Lage. 5 Minuten vom Parkplatz, Bus und Straßenbahnen vor der Tür und trotzdem nachts ruhig. Gemeinschaftsküche zur Nutzung sehr sauber. Aufzug. Schön gestaltet.

L’host era super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha soddisfatto in tutto persino una stanza piu grande allo stesso prezzo! Ci ha anche aiutati con il parcheggio.

Gli asciugamani e il tappeto della doccia erano non troppo bianchi con qualche macchietta. Il muro della doccia e del lavabo erano un po sporchini. Il resto della stanza era pulito.

Las camas eran muy comodas, todo super limpio y bonito, la ubicación excelente y el trato del personal fue increible, super amables. Supero las expectativas de todos en mi familia.

Это ужасно. Вонь и плесень. Номер на троих человек. В номере невозможно дышать. Комната с большой кроватью находится прям напротив туалета, из которого несет канализацией. Вентиляции нет. В углу комнаты протечка, на которой выступила плесень и этот запах стоит во всей комнате. Открываешь окно, а внизу бар и тусуется куча молодежи. Шум до 5 утра. Вся площадь в тусующихся людях до утра. Когда я спросила об этом при заселении на ресепшен работника, он мне махнул рукой и сказал, что это на пол часа. Не волнуйся. Но это не самое страшное. Самое ужасное - это едкий и стойкий запах канализации и плесени. На остальное уже не обращаешь внимание.

Es una pension. Da muy mala impresión la entrada al edificio, vieja, oscura y sucia. Da sensación de inseguridad. La habitación se ve antigua y huele a humedad. El baño es un NO.

Die Unterkunft ist in Santos gelegen - einem Stadtteil, dem ich mich seit längerer Zeit verbunden fühle. Hier geht es etwas gemächlicher zu als in anderen Gegenden Lissabons, man findet eine gute kulinarische Auswahl und hat eine tolle Anbindung an die Vororte, in denen sich die Strände finden.

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind einzelne Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Leselampen im Zimmer waren defekt. Im Bad war die Duschgarnitur kaputt und die Klobürste unbenutzbar. Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch auffallen.

Muy buena luminosidad de la habitación . Ubicación muy adecuada un poco apartada del centro pero en paseo llano llegas al centro en 15 min. Atención muy cercana y agradable. Lo recomiendo para visitar unos días Lisboa.

Not clear enough on the advert that the private bathroom is separate to the room, across the hall. If this was made obvious to me I would not have booked this, as a young female. This also makes it extremely noisy as you can hear people opening and closing doors all night, aswell as the hallway light coming in the room. I was being woken every couple of hours.

Gostei muito do atendimento, da comunicação com os colaboradores, a localização, o tamanho e conforto do quarto. A localização é ótima e tudo como as fotos.

Un lugar muy acogedor y bien rn los espacios para una persona que viaja sola. Tuve una complicación en el baño, pero que fue resuelto de manera inmediata por Juan, el administrador, me hizo sentir protegida y bien cuidada. Recomiendo el lugar.

Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Location is acceptable.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it can be reached with about a 20-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take an Uber for around €6–7. Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in, the entrance doorbell was not working, so we had to wait outside the building for about 15 minutes before we could get in. We were only able to enter when someone happened to leave the building. It would have been much better if the entrance access code had been shared with us in advance.

- Świetna lokalizacja w dzielnicy Santos – jedna z moich ulubionych części Lizbony. - Bardzo dobra komunikacja – kilka minut do przystanków tramwajowych i autobusowych oraz stacji kolejowej, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta i dalsze wycieczki. - W okolicy mnóstwo świetnych kawiarni, restauracji i klimatycznych miejsc, do których można dojść pieszo. - Pokój był w 100% zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Dla jednej osoby miał idealną wielkość, a łóżko było bardzo wygodne. - Prywatna łazienka znajdowała się tuż naprzeciwko pokoju – była duża, czysta i bardzo komfortowa. - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Dużym plusem była możliwość bezpłatnego pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu aż do czasu wyjazdu na lotnisko. - Do dyspozycji gości jest przestronna, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oraz piękny wspólny salon z widokiem na ulicę – świetne miejsce na poranną kawę lub chwilę odpoczynku. - Wszystko było czyste, zadbane i zgodne z opisem. Pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów – zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

Location was great and very nice staff!

