Poor reception behavior. No welcome words no smiles. Old room with dirty windows. Not going to stay here next time.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een makkelijke locatie en heeft een privéparkeerplaats. Bij het inchecken was de mevrouw zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en stond open voor mijn wensen. Het ontbijt was gewoon ok. Mooi en zeer proper!

Don’t not book this hotel for anything the service is very bad and the room service is terrible it’s been 4 days straight no one come to clean the room and they bring you dirty not washed towels, the bed covers are half way you can literally see the dirty mattress you sleep in because the mattress cover is short the pillows are really small and uncomfortable it’s the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in trust me it’s not even worth the money to stay here!!!!

This is the second time I stay at this hotel after it has undergone rebranding. I stayed early April and almost after one month I stayed again. One of the two lifts is still out of service since my last stay, leaving the hotel with only one lift serving almost 70 rooms and the hotel staff. House keeping is poor. One day we left the room around 12 pm came back midnight and the room was never made up. Last night we came back to the room and they supplied the room with one bath towel only. I called the reception this morning to supply the room with additional towels and after almost 35 minutes after a second call the housekeeping staff provided a towel without bringing the shower floor mat too. I told her to bring one and now one hour and she did not come. Towels are old, floor carpet is very old too.

Bassic hotel nothing special,

İş için daha önce geldiklerimden çok çok daha iyidi.Daha temiz daha ilgili ve ve odadaki havlu sayılarına ve yatak düzenine daha çok dikkat ediliyor.Son 2 gelişimden beri otelin gelişimini görüyorum.Umarım böyle devam eder.

Odada tek havlu yoktu, lavabo gideri calismiyordu sandelye yirtikti masa deforme olmustu

Birçok kez iş kaldığımız bir oteldi.Önceden memnunduk fakat her geldiğimizde temizlik ve odadaki havlu vb. eksikler hep oluyordu.Lakin bu konaklamamızda hem odadaki eksikler hem temizlik hadsafhada eksik ve kötüydü.Bunların acilen düzeltilmesi gerekiyor.Özen ve önem atfedilmesi lazım.

Çok vasat bir otel kapı bozuk ısıtıcılar çalışmıyor odada mont ile dolaşmak zorunda kaldık resimlerde gösterildiği gibi bir otel değil aldanmayın

Stay was confortable finding the hotel was a bit confusing but overall the hotel was nice

Whilst it was only one night we booked a double non smoking room. We're given a twin which smelled of cigarettes.

Unser Lieblingshotel in Istanbul. Sehr Zental gelegen zur Mall und Stadtmitte. Sicheres Parkhaus.

Hijyen açısından çok eksikti resepsiyondan havlu istedik hemen göndereceğim dedi çıkış yaptığımız saate kadar göndermediler. Odalar oldukça kirli Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem

Ilk iki gun sac kurutma makinasi ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Soyledik geldi ancak bir gun sonra yine havlu eksikti.temizlik cok kotuydu. Otel etrafinda sosyal acidan hicbir mekan yok.odalar eski ve bakimsiz

İlk girişte resepsiyondaki arkadaş rezervasyonunuz yok dedi daha sonradan daha genç iş arkadaşının yardımıyla bizim rezervasyonumuzu buldu ancak tavırları sertti.Odama gittiğimde tv kumandası yoktu.Havlular eksikti, el sabunu koymamışlardı.Ayrıca duş başlıklarından çok az su geliyordu onlarda bozulmuştu.Odamı değiştirmek istedim fakat king bed yataklı başka oda olmadığı için mecburen bu odada kaldım.Temizliğe ve odadaki eşyalara biraz özen göstermelerini rica ediyorum.Ayrıca çalışan arkadaşlarda biraz daha sakin ve saygılı olursa otel için daha iyi olucağını düşünüyorum.

Hotel was nice and has so much potential, unfortunately housekeeping let it down stayed 6 nights they either didn’t come to room so I would have to chase or they didn’t change bedding, no hoovering was done just cleanliness wasn’t good. Breakfast option wasn’t versatile for other nationalities which lets it down, staff friendly but I wouldn’t come back again unfortunately. Ate in the restaurant once over the week

Klosetin musluğu akmıyordu, banyo suyu fazla sıcaktı ve soğutmak zordu. Ayrıca odada ağır bir koku vardı. Havlular özensiz katlanmış ve yeterince temiz değildi.

