From the minute we walked through the door we felt welcome! Simon gave us a big smile and lots of recommendations. Such a great place to stay, close to everything and very cozy.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Simon, der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend und gibt gute Tipps; das Frühstück ist genial. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Our hosts were great and extremely friendly. It's in a great position, the big carpark is only a few yards away. Also, the town centre is only a five minute walk away too.

The frosted glass door for the bathroom, but I understand why, to let some light into the room. Otherwise it would be pitch black with the door closed.

Simon, the host, was very welcoming and a pleasure to be with. Breakfasts brilliantly managed, and very tasty. The bedroom was stylish, clean, very well appointed, spacious and had lovely views! A friendly place from which to discover the lovely location.

Nice room, entered via a small lobby/wardrobe area that gives you 2 doors into the main area and completely separates the bathroom and bedroom. Spacious enough for 2 and exceptionally clean. The fridge in the room was nice to have too Bathroom: superb, surprisingly large (the pics do not do it justice), so you never felt like you were cramped for space at all Nicely tiled, large shower cubicle and again as clean as it gets No parking on site...it is Tenby so most don't have parking anyway but the large beach car park is only a few metres away and is cheap enough. £10 for 24 hours during my stay Also, it is only a short walk to the main shops, bars and restaurants, and of course Tenby's amazing beaches I found it an ideal location for my 3 night stay Pricewise, I genuinely thought this was a bargain for the location and time of my stay

Although these are in the negative column, they are not really negatives, as this place is great They are merely observations that I think would make an already great place even better TV is mounted on the wall in the sitting area...would be nicer if it was on the wall at the end of the bed for a comfy watch A soft door closer would be good as the bedroom door slams shut quite firmly...it is a fire door though so maybe there are reasons it doesn't have one fitted Shower could do with being slightly more powerful; it is more than adequate but a bit more force would have been nice And that is it. 3 minor and quite personal gripes, none of which detracted from my short stay or would stop me from staying here again...if I had stayed longer, they may have been a bit more annoying, and that is the only reason I bother to mention them

Simon is a very friendly person and explained all house rules.

My wife and myself struggled with the 30 steps to get to our room,but we looked at it as a fitness exercise 💪 😅 Not suitable for anyone who is not fit. They would need the lower bedrooms.

Many steep steps to room on 3rd floor, tricky with luggage. I would request a room on lower floor another time.

Just got back from a 4 night stay, Simon was so hospitable and helpful when we needed advice on places to visit around Tenby. We had breakfast which was lovely and well worth the money. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Can't fault anything, we will be recommending to friends and family.

Room & Hotel well presented.

Toilet cistern took an eternity to re-fill. Requiring forward planning before using the toilet. Room was situated on the 4th / 5th floor, with particularly narrow stairwell. No fire escape. Owner gave his re-assurances, but nevertheless I felt vulnerable from a fire risk point of view.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but I would have liked another bucket chair in the room and maybe having curtains or blackout blinds as the daylight came into the room early as we stayed in the summer

Bedroom on 4th floor with no lift. Hadn’t been informed of this. Found it very difficult as in our 80s. Bedroom not as described. Small room with no wardrobe and only bedside tables and a very narrow open box type cupboard. Only hangers on coat hooks. Shocked at NO WINDOW in bedroom. Only natural light and air came from leaving bathroom door open into bedroom. Not informed of this on website. Room very hot and airless in night, no fan, no air conditioning so with NO WINDOW found it difficult to sleep.

The room was very nice. Space generous. Lovely bathroom. Stairs to reach room were rather steep and therefore difficult to take suitcases upto and down from room.

I would have liked our tea and coffee making facilities in the room to be refreshed every day.

Breakfast was timely and easy to use. Simon very friendly.

Unfortunately due to a mix up we had to move rooms after the first night which was disappointing.

The breakfast was optional. When chosen, the preparation was exceptional, reasonably priced and served later in the morning. That was an appealing choice. Regarding the location: practical for any interest or activity.

On the outskirts of the town, away from crowds, near the beach, near an exellent car park,the room was a good size, bright and airy, big bath room with exellent facilities,everywhere very clean, good choice of breakfast even a choice of gluten free cereals.

