Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Aircon was great, shower was lovely, room was very clean and done every day. Location superb and room secure. Nice touches like umbrellas appearing to use when it rained. The host was very nice, just about more clarity on listing needed.
Getting in was not well communicated , once in it was ok some things Not as advertised: Not really a concierge service, noone around to book an airport taxi.

Very difficult to find. Not a standard concierge -- had to ask a security guard that works for multiple locations, who then had to call our host to let us into the room. Was confusing and stressful. They also only showed images of their high-end rooms, and it was unclear how sparse the economy rooms would be by comparison.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday, the owner of the hotel was super kind and welcoming. The Location of the hotel was actually amazing about 20min away from the trevi fountain and the colosseum and about 5 min away from the metro. The stay was super enjoyable.
this might have just been our room but the WiFi/ phone service was a tad bit dodgy but its not the end of the world

En general ens ha agradat tot.

Very small room, no day light, i had to keep the lights on even when outside was sunny. Worst, not even a chair or a small desk, not ideal when someone needs to work. I would recommend this hotel only for tourists who only need a bed and know they will spend most of the day and evening outside.

No hay recepción, y por lo tanto es muy estricto el horario de check-in, eso no sabía. No está bien informado en el sitio de Booking. Yo llegué tarde, por retrasos en la salida del aeropuerto y luego tuve que esperar 40'hasta que vinieran a abrirme, y lo que fue peor, el host se enojó conmigo y no me trató muy bien que digamos...

没有，下次来罗马还住Artemis！

Reviewed May 26, 2026La résidence est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare Termini (lieu d'arrivée du train rapide de l'aéroport). Il y a aussi une station de métro et le départ des bus touristiques à côté. On peut se rendre au centre à pied. Le quartier est vivant (restaurants italien et petit commerce). La résidence est calme (fenêtres sur cours intérieure). Les chambres sont différentes en taille (questionnez le responsable). Nous avons pu passer dans une grande chambre lorsqu'elle s'est libérée.
Pour trouver la résidence, il faut sonner sur un interphone puis attendre dans la rue. Un peu stressant. Prévenez de l'heure d'arrivée car après il n'y aura plus personnes. Vous aurez ensuite une clé et le code.

As a seasoned hospitality professional, my motto is that I cannot fix/address issues if it's not communicated to me. Said that, in the 2.5 days that I stayed at the location there was never a manager or employee present to speak with. 1) I take full responsibility (caveat emptor) for not looking closely at what the location offered. I picked this location because I had family and friends that were also staying there. 2) On some sites (but I recently noticed a change) this location is/was listed as Artemis B&B...well that was half right B for bed was correct, but the B for breakfast was not, unless you are ok with a breakfast that consisted of instant coffee & tea with a bowl of potato chips as breakfast in the "lobby" 3) The room had no TV, no coffee maker, no small fridge. Again my bad for not looking more closely at the site before I booked. The website pictures are deceiving, so be advised. The cleanliness of the room was concerning, but again..No employee was present to express my concerns. In my opinion the nightly room rate for the services is NOT WORTH it.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Perfektní ubytování v centru Říma. Vše důležité je v docházkové vzdálenosti. Ubytování bylo příjemné a tiché. Jedná se o velký palác, je potřeba projít hlavním vchodem dovnitř a doptat se, kde se přesně ubytování nachází. Nás si přišel vyzvednout velmi milý pán přímo do vstupní haly. Ocenili jsme možnost uvařit si kávu nebo čaj a balené croissanty.

Просто малюсенький номер . Если вы имеете крупные размеры - будут проблемы с душем . Вы просто туда не поместитесь . Положили два чемодана на пол и пройти в ванную можно переступая их. Ну про ремонт - вкус у всех разный , по мне - это перебор с золотым цветом

The neighborhood is very conveniently situated with anything you might need: shops, restaurants, metro, etc. Even a museum or two. Roberto, the host was very helpful and kind, as were the other staff. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location is very hard to find, you need to buzz in to the building and then go up a different tower (tower B) than where the hotel name is listed on the keypad (tower C). We could not find it the first time, so had to leave, contact the owner and come back
