A falta de janelas no banheiro e o isolamento acústico dos quartos podem ser melhorados.

L'accueil par Boris, le propriétaire, qui a toujours été aux petits soins avec nous, souriant et toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Le petit déjeuner une merveille, les diners avec un rapport qualité/prix imbattable, la propreté des chambres, les serviettes changées tous les deux jours. Très bien sûr tous points de vue, personnel souriant

Nous n avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place. L emplacement est top, à 10 minutes des sites remarquables tels que la Mosquée bleue, Sainte Sophie, palais Topkapi... La chambre est très propre, serviettes, café, thé, bouilloire à disposition. Le lit est très confortable.

Соотношение цена- качество, место расположения отеля, душевный персонал,особенно Маджид, всегда приходит на помощь и помогает советом, рекомендует отдых, помогает заказать такси или трансфер, проконтролирует, прекрасный повар,вкусные блюда, чистота, продуманность номеров и ресторана, в номерах вода, чай- кофе, чайник, мыла- шампуни, пополняются по мере расходования, при этом ненавязчивые сотрудники, помогают с багажом - в общем, прекрасное обслуживание и замечательное расположение отеля за относительно небольшие деньги! Да, и возможна оплата на месте по прибытии в разной валюте.

Бронировала отель из России и рассчитывалась наличными на месте. Цена очень приемлемая. Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от центра города и транспорта. Место и тихое и оживленное одновременно. Рядом есть аптеки, магазины, кафе и рестораны, 2 красивых парка, где можно отдохнуть. При этом нет этого безумного шума и количества людей как на площади Султанахмет. Номера чистые, уютные. В номере есть самое необходимое-полотенца, wi-fi, фен, чайник, холодильник, по запросу предоставят утюг, зонтик и т.д. Уборка каждый день. Вода, чай бесплатно. Ресторан. Я оплачивала отель без завтрака. Но в итоге ела в этом ресторане каждый день. Как минимум завтракала. Меню очень вкусное, порции большие. Я наедалась так, что потом в течение дня не смотря на долгие пешие прогулки только перекусывала. Огромное спасибо поварам. И самое главное, за такое радушное гостеприимство отвечали работники отеля. Мурад и Барыш, спасибо вам от всего моего благодарного сердца за теплый прием. Мурад, кстати, говорит на английском, турецком, азербайджанском и на русском языках. Все расскажет и подскажет, посоветует. Пример лучшего доброжелательного и заботливого отношения к гостям отеля. Про трансфер. Я воспользовалась услугой «встречи гостя» и не пожалела. После длительного перелета, уставшая и с чемоданом, я доехала в комфортных условиях до отеля. В аэропорт тоже заказала трансфер из отеля. Ребятам большущее спасибо! Проживала в отеле в мае 2025 года.

Я бы заменила подушки на более удобные и потоньше по размеру.

There was no running water in the bathroom before 8 pm.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Totul a fost curat, iar proprietarii au fost extrem de drăguți și mereu disponibili pentru orice nevoie am avut. Recomand cu drag!

La prima sera non c era l acqua calda e ci hanno detto che era un problema di mancanza di gas in tutta l area. Il giorno successivo abbiamo chiesto due caffè per colazione e ci saremmo aspettato che ce lì offrissero visto il disagio e invece gli abbiamo lasciato anche 10 lire di mancia perché non avevano il resto. Cuscini molto alti impossibile da usare per dormire e letti non molto comodi. Ci rifacevano la stanza tutte le mattine e ci cambiavano gli asciugamani, su questo punto nulla da dire

La habitación era bastante pequeña y el baño muy pequeño y no estaba todo lo limpio que debería

Готель сподобався , номер чистий ,відповідає фотографіям , які розміщені на сайті , привітний персонал , смачна їжа , гарне місце розташування, 10-15 хвилин пішки до туристичних місць. Дорога до самого готелю вкрита пагорбами , треба підійматись нагору , але це тільки додає атмосфери місту !!!

The noise from the street was very audible as the windows didn't seem to seal properly when closed. The light from the street was very visible in the room as well. The pressure in the showers was very sporadic and inconsistent. They came in whilst we were out and didn't do any room service but just came in moved a few things to be able to turn the air conditioning off and open the window. Nothing was cleaned at all or towels changed.

Location, help desk, breakfast 🍳, AC was working perfectly and place is clean. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Whatever you need, ask them and they will help you.

We had some guests in our room, staffs were ok with their presence.

There are some different things: if you are going to use public transportation you should know that hotel is located in down part of a hill so you will walk for 10 min hiking to reach the trams. Rooms will be cleaned every two days and they only changed one of the sheets and the other one never changed. Water and coffees charged every two days. One big negative things that happened: I asked a taxi from reception, he called taxi and at the end we figured out that our journey costs 400TL and the reception told we had to pay 800TL. I mean he will charge you for a call!!!