Fantastic stay at Farnham hotel for the bank holiday weekend. We loved the room and the location was perfect so close to the beach with parking opposite. Would definitely stay again and Simon was a great host.

After a friendly greeting from the owner, Simon, I was pleasantly surprised by the space and facilities in my attic room. The bathroom was especially impressive. With a sea view and an unfussy, relaxed vibe this B&B hotel is to be recommended. Note though, if you're extremely tall or don't like stairs, ask for a lower down room!

Perfect location 1 minute walk to the seafront and town centre. Simon was really friendly and welcoming, we were allowed to check in slightly earlier as we arrived earlier. Room was really clean and had excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and really quiet all night so had a great night's sleep. Will be returning next time we stay in tenby!

I'm a 6ft 3 man and the bed was a normal double bed which was a little on the small side for me personally

Perfect location! Short walk from car park and into the main town. Room was very clean and an ever better view! Simon was very friendly, ensuring our stay went as smoothly as possible. We didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Not much we didn’t like! Maybe if we were to stay for more than 1 night we would need a bigger room, but I’d still stay at Farnham just in another room if they were available.

Fabulous accommodation in a prime position in centre of Tenby town and close to beach front. Room was comfortable and modern with lovely walk in shower.

Its a perfect location just a short walk to all shops, beaches and next to a 24 hrs car park .The place was clean , tidy and the owner is very friendly it is the 2nd time we've stayed there.

All I can say is, I paid for breakfast for myself and my wife. To be honest it was very disappointing for value for money. We were expecting a full English breakfast, but didn't get it. I would stay in this hotel again, bot definitely won't be paying for breakfast.

Great location and lovely hotel

Unfortunately there were a lot of stairs to the room and with mobility issues it was a struggle.

Sehr gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück – ein idyllisches und sauberes B&B. Simon, der Besitzer, war äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass er sein Haus mit Herz führt – ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.

The facilities and location was excellent and the bed was so comfortable.

There was a strong damp smell in the bathroom when we first arrived. This did go after we opened a window.

Great location close to Tenby town centre & beaches. Large car park very close to hotel. Hotel Clean throughout. Very Friendly owner. Breakfast option- continental with option of additional toasted , warmed choices such as croissants, bagels, pancakes & choice of poached/scrambled eggs. Stayed in room 5 at top of house. Lots of stairs but no issue to us. Good size bedroom with fridge, safe, tea/coffee facilities . Large bathroom.

Room 5 is at top of house - we were disappointed with the shower & toilet in what is a large bathroom with modern suite. The Electric shower had extremely low pressure flow for hot water and the toilet took well over 5 minutes for the toilet cistern to refill after flushing before it could be flushed again . Discussed with owner who was aware of low pressure issues but this could not be improved.

What a fantastic hotel! Simon our host was brilliant! Nothing too much trouble and always on hand if we needed anything. The car park was 40 yards away. Great location, probably 3 mins walk to the town. We booked the deluxe room with 2 sea views. Absolutely massive bathroom! The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I would have no hesitation in coming back here again and I would highly recommend it. Thanks Simon! 😊

Shower pressure could be a bit stronger but apart from that there was nothing we didn't like.

Close to a very large long stay car park. Short walk to the town centre and beach. Quiet area with no nighttime noise. Breakfast is offered as an extra. We would stay there again.

The room was just a wee bit bijou. There was minimal hanging space and we lived out of our open case on the floor, which was fine but it did obstruct the inner door opening a bit. I don't know if the double door entry is a fire safety requirement but having the lobby area open to the room would make it a bit more useable size. We were up four lots of steepish stairs which was a wee bit tricky with our bags but, we managed. Others with mobility issues might struggle with them. We would stay again though.

Simon is an excellent host, great communication right from booking. Room was spotlessly clean, en suite and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfy bed and breakfast was lovely and great value. Parking is a minutes walk away, the hotel is in the centre of Tenby and there is loads to do in the area.We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The location was fabulous. Simon was a very nice chap who was very welcoming. The room was spotless and the shower was lovely and warm. I have stayed in quite a few places in tenby but i have now found my regular stay.
