The room was clean and exceptionally equipped. Spatial thanks to administrator Nicole. She was really helpful, sweet and we have a pleasure to talk to her.

It would be nice if room was little bigger.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and we instantly felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location in the heart of Ginza is exceptional, just a short walk from the train station and right near multiple convenience stores. The room was large for a Tokyo hotel. We really enjoyed our time here!

I loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the washing machine included in my room, coffee machine at the reception area and the Refa products.

I wish the cups etc was in another part of the room and not beside my bed.

location is perfect - very close to Higashi Ginza station, which means lugging baggage is not an issue. Room is always spotless, and I appreciate having a washer dryer in the room.

when I visited this time there was construction work downstairs - meaning that lifts were slower than normal as contractors were using them. but this is a very minor gripe and doesn't affect my willingness to stay here again.

銀座駅，東銀座の近くで、銀座三越、松屋銀座のすぐ裏側にあり、とてもアクセスがよく利便性は良かったです。 長期滞在型なのかドラム式洗濯機と電子レンジがお部屋に設置してあり、廊下に冷水機と製氷器かあり、とても快適に過ごせました。

お風呂や洗面台の汚れや劣化が気になりました。大きな道路沿いなので、土曜の夜は、バイクや車の音がうるさすぎて眠れませんでした。フロントスタッフの人によって丁寧な対応の人とめんどくさそうな対応をされる方と人によって態度が違うところがサービス面で気になりました！

위치와 넓은 트윈베드가 가장 좋았어요. 욕조도 넓어서 좋았어요.

정수기가 층마다 있긴했지만 물이 방에 있으면 더 좋을거같아요.

Tutto perfetto. Posizione top per girare Tokyo, distante 5 min a piedi dalla metro. Quartiere bello, senza essere nel casino dei posti più turistici. Stanza accogliente e non piccola (guardate bene la metratura quando prenotate!) e pulitissima. Inoltre a noi hanno offerto il servizio gratuito di ritiro delle valigie in aeroporto e consegna in stanza, davvero super apprezzato considerando che girare a Tokyo coi valigioni non era proprio nelle nostre intenzioni. Consigliato!

歌舞伎見物のために滞在。予想以上に近く、2分程で、到着し、酷暑の中、大変助かりました。これからも、歌舞伎座に行く時は利用したい。

フロントが一人の時間帯があり、コーヒーサービスのコーナーにカップがなかったりしたのが気になりました。すぐ対応してもらえましたが。

いつも利用しています。洗濯機もレンジもケトルもありとても便利です。 宅配便もいつも預かっていただいています。ありがとうございます。 アメニティも充実しており、手ぶらでも安心。

お掃除が入っている間は廊下にものが散乱している

ユニットバスのドアの建て付けが悪く開けしめする度にこすり音がしていた。少し調整すれば良い程度の事を見逃しているのか放置しているのかと思えば少し残念。

Great location in the heart of Ginza, within walking distance of the Imperial palace and the main railway station. Two metro stations are also nearby. Every room is equipped with a free-of-charge washing machine with dryer, very practical!

The room we got smelled of tobacco smoke so we asked to be moved to another room. The receptionist accepted but we got a room with view on a wall. It wasn’t too much of a problem though since we spent all days outside.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cómodo, limpio lo único que no es como tal hotel y no hacen servicio de cama ni limpieza diaria. Y si asi lo pides tiene un costo extra. Todo lo demás muy bien.

部屋にキツイ香水の臭いが残っていて苦しかった。午後3時に到着し、その後夜観劇後に帰ってきてもまだ強い臭い。そのうち取れるかと持っていたが、結局2泊して3日間ずっと臭いは残っていた。私は鼻が悪く臭いにはかなり鈍感だが、それでもこういう状態だった。 前の客の香水の臭いかもしれないが、その客が出た後清掃の時に係の人は気づいたはず。臭いが残っていることを次の客に伝えるようにするか、別の部屋が空いているならそちらの部屋を用意してほしい。他に部屋がないなら割引するなども検討してほしい。あるいはもしかしたら清掃員の香水かもしれないので、香水は使わないよう徹底してほしい。 臭いがこんなに長く残るとは思っていなかった。今後はすぐに部屋を変えてもらうよう交渉しようと思う。 いずれにしても、ホテル側の誰も気が付かないはずはなかったと思う。臭いを「仕方がない」では済まさず、清掃員にもフロントに報告させて次の客に対して対処するようにしてほしい。

房間內有洗衣機及微波爐，十分便利。 房間內的吹風機也很好用！ 電視螢幕已安裝好多個app，登入自己的帳戶即可觀看，我因此而看到獨家限定放映的節目，太開心了！

房間內的桌子太小，不太夠用。 因為餐廳正在裝修，故無提供早餐，較不方便。但飯店旁及對面皆有便利商店，附近也有咖啡廳，可選擇自己喜愛的早餐。

It was in a good location and the staff were very friendly. Room was a good size for two people. Helpful to send luggage onward to the next hotel.

The only thing would be the room looked out to a stairwell, not that it is a problem.

Excellent hotel with very clean but small rooms but everything is there the location is nice with metro stop very close to the hotel you can also find some food spots close to the hotel and free tea/water is available at each hallway staff is friendy and speak ok english when we visit tokyo again we take this hotel as well

I like the location. It's amazing! Very convenient. Close to shopping places, metro station, convenience store and everything. They have refa hair dryer, shower head, shampoo and shower gel which I always want to try Refa goods.

