Breakfast , but still it is not a big deal.

La stanza è ampissima, quasi un piccolo appartamento, e il mini onsen privato è una coccola fantastica. Abbiamo amato la colazione e tutte le amenities offerte dall'hotel, come i gelati la sera, gli yogurt la mattina, il ramen corner a tarda notte. Il personale è tutto gentilissimo.

La cena è certamente di buona qualità, avevamo solo aspettative un po' più alte visto il prezzo e lo standard altissimo delle cene in hotel che abbiamo provato nel nostro viaggio in Hokkaido.

This is more of a hotel favoured by group tours, than a ryokan. The service is perfunctory, rather than that experienced at a true ryokan. This hotel has been around for a while and you can tell this by the conditions of the rooms. my wall paper was peeling and probably due to the location by the river, my room smelt quite musty and just generally felt old. My real complaint is with the food, I had selected the dinner & breakfast option. At arrival I had been given the 8 pm dinner seating (I was still jet lagged, so that was too late for me & I told reception I would not be having dinner. They were just interested in pointing out there would be no refund - which I hadn't requested - rather than finding an earlier slot.) After attending breakfast the next morning, I was glad I had missed out on dinner. The worst food, I have ever been served in my 20 years of visiting Japan. Poor school cafeteria quality. I find it quite unbelievable, that a hotel in the Dormy Inn group, would serve up such food & at this price point. I had breakfast at the Dormy Inn Kushiro, which was a 1000 times better at a fraction of the price. Should I return to Eastern Hokkaido in the future, I would stay at the Dormy Inn in Kushiro and do day trips from there with my car.

היה בעייתי לקבוע ארוחת ערב אצלם, שלחתי מייל למלון דרך המייל שמופיע כאן בבוקינג (!!!) וזה לא הגיע אליהם, הם לא ראו אותו ולא היה מקום יותר בארוחת הערב אז היינו צריכים למצוא משהו בעצמנו בעיירה אקאן שהיא די ריקה...

L'hotel è molto curato e la struttura il legno è molto bella, così come la posizione nel bosco e vicino al fiume. In camera l'acqua è fornita gratuitamente e anche piccoli dolcini. La sera è disponinile il ramen e i gelati sempre inclusi nel costo della camera che, tuttavia, è davvero elevato.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliore, in termini di qualitá dei prodotti, sia quella asiatica che quella occidentale. In quest'ultima sia il pane che i cornetti non erano all'altezza di un quattro stelle. La vista dalla stanza era parzialmente nascosta dal tetto del ristorante al piano di sotto. E questo non era segnalato. Naturalmente la valutazione tiene conto del prezzo pagato.

何と言っても立地が最高です。 客室や大浴場から見る阿寒川は いつ行っても癒されるます。 ただ２日目の朝食会場で、 コールボタンを押してもしばらく 何も連絡が無く、受付で待たされて しまったのはいただけません。 改善を望みます。 ２日目の夕食時に、ドリンクをオーダー してから到着するまでの時間が ちょっとかかりすぎだと思います。

這是一間很棒的溫泉酒店，雖然不在阿寒湖畔，但離阿寒湖大約車程5-10分鐘的距離。最推薦個人的溫泉部屋，想像冬天，一邊泡著湯，一邊欣賞窗外的雪景，絕對是最棒的享受:但我[們是在夏天入住，靜靜地欣賞阿寒川的淙淙流水，同樣令人感到身心療癒。晚餐跟早餐，我們都享用得非常飽足，宵夜還無料提供拉麵享用，泡完湯後也能盡情得吃上幾支冰棒。比起一開始有點在意此酒店不在阿寒湖畔，入住後發現超乎預期的喜歡，離開酒店後，仍可依計畫前往阿寒湖畔散步遊湖，若是冬季能再成行，一定要再入住。

La posizione è impareggiabile, la struttura è immersa nella riserva naturale, vicino al fiume. Facilmente si vedono animali nel loro ambiente naturale. Stupendo

Le cene e le colazioni sono di bassissima qualità, al limite del commestibile. Il ryokan è molto modesto in paragone alla struttura. I tavoli della cena e della colazione sono scarsamente puliti. Nonostante questi difetti a mio avviso imperdonabili lo staff è molto cortese. Purtroppo non credo valga la spesa molto alta se non per la vista meravigliosa. La camera è bella.

-the hotel puts you in a japanese straitjacket: -The diner is a pre set 10 course japanese meal served at 5.30 or 8pm. No flexibility in timing or menu. -the breakfast is served at your table. You have to make a reservation and even then they make you wait for 15 minutes before your breakfast is served. Do not expect a western type of breakfast. -there is no hotel bar and you are not allowed to take a glass of wine from the restaurant to your room.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Private bath overlooking the river, and big comfy bed was absolute bliss. Parking is easy, and staff were lovely to deal with.

