamente para nosotras solas justo delante de la habitación.

El desayuno podría mejorar un poco, especialmente en cuanto a variedad y opciones.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Lage hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, weil man eigentlich immer ein Taxi gebraucht hat. Zu Fuß musste man erst einen dunklen Weg zur Hauptstraße laufen. Mit den Taxis hat alles super geklappt und per WhatsApp konnte man sie kontaktieren.

Todo ha estado muy bien, desde la llegada hasta la salida. Personal muy amable, atento y educado. Llevar efectivo ya que te piden una fianza al hacer el check in y ojo! Si pagas en tarjeta te recargan un 3% extra, mejor pagar efectivo para no verte con ese gasto extra. La habitación es muy grande y amplia, al igual que el baño. Bien insonorizada. Cuenta con nevera y hervidor de agua. Todos los días dejan agua y algún snack de cortesía. No existe grab/bolt, llevar efectivo para pagar taxi privado. Encantadora la posición frente a la playa y bien organizada con sillas y mesas con los pies en la arena. Al llegar al hotel hay una carretera de tierra bien compactada para circular y caminar, pero llevar zapatos cerrados ya que de noche la iluminación es un poco escasa y se encuentra a lado del principio de la selva y hay animales que salen del pantano.

El aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido e iba pitando a lo largo de la noche. Necesita una revisión. El colchón es de muelles y a mi gusto personal no es tan cómodo y la cama no es entera, son dos camas juntas y se nota la división en el centro. Desayunos buffet de buena calidad pero un poco escaso y poco variado, se podría mejorar para ser un hotel de esa categoría.

Zodra je binnenstapt komt je tot rust. Ontzettend mooie entree, met super hartelijk ontvangst inclusief drankje en koud doekje. De binnentuin en zwembad zijn erg mooi. Groen en mooi in bloei. De kamers super ruim, leek wel een appartement. Echt fijn als je een aantal dagen verblijft. De douche is goed, genoeg ruimte en opbergruimte. Bij het hotel zit een restaurant waar je goed kunt eten (niet al te duur). Het ontbijt- in datzelfde restaurant is helemaal prima. Je eitje kun je bestellen en wordt vers bereid. Daarnaast een buffet met brood, yoghurt en wat hapjes (verse loempia's waren favoriet).

Tutto il resto. Nonostante avessimo chiesto, una volta prenotato e pagato, un check-in anticipato e ci fosse stato accordato, all’arrivo ci hanno fatto aspettare la nostra camera 4 ore. In fase di check out, ci hanno addebitato due bottiglie d’acqua che sostenevano fossero del mini bar della stanza. Peccato che salvo l’acqua offerta dall’hotel, quelle bottiglie non ci fossero mai state. Nella spa, durante il massaggio, c’era uno scarafaggio enorme morto sotto al lettino. È stato impossibile fare colazione tranquillamente a causa di bambini che urlavano continuamente senza che nessuno intervenisse. Asciugamani per la piscina macchiati e bucati. Risposta: era normare, erano tutti così. Posizione scomoda e spiaggia inesistente davanti al Resort. Soggiorno da dimenticare.

Locatie was slecht. Taxi's zijn een probleem in Koh phagnan, ze zijn erg duur omdat er geen grab is. Het strand was ook waardeloos, daar kon je niet zwemmen

Das Personal von Rezeption und Service war durchweg sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben können wir die aufmerksame und charmante Art vom Rezeptionsmitarbeiter Sharif. Das Frühstück hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, Kaffeespezialitäten und Eierspeisen konnte man nach persönlichen Wünschen bestellen.

Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir nicht optimal, leider kein schöner Strandabschnitt. Besonders am Vormittag konnte das Meer aufgrund der Ebbe gar nicht genutzt werden, ansonsten war der Strand steinig und hatte keinen guten Zugang. Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit einem eigenen Pool gebucht, allerdings haben wir diesen gar nicht genutzt, auf unserer Terrasse war nicht eine Liege vorhanden. Großer Pool, der allerdings zum Schwimmen nicht genutzt werden kann, weil den gesamten Tag Fontänen von links nach rechts sprühen. Das hat das Baden im Pool für uns etwas unattraktiv gemacht. Beim Frühstück gab es ausschließlich Toastbrot in zwei Varianten, eine größere Brot.Auswahl hätte uns besser gefallen. Außerdem hätten wir gern Belag gehabt (Käse oder Ähnliches). Das System mit den Handtüchern ist nicht so richtig durchdacht. Es gibt die gleichen Handtücher für das Zimmer und für den Pool. Die Handtücher für den Pool muss man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen/umtauschen. Schön wäre es, wenn es zweierlei verschiedene Handtücher gäbe. Dann würden die Handtücher für die Zimmer auch nicht so abgenutzt durch Chlor/Salzwasser und Sand. Das einfachste wäre jedem Gast, ein Handtuch für Zimmer und eins für Pool täglich zur Verfügung zu stellen. So kennen wir das auch aus anderen Hotels.. Irritiert hat uns, dass das Housekeeping teilweise unsere persönlichen Sachen auf dem Schreibtisch komplett umgeräumt hat. In unserem Zimmer war der Stoff der Couch total zerschlissen, passt nicht zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Dusche verfügt nur über eine Regendusche, keine Handbrause.