The property is located in a very central spot with easy access to restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions in Alfama District.

The elevator is fairly small and you have to take the stairs with all the luggage to get to your room. Also there were couple of flies in the room, maybe because there was a construction going on the street nearby. The neighbourhood can get very loud at night on weekends as there are bars and restaurants downstairs that are open late in the night. Water temperature in the shower is very tricky to maintain. You have to constantly tweak it.

Host was very helpful. Parking garage is directly in front of the hotel. There is an elevator and air conditioning. There is also a shared kitchen.

Struttura decisamente molto datata. La nostra stanza aveva cattivo odore di muffa e chiuso con muri che trasudavano acqua. In camera non era presente nemmeno un piccolo frigo. La biancheria dei letti era pulita ma non è stato gradevole trovare dei capelli sulle lenzuola del materasso. Dovrebbero essere più attenti. Avevano richiesto un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo, ci siamo trovati 3 letti singoli.

Perfect stay for those who want a nice relaxing room placed in the city centre! The Deluxe room was extremely nice and clean. Very quite in the night, despite being in a central location. We just felt at home and would recommend this place 100%. Reached all the interesting things walking around

The staff were very friendly, and always happy to give advice or help with anything. The accommodation is divided into two apartments on different floors. The shared kitchen, living room, common area, and amenities such as the ironing board and iron are located on the 3rd floor, while some of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The room I stayed in was almost perfect.

The only issue was the bathroom: one of the floor tiles was loose, allowing moisture and mold to build up underneath, which caused an unpleasant smell. However, if you leave the bathroom door slightly open, the odor doesn't linger as much and becomes much less noticeable.

The place needed a bit of TLC & had a little bit of a hostel feel not a 3 star hotel feel. There was a smell of drains the whole time we were there

L’eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à arriver sous la douche, et les équipements de la salle de bain (pommeau de douche, WC) pourraient être remplacés.

We spent the night at this property because it was a great location to enjoy the Santo Antonio Festival in Lisbon. Even though there were parties outside our room was very quiet. Communication with the host and accessing the property was easy. The room was clean and well lit.

There were some minor cosmetic issues but that would not keep us from selecting this property again.

Ideal place in a very nice área in Santos. All went very well and according to the expectations. The host Joao has been very kind and supportive with our requests.

The smell from the bathroom probably is an issue in the while building. Just closing the door resolved the problem.

Lovely room, tasteful design, very nice and helpful staff. Location is great, I could walk everywhere easily.

Front facing rooms are a little noisy due to the lively square with bars, although the windows are excellent at reducing the noise. If you are a party person this should be no problem, always super quiet after 1 or 2 am. Otherwise earplugs might be a good idea.

Habitación muy bonita y limpia, el trato de Jhon fue el mejor, súper amables y prestos a ayudar en todo momento, el barrio está bien conectado. Sitios para comer muy cerca, o para tomar algo. Todo fue genial.

Goede ligging, gemakkelijk parkeren en super vriendelijke mensen. Ook het bedje voor ons kindje is netjes klaargezet.

Punt van verbetering is de badkamer, je merkt dat deze nog op het lijstje staat om te vernieuwen.

Es hat fürchterlich gerochen, hatte es auch beim Check out mitgeteilt, leider war die Antwort es sei ein altes Gebäude und es hätte viel geregnet, deshalb stinkt es so sehr, eher unbefriedigend.

Gute Lage um viel zu Fuß zu machen. Gute Kommunikation. Einchecken ohne Schlüssel, da wir mitten in der Nacht wegen verspäteten Flieger erst angekommen sind. Gepäck einstellen wsr sehr hilfreich. Tolle neue weiße Handtücher und sehr gute Matratze. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof!

Metallzimmertüren sollten nachts achtsam benutzt werden. Dies war bei den Mitgästen der Fall und durch die geringe Zimmeranzahl kein Problem.

Mooie ruime kamer met prima bedden. Vriendelijke receptie. Locatie is ook goed bereikbaar per auto en vanuit hier kan je met openbaar vervoer of lopend goed de stad bereiken. Prima parkeergarage dichtbij het verblijf wel 25 euro per dag.

