מיקום מעולה, ממש ליד כיכר ספאניה אבל פונה לרח' צדדי אז אין רעש. עד 15 ד' הליכה ממרבית המקומות במרכז והמון אוטובוסים למקומות הרחוקים יותר. מאפשר לבוא למנוחה והתרעננות באמצע היום (היינו בשיא החום של אוגוסט...) החדר מוקפד , נקי ונח מאוד, צ'ק אין עצמי בלי תוספת מחיר ושמירת חפצים ביום האחרון. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ובקפה יפה ונעים 2 דק' הליכה מהמלון

Struttura ubicata in un bel palazzo storico ed elegante. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posizione strategica per gli spostamenti a piedi. Servizio Taxi a 100 metri dalla struttura Personale gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Il tutto ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Roma impeccabile.

The bathroom was filled with mould the shower door completely off at hinges.. the receptionist incredibly rude when I reported the issues and said the black mould was because they don’t clean it properly and it’s not her problem. Tried to swap rooms, but the other room was filled with mould as well. Would not recommend over any other accommodation in Rome.

Konum harikaydı, metronun hemen dibinde odalar yeterince genişti ve çok temizdi. Sadece kaldığımız oda gündüzleri çok güneş almıyordu, dışarı çıktığımızda farklı bir hava ile karşılaştık hep. Onun dışında herşey harikaydı, resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Odamız çok az güneş ışığı alıyordu ama karanlık denecek kadar değil tabii ki, bir de camlar çok ses geçiriyordu, sanırım tam olarak kapanmadığından dolayı

La colazione è stata una sorpresa perchè era al di fuori della struttura. E' andata bene perchè il tempo era bello ma a pensare all'inverno non è accettabile

Frühstück war für mich zu weit weg. Sehr bescheiden.

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Bett war aber Sauber . Sofa war leider sehr schmutelig.

Все очень близко к основным достопримечательностям. Если правильно распределить маршрут можно обойти все пешком. Улица безопасная, не было никакого шума и т.д.

Lovely room with a nice bathroom. Great communication. The accommodation was in an excellent spot. Just around the corner from the Spanish steps, about a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and 20 to the Collesium. Walking distance to the river where you can see the Vatican. If I ever to go Rome again I'll be staying here.

The WiFi was hit and miss but we were out most of the time anyway.

Struttura a 100 mt da Piazza di Spagna, arredo moderno e confort assoluto. In reception Roxana disponibilissima e molto cortese. Prossimo viaggio a Roma assolutamente nella stessa struttura che ho già raccomandato ad amici.

Vynikající lokalita.

Snídaně nebyla v ubytování, ale cca 10 minut od hotelu. Byla slabá, malý výběr - dieta, kontinentální, americká -, žádné ovoce ani zelenina. Dokonce jsme si museli říkat o poskytnutí všeho, co bylo uvedeno na voucheru.

Cafe da manha fora do local do hotel nao é muito bom. Mas no local o serviço foi bem atencioso. Localizacao excelente. Funcionarios simpaticos e atenciosos.

Sinalizacao externa deve melhorar.

Internet good. Air conditioning good. No extras like water. No cleaning services while you stay. Location great. Taxi station around the corner.

We had a super stay here for 3 nights. Apartment felt luxurious and was super clean. Staff were brilliant and text us when the room was ready. Location is great near the Spanish Steps, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro station is also 1 minute from the door if you want to use public transport. We will definitely use this as our first choice on our next visit.

Staff lovely and very helpful

I really recommend this hotel, is very close to a lot of important places, very accesible to taxis and restaurants. Roxanne is great! Very nice, friendly and help you with everything. Hope soon come back to Rome and stay there for sure.

The location, the room was very nice - and staff amazing. The bed sheets were super soft and u can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

Le déjeuner à prendre seulement à partir de 9h et le prix un peu cher par rapport à la qualité mais qui est compensé par un très bel emplacement pour un city trip à Rome.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the property, the room was spacious and clean, the location is excellent, quiet and close to everything and the host Roxana was the best. She was prompt in answering our messages and always ready to help with a beautiful smile on her face .

