Ruido muy molesto por las noches de habitación al lado,así que a las 23_24h de noche no consigo dormir por voz fuerte de gente de habitación al lado,i yo con amtratamiento antibioticos porque venía a Estambul arreglar dientes,la verdad pase bastante mal por esto.

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant

Ne mérite clairement pas les 4 étoiles. Les murs sont hyper fins, on entend limite les conversations de la chambre d’à côté 😭 Les autres clients sont vraiment désagréables… On se croirait dans un Hôtel F1 en France 😂

La piscine n'est ouverte que de 17h à 22h et l'eau est froide. Les chambre sentent la cigarette et sont mal insonorisés, dysfonctionnement des serrures. Oreillers trop gros.

Kahvaltı çok eksik ve personelin sert tavrı çok yanlış 2 gün nescafe veya kahve makinesi bozuk olması ve içecek bulamamak buna çözüm istediğimizde yok demek yanlış bence ve 2 günde otel odasındaki tuvalette kağıt şampuan eksik olması ve benim aramam ile gelmesi yanlış bunlara dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is located in a very busy commercial area with a lot of traffic, including trucks and delivery vehicles during the day. Because of this, it is almost impossible to find a parking space during daytime. The parking spaces directly in front of the hotel do not belong to the hotel and can be used by anyone. The biggest issue for us was the strong smell of cigarettes in the rooms. Even the non-smoking rooms had a very noticeable cigarette smell. The rooms are also quite old and dated. There are no clear room photos on Booking.com showing the bathroom, shower and toilet, so you only realize after arrival how old they actually are. The restaurant area is also very old.

Curățenie, aproape de tramvaiul T1, comunicarea cu personalul,parcare gratuită în fața hotelului!

Sa ofere cafea de calitate la micul dejun in comparație cu ce oferă acum!!!

Кафето од појадокот треба да се смени. Базентот беше со многу ладна вода :( .

We verbleven in Harmony Hotel Merter & spa voor 3 dagen, omdat we dol zijn op het stad Istanbul. Hotel had prachtige muurschilderingen waar je in weg kan dromen. Het was schoon zowel de kamers als de openbare ruimtes. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding was perfect!

Het ontbijt was standaard elke ochtend hetzelfde, weinig variaties.

Nu am decât cuvinte de laudă.

El personal muy pero que muy amable, es la primera vez que me voy echando de menos a todo el personal, y muy atentos.

No hay nada que criticar, es todo perfecto.

Приветливый и вежливый персонал, всегда готов помочь. Хорошее место расположения. Близко транспорт. 50 минут езды трамваем до центра Стамбула. Через дорогу кафешки и небольшие супермаркеты. Номер убирался каждый день. Завтрак разнообразный.

Сильная слышимость. Когда сосед идет в туалет, вы в подробностях все будете слышать. Отель нуждается в ремонте. Лейка от тропического душа весела, только вода от него была отключена 100 лет назад. При заселении номер не хорошо был убран. Все зеркала в больших розводах. На балконе стоял какой-то грязный стул и стол.

Великолепный отель! Отличное обслуживание, чисто, уютно, удобное расположение от рынка Мертер. Приветливые сотрудники, завтрак отличный, вкусно и свежо.

I appreciated that the staff was really understanding, and we were able to check in early, that was a big plus.

I was disappointed with the swimming pool. It had very limited hours (only from 5 PM to 11 PM), and it was extremely cold. When I mentioned it, I was told to warm up in the sauna first, which wasn’t ideal. The facilities in general felt old. While it was clean, the bathroom, sink, and overall décor seemed outdated. Lastly, the breakfast was a letdown, it was almost empty and lacked variety. Overall, I expected more, especially for the price.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is very pleasant, the interior is beautiful. Sure, Merter is not 5-star one. But for its price Merter is perfect.

The swimming pool is on -2 floor under the ground, that's why water was cold enough.

The hotel had a very bad smell.

Miła obsługa, spokojny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Czyste pokoje. Skromne śniadanie ale wystarczające na początek dnia. W pokoju mini barek, czajnik, kawa i herbata.

