The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our room was nice and clean. Also loved the little amenities kit provided.

The location is a bit far from historical places. It was clean but could be better. The room is a bit small There was bugs inside fruit juice machine. So when we poured juice for the first time. Bugs dropped to my glass.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Air con was powerful and much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and staff worked hard to keep it replenished. Reception staff were friendly. It was a short walk to the station so ideal for sightseeing. There is a restaurant called Luigi’s close to the hotel. The food was tasty and the service was very good.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux avec des spécialités italiennes. La chambre ainsi que le lit étaient très confortables et le ménage au top.

Easy to find; short walk to the train and bus terminals; supermarket opinions close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. In house breakfast was great and that had aircon. Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Would happily stay here again.

No kettle; no shower screen - couldn’t have a normal standing shower without drowning the bathroom in spray and no plug, so couldn’t run a bath. Otherwise clean could comfortably make do.

Location because it was comfortable to reach both airports as main station was in the area

There is construction/ renovation happening in the hotel and hotel informed about this only after paying for the hotel several days before arrival even though we had a reservation for over a month. What is more- there were several areas of mold in the bathroom and this is concerning

Breakfast is amazing amazing amazing! Location is great, just an around 100 meter walk from Termini station on the right side so opposite of where McDonald’s via Giolitti is. Just 1 block away from the station, so the hotel is exactly on the second block after you pass by Nazarene ristorante and other businesses. It’s near everything. Staffs are amazingly friendly, takes care of your needs. Breakfast manager guy is amazing and breakfast has a vast variety of food, and very delicious also! We come in July so AC was so much needed and they have that, thank God

Location of elevator is not directly in the front where reception is so you have to maneuver around inside the building but my luggage is heavy so it was hard to maneuver but at least they do have lift unlike other hotels in Rome! Some parts of the hotel depending on your room number, also has a small staircase you still need to climb up after the elevator elevator and/or push luggage on a rubber ramp. Room key has a heavy metal thingy attached to it so it’s a bit heavy to carry but you can leave it with the receptionist whenever you go out, if you want. Be informed that you have to pay €7.50 per person per night even a child for the city tax so prepare some cash/card for that

Hotel excesivamente antiguo, necesitado de reforma. Cierto olor a rancio y varios insectos subiendo por las paredes de la habitación.

Las habitaciones no son lo que aparecen en foto. Ducha con bañera sin protecion, para bagnarte necesutas ayuda de otra persona. Ascensor muy lejos de lobby.

Everything in the bathroom was just a little broken. The breakfast was okay but carb heavy. Lots of baked goods. I missed more fruit and some hot proteins . The juice was not juice.

A szobánk berendezése kissé puritán volt. A fürdőszobában hiányzott egy-két polc a dolgainknak. A reggeli bőséges választékos, de minden nap ugyanaz a kínálat.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the main train station, Termini as well as the bus station close by, which made for a very convenient stay. Whether it was early morning or late in the evening when we returned, it felt safe and quite easy to get to our room. The hotel staff were quite helpful, especially Laura at the front desk. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable too. There was also a large selection of foods for breakfast from pastries, to fruits and hot beverages, everyone was well catered for. I would recommend the hotel and hopefully will be returning if I am ever in Rome again!

- One recommendation is to provide water for the rooms for each day the guests are there, especially during the hot summer months. Otherwise, there is a vending machine in the lobby and a supermarket close by for access to this should you require.

Πλούσιο πρωινό . Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό , ιδιαίτερα στην υποδοχή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. During my stay, I developed numerous insect bites that caused significant discomfort and prevented me from sleeping properly. Although I was moved to another room, I still did not feel comfortable. The room was not as advertised and looked nothing like the photos. The view from the window was unpleasant, the air conditioning did not work properly, and even the charging ports were unreliable. I also sent a complaint email but, at the time of writing this review, I have not received any response. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend it.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κεντρικά , με πολύ μεγάλη ευκολία να πάει κάποιο ίσο οπουδήποτε. Εχει πολύ καλό κλιματισμό και τρομερό και πάρα πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό.Ειχα επιφυλάξεις διαβάζοντας κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια , αλλά τελικά ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με μεγάλη καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Θα ήμουν αχάριστη αν είχα κάποιο παράπονο με τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση!!!

Hotel is zeer gedateerd en aan renovatie toe. Het plafond zat los, deurkozijn bewoog. Het ontbijt daarentegen was zeer uitgebreid, goede airco en zeer dichtbij het ov.

La camera non era come quelle pubblicate nel sito. Abbastanza piccola con pareti sporche. Bagno, anche lui un po' piccolo senza doccia ma con vasca senza neanche una tenda. Occorrerebbe certamente un restyling.

J'ai apprécié la localisation car nous sommes a 30mins a pied de beaucoup de monuments. J'ai aussi apprécié la disponibilité du personnel.

Je n'ai pas apprécié notre accueil de nuit. Le personnel présent n'a pas fait d'effort de langage. Nous sommes français et parlons un petit peu anglais, tandis que la personne qui nous a accueilli parlait uniquement anglais, et ne faisait pas l'effort de se faire comprendre en utilisant des mots simple. Aussi, la chambre avait un aspect vieux avec des vieux meubles et des couleurs qui ne sont pas au goût du jour. Aussi nous avons eu une baignoire, mais sans porte vitrée, nous permettant de prendre des douches. Donc il y avait a chaque fois beaucoup d'eau sur le sol de la salle de bain. Et les serviettes mises a disposition ne permettaient pas de suffisamment éponger. Bref, pas adapté et dangereux. Pour finir le déjeuner était très simple et c'était tous les jours la meme chose.