Excellent location, 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps and so close to lots of restaurant’s/ cafes. Easy to get to from the central station - 2 minute walk from Spagna metro. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Couldn’t fault this accommodation and would stay here again on another trip to Rome!

The location was amazing! It is within steps of the Spanish Steps. The Basilica of St. Mary Major was 30 minutes walk straight line from Trinità dei Monti, a church on top of the Spanish Steps. So many restaurants within walking distance. My only issue was the round bed. It was strange and difficult to get into and out of. Also newer towels would be nice.

Close to Piazza di Spagna, clean and calm

The property is in an excellent location. Very close to the Spanish steps. Close to the Metro. Little cafes and restaurants everywhere, and supermarket only a couple of blocks away. Just a little bit of noise on the second night, which was bin night for the whole neighbourhood, and a little bit of noise from the university students across the road, which is to be expected. Staff at the accommodation were very nice, and very helpful. They recommended a lovely restaurant nearby.

Staff impeccabile

Our stay was superb and we had a family of two kids ages 9 and 7. Staff was very responsive and friendly and we were able to work through our busy travel schedule. The breakfast was nice and we loved the location.

A hidden gem in 4 minutes walk from The Spanish Steps and 3 minutes walk from Spagna metro station. Wonderful service. Very clean rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort. Special thanks to Roxana once again for taking care of us. Recommed to everyone without hesitation.

The location of this hotel is great located near the Spanish steps and walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions in Rome. The room is decent and just fine for a place to sleep. It was decently clean and we got our towels exchanged once during our three night stay. My reason for the 2 star review is due to our experience while checking in. If you look on Google and click website it takes you to an error page. The lady at the front made us feel bad for booking through a 3rd party when there is no other choice online. When checking availability the only options that come up are Expedia, Hotels.com, Priceline, etc. No where to book direct.We arrived in Rome and by the time we got to the hotel it was around 8:10pm maybe 8:15pm. When we arrive we were greeted not very nicely and told that we would have to pay a 25 euro late check-in fee that began at 8:00pm. We were told that since we booked through a 3rd party they had not been able to get in contact with us to let us know their front desk closes at 6:00pm and their late check-in fee starts at 8:00pm. I tried to get in contact with the hotel prior, but they do an awful job at showing any contact information. There is no email online and the phone number is a direct line and not connected to WhatsApp. Coming from out of the country this made it extremely difficult to contact them. The night we got there we did not have cash to pay the late fee and taxes so we promised to pay before we left. Instead of reminding us nicely as we left the hotel to explore Rome, the lady at the front desk slid a note under our door reminding us. Please have more decency with your guests and be kind. Knowing that it is impossible to book direct online or get in contact with the hotel, they should have better hospitality with their guests. I will not be returning or referring this hotel to any clients, family or friends.

The boutique hotel is lovely. The hostess, Roxana, is extremely attentive and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to many sites like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and even to the Colosseum and Ancient City!

This hotel is in the perfect location in the city center! Tons of stores to go shopping and tons of restaurants to eat at as well! Everything was in walking distance! From the pantheon, Trevi fountain, the Vatican or even the colosseum. The room me and my fiancé stood in was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was the perfect size and pillows were soft. The AC works well and everything was clean. Perfect for the both of us. Our hosts Roxanne and Mariano were both very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay again when visiting Rome!

Air Conditioning wasn't cold enough (which was explained but still could've been better)

We stayed here with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious, we had a king bed in one room and a roll out sofa bed in the other room, with 2 bathrooms. Pretty affordable for the location and hotel cleanliness/privacy. The building outside was hard to find since it looked like a simple wood building with 2 big doors and no big sign for the hotel name (besides a small name tag on the side of the door). But I think that's just how Rome hotels are with the entrance. Anyway, it wasn't a big problem, our Uber was able to find the place with the address and GPS. The location was very close to the Spanish steps plaza and church. We were able to walk everywhere for food and all the tourist sites, ie. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. Eat at any pasta or pizza place when you are in Rome, they are all amazing and delicious. The front staff lady was friendly and explained everything to us when we checked in, it was quick and easy. The room gets a little dusty with the wood flooring but it was fine, we just asked for room service to come tidy up the room. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we were back in town.