Приехал отдыхать с семьей и остался в этом отеле на 3 дня. Соотношения цена и качество соответствующее. Отличное местоположение. Все рядом есть. Район отеля тихий, ночью можно было спать спокойно, даже с открытым окном. Персонал был улыбчивым и доброжелательным. Особенно выделился мальчик из Туркменистана по имени Меджид, был очень вежлив. Оставляйте ему побольше чая, парень работал очень исправно

Из минусов мне не понравилось, что вход в номер нужно открыть реальным ключом, а не картой и даже изнутри нужно запирать дверь ключом + ко всему же дверь туалета в номере тоже закрывается только ключом. Как по мне это все странно было, можно было бы и заменить эти вещи.

L'emplacement est très bien par rapport au différents sites à visiter. Logement famille et au calme. Bon accueil et petite attention du personnel à notre égard très appréciable. Service au top. Ma climatisation dans la chambre très appréciable.

Excellent service and a cozy atmosphere! We had a wonderful stay at Ottoman’s Pearl Hotel! A special thank you to the reception staff — our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM, but they kindly waited for us and made sure we were welcomed warmly. This level of hospitality truly made a great impression. The room was clean and comfortable, with a charming traditional design. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Istanbul!

View isn’t the best

Looking out onto a garden, not a road. Fairly good location but very steep roads to public transport. Quiet location with various restaurants close by.

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on day 3 of our stay. We were not told the restaurant would be closed on Sunday. Dangerous rugs on the landings. Safe not secured to the wall.

The location is great for a short visit. Room was well equipped, clean and the bed was comfortabel. It's walking distance from the main historical attractions. Had amazing Pide, made fresh in front of me at Efe Pita Oven.

The area is very touristic, go see the attractions and head out of there. Food is very overpriced in the area when I visited in December 2024.

Lovely place to stay. Hospitable, clean and brilliant location. Istanbul can be very hectic but this was tucked away in a lovely neighbourhood with many delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff.

The breakfast was very good and nourishing. The room was clean, not very big, but more than enough for our needs, and the staff was very nice to us. On the first night, we had a problem with the toilet; it was making an annoying sound. They tried to fix it on the spot but could not, so they offered us another room. It was really nice of them, especially because we booked an economy room, but due to the toilet problem, they gave us a standard room they had available. The difference between them is that the economy room is near the reception, which makes it noisier. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was very good and reasonably priced.

They do not have mosquito nets on the windows, but it was not a big problem for us since we went in October, and it might have been too chilly for the mosquitoes. Additionally, the hotel is at the base of a hill, so almost anywhere we went required walking up that hill.

Boris and Mejid are very friendly and helpful, the place in Istanbul is great and the accommodations are more than enough ! I strongly recommand !

Everything is fine

Wonderful breakfast, nice and traditional Turkish breakfast - with all the trimmings! . Kind helpful staff, who also helped order us a taxi, and gave us directions where to walk to attractions nearby to the Hotel. they let us keep our suitcases downstairs once we had checked out our room.

The room is well equipped with all amenities - it was very hot, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The bedding was comfortable. The neighbourhood felt vibrant, and safe through the night - there are more than enough eateries and supermarkets to have cooked and fresh food. It is a walking distance from Sultanhamet and the riverside.

There is a faint odour in the bathroom every few hours - that may have been plumbing issues. It did not create any problems, water pressure was fine as well.

It was best location and very delicious food. Very co-operative staff good communication with guests. They are good in guiding also.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Equipped bathroom, fresh towels, mini shampoo bottles. Equipped with AC, fridge, kettle,....all you need. Nearby, grocery shops, restaurants, barbershop, great location.

Awesome hotel. We spent six nights here and it was really great. The hotel is comfortable and well located. The staff was really helpful as we were travelling with a baby. I hope we will be back soon!

Was very happy with my stay. Hotel was clean, bedsheets, towels room etc was cleaned\changed every 2 days. All the staff were brilliant and was always willing to help, made you feel like you are part of their family. Would go the extra mile to help your needs. Location was ideal, it was close to a nice park, the sea and main attractions.

Excellent room, bed, location and bath. The only issue that may not be just this hotel is the smell to sewage in the bathroom.

The bathroom is new,but the TV didn't work for the 4 nights i spent. They didn't change my bed sheet.

Erfüllt nicht die 4 Sterne Ich habe keine große Erwartung gehabt aber mit dem was ich bekommen habe bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Auf trivago wird das hotel als 4 Sterne bezeichnet dabei ist es aber weit davon entfernt. Auf dem Kissen waren Fremde haare Bad verschimmelt Handtücher mit Flecken und beim frühstücken ist das Brot ausgegangen so das wir erst warten müssten bis die angestellten welche kauften.
