We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff blew us away with their genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality—everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. A truly unforgettable highlight was the beautiful gesture they prepared for a birthday celebration in our group. That extra touch of thoughtfulness made our trip feel so special and personal. The breakfast was great and provided just what we needed to kickstart our days, and you simply cannot beat the location—it is ideally situated for exploring everything around. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back!

Posizione top, a Montmatre e con metro 4 a 5 minuti a piedi. Camera bella, spaziosa, bagno abbastanza grande e finestrato. Non ho usufruito della colazione quindi non posso recensirla.

The staff was extremely friendly and open to help, we were upgraded und they offered us the last breakfast for free, we had a wonderful room onto the patio und every day we enjoyed caressing the charming red hotel cat Roméo. 10 out of 10 points and we will come back for sure! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir wurden upgegradet und wurden auf das letzte Frühstück eingeladen, hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer zum Innenhof und jeden Tag mehrfach Freude mit dem entzückenden roten Hotel-Kater Roméo. 10/10 Punkten und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great and cosy location, room was beautiful and there are lots of handy amenities right across the road (laundromat, small supermarket, bus stops). Also plenty of bars and eateries nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is always someone around at all hours to help. We got a room upgrade upon arrival as the place wasn’t full which is always appreciated.

The nearby metro station is very busy and hectic in the evening. However this isn’t the hotels fault and there are plenty of bus options if it’s not your cup of tea.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un accueil exceptionnel et une chambre où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi ! L’hôtel Juliette Montparnasse est tout simplement incroyable. Dès mon arrivée, le 3 septembre 2026, j’ai été accueilli de la meilleure manière qui soit par Chérif, une personne d’une gentillesse remarquable, souriante, à l’écoute, avec un véritable sens de l’humour et surtout beaucoup d’humanité. J’ai pu régler avec lui ma taxe de séjour et récupérer très facilement la clé de ma chambre. Malgré le fait qu’il y avait d’autres clients avant moi, il a su rester professionnel, disponible et particulièrement agréable. Je tiens d’ailleurs à souligner son excellent niveau d’anglais, qui lui permet manifestement d’accueillir une clientèle internationale avec beaucoup d’aisance. Je souhaite donc remercier chaleureusement Chérif pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et son côté profondément humaniste. Ce sont précisément ces petites attentions et cette qualité humaine qui font toute la différence dans un séjour. Dès mon arrivée dans ma chambre, je me suis senti directement à l’aise, presque comme chez moi. La chambre était propre, spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et dégageait une agréable odeur de fraîcheur. Un grand bravo pour la qualité d’hygiène et d’entretien que vous proposez ! La salle de bain était elle aussi impeccable, nickel, et l’ensemble de la chambre témoignait du sérieux et du soin apporté par les équipes. Un grand merci également à toutes les personnes que vous avez engagées et qui accomplissent un travail remarquable au quotidien. On ressent réellement le soin apporté aux clients et à leur confort. Je repars avec une excellente impression de l’hôtel Juliette Montparnasse et surtout avec le sentiment d’avoir été accueilli avec chaleur et humanité. Bravo à toute l’équipe, et particulièrement à Chérif que j’ai rencontré Merci pour votre professionnalisme, votre gentillesse et cette belle qualité d’accueil. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

La ubicación estaba bien, los alrededores de la estación de metro eran un poco peligrosos. La vista de mi habitación muy bella en el ultimo piso. Recepcionistas amables !

En 2 oportunidades tuve que avisar por que no habia papel higiénico en el baño del ultimo piso. Tampoco se me informó de que podia pedir un ventilador al llegar y al no tener aire acondicionado toda mi estancia fue muuuy calurosa hasta el ultimo dia que supe que tenian ventiladores para los huespedes.. Por lo demas bien. Es un buen lugar para alojarse

Staff were lovely, 24/7 concierge made it feel really safe and was really clean. Free luggage storage which I was able to use before my check in and after I checked out. Good value for money and great location close to Sacre Coeur and metro stations, would definitely book again :)

Emplacement parfait pour Montmartre, et facilement accessible en métro. Hôtel charmant, la chambre est simple mais jolie, seule la salle de bain est assez vieillotte. Ventilateur très appréciable avec les températures. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Salle d'eau vieillotte et malgré que ce soit propre, ça ne fait pas clean. Manque quelques équipements. Nous n'étions là qu'une nuit donc pas de problème mais pour des séjours plus longs, ça peut manquer (sèche-cheveux, verres, ...)

Lovely staff and near the metro stop

Didn't feel very safe in the location, especially as it got dark around the metro stop. As a solo female traveller I'd stay somewhere safer. Nothing against the hotel but the area itself. Also lots of stairs if its an issue.

Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte und haben es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat auch mal Zeit für eine Unterhaltung. Mit Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten muss man klar kommen aber so haben wir es gebucht und wussten also was auf uns zukommt. Die Duschen und Toiletten sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht die größte aber für den Preis fair. Mir scheint das Angebot ist vegetarisch oder in Frankreich wird zum Frühstück keine Wurst serviert. Bei meinem Frühstücksverhalten ist das aber kein Problem 😉. Die Lage ist top am Rande des Viertels Montmarte, es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Metro und je nach körperlicher Fitness auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Basilika Sacré-Cœur. Von wo aus man (auch Abends) einen schönen Blick über die Stadt hat. Wer im sechsten Stockwerk ein Zimmer zur Straße hat darf Abends den Ausblick auf die Türme der Basilika genießen. Alternativ kann man sich Abends auch in das Straßenleben stürzen. Überall ums Hotel gibt es kleine Gaststätten mit Außenbereich. Falls wir mal wieder Paris besuchen kommen wir gerne wieder. Evtl. wegen der Fitness nicht unbedingt in den 6. Stock 😂 Macht weiter so, Grüße an Romeo den Schmusekater.

Struttura datata, ma passabile. Non c’è ascensore e i piani sono tanti e le scale a chiocciola e strette. Purtroppo c’era odore di fogna in stanza, migliorato utilizzando il bagno.

Skvělá lokalita, neuvěřitelný výhled a balkon jako bonus. Super milý a ochotný personál. Byla jsem v tomto hotelu už podruhé a určitě se sem vrátím.

Una almohada por huésped es muy poco, aunque la tercera noche nos dieron una adicional a cada uno, éramos tres. Tampoco me gustó aunque esto no es culpa del hotel que al frente había un apartamento y nos mandaban a callar en varias ocasiones. Yo vía baja con mi mamá y mi tía que son adultas y no creo q que hiciéramos ruido, pero si generaba una tensión

Pues que se podía comprar comida de afuera y te dejaban guardarlo o calentarlo, con el tema del baño compartido super bien la verdad no hubo ningún problema con nadie y con la señora que te reponía las toalla tambien super bien, la habitacion de maravilla .

The hotel has staff available 24/7, and they are very professional. Sherif in particular was extremely friendly and helpful. Since my mother has difficulty walking, he kindly arranged a room on the ground floor for us. We really appreciated his help. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was relatively quiet. The location is very convenient, with a metro station and several bus stops within a five-minute walk. There are also supermarkets and pharmacies just downstairs. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica is very close by. The room was spacious, and there is a refrigerator in the dining area where guests can store some personal food, which was very convenient. The room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily.

The plumbing and drainage can be a little noisy at times.

Lage top, nur 10min zur Sacre Coeur. In der Hostel-Straße viele Restaurants. Nett war, dass wir unser Gepäck schon vor Checkin time deponieren konnten.

Viele Stufen - gut, wenn man fit bleiben will. Sehr einfache Ausstattung, aber ausreichend, wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist.

La comodidad de la cama. El buen estado general de la habitacion y su limpieza diaria. El funcionamiento del secador y television era excelente. Lo mejor y de sobresaliente el personal de recepcion, todo el personal en cualquier turno fuera de dia o de noche fue excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa. La ubicacion de 10, a unos pocos pasos de todo tipo de restaurantes y un carrefour city, a cinco minutos a pie de la Basilica del Sagrado corazon y el barrio Montmartre

Mir hat die Ausstattung gefallen, in der 5 Etage gab es einen Ventilator und eine beschichtete Gardine ,die die Hitze abgehalten hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Rezeption ist 24/24 geöffnet. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut angebunden an der Metrolinie 4 ,die zwischen Gare du Nord und Montparnasse verkehrt. Es fahren Busse in die Innenstadt und auf den Montmartre,wenn man nicht zu Fuß gehen möchte. Auf der Straße gibt es Supermarkt und Bars ,die normale Preise haben. Ich würde gerne noch einmal dort übernachten.

Wenn man es nicht aus anderen Grossstädten kennt, könnte es einen erschrecken ,das viele Leute auf der Straße leben und es ihnen schlecht geht .

The best location I could ask for, close to Monmartre attractions. Felt safe returning here late in the evening. Breakfast was just what i needed, the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Romeo the cat was an extra pleasure, so delighted to see him. The room for one was small, just what was needed, the bed was comfortable, I chose shared bathroom and this was not inconvenient. Thrilling experience. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and will choose it if I come to Paris again.

Super leuke locatie! Goedkoop simpel maar in vergelijking met de accommodaties in de buurt echt perfect voor een weekendje Parijs! Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, we gingen naar Roland Garros en ze waren heel geïnteresseerd vragen aan het stellen wat we gingen doen.

Die Unterkunft war einfach und süß eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage war super und wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt.

Everything was very clean in the room and in the large shared bathroom. Towels are delivered and changed every day. The staff is super kind and helpful. I loved Romeo, the cat:))

I would only improve the cleaning of the small bathrooms on the stairs, maybe adding the toilet paper.

Con la ola de calor y sin aire acondicionado bajo el tejado fue horrible. Amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación cuando quedó una libre más abajo. Además sufrimos un percance a través de la web y respondimos a un correo de pago indebido. Afortunadamente el banco se hizo cargo.

