Nada.

Nos intentaron estafar, nos cambiaron la habitación a otro hotel (que no era un hotel). Porque decían que había un problema con nuestra habitación (se la habían dado a otro huésped). El trabajador no nos quiso devolver el dinero ni darnos nuestra habitación.

Jag tycker allt var bra med hotellet som personalen, rummerna, städerskan och luften speciellt i det här värmen hjälpte det oss mycket. Personalen förstår bra och hjälper dig med allt som du behöver.

Все супер , чисто , просторно, все рядом . Приедем еще раз с удовольствием.

Small rooms but very comfortable beds.

Tanto Yigit quanto ihsan se tornaram mais que excelentes funcionários a me ajudar com o dia a dia em Istambul: eles foram amigos preocupados com a segurança tanto quanto meu bem estar. Com certeza voltaria lá pela qualidade do atendimento dos dois!

Alguns espaços ainda estão por receber acabamento. E não tem sala para refeição. O café da manhã é servido em outro hotel.

Our stay was fantastic. We loved the place, and the kindness of the people who work there—both the father and the son—was outstanding. They were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and they were able to solve any issues we had. We really liked the place; it has a great location, and we felt very happy and comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend it. 💚

Чудовий готель близько до всіх туристичних пам'яток. Неймовірно приємний персонал готелю. Чистий номер, чиста постільна білизна і рушники, гаряча вода в душі. Сніданок шикарний, але доводилось ходити за ним в інший готель.

Маленький номер, але нам на двох було достатньо.

The staff were generally helpful, and the accommodation was affordable.

The room was on level -1 with a view of a wall. It was a bit small, but you get what you pay for, and I knew that. The staff provided a transfer when I asked, and they sent a photo of the car that picked us up at the airport, which was all good. On the way back to the airport, a completely different car showed up than what we agreed on, and when I complained, the hotel said, "The VIP car was only for pickup; the way back was a normal taxi, otherwise they couldn't make any profit." None of this was clear from the start. I feel misled, so if you're thinking about buying a transfer with them, just be aware.

Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut de 6 nopți la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, iar raportul calitate-preț a fost foarte bun.

Un mic inconvenient a fost faptul că dulapul din cameră este destul de mic, iar hainele trebuie organizate mai atent pentru a încăpea. De asemenea, este important de știut că serviciul de curățenie nu se face automat zilnic – trebuie anunțat la recepție, iar personalul vine ulterior să facă curat , însă acest aspect oferă flexibilitatea de a alege momentul potrivit pentru curățenie .. deci poate nu fii nu neaparat ceva neplacut

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Although we booked the cheapest room, they let us move to a much better room , free of extra charge! The location is good, near all the sights.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. There were different types of shops nearby and good restaurants as well. There was an elevator.

We expected small rooms but not that small. The water in the bathroom was burning hot or freezing cold. There was no cold water in the sink, only hot water. There was only one charging socket in the room. It wasn`t the cleanest room I've been to. The beds were short.

Dobrá poloha hotelu. Pokoj byl při našem příjezdu uklizen a povlečení bylo čisté.

Pokoje jsou mnohem menší než se zdají na fotografiích. Postel je pro průměrného člověka příliš krátká (max 180cm na délku). Nefungující venitátor v koupelně/záchodě očividně již dělší dobu, protože strop v koupelně byl celý pokryt plísní, která se již začala objevovat i na stropě v samotném pokoji. Dveře do koupelny šly otevřít jen za použití velké síly, prkýnko na záchodě uvolněné. Za 4 noci nepřišla ani jednou hotelová služba (žádná výměna ručníků, úklid, doplnění toaletních potřeb- nic), když nám došel toaletní papír, tak jsme si o něj řekli na recepci a pan recepční nám podal půlku rozpoužívaného toaletního papíru..WIFI fungovala nespolehlivě.

