Super comfy beds Great pool and hot tub

No shampoo, body lotion or conditioner given. Didn’t take any with me as I saw them in the hotel pics. When I asked for them I was told no. For a 4* hotel I would have expected at least body lotion. A member of the staff was cleaning the tales of the pool inside with a scoured, a bucket with a liquid and a white product while the pool was open and with people inside. That was kind of disgusting.

Not enough chairs in evening to have a coffee after dinner so had to take it back to our room!

Breakfast and dinner were good - food was nice. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the hotel - Reception, Restaurant, Bar and Housekeeping.

Room was dated in terms of decor, furniture and carpets - which let it down a bit. Also room wasn't serviced to our satisfaction i.e. towels weren't changed and water and glasses weren't replenished. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff and they remedied immediately.

Ideal location for a visit to Sandringham. We had a room with a bath and a bed which was comfortable. The pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was enjoyable in the hotel restaurant and we ate dinner At the farmers Pub which was on site. Thankyou to the friemdly helpful staff.

Room was beautiful (27) not too far from everything and ground floor which was great, i ate in the pub The Farmers which is very good food, had the carvery one day which was very tasty but the restaurant is very good at the hotel, everything is always lean and comfy and the staff always very helpful, went swimming which is a good pool

Knights hill was spacious, clean and tidy. Our room was well equipped with basic amenities.

It is dated inside and the heating was on in early September.

Very friendly reception and breakfast staff. Room was very good and comfortable. Hotel and surroundings were very good. The actual meal in 'The Farmers' pub was good.

Unable to book a table in the Brasserie restaurant so decided to eat in 'The Farmers' pub. Here the Restaurant staff were abrupt and dismissive. Bar staff were very aloof and arrogant and gave the impression that they were doing you a favour by serving you! Quite an unpleasant experience.

Ample parking. Friendly greeting. Room locstion. Spa. Breakfast. The pub. The room big spacious beds comfy.

The room was cold, rang reception they provided us with a oil heater, perfect.

The bed was comfortable and the location is near Sandringham.

It’s certainly not a 4 star hotel, it’s in desperate need for reverb and vamp. Easy fix painting on scratches are needed, carpet warm, curtain patchy on the inside and the net in the room has holes in it. Rooms are not sound proof and the floors crick. We also booked and paid for a room in the separate building and was put in a different room without notice. Complained and was moved but not in the room we had booked as they didn’t have enough due to a wedding. Our rooms both put in where dated, mid matched furniture, reminded us of faulty towers.

The lady on reception was lovely. We were afforded a free room upgrade and even though there was a wedding we had a very quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious!

The swimming pool area is quite tired and there were some unsightly maintenance issues .

One small thing, came back to the hotel after a day out around 7pm could get a simple sandwich after having a lunch while out.

The courtyard room was clean and functional; everything worked well; no frills but we had what we needed.

The room was cold and there was no ability to warm it. The walls were completely bare - not exactly welcoming. The Farmers Arms looks tired and the carpet smells and needs replacing. Check-in was efficient but not friendly.

We were married there a year ago and went back to celebrate our anniversary. The staff are amazing and always attentive and incredibly helpful

The hotel is just starting to get tired. Please don’t let it go as it is too nice a hotel to let it go. It’s just needs some TLC and an update.

Everything, receptionists say on chairs least bothered to welcome guests! Carpets full of dirt, even tripped on them several times! No topping up of bathroom essentials Lamb rump the worst we had The jacuzzi slippery Steam room probably 25 years old

Perfect location to Sandringham Estate only 10 mins drive from the hotel

Dated rooms, carpets and all furniture needs to be replaced in the bedroom we stayed in. Very small bathroom.

The restaurant was great. The food was superb.

Everything was great but I thought the scrambled egg was disappointing, otherwise breakfast was fab.

The breakfast was excellent - buffet style - with a great choice - and all very fresh and good quality. The staff at breakfast were friendly and unhurried. The room was spacious - with a lovely shower room and all of the necessary provisions such as towels, shower gel and hot drinks facility. The bed was very comfortable - and everything very clean.

The only negative comment I would make is that the room was a little cold. It had old windows - which were a little draughty - and it certainly felt colder in my room than the rest of the hotel.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, spotless, cleaned daily, double room was huge, with a patio overlooking the grass area. Pool and jacuzzi decent and gym was plenty enough for a weekend stay.

Hotel is starting to look tired, rotten wood around 'French Doors' in the room and the bar.

The room we were upgraded to was very nice and deserves good reviews.

Vergane glorie. 'Spa' faciliteiten hoef je niet veel bij voor te stellen, erg oud en niet heel schoon. Kamer was ruim, maar ook daarbij vergane glorie, oude meubilair, matras van bed was wel goed.

No full length mirror in room & hairdryer had to plug in bedroom & lead did not reach bathroom where the mirror situated. Not a big issue as everything else was good.

I was disappointed breakfast wasnt included in 5he price and there wasnt a walk in shower. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay with a very nice patio and a nice large room. Yes i would book again but be more specific next time.Thank you.

I was initially surprised at how close the hotel was situated near the main road but it was actually relatively quiet within the hotel grounds and room.

Location great to travel around. Facilities good to have Pool gym etc. bed very comfortable with plenty of tea,coffee & free water.

I stayed in main area & the room was a bit dated, paint work, carpet & furniture felt very old & worn. Bathroom was very good that had been updated. Next time I would try & stay in the newer building with balcony or patio. Although I do not see where these are offered to book online.

there could have been more tea options in the room, or a mini fridge would be useful. the TV would benefit from netflix and it was also confusing to connect.

Unfortunately visited during the heat wave, so us and the staff were probably suffering together. Maybe more fans on the premise of the heat becomes a regular thing but everything else was great.

Clean tidy and spacious looked well maintained

The room was large and well arranged. We were very pleased to find that the bathroom had a walk in shower and the shower was powerful. We ate at The Farmers as the main restaurant was fully booked. The menu choices were extensive and inviting. Our lasagne was delicious.

Very comfortable and quiet, very nice people. Even when very busy didn’t feel hectic.

Only thing that wasn’t very convenient was the that they only had the one big soap. No shampoo or lotion. Would expect those at a 4 star hotel. Maybe was just the room we were in because our friend had them in hers? Our room was very spacious and nice, with a kitchenette. Felt a bit like a retirement home vibe and feel.

Pool. Location.

WiFi was very poor. Constantly dropping in & out. We mentioned it to the receptionist but they said it was our phones network. We have 2 phones, 2 different networks. Neither could pick up the WiFi.