Hotel bardzo komfortowy, posiadajacy wiele udogodnień. Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Pokój z onsensem rewelacja. Śniadanie w dwóch wersjach do wyboru: zachodnie i japońskie. Obsługa przemiła.

The hotel was the most luxurious of our trip. The highlight was the view out across the river. The room was well equipped with comfy beds and plenty of space, as well as a seat to look out of the window. The breakfasts were good, and the outdoors Onsen was great.

Some information on which parts of the Japanese breakfast contained meat would have helped - for example the dish I was told was tofu also contained meat.

阿寒川の清流を眺めながら過ごせるとても素晴らしいロケーションと施設の多くが木で作られていてとても居心地が良く贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 お風呂や部屋のシャンプーや化粧水などのアメニティのグレードが高めでより旅の気分を上げてくれてドライヤーもいいものでより満足度が高かったです。 靴下やお風呂用のカゴがあったのも良かったし、コーヒーを豆から挽けて朝もいい時間を過ごせました。 食事は見た目にも味も最高でスタッフの方の対応も大満足です。

お風呂用のバスタオルとフェイスタオルはあったのですが、洗面台にも洗顔用のフェイスタオルがあるといいなと思いました。 また、立地上仕方ないと思いますが、地上波が見られないのは少し不便を感じました。

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questo splendido albergo, in un ambiente di classe, accogliente, ben organizzato. Ci hanno ascoltati in perfino nella richiesta di modificare la colazione per adattarla alle nostre abitudini in Italia. Le cene son state ottime. Grazie a tutto il gentilissimo staff. I dintorni sono magnifici per attività all’aria aperta e svago.

The location offers romantic escape within a pristine environment. The room is private with everything you need, comfortable beds, picture postcard view and your own personal onsen overlooking a beautiful river.

I wish we could have stayed for at least 3 days.

식사는 매우부족했습니다 저녁 가이세키는 기본적으로맛이없고 전골에대한 설명이 구체적이지않아 소스를 잘못선택하면 먹기힘들고 느끼해서 식후 매우 불편했음 아침 일본식식사는 맛없기힘든데 맛이없었고 야채찜은 왜이렇게했지라는 의문이듬. 서양식조식은 아이들 소꿉장난하듯 양이매우작게 제공되었고 빵은 단상과 크로아상만제공되어 선택의여지가없고 커피 쥬스등 음료도 선택의여지없이제공되어 비지니스호텔조식보다 못하였음

It’s in a beautiful location with great views. The room was clean, we enjoyed the in room bath.

숙소가 숲 속 냇가 옆에 위치하고 있어 주변 소음이 적고 매우 아름다운 주변경관을 자랑합니다. 또한, 운이 좋으면 사슴을 눈 앞에서 볼 수도 있습니다. 조식과 석식 모두 매우 맛있었고 음식을 먹고 나올 때 식당 입구에 놓인 과자 등 주전부리를 가져와서 먹을 수 있는 것도 색다른 경험이었습니다. 대욕장 입구에도 오전엔 우유와 요구르트, 오후엔 아이스크림이 배치되어 있어 원하는대로 먹을 수 있습니다. 그리고 도미인 계열이라 다른 곳과 동일하게 저녁에 제공되는 공짜 라멘도 있습니다. 묵었던 방은 방의 입구와 침대가 서로 떨어져 있고 중문도 있어 외부 복도에서의 소음을 느낄 수 없었습니다.

아무래도 자연과 가까운 곳이다 보니 곤충의 사체, 거미줄 등이 눈에 보이는 것은 어쩔 수 없었습니다.

Het eten is helaas wat minder. Je hebt een vast menu met weinig keus en de gerechten zijn niet vers. Bij ontbijt wilde ik graag meer dan een lepeltje yoghurt maar daarvoor zou ik meer moeten betalen!

מלון יחסית קטן ואינטימי. מיקום מהמם בלב הטבע. החדר המרווח והנקי השקיף לעץ דובדבן פורח ולנהר. זה גם מה שרואים מהאונסן המקסים. אוכל טעים. צוות ידידותי. החדר מואפל היטב כך שלא מתעוררים מוקדם מידי בבוקר. (קרה לנו הרבה במלונות אחרים).

פחות התלהבתי מהאונסן שבחדר. קטן ולא מלהיב, במיוחד כשהאונסן הציבורי כל כך יפה. הקפה בבוקר ניתן לשיפור.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous private onsen, a delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and lovely river views. I have tattoos so could not utilise the public onsen, but the private onsen rooms (three) as well as the in-room bath (with onsen water) were wonderful on their own. The breakfasts were out of this world, with different menus each day served with river views.

