Perla Galata Hotel

We loved our stay here at the Perla Galata Hotel! The location is perfect, very close to the Galata Tower. There are lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel room was very cosy, the bed was super super comfy. We would come back just for the bed ahahah!! The staff are very friendly, Nami was extremely attentive and helped us arrange our transfer back to the hotel. We would definitely come back here!

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the bed linen was fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. The location was good, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Great value for money :).

Es inconcebible que Booking permita que este tipo de hospedaje tenga esta nota tan sumamente engañosa. Todo sucio y con evidente falta de mantenimiento en general.

L'ospitalità è il punto di forza di questa struttura. Bahar ti fa sentire a casa ed è sempre disponibile a darti una mano. La posizione è perfetta perché vicina a molti punti di interesse, nonché ai moli di Karaköy e alla stazione del tram. Grazie di tutto Bahar!!

We stayed at the Perla Galata Hotel for 12 nights and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We especially liked the central location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly and helpful staff. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Nami. He was always kind, attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. He always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. His warm personality and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks to the whole team for the excellent service. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would also be happy to come back!

В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление. Достаточно свежий ремонт, всё чисто, светло и просторно. Отдельный плюс — общая система кондиционирования, что не так часто встречается в небольших отелях. На верхнем этаже есть большая терраса, где можно приятно провести время. Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый и услужливый, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать по любым вопросам. В целом находиться в самом отеле было очень комфортно и приятно.

Из минусов для нас — расположение. Отель находится немного в стороне от основных оживленных улиц, и по возвращении вечером приходится проходить через довольно темные и малолюдные переулки. Лично нам вечером было немного некомфортно. Если путешествуете семьей или одни, особенно девушкам, я бы всё-таки рекомендовала учитывать этот момент и, возможно, выбирать более оживленное расположение. Но если для вас важны хорошая цена, достойный сервис и близость к Галате, а поздние возвращения через тихие переулки вас не смущают, то этот отель вполне можно смело рассматривать. По соотношению цены, качества и сервиса — хороший вариант.

Personalul hotelului a fost extrem de saritor si dragut (ne au oferit cafea, apa, s au oferit sa ne comande taxi pentru aeroport, am putut depozita bagajele la ei dupa check-out, etc.), iar locatia ne a facut sa ne simtim in siguranta, pe langa faptul ca e aproape de toate obiectivele turistice :)

Хороший чистый номер, с очень удобным расположение и приветливым персоналом, также на крыше есть терраса с отличным видом.

The stuff was super nice, Nami was very kind and helpfull with all or requests, provided us with fresh coffee and water in the morning, Bahar even kindly gave is her Istanbul card for public transport. The location of the hotel was also great, we enjoyed evening stills along the water, fish market, lots of cafes and tiny shops around. Three bridges are just next to the hotel that made it easy to go sightseeing to the other side daily. Plus the boat pier is nearby that takes you to Asian side, islands or elsewhere.

The drain in the sink was stuck but on our request it was quickly fixed. Cleaning is done on request.

الموقع استراتيجي جدا جدا جدا يقع في منتصف المسافة بين أماكن الترفية في اسطنبول وتستطيع المشي الى برج غلاطة وشارع الاستقلال مرورا بالمطاعم والكافيهات وزحمة السياح التعامل راقي جدا جدا السيدة بحر والسيد علي ممتازين جدا يوجد اطلاله بالسطح رائعة لسكان الفندق وتستطيع شرب الشاي او القهوة او تناول العشاء فيها وقليل من يجلس فيها انا اخذت غرفة باطلالة على البحر.. البلكونه كبر الغرفة تقدر تجلس فيها يوم كامل تطالع البحر امامك مع احد جسور اسطنبول امامك اطلالة جميله جدا

Удобно расположен. Все рядом. До галатской башни 5 мин пешком. Истикляль 7 мин пешком. Также рядом метро, порт и остановка трамвая Т1. Очень вежливый персонал.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen,die Bewertungen stimmen mit dem Hotel nicht über ein. Sehr alte Zimmer mit niedrigem Standard. Die Fotos bei Booking sind nicht identisch.

Great location and amazing staff. The roof terrace is stunning overlooking the sea and the mosques and very peaceful to sit with a coffee and enjoy the view. We were close to every shop, restaurant and bars and a walk across the bridge took us to the grand bazaar and blue mosque and many others. You are in the complete vibe of the city - it is excellent

Samen met mijn kinderen hebben we een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden aan gezinnen. Bedankt voor de fijne ervaring!

