Modus Hotel Istanbul

Very fun location! Our room was incredible! The staff and fellow travelers were a delight to speak with, the breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, uncovered parking like we needed, and ISTANBUL. What else can we say besides it was great!

Personel iyi yardımseverdi. Hotelde fena sayılmaz ama hijyen olarak pek iyi değildi. Turist çok vardı ve gürültülüydüler maalesef. Merkezi yerden olması ve Amerikan hastahanesine yakın olması avantaj konumu iyi. Bir de maalesef çok kara sinek vardı😔

Staff were welcoming and kind to allow an early check in. The room booked wasnt as advertised, it did not have the rainfall shower & air conditioning - the lack of air con made it very difficult to sleep and be comfortable - couldn’t open the terrace door to allow air in as a cat kept trying to come in. Breakfast was very limited. Hotel is very dated and worn compared to the pictures online.

Do not try it at all! Although the staff tried hard to make us happy however the hotel lacks tons of things to be improved and to be called a HOTEL!

After being let down with my original booking elsewhere I booked this hotel last minute and was glad I did - well located a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Nişantaşı the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice. The definite highlight of my stay was the staff - always friendly and attentive (and available) and willing to help/make your trip more enjoyable - from a glass of tea on the terrace to booking taxis, offering ideas for things to do - I’ll definitely stay here again

On the first day, we were given a room on the first floor with a view of a wall, and people could easily see inside. After I complained, the staff member handling reservations was kind enough to change our room. The hotel is close to Nişantaşı, but it’s on a hill, so if you have walking or knee issues, it may be difficult to get around (not ideal for the elderly). The breakfast was okay but not perfect. Overall, it wasn't bad.

I am completely unable to identify this hotel as a four star hotel.

I think the Hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful always available 24/7. very comfortable beds. 10/10 i will be coming back. I had a surgery and stayed at this hotel, they treated me very good. loved it

I would say the only negative part is that there is a long upward hill that is a bit tiring.

Breakfast was decent but repetitive

Housekeeping was not done properly, bedding was not comfortable and the area was hilly ariund the hotel.

unfortunately I had some request after I left such as to mail me the invoice and to check for a dress I left there but I received no reply. a bit too noisy: from the street you hear all the cars and very loud music. The staff decided to clean the room near mine with vacuuming loudly at 7 am....

Unfortunately I paid twice For the hotel. Please pay attention when you are paying at the counter in the hotel. I paid through “booking.com” and than hotel charged me again. I am waiting for the response more than one month .

Staff were absolutely amazing! All so helpful at all times. Location was great too. All staff especially front desk staff are an asset to the hotel. Thanks for being so great.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

There is a slight smell of smoke in the rooms.

Excellent reception specially the senior gentleman receptionist who help us a lot in many needs that made our trip to Turkey successful , really much appreciation goes to them.

I booked a room with one bed, and they switched it to two single beds. The bed was not comfortable. Room wasn't clean. Furniture is very old. Bathroom needs renovation.

Staff was fantastic and went out of their way to help accommodate. Location is also very good, close to bustling neighbourhood and public transport links.

The AC did not work across the hotel and it was boiling hot in the room. The room itself was a bit dusty. Breakfast was unimpressive, but you can get by.

The staff is amazing. Friendly and accommodating. We were there in connection with an operation in a hospital 5 minutes walk away. Only downsides are the steep streets that may not be suitable for everybody. The property has some signs of being well used with minor maintenance issues present. Overall a great stay

the hotel needs total renovation and cleaning should be reimplemented because you can't call it cleaning! at the same time the guest traffic here is more than good, alot of medical tourists visiting the clinics located nerby