The private onsen rooms looked a little old - small amounts of mould and obvious signs of use compared to the pictures advertising when they were first installed - but it wasn't a dealbreaker and didn't prevent enjoying the facilities. Definitely need a car to thoroughly enjoy this area, although that wasn't an issue for me since I had a rental.

非常好的休验，接送有免费车，酒店整体设计布局舒适，大堂有西式的炉火，餐厅可以看见鹿，房间可以看见溪流，温泉有桑拿，感觉置身于大自然，体验感非常好，下一次我们还想再入住。

1.大部分員工能以英語交談 2.遇上暴風雪，停JR，一直與高橋生保持聯絡，高橋生非常體諒，本想親自多謝，惜晚上到達酒店後未見到面，在此再次感謝！

1.遇上某國人穿泳衣入浴池及拍照！當然是有人的啊！2.遇上部分住客大聲説話，打破該酒店的寧靜氣氛，不過，唔關酒店事啊！

La stanza vista fiume è un sogno. Cena e colazione in stile giapponese (con variante occidentale per la colazione) molto buoni. Onsen splendido lato fiume. Io ho fatto i bagni con i cerbiatti che mangiavano a 5 mt di distanza! Strattura completamente immersa nella natura! Anche se ospita tanta gente l’organizzazione è tale che non ci si sente mai nella confusione.

This is the third La Vista hotel I stayed in Hokkaido. This is so far my best experienced hotel chain in Japan. Room size is fair or even big if you upgrade it. Clean and modern. Food is always impressive no doubt I will come back.

The room is very nice and has a brilliant view. Private bath in room with onsen water. All the staff are friendly and polite, even though they cannot communicate in proper English but are helpful. Free shuttle van between hotel and bus terminal.

Dinner requires advance reservations and is served as a set menu only. Shuttle van has a time limit, and if you want to go out after 6pm, the taxi is unavailable.

Th staff was delightful. Nice room with view on the river. Beautiful onsen, and good private onsens.

Die Lage direkt am Fluss war wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet und picobello sauber. Die Onsens waren ein Traum. Es gibt neben dem allgemeinen Onsen auch private Onsens. Während man draußen im Onsen sich erholt, sieht man die wunderschöne Landschaft während der Fluss an einem vorbeifliesst. Wir hatten sogar Besuch von Rehen gehabt. Unvergesslich waren die freundlichen, herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank.

风景确实可以，但我没想到两千多一晚的酒店，吃个早餐居然要排队，前面排了十几个人，吃早饭还必须同房间的两人同时用餐，不能先后吃。这些信息完全没有在预定时提醒客人。酒店附近没有便利店，最近的也需要开车十几分钟。建议谨慎选择。

It was a wonderful stay. The location ist absolutely stunning. We were able to see wildlife through the window. The river is gorgeous. Staff was very friendly. There was a shuttle bus to and from town.

We were not allowed in the onsen because of our tattoos. The three small private onsen were only usable without washing first. So you shared the same water with many different unwashed people. We ordered "western food" for breakfast, and all we got was seafood things (like sea urchin pasta, clam chowder, white fish stew, etc.). It was my partner's birthday, and I informed the hotel beforehand about it - they didn't do anything. Communication via booking did not work, they don't reply properly.

晩御飯がプランに入ってないことがあとからわかり自分のミスなのだがショックだった、温泉街を勧められて食事に行ったが食事できるところが一軒しか見当たらず長旅の疲れもあって 予約のミスを責めた。。。 きっと夕食たべれたら素敵なメニューだったんだろうなぁ～と後悔しかないです。朝食メニューも良かったので夕食なかったことが後悔しかありません。

餐點普通~ 住宿位置不開車的話很難出去吃飯, 開車的話就都很方便,離阿寒湖熱鬧的區域大概5-7分鐘車程

The place is truly magical—set in the forest by the river. The hotel itself is a bit old, which was already visible in the photos, but it is very clean and well maintained. We stayed for only two nights, but we already fell in love with this place. The Japanese breakfast and dinner were a wonderful and interesting experience, with lots of fresh fish and many new dishes we had never tried before. The room had a beautiful view of the river and a private hot spring. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Un havre de paix en bord de rivière. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment bon comparé à d'autres régions du Japon. L'hôtel est très cozy, le personnel adorable, la chambre avec le onsen privé incroyable

J'ai tout apprécié, mais il faut savoir que sans voiture l'hôtel est sûrement compliqué à rejoindre. En revanche, le parking est parfait, même avec un peu de neige j'ai pu remonter la pente !!