Oda çok düzensiz ve eski yıpranmıştı. Herşey eksikti maalesef. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Otelde boş bardak ve içinde buz isterseniz para vermek zorundasınız dışardan alkol getirmişsiniz buda yasak onun içinde bardak ve buz ücretli yorumumu duyabilirsiniz.. girişte 20-30 dk arası bekleyebilirsiniz

Nice Staff but the Hotel is really bad you want tea at the Breakfast it will cost u extra, you want to take shower can take half an hour because the water is not coming properly, I wanted technical personal I waited more than one hour.

Yastık 1 adet ve incecikti. Normalde 2 adet verilir. İki kişilik rezervasyona 1 adet havlu vardı. Peçete 1 adetti. Kulak kürdanı. Çekecek. Bone vs yoktu. İstedik yine bırakmamışlar. Resepsiyon güzel karşıladı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve tatlar güzeldi.

Havlu yoktu, pencere bozuk kapanmıyor, tekrar açılıyor. sabaha kadar otoban sesi.

Otel odası konforlu. Kahvaltı güzel. Yalnız 2 kişilik rezervasyona bir havlu konmuştu. Ayak havlusu yoktu. Ekstra istedik geldi ancak yine de daha dikkatli olunsa güzel olur.

Towels were tear,very noisy and don't have hair conditioner,the breakfast wasn't fresh I was so disappointed and change my hotel

Fairly good hotel if you plan to use taxi to get around from the hotel. Near highway or busy road makes it difficult to navigate or explore on foot.Otherwise very clean nice hotel to stay in.

Fint hotel med professionelt personale. Nem adgang, altid en taxa i nærheden.

Travelling solo for the first time all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very dirty. House keeping was 0. Very badly stinky all hotel smell of alcohol and cigarette. Room was very dispersing. I will never go again to this hotel.

Otel yeni yapı olmasına rağmen odalar vs. eski ve bakımsız. Oda da tek kullanım malzemeleri en kötüsünden özenle seçilmiş. Bu otelde bir yönetim olduğuna asla inanmıyorum.

The shower drainage was not working. Had to interrupt taking shower, because the water flooded the bathroom and went to the room and wetted the big area of the carpet. I asked to move me to the other room, the front desk clerk was rude, he replied that it was just a technical issue. I checked out a day prior, wrote a letter on the Expedia to the hotel management, want my money refunded for the stay October 18-19. Didn’t receive any response. Was disappointed with the way they handle the business.

It was hot like hell! The hotel staff can control the central AC and it was almost turned off in the middle of the night. Could not sleep and they could not help. Had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am

The room next to me was having loud sounds of sex all night. I couldn't sleep. The hygiene standard is not very good. The reception is very small. The area overall is not also good at all. I can rate it 03/10

Hey Leute aktualisiert mal eure Bilder.Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind stark abgenutzt und entspricht nicht im geringsten zu euren Bilder.3 Tage ohne Klimaanlage.Normalerweise müsstet ihr mir was zurückerstatten für 65€ ohne Frühstück eind Frechheit

Overall price rate good for one night near sabiha airport

I stayed for a month due to the proximity to the hospital and couldn’t find another nearby hotel to the hospital, they don’t fill up the soap and they don’t clean up the room properly. The staff needs a crash course on Istanbul and its attraction places plus they have no idea on how tourists can go around the place. They also need to smile. I also was expecting a discount or any deal for staying long, but that never happened and as a matter of fact they even increased the rate on me. My family also stayed on another room but luckily they found a better place for them not for me.

My stay was perfect as I was looking for a night stay before travelling early morning. So Check-In\Out was quick. Room is more than perfect. Specially the USB plugs & UK standard power slot. Bed was very good. Water & tea was nice too. I'll definitely give it another try, specially it was under rated.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s location is great, near to the heart of Istanbul depending on where you want to go. Go transport links. I booked a standard room and the room was very clean, with a city view, sound proof rooms, 24 hour drink service and it has many pluses. To be honest I did not buy the room with breakfast so I won’t be able comment on that but their is so many cafes and restaurants who serve breakfast until late hours.

It was Amazing, the area is the best, hotel is beautiful and clean, staff are nice.

The service was terrible the staff are not trained to talk to people in a good manner the breakfast was very unsatisfactory

The room was clean and cozy, the staff was helpful and friendly, but I didn't like the breakfast buffet.

Problem: AC wasn’t working we called staff and they will fixed but that’s didn’t happen, also next day we called them again,

I was counting on the fitness to be open and that was one for the reasons why i booked here , they told me its closed because of corona , unlike all other GYMs in Istanbul they are all open