Rioollucht die komt en gaat vanuit de badkamer. Dit was echt heel vies. Tapijt, gordijnen en sommige plekken kunnen schoner. ‘S Nachts wakker geworden door feest verdieping boven ons.

The check in was great, nice and easy, the host was very knowledge of the area. We asked where to go and he had a few suggestions which we enjoyed. The tap water tasted good, the water was very cold. Common area was nice, shared kitchen area seemed big enough to use.

When showering the bottom of the shower fills up faster than it drains so it seemed like the shower was going to overflow.

Limpo, seguro, bem localizado e muito silencioso. Anteciparam meu check in, João me indicou um ótimo restaurante de comida portuguesa, inclusive fez minha reserva pelo telefone, avisou sobre possibilidade de chuva e me emprestou um guarda-chuva. Fui muito bem atendida em todas minhas solicitações. As janelas do quarto são amplas e mostram toda poesia de Lisboa.

There was no elevator working during my stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. They allowed us a late check-in and didn't insist on taking the payment right away. They were also kind enough to let us store our luggage after check-out. There are some spots near the hotel entrance where young people make a lot of noise, but the windows block out the sound completely.

Two separate rooms were stayed in during two different times. Unfortunately, an odor was coming from the toilet in one of the rooms. Liquid soap and similar amenities should be checked better. An extra hand towel should also be provided.

This was our first time staying in a hotel that had shared public areas. It had a living/dining room and kitchen that anybody could use. People were friendly and it was nice to meet new people. Rooms were basic but still comfortable. Our personal bathroom was great. Staff that helped us were super friendly and very helpful with giving us ideas for dinner or any other questions we had.

The staff was very friendly with us. As soon as we came, they took in our stuff and then after a wine in the bar at the front, we did an effortless check-in with a lot of useful information about the city and the beauties close by. The room was just as one of the photos depicted, with a beautiful high ceiling, comfortable furniture and the most comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is great to take the train at Santos.

The drain from the shower smelled really bad and we had to put the trash can on top to stop the smell from going to the bedroom. I would recommend to have a plastic cover, like a bin, to avoid the bad smell from spreading in the bedroom. At some nights we had very loud neighbors, and also people outside in front of the bars. So just remember to bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in peace. I was confused with the type of bedroom I'd get, because there were 2 different type of bedrooms shown in the booking.

Fin lokation tæt på mad og caféer uden at være alt for travlt eller larmende. Fin lydisolering, elevator og stor seng. Virkelig sødt personale, der var hjælpsomme.

Rengøringen kunne være bedre særlig på badeværelset. Tæppet under sengen burde udskiftes, da der var mange pletter på. Der var en lidt indelukket lugt på værelset, der måske kommer fra fugt.

The staff were very welcoming and the place was very clean very comfortable in the right location for the Festival that I attended. It is within areas of good restaurants and good places to have a drink and very good location depending where you want to visit. My friend and I loved the place and it still remain one of our favourite places to book at as we have been staying at this accommodation now for a few years. Would 100% recommend it to anybody who is looking for a comfortable place to be at whilst they visiting Lisbon.

Hmmmm. Not much i can say I dislike so far

The hotel was very nice and well located ! I would recommand for anyone who would like to enjoy the local life as much as possible. Joao was extremely nice and professional (he deserves best employe of the month tbh), he made my husband’s stay amazing. I could not thank you enough for thesefew days, staff and hotel is more than i could’ve wished for, would recommand and come back!

This place was amazing. Beautiful room, perfect location, and the staff was SO helpful and accommodating. Quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp and flexible with luggage storage and other needs we had. It wasn't the cheapest room in Lisbon, but it was absolutely worth it. I can not recommend this Guesthouse enough!

The street outside was rather noisy, but is wasn't an issue really - it added to the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. With the windows closed it wasn't too loud, but just a consideration if a peaceful neighborhood is a priority.

De kamer had een hele nare rioollucht. Het slapen werd daardoor erg moeilijk. De muren in de badkamer hadden vocht en schimmelvlekken. Niet gezond….
