Hervorragendes freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet auch für europäische Ansprüche. Gute Verkehrslage. Einer der besten Hotels die wir kennengelernt haben.
Super friendly staff Fantastic breakfast buffet Malls and restos nearby Very comfy bed
Found the room super small if compared to other SEDA properties and we already booked for a premier corner room. Else nothing to complain.
Top room we booked was fantastic….and the views were lovely. Had a lovely pool. Good fun music entertainment at night.
Food was very disappointing… my Greek salad was standard lettuce with bacon and croutons. Margarita cocktail was made from cordial and not fresh lime.
Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, Seda Atria stands out as one of the warmest and friendliest. There are other nearby hotels that are more convenient or offer more amenities, but we keep coming back because of the genuinely personal service and hospitality. The experience has been so consistently good that we even decided to hold our year-end celebration here this November. Price, convenience, and amenities can be matched elsewhere, but genuine human warmth is much harder to find. The team is truly Seda Atria’s greatest amenity and the reason we remain loyal guests.

Location, food and staff.
Maybe pricey for some as mentioned by one of the customers.
Very convenient location Breakfast was great! Front desk and reception staff were all very warm.

very good location, easily accessible (wasn't able to take photos), good atmosphere, pleasant and inviting, accessible to public transport, good service of the staff and front desk, nice place to stay
Exploring Iloilo is truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The city offers an incredible gastronomic experience—from iconic Chicken Inasal and La Paz Batchoy to famous giant siopaos and local delicacies. Beyond the food, Iloilo is steeped in history and beautiful architecture, evident in its centuries-old churches and heritage houses. What made our trip even better was staying right in the heart of it all at Seda Atria. What was initially planned as a 3-day, 2-night getaway quickly turned into a full week’s stay! We booked a spacious large room with an adjoining standard room. The main room featured an ultra-comfortable king-size bed and a cozy lounge area that was perfect for unwinding. The hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet with a thoughtful selection of dishes—not overwhelming in scale, but every offering was delicious. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. Our rooms were impeccably cleaned each day, beds were neatly made, and drinking water was continuously refilled, making every return after a long day of exploring a comfort. If I find myself back in Iloilo, Seda Atria will definitely be my top choice once again.
A great business hotel - there's a gym and roof bar, restaurant. The staff were kind and efficient. The bed was very comfortable - not too soft :)
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, especially the omelette making station
We were allowed to check in earlier! Thanks to Christopher at the reception!
The location is great; there are nearby restaurant and fast food chains. Rooms too small Cleanliness is evidently seen and experienced. Noise Level: You can here the upper-level noise Service is extremely great. All staff are kind very Filipino, and accommodating. Amenities: This is kind of disappointing; there's no swimming pool as advertised.
Quality is compromised as compared prior years stay at SEDA, room smells bad while ants on table seems not cleaned at all.
We explored iloilo and based ourselves at Seda Atria, which was a very good decision. Rooms, staff and breakfast was all good. Position didn't really matter as Grab in iloilo is amazing.
We had a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, and it’s easy to book a Grab anytime. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the entire staff, they were all friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the hot latte, it was really good. We also enjoyed the convenience of having an in-room massage, which made our stay even more relaxing.
Room
Accessible, excellent service, good service, quality of food, good location, strong internet, value for money. The location is accessible to various businesses.
From the exact moment we stepped into the lobby of Seda Atria, we were treated to the signature warmth that Iloilo is so famous for. The front desk and door staff greeted us with genuine, bright smiles and made our check-in process completely seamless. Every time we walked past reception or requested assistance, the team went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and well-cared-for throughout our entire stay. The food was a major highlight of our trip! Breakfast at Misto offered an impressive spread, perfectly balancing international classics with authentic local favorites.
The property is very near to all business establishments.
They were not responsive here on Booking.com. This trip was for our 10th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to make a special request.. which I completely understood might come with an additional charge—through the app’s private messaging feature. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was disappointing, especially for such a meaningful occasion.
Bathroom issue. Super hard to push the flush in the toilet. The shower is cold even after adjusting. Front desk says I have to wait for 5 minutes before it will give warm shower. And its 10 minutes but only the slightest of warm you can feel. Even feels like regular room temp.
Great location and fantastic breakfast
Rooms not very sound proofed and tight space around the bed for the upgraded room
Clean and professional staff.
No pool.
Seda Atria Iloilo is an excellent choice if you’re visiting the city. The location is hard to beat—it’s within walking distance of the famous Esplanade, has several fast-food options right across the street, a convenient strip mall just behind the hotel, and is only a stone’s throw from SM City Iloilo when you need access to a full shopping mall. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the hotel was impeccably clean, and breakfast was definitely on point with a great selection. My only minor gripe is the room size. The bathrooms are quite spacious, and I feel some of that space could have been better allocated to the bedroom to make it feel a little roomier. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly stay here again.
Good breakfast selection, friendly staff and the standard of the room was higher than expected
Rooftop bar is quiet and lacked atmosphere
All staff were very helpful...even helped me adjust the weight of my baggage to conform to the limit... The room and bathroom were very clean, pillows were the best... Location was the BEST as it was right beside Atria where all the famous Iloilo cuisine can be found... stone's throw away to SM...taxi or Grab car were available 24 hours Availed of the great relaxing massage in the bedroom...very worth it.
Not to increase the price if you want to extend. So that the costumer will happy to advertise the place.
Overall, a good stay with Seda (as has been the case since 2018). Stayed here a few times already and Seda has been the default choice. Breakfast buffet is excellent, the rooms are still in good shape, and the location is quiet and not as hurried compared to the other hotels in Mandurriao. Special thanks to Sofea, Emmanuel, Ryan and Christian for going above and beyond what their roles require them to do. Overall the staff at Seda are well-trained, polite, cheerful and respectful. Also for an Ilonggo, the "Maayong aga" greeting makes one feel at home once you exit the elevator in the mornings.
Had a nice experience staying in Seda Iloilo. Restaurants, spas, and a lot of establishments are nearby. Staffs are also kind and accomodating.

