Room was very nice exceptionally clean ,bed very comfortable tea coffee etc all good, nice view. Breakfast every good and plenty of it. Chosen location was very good for us easy access to main road to visit the area's we wanted to visit. Car park bit of an experience would warn anyone to be very careful of the large cobbles. Staff were excellent , it was our 23rd wedding anniversary and we had booked a table in advance to celebrate, we were shown to the table where we found a anniversary card a bottle of Prosecco wine the staff had placed there for us, very much appreciated.

The lack of choice on lunchtime menu i.e. was informed no sandwiches available when we arrived at 13.00hrs. I have a allergy to Garlick and everything seemed to contain Garlick all I could order was fish and chips, without Tartare sauce or curry sauce, and a prawn salad without the maris rose sauce or other dressing. The food I did order was very well presented and fish and chips piping hot.

We sliepen op de kamer Midship. Dit is een kleine erg warme kamer. Naast het raam was de uitstoot van de keukenventilatie. Verder was het 2 persoonsbed erg klein.

It was brilliant, staff were amazing accommodation was superb just right! Food was great a fantastic stay will be back

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist unschlagbar und atemberaubend. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze verfügbar und das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Das Zimmer ist sehr beengt.

La struttura era pulita e le camere molto carine e confortevoli, lo staff gentilissimo, abbiamo mangiato nel pub con molte varietà di birre e un buon cibo. La colazione ottima con la possibilità di scelta alla carta. Siamo stati benissimo.

Great location for visiting the South Cornwall area. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and all the commodities expected from an hotel. Bright and large bathroom with local products (nice touch). Breakfast is very good made with local ingredients and products. Parking is vast but busy on pub peak hours. Very close to very nice restaurants if you don’t want to use the pub’s one downstairs. Perfect for one day trip. Recommended and thank you to the very helpful staff .

Not much apart from the live music on Friday night but to be fair, it wasn’t overwhelming and stopped at descent times.

Das Zimmer 4b hatte beim Schlafzimmerfenster alle Klimageräte und den Küchenabzug, abgesehen davon dass es laut war stank das ganze Zimmer nach Küche. So ein Zimmer dürfte nicht vergeben werden. Nach einiger Diskussion hat uns der Manager ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel gebucht was zwar sehr klein war aber keine schlimmen Küchengerüche.

The position was superb. The staff were lovely & friendly. The calming, modern decor of the room was gorgeous. The provision of a big car park was great, albeit challenging to walk on because of it being historically protected.

There were signs of wear & tear that require attention (peeling ceiling, rusty bottom of radiator, faulty bath panel - all in bathroom, small patch of damage to wall & curtain - bedroom) to maintain the beautiful decor of the rooms

De accommodatie beviel ons prima en was misschien wel de beste en mooiste van onze vakantie (rondreis door Zuid-Engeland). We hadden een hele mooie, grote, lichte kamer. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanwege de schuine ligging en slechte bestrating van de parkeerplaats mochten wij onze zware motorfiets bij de ingang van het hotel plaatsen. Hiervoor werd speciaal plaats vrijgemaakt. Het ontbijt was prima. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de belangrijkste activiteiten en het gezellige haventje.

Het avondeten viel ons een klein beetje tegen maar dat kan ook aan onze keuze hebben gelegen. Zaken die je in de pub of op het terras gebruikt moeten steeds direct worden afgerekend en kunnen niet op de kamerrekening worden gezet omdat het systeem dat de Rashleigh Arms gebruikt dat niet ondersteunt.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und es gab Kekse, Tee und Kakao. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck. Es gab Schimmel im Bad und es roch unangenehm aus dem Abfluss.

Location is superb, view of the harbour from our room was gorgeous.

Lock on bedroom door was a bit temperamental, really small thing, everything else was great!

Traditional pub and good quality rooms. Breakfast is great. It also has free parking which is very rare and superb !

I booked 2 rooms and the 2 rooms could not have been further away from each other. One room was next to the ventilation fan so it was difficult to sleep. Not ideal.

Very small en suite instead of a bathroom. Our room was in an annexe, would not be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues, car park very large but again not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

Breakfasts were very good, with staff happy to be flexible with personal preferences. Location is superb. Parking excellent. Outside bar and snacks definitely worth utilising. Housekeeping staff delightful.

Check in was ‘clumsy’ left waiting for some time with dismissive attitude of a ‘rogue’ staff member. This was picked up quickly by a more senior member of staff who was excellent. Cannot fault other staff.

Cost double room has a VERY tiny en-suite built into what I can only describe as a cupboard. If we were any taller/wider we wouldn’t have been able to get into it.

Ideally situated within a very short walk down to the harbour area and ideal for our trip to the Eden Project. The food, breakfast & dinner, was very good with more than enough choice. The staff were friendly, helpful and happy to help.