Everything, unfortunately my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not particularly clean and felt extremely cramped with very little space. The most serious issue was that money went missing from my bag while it was left in the room. When I reported this to reception, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was asked why I hadn't used the safe. I do not believe guests should expect their belongings to be unsafe in their hotel room. The receptionist's attitude was rude and lacked any empathy regarding an upsetting situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Front desk ladies on arrival were very friendly and helpful.Organised my tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican City museum and help with locating ATM which accepted google pay transactions and withdrawals.

Asked for queen size bed but room had 2 single beds together which was uncomfortable at times as beds would move apart in middle but coped with this.

A/C was noisy, no shower curtain, slight smell in room (could be from A/C vent). I understand that this is a very weathered hotel and they are undergoing renovation. One may need to consider paying more for a more modern or renovated hotel. Your comfort for a bit more money elsewhere.

La ubicación muy buena, queda muy cerca a una estación de tren y es muy fácil moverse, el personal es muy amable nos recibieron muy bien y nos aclaraban todas las dudas de la mejor manera.

El buffet era muy bueno, pero le faltaba mas variedad en ciertas cosas, de resto todo muy bien.

Não gostei do quarto, o local tem um aspecto de velho e sujo por conta da pintura. Nenhuma foto que é vista no anúncio representa o quarto, eles não divulgam, talvez só os quartos mais novos.

Everything. In no case is it a 4 star hotel. It is adequate for 3 categories. Our room was definitely a second category. I would say the breakfast was satisfactory. No exaggerations... However, Rome is beautiful so you will be compensated

bonjour je ne peux répondre a vos question car j'ai reçu 3-4 jours avant mon départ comme quoi on me changeait d'hôtel donc impossible de dire se que je pense, mais comme ce n'est pas moi qu' il ai choisi et que je suis été obligé d'accepter leur proposition dans le fait accompli , mais je pense que je pourrait avoir une ristourne de votre part. Esta muy cerca de la estacion Roma Termini, las piezas son comodas y estaba limpio.

Nuestra pieza tenia un muy fuerte olor a cigarro. Es imposible ducharse sin mojar todo el baño, la ducha no tiene cortina y apunta directo hacia el medio del baño, en vez de apuntar hacia adentro. La peor ducha en la que estuvimos en nuestro viaje.

La Administración. Reservamos primero dos noches y luego sumamos una. Esta última no figuraba al ingreso. Como tenía la reserva impresa la tomaron y me cobraron 90 euros en efectivo qué correspondían a impuestos y el cambio. Me dijeron que entregarían la factura antes de partir y efectivamente así fue la noche anterior. Pero al dia siguiente al salir el empleado de administración nos dijo que solo habíamos estado un dia a pesar de que hacía tres días que estábamos y que adeudabamos 90 euros. Le dijimos que revise las facturaciones qué nos la habían entregado la noche anterior. Ahí comenzó una serie de gritos y malos tratos increíbles diciendo ustedes han estado un solo dia y se quieren ir sin pagar lo que corresponde. Fue una saluda con mucha violencia. Lamentable porque el personal de la mañana y el encargado de las tareas de intendencia nos atendieron muy bien. Considero que un sujeto como el que nos atacó quitan las ganas de volver y recomendar el lugar

圧倒的な駅近。充実した朝食。清潔な部屋。自分の部屋は、安定したwifi。

部屋が狭かった。ダブルベッドがメインの部屋の7割くらいを占めて、周りと壁の隙間の間を横歩きし、荷物もそこに置くと埋まる感じ。大荷物の人は大変かも。翌日地方へ行くためだけの滞在だったので、荷物も少ない自分には問題なし。今の時代としては価格相当と思う。朝食のサラダのレタスが少し黄ばんでいたのだけは気になった。浴室のカーテンが無く、トイレ側が濡れやすい。

Fint hotell, kändes lyxigt med stengolv i lobbyn och i rummen. Oerhört bra läge, nära Termini men samtidigt i ett något lugnare område än direkt vid Termini. Trevlig personal. Fint rum.

AC:n fungerade inte i vårt rum, vilket var okej då vi var där i maj. Rummen och dess inredning kändes något omoderna och utdaterade. Väldigt små hissar för den hissrädda. Annars kändes allt toppen!

Dzień przed wyjazdem zmieniono nam hotel na Raeli Hotel Lux. Nie wiem dlaczego, bo w trakcie wizyty podszedłem do tego hotelu i był czynny, przyjmował gości, zrobił na mnie lepsze wrażenie estetyczne, a przede wszystkim był bliżej stacji kolejowej i stacji metra co było dla mnie bardzo ważne gdyż podróżowałem z 82 letnim ojcem i odległość była dla mnie bardzo ważną cechą obiektu. Takie przerzucanie gości jest dla mnie niedopuszczalne. Dlatego zwracam uwagę, że opinia dotyczy hotelu LUX oraz beznadziejnej praktyki właściciela obu hoteli.

Atendimento excelente, todos muito educados e solicitos, as instalações do quarto também são ótimas com uma acústica que ao fechar as janelas nos permite dormir em paz!!! Todos os dias as toalhas são trocadas e o quarto limpo, super recomendamos!!! Café da manhã também sensacional! A localização é ótima pra quem deseja ter facilidade de locomoção, fica a 3 minutos da estação de trem/ metrô. A vista do quarto também era linda, amamos!

A ducha do chuveiro fica no centro dele e como não tem bom ou cortina, acaba que molhamos muito o banheiro pra tomar banho, mas entendemos ser uma questão da cultura e não do hotel.

O pequeno almoço era bom e os funcionários simpáticos

O autoclismo do quarto estava avariado e o interruptor da casa de banho também. Demasiado ruído logo cedo por conta das limpezas de quarto
