The location was great, right in the middle of Gangnam you can walk to all of the shopping and dining as well as easy access to transportation, including Airport transportation.

The hallways look very rundown, some floor tile seem like they aren’t glued down, and the shower gets everywhere.

Good location, close to lots of shops, the metro station and easily walkable. This is a more businesslike area of the city.

日本語のできるスタッフがいて助かりました。立地は最高で、ホテルも広々としてきれいで、スタッフの方も親切でした。早めにホテルに着いたのですが、チェックインも対応してくれ、早めに部屋に入ることができ助かりました。帰りのタクシーも出発の時間など相談に乗ってくれ予約もしてくださり、とても助かりました。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

バスタブが大きくお湯が溜まるのに時間がかかること、構造上水漏れのような状態になるので、その点を改善していただけたら嬉しいです。

Very spacious room. Clean and nice.

Bathroom was just separated by a glass wall. Can be a bit uncomfortable when you look for privacy.

The room was very comfortable and I loved how the TV had Netflix! My room also came with a bath tub - so this made it easy to unwind after a long day of meetings and work. The hotel is also located closely to many food options and to Sinnonhyeon station which I used frequently for travel - so this was very convenient. Lobby also helped me to secure a taxi whenever I needed the extra help. Overall, a great stay!

Only downside is that there are no international plugs and there is no safe to store your valuable items.

Room a bit small but it was nice, staff always came to clean my room. The bathroom was very nice. I order room service everyday and food was amazing

3度目の利用です！とにかく江南エリアへのアクセスが抜群にいいのと、空港からのバスで行きやすいので利用してます。また韓国ホテルには珍しいウォシュレットつきです。

枕に汚れと大きなほこりがついていて、おそらく床に置かれてたのかな、、と思いました。またスリッパが使い捨てじゃないのですが破れてて滑りました。

You need to follow instruction to inform them before 11am for room cleaning service. One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. But the front desk still helpful and arranged clean towels for us that night.

Room poorly organized and not properly cleaned or maintained. The mirror is next to the basin so it makes it difficult to shave .. pictures not hung but just lying against the wall ..

스위트룸을 35만원에 예약했는데… 평가대로 가성비는 최악이네요. 시설도 여기저기 훼손되어서 이 돈으로 숙박하는게 맞나 싶었네요. 교통 편한거 말고는 장점이 없습니다.

房間沒有很乾淨，尤其是床頭裝飾的燈都是灰塵。 床一高一低不知道為什麼？ 廁所的燈非常的昏暗，但是只有廁所有鏡子畫出來的妝出門後⋯ 而且廁所的地板非常的滑，住了幾天有好幾隻差點滑倒，真的非常危險 通常到飯店都會拍照留念，真是這次完全不想拍照 之類的，不是很推薦

エコだと思うのですが、6日間利用してシーツやタオルの交換をゴミ捨ても言わないとしてくれなかった。スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。また利用したいです。

スタッフが親切、部屋も広く地下鉄もバス停も近くにあり立地が素晴らしかったのですが、部屋にあるドライヤーが壊れかけていて持ちづらかったのと、浴室の換気扇が無く熱が篭ってしまい暑かったです。 あと枕元にコンセントやUSBポートありません。 机の上に3口のOAタップがありましたがあまり接触が良くなかったです。 禁煙室でしたが部屋に入るとタバコの匂いがしちのが気になりました。

房間比較舊，空調不能調校，風力太大吹致房間睡覺位置太凍，相當困擾。浴室沒有浴屏，每次洗澡完畢，必定弄到一地都是水，需要用到大量浴巾來舖墊。每日沒有自動refill 免費咖啡包

Гостиница находится в хорошем районе. Все рестораны и шопинг в шаговой доступности. Единственное что не хватает этой гостинице это немного лучше убирать номера. Кровати и подушки удобные. Персонал решал все проблемы в нашем номере очень быстро.

夜遅くまでやってる飲食店も多数あり バスもいろんな路線が止まるので非常に満足してます！

エレベーターが、カードキー無しでも上に上がれたので、宿泊者じゃなくても入れるのではとびっくりした。 部屋の写真と部屋が違っていて、ただの普通のシングルベッド二つでがっかりした。 ホテルの隣に24時間営業のカフェがあって良かった。

仁川空港からも行きやすく、バス停も駅も近いのでとても行動しやすかったです。 ですが、3名で予約したに関わらず2名分しかアメニティがなく伝えたところ翌日まで対応できないとのことでした。 お値段がリーズナブルなので仕方ないですが、お風呂とトイレに仕切りがないので少し不便でした。

駅近のため、1人滞在の時に利用します。駅近だけを取るならここかなぁと思いますが、＋きれいさや丁寧さを求める方はここではないかと思います。今回最上階の部屋でしたが、残念ながらトイレはちょっとペーパーを流すと詰まりかける、3泊4日の滞在中に1度も部屋の掃除がありませんでした。前回はあったのに何故だろうと不思議でした。寝て起きるだけのため特にこだわりませんでしたが、やっぱり1度は掃除が入っても良いかと。

久しぶりの２泊でしたが、以前宿泊した時は、毎日清掃してくれてた様な気がしたのですが、今回は清掃無しでした。 なので、タオルをフロントに貰いに行きました。 浴槽にカーテンがあればいいのですが、 無いので、気を付けて入らなければトイレと洗面がビチョビチョになります。 駅から近いですが、キャリーを持ってのホテルまでの移動は、急な坂道なのできついです。

The room was kind of small. No separate closet and drawer to store my clothings. There were only two hangers for two people. Where should I put my jacket? Even there were not much floor spaces to unfold our luggage.