雖然這次入住的房間在高樓層，但可能因為面向馬路，晚上還是比較吵一點，但不會影響休息。

房間內的洗衣機，Refa 的洗髮精沐浴精吹風機，使用之後覺得很棒，一樓也有提供備品可以自取，距離地鐵跟附近百貨很近

チェックイン前でしたが、荷物を預かってくれて、スタッフの対応がとても良かった。よく歌舞伎座へ行くので、また利用したい。

The cleaning standard is awful. Saw food on the chair and carpet. The carpet is so dirty.

I liked the room of the hotel, had a smart tv and a mini fridge with a freezer. Bathroom was nice as well having a heated mirror that would not fog up after showering.

The hotel did not not offer full house keeping, you would have to manually have to put a sign on your door for them to only change your trash and towels. A full house keeping service was an additional charge. Was not a real problem but if you left your room and forgot to leave the sign your out of luck and would have to wait the next day.

Room was comfortable and a little small but well-laid out and equipped. Chose this hotel room for the washer in the room. I really enjoyed the Refa showerhead.

Was told I can do same-day delivery of my luggage, but at the counter, was told it would arrive the next day instead, which wouldn't work for me.

The location is 10/10. Super close to various metro stations as well as the Main Street of Ginza. The staff is super nice and the rooms are roomy enough to open a suitcase or two on the floor. Would definitely come back!

A minus point for the breakfast. Not too many options.

Great location - literally 1 min walk from the station, good room size, the washing machines were great - put our laundry there and come back in the evening to clean and dry clothes. We were travelling with our kids so we booked 2 rooms and asked to be in adjacent rooms. The hotel had no problem with that and they made it happen. The reception staff were always happy to help and very informative. Special thanks to Nicole who helped us a lot!

Miły personel, fajny widok z okna, klimatyzacja, cichy pokój, pralka i płyn w pokoju co było super pomocne- przy problemach z włączeniem pralki personel od razu pomógł. Żelazko ścienne hotelowe do prasowania spodni, bardzo wygodne duże łóżko, woda dostępna z dystrybutora na korytarzu, lodówka w pokoju, poza samym łóżkiem kącik ze stołem do siedzenia czy zjedzenia posiłku. Dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do Disneyland czy TeamLab Planet. Upominki dla dzieci od personelu

不知是否人力不足，住宿超過七天才會主動更換床套枕頭套及清理房間，如不足七天則須額外付費清掃…..

O fato de durante toda nossa estadia o quarto não ter sido limpo nenhuma vez. Não sei se é algo comum nas hospedagens do Japão.

The location in Ginza was unbeatable. A quick walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We did the option for breakfast in the morning, which was very helpful to have a good option early (7am start) as most cafes don’t open until later. The washer and dryer in the room is very helpful if you packed light.

The rooms need a deep clean. The carpet throughout the hotels and especially in the room needs to be cleaned. There are many stains, not sure under our table was vacuumed before we came in.

Buona soluzione se si ha bisogno di lavare qualche vestito, la lava-asciuga in camera è molto comoda. Per il resto lo consiglio solo per soggiorni molto brevi. Le camere non vengono pulite durante il soggiorno, vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani se lo si chiede. Non puliscono la camera e non rifanno neanche il letto. Camere molto piccole, aria viziata perché non si può aprire la finestra e l’aria condizionata è molto forte. La posizione è comoda, a meno di 10 minuti dalla stazione di Ginza. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

i’ve stayed in other Tokyu hotels but i think this location was my fav! love how convenient this hotel is especially if you’re constantly changing clothes, they have washers in the room. this location is great if you like going to ginza for shopping.

A great option to stay in Ginza. With 3 convenience stores nearby and also a short walk to Ginza station, great staff. Has a kitchenette and washing machine in the room as well, which really helped us traveling with a kid.

Convenient location - around 8-10min walk to the main Ginza area (Loft, Uniqlo, GU). Hotel staff were more than happy to cater to our needs. They patiently helped to sort our luggage for the luggage forwarding service (also provided at the lobby). Hotel room was pristine, spacious enough to open two big luggage. Loved that there’s a water and ice dispenser along the hallway.

Location is fantastic!! Center of everything.. can reach easily to fast food, shopping district and Metro train station. Very convenience! Love it.

Just the room is pretty crowded and small. Once open the two luggages there is no way to walk and squeezing to pass by. But still ok with it!

It was small. Cleaning was only after 6 night stay. Bath was very small. Some staff were good, some less so.

Nice and clean very comfortable. Great location to Ginza shopping street. This is our third time staying at this hotel.

The room was very small and without windows that could be used.

Location in Ginza, facility/view, space with sitting area, in room laundry. We were 2 adults + 2 teens and had 2 rooms to accommodate, which worked out great because that meant 2 bathrooms between us! Hotel accommodated by placing our rooms side by side!

Minor odor in room issue we forgot to disclose to staff, just dealt with it. There is a spray bottle for odorizer, so that helps when we use it. We had 2 family rooms, so only 1 room with issue. Spacious for a Japanese hotel room. No closet in our room due to washer/dryer.