Thank you for a great stay. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also loved the anniversary surprise setup in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!
Comfortable Bed and Good Breakfast. Staff were also kind. Service was also great and not alot of noise outside of the room.
Attentiveness of the staff They ensure they do their best to deliver for their customers.
Room issues, i switched rooms x2. room 420 water seeping from shower to toilet area Room 222 spotty internet connection I was finally moved to Room 207, but theres construction noise, and the room nearby slams the door every time they close it. Electrical outlets are not strategically put - i have to blow dry in the bedroom where there are no mirrors, i have to move the electric water pot to the bedside table because there wasnt any outlet where its located. Apparently theres no sauna and steam room and pool unlike the other Seda property in quezon city.
Food
Very nice & friendly place. Breakfast is good, just make sure it is clear if breakfast is included that it is not only for one of the guests
I stayed at Seda Atria Iloilo from May 25–29 while attending a training event, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and other establishments. The atmosphere was relaxing yet professional, making it an excellent place to unwind after a full day of training. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the property was consistently impressive. Despite being in a busy area, the noise level was minimal, allowing for a restful stay. The staff provided excellent service, always courteous, attentive, and accommodating to guests' needs. The amenities were also well-suited for both work and relaxation. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Iloilo for business or leisure.
Located near restaurants and some night life.
Shower can use a bit work but it’s totally fine by me.
Check in OK and room was almost ready but for one person.
I specifically asked for a quiet room away from the rooftop nightclub. We were put in room 522 which is an end room directly under the nightclub, in addition there was a bar opposite the room with an outside stage and overamplified music. When we complained at midnight we were told "it's Saturday". When the bar quietened down we dozed off only to be jerked awake at 02:30 hours because of a running event outside the hotel with overamplified advertisements. We gave up trying to sleep and packed up and left at 03:15 hours. The hotel should have warned us about the expected noisy surroundings.
The location of hotel
Given a different bed when I booked for king size. Hair dryer and safe deposit box which is important to guests are defective.
Awesome experience. The huge standout is the staff. Super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, great air conditioning, and clean. The hotel is located close to the river walk and many shops and restaurants
Ambience was good, similar to other Seda branches. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were accommodating. Breakfast was delicious wherein you can also request for your coffee to be made by the barista. Rooftop Pool Bar personnel were also accommodating; ensured we're properly attended well. Didn't expect that there was no pool in this branch though, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to our visit again next time
Had a very enjoyable stay at Seda Atria. The room was clean, comfortable, and had thoughtful personal touches that made it feel extra welcoming. Service was consistently great—special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience. I’d gladly stay here again on my next visit to Iloilo.
We went to this hotel for my Birthday Staycation. Though I booked it through a third-party agency, Kent R’Lau was very responsive to my queries via email prior to our stay. He’s very professional in checking on my requests. Upon arrival at the hotel, Jay R at the door was very attentive in assisting us with our bags. Christopher made a swift check in for prolly less than 2 minutes. It was very prompt but covered everything we need to know about the stay. Unfortunately, I need to deal about work after check in. The WiFi was giving and helping great. We went out for lunch and dinner. Upon return to the hotel after dinner, we asked for a bucket of ice. Diana was so generous to deliver it in the room at no cost. In the room, it was below par of this local brand (vs Seda in IT Bloc Cebu, Seda in Manila Bay). They got smaller pillows, soft mattress even squishy-like bed frame. And, the sewer smells stinky. Too bad for a celebration staycation. I mentioned about the stay, that it was for my birthday. I was even asked for my birthdate at Check In. However, there was nothing special extended. No biggie but it may add delight to the stay. The next morning, we had our buffet breakfast at the Misto Restaurant. We loved the Filipino touch available in the spread likely Nilagang Saging, Taho, and the Mango Tapioca --- hoping a cold dessert next time. Shout out to Rhea and Joshua. At check out, Adrian made it swift as possible. He’s very helpful and friendly. We might come back, but no sure.
Seda Atria is a decent option for a business trip in Iloilo. Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The in-room massage stands out. Prices are fair and having it done in your room is convenient. Book in advance. One thing worth noting: I booked directly with the hotel and ended up with a room far from the elevator. In my experience, booking through Booking.com tends to get you better room placement, even if slightly more expensive. Lesson learned.