Okay hotel til prisen. Morgenmad var minimalistisk men det gik. Mange plastisk kirurger i området og derfor mange af deres Patienter på hotellet.

チェックイン、チェックアウト時に別々の方が対応してくれましたがどちらも日本語できる方で安心しました。 ホテルの内装も可愛く清潔感もあり良かったのですが、壁がとても薄く廊下のキャリーバッグ押してる音や声が丸聞こえで 部屋の中も上の階か横の部屋かわかりませんがトイレの流れる音が聞こえてきたり 騒音で2時間ほどしか寝れませんでした。 壁が薄いこと以外は立地も良いし、アメニティも部屋には綿棒コットンヘアゴムがセットになったものと石鹸、ボディスポンジがあり あとはフロント1階にある自販機に歯ブラシや髭剃り、今回クレンジングを忘れたのですがクレンジングもありとても助かりました。 新論峴3番出口エスカレーター上がって坂を登るのですがそれが少々きつい以外は快適でした。

The bed sheets were stained and had blood on them, indicating that they had not been washed. Overall, the cleanliness was poor.

周辺は、交通、お店ともに充実しておりべんりでした。部屋の温度調節が難しく、冬とは思えないくらい暖か（暑か）ったです。

駅から数分で利便性を取るならここです。 水回りの清潔さが欠けていて、気になりました。バスタブがあるのはいいんですがカーテンがないので立ってシャワーを浴びると洗面所の床がびしゃびしゃになります。 スリッパは使い捨てじゃないので持って行った方がいいです。

立地がとても良くてコンビニも近くにあって良かったです。地下鉄の駅も近く、空港からのリムジンバスも近くまで来るのでとても便利です。 3人で行ったのでベッドが３つある部屋を予約しました、お風呂も広く浴槽もとても大きかったです。 シャワーは天井に備え付けの分と、手に持って使うシャワーの２種類がありました。 ハンドソープはなく石鹸でした。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープはあります。ガウンもクローゼットの中にありました。 毎日の清掃はなく、タオル交換も言わないとしてくれないので注意が必要です。チェックインの時に説明がなかったのでタオルがそのままで驚きましたが、言えばすぐに部屋にタオルを持ってきてくれました。コンセントの数がそこまで多くなくて１つだけ日本のコンセントが使えるのがささってたけど、やはり変換プラグは持参したほうが良いと思います。 フロントの方は忙しくてそこまで丁寧親切という感じではなかったですが、話すとちゃんと対応してくれるし空港バスの乗り方を聞くと時刻表と乗り場の地図を印刷してくれました。 総合的にとても気に入ったので、次からソウルに行く時はこのホテルにしようと思いました。

Location is very near to a subway exit . Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room is very badly lit. Lights in the room are dim. The floor was very dirty and caused our feet to be black.

Chambre très bien mais étrange qu’il faut demander à faire la chambre à chaque jour! Et le petit déjeuné, chère, pas bon du tout. L’eau du thé pas chaude. Pas de laitage. Que du pain brioché. Le petit dej est le seule défaut.

The whole room was amazing and it was so close to everything! Great price for what you get! They even had a great restaurant!!

I wish they had a bathroom in the lobby

Some staffs are helpful but some are not . Received a different room type from picture on Expedia.ca . If they are selling no window room . They should have detail informations to customers when customers book the room , that is fairly to customers.

방이 너무 더러움

Location

Much mold and rust were found in the bathroom. No shower curtain was in the bathroom. Room temperature setting was not controlled by the guest. Overall, facilities are old. Lifts are slow and need to wait for minutes. For me, not worth staying for the room charge. Photos on the internet seem much nicer than the reality is.

Badekar var placeret således, at der kom meget vand på resten af badeværelsegulvet Der var ikke nok lys på badeværelse. Klædeskabet var meget lille ikke til egnet til 2 personer, selvom det var et dobbeltværelse og kun 3 bøjler. For få stikkontakter. God aircon. Rengøring skulle bestilles af miljøhensyn. Godt køleskab Ingen safe.

立地もホテルの清潔度もスタッフの対応も全て良かったのですが、シャワーだけが少し不便でした。でもまた泊まりたいです！

Dirty room, dirty bed. Walls stained and bedsheets were dirty.

The design or the bath area meant that water kept hitting the bottom of the bath and splashing everywhere. The bath was very big and deep, not suutable for children or elderly to climb in and out. There's also no non-slip mat in the bath to prevent slip and fall. We also got static electricity from the toilet bidet which is so dangerous. The hotel sent a maintenance personnel to check but there was still static electricity after that. The kids became very afraid to use the toilet. Lastly, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasamt smell of urine around the toilet.

便利な立地と広いお部屋で良かったです。 ただ、シャワーカーテンがあれば良かったなと思いました。 リモコンで空調を点けるのが、わかりづらかったです。

こちらのホテルはシンノヒョン駅3番出口 から近くエスカレーターもあり重たいスーツケースがあるのでとても便利でした。 何処へ行くにも駅近は最強‼️ 金浦空港から9号線一本で行けるのも良かったです。 部屋は白を基調としシンプルで綺麗でした。 お風呂はトイレと一緒でシャワーカーテンが付いていないので普通に使えば周りがビショビショになります。これが問題であとはとてもシンプルで良いホテルでした。

The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room.

There was no hot water coming from the shower. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Quite satisfying.