Znakomity hotel z jeszcze lepszym zespołem Recepcjonistów, uśmiechniętych, pogodnych, bezproblemowych i pomocnych. Jeżeli w przyszłości będę planowała ponownie odwiedziny Paryża, bez zastanowienia wybiorę Hotel Juliette. Kot Romeo niezastąpiony umilacz pobytu. Polecam każdemu.

הצוות היה ממש כיף ונעים נענו לכל בקשה , המקום היה קרוב מאוד לכל המסעדות והפאבים , אווירה צעירה וכיפית . החדר נקי מאוד , המלון קרוב לסופר ממש מעבר לכביש , קל מאוד להתנייד .

קצת התבאסנו שהיינו שם 5 ימים ולא קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לחוץ אבל בסוף התרגלנו .

La habitación no disponia de aire acondicionado y eso puede ser un gran impedimento para muchos. Para mí no tanto. También es cierto que me hicieron un upgrade de habitación así que no sé cuanto valdría esta.

If you are going in the hot summer, you should choose hotel with an AC.

La propreté est a revoir, la salle de bain commune était salle, douche et évier avec des tâches, de l'urine sur les wc, je l'ai signalé à la réception où l'on m'a répondu qu'ils vont nettoyer, quand je suis revenu bien plus tard e soir cela n'avait pas été fait. Au 6 ème il fait très chaud et pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, il y a 2 ventilateur un grand efficace mais très bruyant, et un petit très salle entre poussière et moisissure. Très bruyant on entend des voisins être au téléphone jusqu'à pas d'heure. La litterie n'est pas confortable non plus. Très cher pour ce que c'est.

J'ai bien aimé l'hôtel et ma chambre. C'était confortable et agréable. Il y avait un bon parfum dès la réception jusqu'à ma chambre. Ce parfum doux et agréable m'a encore plus fait aimer l'endroit. Ce n'était pas extraordinaire mais ça va vu le prix.

Ce qui ne m'a pas plu est qu'il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains dans les toilettes et pas d'ascenseur (j'étais au 5è étage). Sinon pas, le reste était vraiment bien. Je vous le conseille

Dette hotellet er ingenting som det vises på bildene. Badet var fult av mugg og det stinker kloakk, noe de prøver å skjule med å spraye parfyme i hele rommet. Stikkontakter har ikke sikring rund og er brannfarlige. På bildene får du inntrykk av at du får en faktisk seng, men du får bare en halveis utleggbar greie. Det er ingen aircondition og det står det er røykfritt selvom det stinker røyk på hele hotellet. Du må legge fra deg nøkkel hver gang du går fra hotellet. De sier det er for sikkerhet, men når du kommer tilbake kan du bare si nummeret til rommet så får du hva som helst av nøkkøer du ønsker. Jeg vil ha pengene mine tilbake. Dette er ikke det jeg forventer for 100euro + per natt. Dette ødela ferien min. Dette burde taes bort fra booking.com da det går under falsk reklame.

We got in to Paris from Australia at midnight out were out the next day, so we were not there for long. But the reception was staffed and helpful. It was clean and in a great location. Be aware that if you take the cheapest room you will probably have to walk up 6 floors, a total of about 100 steps, with your heavy suitcases. We were fully aware of this when we booked. This is not a criticism, but just want to make sure that everyone is fully aware if the book.

The room was compact, which is fine, large velux window, shared WC shower facilities as expected.

The heat, no air con, there was a fan in the room - plug in - but it didnt really help, the room was on the top floor, in the roof and there was no air circulation and far too hot.

Wir waren in der Hitzewelle und der Ventilator ist zu wenig um das Zimmer zu kühlen. Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert

Mir gefiel es im großen und ganzen gut,das Etagen Bad könnte jedoch täglich gereinigt werden,das wäre nit zu viel verlangt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war top.

Die Lage war einzigartig, die Aussicht oben auch super. Ein Ventilator hätte es noch perfekt gemacht bei 30 Grad weit oben. Gemeinschaftsbad auch sehr angenehm.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. My previous trip was in December, and back then, I loved everything — the cleanliness, the location, the view of the Sacré-Cœur from the window, and how warm the room was.

This time, however, we happened to arrive right in the middle of a record-breaking heatwave in Paris, and that's when we realized there is no air conditioning in the room. It was agonizing; the building just wouldn't cool down, and it felt like being trapped inside an oven. Next time I plan a summer trip to Paris, I will definitely make sure to check for air conditioning.

Beliggenhed var perfekt til det vi skulle. Personalet var super søde… også katten der for det meste lå og sov i den blå stol. Vi havde en rollator med som stod nede i receptionen, på et tidspunkt, hvor vi skulle afsted på tur, havde den unge mand i receptionen set min svigermor på vej ned…så han stod klar med rollatoren.

Helles und großes sowie sauberes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Toll dass man die Möglichkeit hatte bei den heißen Temperaturen etwas im Hotelkühlschrank zu deponieren. Ebenso die Möglichkeit nach dem Auschecken noch das Gepäck bis zur Abreise unterzustellen.

Ein Ventilator im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.
