Room was right by beer garden which had constant music playing.

The staff were so polite and on the ball on the Thursday night but the experience on the Friday was completely different. We had to ask to have our food order to be taken, water for the table and finally a night cap. We put this down as a one off, as we have already booked for 2027

Excellent location to go to the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Room very comfortable.

It was really nice. Large bedrooms with plenty of space. All bedrooms on ground floor which was so helpful.

I would have given a rating of 5 but unfortunately we had quite a bad flood from the shower which meant the whole of the bathroom floor became one large puddle. I thought I’d cleaned it up but in the middle of the night when I needed the bathroom I was again paddling in water. Not safe. I gather there are problems with the drains but in that case either check the showers before renting out the rooms, or get the drains fixed before checking the rooms and renting them out. This also meant we used up all the towels just mopping up water so had to manage with one towel between the two of us. The staff were very good though in trying to sort the problem straight away although I do feel this is an issue which should have been checked beforehand, maybe between change of guests!

It’s close to everything, including the airports: Plus, the food is always good.

This time I was given a room which was located near the kitchen and it woke me up at 5:45 with a lot of noise, banging metal apparently it’s where the fridges are located. I have stayed here before without any issues with noise, but beware if you want to have an early night there’s a lot of people out in the garden during the summer months and the conservatory where it’s quite noisy.

This is a superb little pub with separate modern en-suite accommodation a medium-short taxi ride away from Ascot. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food in the pub was good and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price of our overnight stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times, would definitely stay here again..

The beer garden at the rear was very comfortable and there were plenty of parking spaces. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was very nice. Did not expect it to be a cottage. The weather was very hot but we had a fan. From recall may have benefitted from a fridge. The beer garden was amazing. All staff pleasant and a good breakfast.

Its absolutely smashing! Warm, cozy, staff is really forthcoming, breakfast is tremendous. A+ in my book and I travel a lot.

Location is good and like the idea of little guest houses. They also had alternative milks in the room which was very thoughtful.

My room smelt and wasn’t very clean, I waited at the bar a while before anyone spoke to me when it was quite clear from my luggage I was there for a room and not a drink. There is a green fire light that lights up the whole room at night that makes it very hard to sleep.

Everything was great. The location, premises, staff, rooms and food. There's even a large car park. I also enjoyed chatting with some of the locals whilst watching the football. We've been stopping off at various hotels over the years on our way to Goodwood and if I'd have found this place 10 years ago then this would be my 10th visit, The best place we have stayed and I'm looking forward to next year. Just hope we can get in. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would need including a fan.

Being very picky, the only thing I can think of was the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

It was a very hot day and night so the room was just too hot. An extra fan was provided but in weather like we have just experienced some Accis required in the rooms

Ideal for where we wanted to visit. We had a nice very large twin room which was great as we were preparing for a wedding. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice.

It was really hot and the fans weren’t working. Because it was on the ground floor we couldn’t really open the windows.

Unfortunately we stayed during the very hot temperatures, so all the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, it would have been great to have air conditioning as the rooms were very hot. Dinner was disappointing. We had booked a table in the restaurant. Most people were siting outside. I felt like we were largely ignored by the staff who were wating at tableWe had to ask for a menu. Then we had to ask to order. When we had finished our main course, we had to ask for a dessert menu. The dessert then took a very long time to come. WE did wait a reasonable amount of time before asking for each of the above.

Price is expensive for the accommodation. A lovely room but basic toiletries and no a/c. Room is far too hot and fan doesn’t really cool anything down. Stayed last year and weather was cooler but room temp was still too hot. Windows can only be opened slightly. Shower is great but had to be angled in a certain way or the bathroom flooded. Think this may have affected the slightly musty smell in the room would be wonderful to be able to help yourself to toast and coffee

had a lovely stay .very friendly and professional service from all the people working there . the rooms are very comfortable . i was there during the heatwave and the cleaners provided me with two decent sized standing fans which really helped. the breakfast has an excellent menu choice . there is plenty of free parking .will definatley come back .

From the minute we arrived early to check in, the staff were fabulous . Very friendly & efficient & our 2 dogs were given treats! Room was lovely & comfortable & located right by the beer garden..always a bonus! Luckily they close at 10pm otherwise would of been much too noisy . Food was amazing, we had lunch , dinner & breakfast . All were lovely & v hard working waiting staff. Ourdogs enjoyed the stay too. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Ideally located for walking the dogs in the heathland just up the rd. Also for visiting the general area.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2022. I chose the hotel because it is close to my workplace, the staff are amazing, and nothing is ever too much for them. This week, I stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. It was absolutely lovely. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had all the facilities available.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10 stay, exceptional accommodation, clean and beautifully decorated and offers everything for a stay. Nice touch with bottles of water and hot chocolate. All staff demonstrated excellent customer service and a warm and friendly welcome and made the stay comfortable and were very accommodating. Excellent meal in the evening, one of the best cookie sundaes and breakfast was wonderful as well, plenty of choice and hot breakfasts all cooked fresh. Great to have a car park too. Would love to return.

Not a major dislike but because of the warm weather the room was quite stuffy - but a fan was provided. As the room was close to the pub garden I was reluctant to keep the windows open as I had initial [unfounded and needless] concerns that it would be noisy in the evening.

The room was very big and well-appointed and the bathroom had a large shower. The overall size of the unit was much bigger than the average room in the UK. The breakfast that was included was out of this world and the staff and service was wonderful.

The room weas not 100% soundproof and you could hear the patrons of the adjacent pub.