I had a wonderful stay at Perla Galata Hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. A special thanks to Emre and Semy, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When I first checked in, my room had an issue with the air conditioning. As soon as I informed them, they responded immediately and moved me to another room with excellent air conditioning. Their quick and professional handling of the situation really stood out and made a great impression. Both Emre and Semy genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you’re interested in learning more about Turkey or its history, don’t hesitate to chat with Semy—he’s very knowledgeable and always happy to share recommendations and interesting facts. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at Perla Galata. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Galata Tower and the metro station. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Especially the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This property boasts an unbeatable location, offering convenient access to all local top tourist spots for your sightseeing plans. The front desk staff are extremely warm and helpful, particularly Sami, who is always ready to help with absolutely anything you need. teshekkur ederim SAMI abi chok mamnun oldum, rehmat!

Some other guests my lovely arab friends at the hotel were really disruptive. They made loud noise all the time and behaved rudely without any consideration for others and to the reception. I’d suggest hoping you don’t end up staying next door to such guests during your visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Perla Galata. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. Everything was exactly as described, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Sideh for the wonderful hospitality. He was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. His helpful recommendations and excellent communication really enhanced our experience.

Qapıda sizi çox gözəl bir qarşılama gözləyir. Otaq çox təmiz və səliqəli və rahat idi. Hər cür imkan demək olar ki, otaqlarda yaradılıb. Qiymət və performans olaraq dəyərləndirsək hər şey mükəmməl idi. İşçilər çox nəzəkətli və yardımsevər idilər. Yerləşmə də çox yaxşıdır, Galata Qülləsinə çox yaxın bir yerdədir. İstanbula qayıdanda yenidən seçimimiz bura olacaq mütləq.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, besonders möchte ich mich bei den Mitarbeitern bedanken, die immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt rundum angenehm und ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Fomos extremamente bem recepcionados com muita simpatia. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos. A localização foi perfeita, quarto tranquilo, vista do terraço muito bonita e limpeza impecável. De cortesia, ainda ganhamos um café da manhã delicioso em frente a Galata Tower.

We had a great stay! The hotel is simple and not new, but everything tidy and neat with very good location and hotel staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful to us and to our kid! We felt that they do really care about our wellbeing offering everything we needed (tea, water, yogurt for a kid, etc), so we felt comfortable and safe in Istanbul! Thank you!

The stuff was were warm and helpful. There was always coffee and tea in the reception. The room were the same as the pictures.

The bathroom and toilet needs complete renovation. The trrace is the best part of the hotel with good view but it need cleaning. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast.

Cet établissement est idéalement placé pour une visite du cœur historique d’Istanbul! Tout peut se faire à pieds :-)) la tour Galata est à 5mn. Son atout numéro 1 reste la qualité de son accueil ! Semih et son équipe ont été aux petits soins pendant mon séjour que ce soit pour des choses aussi banales que trouver un taxi pour l’aéroport ou pour la suggestion de visites un peu moins usine à touristes que celles proposées par les guides. Nous avons eu de super discussions sur la vie locale, la géopolitique turque etc ….. nous avons regardé la finale de foot ensemble :-)) Bref j’avais plus l’impression d’être chez des amis qu’à l’hôtel! Ce séjour restera longtemps gravé dans ma mémoire. D’autant qu’Istanbul est par ailleurs une ville magique !

Excelente estadía en Perla Galata Hotel. Su ubicación es uno de sus mayores atributos: permite recorrer cómodamente a pie la zona de Galata, Karaköy e Istiklal, con muy buena conexión al resto de Estambul mediante tranvía, ferry y metro. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y a brindar recomendaciones útiles para aprovechar la ciudad. La atención fue cálida, eficiente y genuina, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Además de la comodidad de las habitaciones y el ambiente agradable del hotel, valoramos mucho el apoyo recibido para organizar traslados y resolver consultas propias de un viaje internacional. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan una ubicación estratégica, atención de calidad y una experiencia auténtica en Estambul. Muy recomendable.

the locatioin, friendly staff and room size were great. room is close to road, but at least basement duplex rooms were not affected that much by sounds, easy to sleep