The staff are so helpful. Good people!

Няма какво да не ни харесва.Можеби е малко застаряващ хотел.

Мръсно , в стаята мирише на мухъл. Ужасен , нелюбезен и неотзивчив персонал.

Good location.

You have to pay for water in the bottle in the room. I never been in the hotel, where you had to pay for the water. They are smoking in the rooms, i am not a smoker i could not stand that smell.

Convenient location for our dental treatments and to train. Close to eating places and migros. Breakfast was very good. Little change but a large choice for everyone. The Turkish bath, pool and sauna were great extras for me. Best of all was the staff in all the different sections of the hotel. Thank you. Teshekurler.

The room had a huge wall that blocked view outside and felt claustrophobic. Also bad smell from the drain in the bathroom on most days.

The building itself is nice. The cleanliness is not.

During our stay we both got sick. I had severe bronchitis and had to take antibiotics. After a few days we found the probable source: bacterial and fungal biofilms in the shower that were not immediately visible. After we cleaned the shower ourselves we got better quickly.

Tutto! , esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura è bellissima, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, simpatico, preparato e molto professionale, facendomi sentire sempre unico e speciale durante tutto il soggiorno. La cucina è davvero ottima, con piatti di qualità e grande varietà: ogni sera c’era la possibilità di assaggiare specialità turche e provare sapori diversi. Ottima posizione, colazione ricca e ambiente sempre impeccabile. Non ho trovato alcun difetto: tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente 🤗

Шумно. На завтраке кроме супа нет теплых блюд- яйца, сосиски - всё холодное.

Sauna und Innenpool sind außer Betrieb. Für den Besuch des Hamams wurde Geld verlangt,andernfalls wurde der Zutritt verweigert. die damen waren respektlos.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was great. Spa and hamam service was good.

A bit far from city center, but the tram is in walking distance from the hotel. So it is easy to get around.

Din păcate este un hotel unde prostituatele își fac munca,nu ai putut sa te odihnești deloc, toata noaptea defilau prostituatele pe usi, se auzea tot prin pereti camerelor,micul dejun nu este gata niciodată la timp te țin câte o jumătate de ora pana sa intri la mic dejun,transferul este la preț dublu față de normal, am plătit transfer dus întors au cerut 90 de euro iar la plecare au mai luat 20 de euro doar pentru ca am avut în plus bagaj ! Nu recomand nimănui decât dacă vor sa se simtă ca la un bordel!

Was 1 night hard to say. We didnt eat breakfast or use SPA facility

No hot water for a shower. Water in toilet in the night time was runing, was noisy. Guests from next door were arguing on halway at 2AM. No chance have a restful night.

La proximité avec les fournisseurs Il y a un arrêt de tram pas loin Les restaurants et les cafés à proximité Le personnel sont agréables et mention spéciale pour عبد الرحمان Abd El Rahman qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes et nous a beaucoup aidé jusqu’à la dernière minute .

Les nuisances sonores vu que les chambres sont très très mal isolées. On entend tous à travers les murs même si les gens chuchotent. On n’était pas à l’aise à chaque fois on voulait parler par peur de déranger les clients à côté. L’odeur des cigarettes qui envahissent la chambre au point qu’on est aller chercher des sprays et des brumes pour camoufler un peu . Literie pas très confortable. Petit dej médiocre vraiment. Pas de lait chaud, machine à café basique, machine à pain qui marche lentement etc…. C’est le même menu chaque jour.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel vraiment attentionné tout au long du séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme et la qualité des installations. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec des produits frais. Globalement, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande sans hésiter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Locația este departe de obiective turistice, pozele nu sunt reale, în baie mucegai negru printre rosturi. Nu încercați să intrați la baia comuna, miros oribil. Mâncarea lasă de dorit, biscuiți vechi, cartofii pai cred ca erau de o săptămâna acolo chinuite. Prima data scriu comentariul negativ, căci într-adevăr nu merită banii!