El aire acondicionado no andaba , tuve que pedir que me limpien la habitación y lo hicieron , pero por arriba. Faltaba ventilar la habitaciones

The property was very budget-friendly and conveniently located near major attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation.The owners were very good and friendly .

Очень доброжелательный персонал, наши просьбы выполнялись очень быстро, помогли с трансфером в аэропорт. В гостинице есть лифт. Нам был предоставлен номер с лучшими удобствами, чем было оплачено, более широкая кровать, размер номера тоже больше. Персонал говорит на русском, английском и турецком языках. Расположение в пешей доступности от туристических мест

The location was fantastic! It was conveniently close to historical sites and public transportation. The hotel manager and staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I needed accommodations for our first day due to a flight delay, and they were very helpful, assuring me that everything would be taken care of.

Location is great just about 10 to 12 minutes to the city centre. I love the market surrounding and people.

I like everything about the hotel and staffs . I will gladly recommend.

I did not like anything

Reception did not speak English. Was put on the 6th floor and lift not working and I am disabled. No lights on the narrow, step stairs so pitch black. All the hotel fire doors were propped open with furniture. The room was only just wide enough to fit a small double bed. Tpilet not clena and had been used. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I left a review before and then property whats app me asking to take it down as hisbboss will sake him and he will refund, gave me a big sob story. Seems to have been all lies. Avoid

Es muy central, caminando puedes llegar a la mezquita azul, a la mezquita Santa Sofía, Basílica Cisterna, Palacio de Topkapi en menos de 20 minutos… todo es súper cerca menos el aeropuerto de Sabiha, aunque ten en cuenta que solo harás este recorrido cuando llegues y cuando te vayas de Estambul. La atención de un trabajador ruso fue estupenda, nos orientó mucho y se tomó el trabajo de traducirnos todo !

La atención muy amable. Nos cambiaron de habitación cuando lo solicitamos, por una mas amplia y sin costo.

El hotel es muy pequeño, habitaciones un poco incómodas para dos. Se recomienda para estancias individuales.

The receptionist was great and always in the good mood

Rooms are very small, bed is short and there is no space in the room for two people, for one it would be fine but not for two grown adults. The strange, bad smell is in the bathroom. My hair still has strange smell because of water in the hotel (I know that the quality of water in Türkiye isn’t great but in the March this year I stayed in other hotel and I didn’t have this problem with the hair, also the clothes and everything which was in the room now have strange smell even if we didn’t wear it). We were there 6 nights and they didn’t clean our room not even once. We had to buy toilet paper and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom which was full and never emptied. Also the toilet has really small sink which is hard to use without spilling water everywhere, so we brushed our teeth in the shower cabin…

Todo, empezando por el olor a humedad que tenía el hotel. teníamos dos habitaciones y nos dieron una al lado de recepción diciendo que al día siguiente nos cambiaban, y pregunté al día siguiente y me dijeron que no que me cambiaban al día siguiente, vamos que se estaban riendo en mi cara. El cambio de habitación era porque no tenía caja fuerte y por el ruido que generaba la gente en recepción cuando hacía check out a las 6 d la mañana que no pegamos ojo el toda la noche. Al día siguiente como no nos cambiaron la habitación buscamos otro hotel y nos fuimos. Al lado de la plaza taksim que es un barrio mucho más limpio y con más movimiento, si vais a Estambul recomiendo esta zona mejor.

El personal era amable

La habitación era en un sótano donde no entraba luz. el baño estaba mal diseñado directamente y la ducha estaba rota salía mal. No nos gustó, parecía mucho más lindo por fotos que lo que verdaderamente fue.

The property location was great. And the booking was easy, and the owners would text us some info for ideas to do around the city.

The room was quite run down, wallpaper feeling from the walls. And the bathroom door was a bit broken.

Dohos volt a fal a fürdőszobában, nagy volt az utcazaj és nem úgy nézett ki a szoba, mint a képeken. Kisebb volt és kevésbé tiszta.