Hotel is located in the city complex, so most of the places we want to go is just walking distance. The service is very good and the food is reall sumptuous and satisfying. It is good when you're a foodie.
Hotel is really clean and nice. It's quite central. Staff are friendly and helpful.
nothing
gave me the wrong room at first and then gave me a smaller room than what i think i booked. male receptionist was kind of rude
Staff were very helpful and the food was superb. The whole place was amazing.
The only small issue we had was there's no exhaust or proper ventilation in the bathroom. So you need to have the door open otherwise the moisture stays inside the bathroom and gets smelly like sewer. The whole room smelled like this the first day we arrived but it got better afterwards.
The entire staff exceeded my expectations. 10/10 customer service. The rooms were very clean as was the entire property. The rooftop restaurant is a must with amazing views and great food. It’s next door to a shopping area that has an art gallery, cafes, restaurant, spas, everything you could imagine.
The only thing missing was a pool however it wasn’t a deal breaker.
Top tier customer service from every staff member that I encountered, I truly felt welcomed. The facilities were extremely clean. The rooftop restaurant is a must see because of the amazing food and views. The hotel is located next door to a shopping area with spas, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, and more. I loved my stay here and will return!
Location and friendly staff
Rooms were a bit smaller than I expected
First the Facility is very clean and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful
The only thing is that, the room is not sound proof we can the singer and the loud slam door of the other room and the sound of the vehicle even if you’re in the 6th floor
The staff at the lobby entrance were helpful and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable perfect for a good rest. The gym was also well equipped, providing enough equipment for weightlifting.
Clean, great staff, central Location, good restaurants and bar at rooftop
No pool
Seda is strategically located at the heart of Iloilo - close to the Esplanade for variety of specialty restaurants, walking distance (or short ride) to SM Iloilo, and with fast food chains just a stone-throw away. The atmosphere is generally warm, but the place is so clean and people are friendly. Hotel rooms are spacious enough, not too big but perfect for families. We requested for connecting rooms and the hotel is too nice to arrange for it; special greeting cakes were in place when we arrived.
Nice place to stay when visiting Iloilo. Location is accessible. Staff members are friendly and accommodating which adds more comfort aside from their rooms.
Was a pleasant experience . First of all would like to bring it that they don't have a swimming pool still l am giving 5 star cuz of the other areas they went beyond . Food selection was good , they made our 31st Dec and New year a memorable experience . wud recommend them
Cleanliness and the Staff especially in the restaurant

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Service was great. The welcome snack was also delicious. And we were able to avail an early check-in at a minimal cost.
Choosing which hotel to stay at during my solo travel to Iloilo proved to be an easy choice. After inquiring to multiple hotel establishments, only Seda Atria was able to provide me with full PWD discount. All the other hotels will either charge me for 2 people or does not provide the full discount (less VAT & 20%). My 3-night stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Location is great. You can go to and fro without much hassle. Jeepneys going to business district, mall and other areas in the city passes by the hotel. The atmosphere inside oozes professionalism. That may be partly because they brand themselves as a business hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, especially for a solo traveler like me. I requested a corner room during booking as I was worried of noise level due to some reviews I read but it was not a worry during my stay. Bathroom is big, probably takes 1/4 of the room space itself. Housekeeping is daily, so you can expect fresh towels and toiletries everyday. Breakfast buffet is definitely a highlight. I thought it will be a Vikings kind of buffet but was pleasantly surprised when a staff asked me what kind of coffee I would like. I thought they were there only to take away used plates and leave you for yourself but no, they go every distance to serve you here. I also love that there's something new on the menu every morning. Definitely something to look forward to. I stuffed myself for 3 days! The last standout thing for me is the service. From housekeeping leaving you notes after cleaning your room. Staff at the restaurant serving you during breakfast. Security personnel opening the doors for you. The overall hospitality and service is top-notch. I understand now why people rave about this hotel. I felt it. A few downsides are the lack of smart tv access and fluctuating wifi connection but these are nuances which does not diminish the overall satisfaction. Hopefully, I get the privilege again of staying at this fine establishment.
My overall experience during my stay at the hotel was very good. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly and without any problems. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. All facilities were functioning properly, and I had no issues with any of the services offered. The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and I felt well accommodated from start to finish. Overall, it was a satisfying and hassle-free experience that I truly appreciated.
Overall stay was great from guard, front desk and housekeeping. Thank you Seda. Will see you again in the future along with my other team.
Convenience of the short link to NAIA.
I couldn't find fault with much, and the staff I experienced were first class and extremely helpful.