הדבר היחידי שמפריע זה שהמלון נמצא בסוף של שביל פנימי וחשוך מרוחק מהכביש, אז כל עציאה מהמלון דורשת תכנון ולוגיסטיקה, או הליכה בחושך עם פנסים או הזמנת מונית מראש. ההליכה עצמה לא ארוכה מידי, פשוט חשוכה

The place is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. The room large and comfy with everything we needed. We loved the huge breakfast with options a la carte and the pool. A few steps away from the restaurant there is a beach which is perfect for a walk in both directions. The location is in a good spot between the Port and the Full Moon Party. We rented a scooter to move around the Island but be extra careful for the steep ascents, descents and tricky hairpins.

הגישה למלון ללא כביש וללא תאורה מלאה בלילה. המלון ממוקם רחוק מהכביש הקאשי ואין שאטלים של המלון מהכביש עד לבפנים. במקלחת יש רק דוש (מלמעלה) ללא צינור ידני (טלפון). המיזוג חלש ולא מקרר את החדר מספיק. היה צורך במאורר שעדיין לא הספיק.

Die Lage ist gut, rundherum gibt es nette Beach Bars und Restaurants, sowie 7/11. Das Zimmer war groß und man konnte vom Balkon den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel teils zerschlissen, Vorhänge, Kissen und Handtücher fleckig, das Bad hatte alte Armaturen und hat nach alten Rohren gemüffelt. Der Pool auch etwas abgerockt mit zerschlissenen Liegen und defekten Fliesen. Kein direkter Zugang ins Meer.

I read the bad reviews and panicked and cannot understand where these people were staying. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are large. The beds are big, the staff can’t do enough for you, especially San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Any issue we had was addressed straight away, with complimentary cocktails for a minor issue. Towels were refreshed every day. No issue with getting fresh pool towels. Pool was lovely, some lovely places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant food is delicious. Would 100% come back here and thank you so much for looking after us!

Durante a nossa estadia, tivemos algumas situações na receção que consideramos importantes referir. Logo no momento do check-in, um dos colaboradores da receção apresentou um valor de mais de 10.000 bath. A diferença era significativa e só foi corrigida porque verificámos atentamente no momento. Adicionalmente, no primeiro dia, ocorreu um pequeno incidente em que o dispensador de shampoo caiu acidentalmente. Informámos imediatamente a receção, de forma transparente, para que tivessem conhecimento do sucedido e para esclarecer eventuais custos. No momento do check-out, foi-nos inicialmente cobrado um valor de 700 baht pelo frasco, apesar de o preçário indicar claramente um custo de 400 baht. Após chamarmos a atenção para essa discrepância, o colaborador confirmou que tínhamos razão e procedeu à correção. Consideramos que estas situações demonstram falta de rigor nos valores apresentados ao cliente, o que pode gerar desconforto e desconfiança. Recomendamos uma maior atenção e consistência por parte da equipa na comunicação de custos. Podiam ainda indicar, on-line, por exemplo, que o hotel cobra 3% de taxa para pagar com multibanco.

It was April and in Koh Phangan was extremely hot and air conditioned was not enough for this size of room - I felt stuffy and hot in the room… I asked in the reception maybe they can clean aircon and they gave me fan. With fan was better, but still not good enough to feel comfortable… this why I put 8, not 10.