Although large, the cobbles in the car park made it uneasy to get luggage to and from the car into The Rashleigh making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Also it was noted that whilst there was a sign saying resident & customer use only the car park was used by a number outsiders. That said this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

Excellent HUGE breakfast in a lovely room with an unbelievable view of Charlestown harbour. 4 poster bed just down the road from the pub and FREE PARKING!! THE ONLY FREE PARKING IN CORNWALL!!!!! What a win. The pub is great and the staff are amazing - we had a real laugh with them. The pub is amazing and our room was quiet.

In a heatwave, we need a bit more than just a fan when the price is > £210. All the doors and windows were open when we arrived and they acknowledged there is a problem with heat.. but haven't done anything about it. It meant we weren't too compfortable in the night.. check the weather before booking *IF* you can.. Shower room is small but functional and the shower pressure isn't great but adequate.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Zimmer sehr klein. Diese befinden sich in einem Nebenhaus direkt an der Straße. Dadurch sehr laut. Für das Angebot leider viel zu teuer

Charlestown är väldigt fint och pittoreskt och Rashleigh Arms ligger bekvämt till. Mycket god mat! Vi fick extra hjälp av personalen när vi behövde det, de var så hjälpsamma och vänliga.

Om man inte kör bil så går bussarna inte så ofta till St Austell.

Tolle Lage interessante Unterkunft, Parken auf dem Gelände möglich. Frühstück im Pub gut, aber manchmal mit Wartezeit.

Room layout - converted bedroom to include bathroom was a little cramped. I did read the warning about the car park and recommend other motorcyclists don't use it - use the public car park down the road instead which is tarmac, flat and free!

Staff were incredible helpful polite and a great attitude.. Rooms were clean and the bed was the best! Right by the habour so great setting . Easy parking. Food was delicious and fantastic! and the best coffee! It was incredible. Best i have ever had! Felt very welcome and will definitely come back. Very accommodating.

Great property right in the center of Charleston Harbour. We had a room with Harborview and loved it! Breakfast was awesome, and staff was super helpful and friendly. We hope to stay here again, and we recommend this property to family and friends!

We liked everything.

The room was very clean and had a good layout . Perfect window seat area for a view towards the harbour. Breakfast was good and accommodated us for when we wanted . Staff very pleasant . Location perfect with short walks to other establishments .

Not necessarily a dislike but was woken by cleaners at 8.00 am cleaning the room above us and moving about in the hallway . Just a little more consideration for guests who are staying might have been nice .

The windows in the room are a bit outdated and badly isolated with cold coming in, also shaking with respective sounds at night.

My meal of lemon sole was disappointing. Flaccid and a bit undercooked - felt like it may have been sitting around for a while. Our room was great except for the noise from the kitchen extract which was given to occasional booms. This room (Gig) would benefit hugely from having a couple of window boxes of flowers on the flat roofs of the floor outside the windows At the moment these are uncared for and scrappy - hence the scores.

Location was good for our purpose, staff friendly and very accommodating when they had one of our rooms as a double when it was supposed to be a twin, had email as proof of request being accepted.

Car parking area wasn't really suitable for motorcycles when wet which is was but only had notification on email after booking and on arrival at entrance to Accommodation car park, could have been noted on Booking.com advert

Location great The waitresses in the dining room for dinner and breakfast were excellent The food,both supper and breakfast was superb and good value.

We were given the room overlooking a large extractor fan for the kitchen. The smell of frying oil and the noise were overpowering. We had to keep the window shut but as it was so hot even with a fan it was difficult to sleep at all. This room (the last one in the accommodation block) needs air conditioning. Sadly when I tried to speak to the manager he wasn’t interested . He didn’t even come back to the room to try and understand the issue. No attempt to compensate or move us or even an apology

I was put in an annex which is nowhere near as spacious or comfortable as the main building, had I known this would be the case before I arrived I would have cancelled the booking.

Charlestown is lovely and your location is perfect. Your staff who service the rooms were excellent.

Your competition at the Pier Head and the Boat House are far superior. Their staff are smart, happy, friendly and a pleasure to be with. Their food is cooked well, presented well and sumptuous to eat. Their decor is smart, comfortable and well maintained. The Rashleigh in comparison on all these points is well behind the standard.

The pub is great, staff were so helpful, we stayed in the T'Gallants house, just 50 yards down from the main pub, one of the Rashleigh's properties ,very nice room with en suite and a sea view.Good coffee and tea making facilities in the room.Parking is free in their own car park, just needed to register the number plate on arrival.Had a great evening meal in the pub and breakfast was perfect.Will definitely stay here again!

Be careful on the pub car park cobbles if it's wet!
