À fuir absolument. Cet hôtel est une catastrophe totale : chambre sale, odeur désagréable, entretien inexistant. Le bruit est insupportable, impossible de dormir correctement. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas et le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionne pas. Les photos booking sont fausses et dates sûrement de la première nuit.... Mais le plus choquant reste le comportement du patron : agressif, irrespectueux, il crie sur ses employés devant les clients sans aucune gêne. Une scène honteuse qui met tout le monde mal à l’aise. C’est de loin l’une des pires expériences que j’ai eues. Je déconseille fortement, passez votre chemin.

Super friendly staff, location right on the riverside and therefore right in the middle of the weekend market. It's also near the palace and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The right in the "middle of weekend market" comment above means it's super loud! If you're a light sleeper and noise disturbs you, I wouldn't stay here. The noise goes on the early morning. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't it.

My room #21 had mold on the wall and peeling paint, I could feel the mold affecting my breathing.

I only gave this place 1 because there was no 0 to give it. It was dark, no window. Very small. Dirty wet walls. Even the bed was damp. We left after 5 minutes because my wife and I feared getting sick if we lay in the bed. The pictures are faked. Do not stay here. I wouldn't pay €10 for it

Im Vergleich mit den vielen anderen Unterkünften in Phnom Penh ist eine Buchung dieser Unterkunft in ihrem gegenwärtigen Zustand eigentlich kaum zu empfehlen. Gefallen hat mir der Sonnenaufgang über dem Mekong.

Die Unterkunft war in ihrem gegenwärtigen Zustand schmuddelig. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Es war laut. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Immerhin: es fanden Renovierungarbeiten statt.

I liked where it was located . Staff lovely . Liked the front bar that guy called Chris ran , he was lovely and all the staff.

Very noise as they decide to decorate the room next door From early morning . The photos were not true to what I saw. My towels were clean but old discoloured.

Zentrale, der Balkon liegt direkt über dem völlig belebte Working Street (für Samstag und Sontag -Abend ist ein Event) und am Mekong entlang.

Müll/Abfall Gestank von der Straße - Alkohol und Marihuana Geruchs von der Kneipe/Bar (befindet sich im Eingang des Hotels) steigt über dem Balkon bis im Schlafzimmer. 🥵

Excellent place to stay in central Phnom Penh. I am now travelling around Cambodia on a motorbike to prepare an adventure lecture about the country and will be staying at the hotel again. The hotel is storing my suitcase for free while I am traveling. Very friendly staff.

The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and well equipped. The location being right on the riverside has +\-. Lovely view, ease of access to all central attractions including shops, bars and restaurants. Walking street on Sat and Sun night in front of Hotel.

We booked a room with Balcony overlooking Mekong however this means you have the very busy and noisy Riverside Road running 24 hrs beneath you. We arranged Tuk Tuk with reception to go to sites one day, happy with service and price. Reception arranged another Tuk Tuk to get me to a Doctor quickly. We then proceeded to be taken on a large tour of Phnom Phen. We did get to Doctor eventually but were grossly overcharged in the process. Arrange your own transport!

Great staff and very helpful. Bed comfy, great pillows, shower handle broken but didn't effect the shower at all - good shower pressure and very nice towels. They arranged taxi for me and a excursion too. Location was great short walk to central sights.

Great location very close to different temples and restaurants/cafes. Towels and basic toiletries provided. Wifi worked great and I enjoyed watching mtv 90s on the tv. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from 7 eleven which is very convenient.

There was an intense musty smell in my bedroom that was giving me a headache, probably because there were no windows in my bedroom, seems like the walls are mouldy, even though you can’t visibly see mould. A few day stay is fine but I wouldn’t recommend longer than that. There was also no hot water in my shower.

Fantastic location, very central and only a short tuk tuk ride to places such as, Bassac Lane, Aeon Mall etc. walks way from Royal Palace, river front! I believe it was the owner that welcomed me in. Very accommodating. Ready and willing to help with everything! I can only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll happily stay again and a reccomend it to other people! Plus the bed was very comfortable- I’ve not slept so well in Months!

Had no issue- would have been nice to have hotter water but that’s a small issue and did not effect my stay.

The location us awesome, especially if you go for a room with the balcony on Riversise … one of THE best views in Phnom Penh… The manager Srun and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful … a pleasure to be around.

If you are on a higher floor, you need good mobility as there is no lift

The balcony room was big and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting watching the riverfront and sunsets. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Close to markets and food. When transiting back through Phnom Penh at the end of our trip we will stay here again.

Brilliant location. Lovely balcony overlooking River, fresh cool breezes constantly. All staff helpful, Srun the manager goes above and beyond with much helpful advice, always smiling. Lovely two weeks.

The location was excellent - right on the river in between the Royal Palace and monastery. We did yoga on the balcony overlooking the river in the mornings. It was a lovely little oasis in a bustling street. Perfectly fine for one night only.

I am loathe to give negative reviews - especially for budget accom in developing economies. But there was just too much not okay about our stay. One night was fine. But - there was no cleaning of the room. We’re fine to reuse towels and make the bed, but when the rubbish isn’t emptied and there’s ants - it’s not okay. Remember you can’t flush paper in Cambodia and we stayed three nights. Pretty gross. The tv didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, the hot water ran out before one of us finished a shower so we had to share or wait in between, there was rubbish left from the people before us. If you have difficulty sleeping (we don’t thankfully) the bed was hard, not enough pillows, the street noise is hectic and there was a spotlight shining straight in our room. We’d have been lost without our noise cancelling sleep masks. Also there’s no lift - we walked up two set of stairs which was fine for us, but forget it if you have limited mobility. It didn’t ruin our trip, but staying somewhere different would have certainly enhanced it.

The hotel is located strategically walking distant to many convenient stores like 7 -11 and night markets. Close to tourist attractions. Recommended to book Deluxe Double Room with Riverview.The river view is absolutely stunning.

The staff were more than helpful and allowed us to upgrade to a unit that was about 3 times larger at a low cost. The view of the beach was nice.

We had the apartment and an additional room and both had all the amenities we needed with the apartment having a basic equipped kitchen and a lovely view of the river. The best perk was the soundproof bedrooms. It was noisy outside but the rooms were so quiet. The excellent wifi and the computer table with extra sockets was another plus point. Will definitely book it again.

Lost my tablet. Checked find device and the last known location was in the hotel. Asked staff about it, but don't think they understood me. Hope if they find it they contact me.

Bathroom amenities were in disrepair, the security safe was repaired upon my request, and air conditioning units not efficient. The self farmhouse of this hotel is 3 Stars when it should be 1 or 2 Stars the max.

Excellent stay at the Asiban Quay Hotel. Location is excellent on the riverside, walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. Staff are excellent, Sear very friendly and nothing was too much for him.