My partner and I spent a few days at Summer Luxury, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food is simply exquisite — the cuisine is of an excellent standard, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The spa is beautifully designed, and you can enjoy fantastic massages. The pool is also very inviting for a swim. The rooms are clean and are thoroughly serviced every day. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

Diese letzten 150 Meter zum Resort ist eine Hölle. 100 Schlaglöcher auf dem kleinen Weg . Mit Auto eine Katastrophe. Man bekommt Rückenschmerzen. Mit Motorrad muss man wirklich aufpassen das man nicht fällt. Es ist nicht schwierig wenn man alle 100 Schlaglöcher mit Sand füllt. Dann Ware das Resort sogar 5 Sterne ⭐️

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat jeden Tag etwas variiert, was mir gut gefallen hat. Das Abendessen im Restaurant haben wir zwei mal genutzt. Dort hat es uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Location/Räumlichkeiten zum Essen sieht sehr besonders und schön aus. Die Kellner geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Am Pool waren immer liegen frei. Der Taxi Service hat sehr zuverlässig und einfach funktioniert. Das Hotel hat das Ausleihen des Motorbikes organisiert, was dadurch sehr einfach und angenehm war. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet finde ich Qualitativ leider nicht sehr gut. Die Auswahl hätte auch größer sein können. Die Hotelzimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles von den Nachbarn nebenan sowie darüber. Die gesamte Hotel Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer hat sich teilweise die Tapete schon abgelöst. Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise beschädigt. Die Handtücher für den Pool sowie die Bettwäsche waren leider teilweise kaputt und hatten Flecken, die schon älter aussahen. Wir hatten zudem leider etwas Pech, da zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts direkt gegenüber unseres Zimmers der SPA renoviert/neu gebaut wird. Das war leider nicht angenehm, da der Lärm bereits um 8 Uhr los ging. Wir wollten eigentlich den Laundry Service in Anspruch nehmen, allerdings zahlt man hier für jedes Teil was man hat. Wir wären somit auf knapp 750 Baht gekommen. Haben dann einfach ein paar Straßen weiter den Laundry Service genutzt, welcher uns nur 185 Baht gekostet hat.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Przepiękna roślinność na terenie całego ośrodka. Świetny basen. Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo przestronne pokoje. Menu restauracyjne obfite a jedzenie przepyszne.

פעם שניה שלי במלון. הוא רבע שעה מההדרין, קצת רחוק מכל ההמולה (בקטע טוב). האוכל טוב, אין הרבה מבחר אבל עדין סבבה לגמרי. הצוות של המלון מדהימים, מרגיש כמו משפחה קטנה. הבריכה נדירה, חדרים מרווחים מאוד.

היה יום שביקשנו בלילה עוד שמיכה ואמרו לנו שאי אפשר בשעה כזאת, שזה קצת מוזר, אבל חוץ מזה הכל מעולה.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were helpful and remembered preferences, so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings. We would stay here again.

There wasn’t anything to not like

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommen und sehr aufmerksam. Die. Gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Es scheint etwas teurer zu sein als typische, einfache Restaurants aber die Portionen sind auch deutlich größer.

Es gab nichts was es zu beanstanden gibt

Le personnel est vraiment adorable La chambre est magnifique grande et moderne, il y a même la prise pour les moustiques bien utile pour une nuit tranquille Nous étions au rez de chaussée et profitions d’une superbe terrasse La piscine est canon Propreté irréprochable Petit déjeuner parfait Je conseille le restaurant c’est très bon J’ai pu voir dans certains commentaires le problème de l’allée avec de la boue à cause de la pluie , en ce qui nous concerne en janvier saison sèche aucun problème.

J’ai tout aimé et j’y retournerai

Beautiful property with spacious rooms, nice pool area although didn’t get the sun much due to its poor design with the beds out of the sun. Staff were excellent and so was the restaurant food. Beds also need replacing, the quality does not match the hotel.

Pool area needs redesigning Drive to property needs repair Beds need replacing with new mattresses Towel system needs changing & toiletries replaced everyday!

The spacey and well taken care of rooms, cozy and quiet, beautiful pool/garden area, lots of plants, lush and green. Beach easy to access and swim during low tide, extremely friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, particularly the freshly prepared eggs. Yes, the access road may be flooded during high tide, HOWEVER, the hotel provides pickup at the street for no cost during those times. The street is next to a protected mangrove and managed by the government, hence, the hotel is legally not allowed to do any improvents on the road.

В отеле чудесный персонал, он очень красивый, прекрасные закаты. Очень большие комфортные номера. Это очень хороший отель , но у него есть нюанс, который надо понимать, иначе можно испортить себе отдых. Вокруг отеля ничего нет, пешком никуда не дойти, передвижение только на машине или байке. Море есть, но на него можно только смотреть.У моря есть только скамейки, лежаков нет. На территории отеля купаться можно только в бассейне, который находится внутри отеля, не на море.
