Wir hatten ein schönes, helles, geräumiges Zimmer. Bequem, sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Ein Plus war dss leckere Früstück direkt aufs Zimmer. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Its location was really good, close to shops and restaurants

Our room was very small and up on the 2nd floor with no lift and it was difficult with large bags

Stayed in the king room, it was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were great, the room was spotless. Lots of lovely little touches to make the stay better. The breakfast is served in a basket to the door every morning at 9. It included a hot breakfast roll, croissants and yogurt. It was lovely and nice to relax in the room having breakfast in bed. Brilliant location to beach and town. I would highly recommend the Strathmore.

Very quick walk to the town centre and just across from the beach! Had a wonderful breakfast every morning at 9am delivered outside the room, the breakfast baps were brilliant (compliments to the cook) and fresh towels. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Very friendly staff when we passed by, there is also a small gift shop where they sell handmade little gifts which was a very sweet homely touch, along with the historic photos you will find on the stairwell. It was a pleasure to come back to this place after a long beach day or rainy day walks, I would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast served to the room with dietary requests catered for. Location was perfect for a break in Tenby. Size of the room was larger than expected and the check in/out system was really simple.

Great welcome by the owners the property is in a excellent location a 2min walk from a huge carpark and 2mins to the beach and about 5mins to walk into the main part of Tenby I liked that we where close enough to the action but away from the busier part so not noisy when trying to sleep. Its perfect for Ironman weekend 2min to the transition area.

Stayed here first week of august. Proper oldly worldly feel as you walk in. The rooms however are modern , large and very clean. Nice touch with breakfast baps delivered to your door at 9am, do no need to rush to get up. Room tidied every day and coffee etc replenished daily Staff helped my partner take our bags to the room while i parked the car. Parking limited on the street, if your lucky to spot a gap. Only down side to the toom, shower pressure quite low, and the toilet space in room 4 is quite tight if your of the bigger build. Could have done with taking another foot off the lounge part. Overall though, a very pleasant stay there. Tenby is such a pretty place to visit. Took a couple of boat trips to cdldy island. Plenty of puts and restaurants in the town which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. 5*

What a welcoming, friendly place to stay. Cannot fault the facilities or the location, we stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend it! The room had everything we needed across our stay, and the breakfast was a great start to the day!

The beds are so comfortable and the location is perfect (less than 10 mins from the centre and the beach without the hustle and bustle of an either) ! Big fan of the breakfast baskets as it allows for lie ins and yummy food to start the day.

Arrived way before our allocated time and a great welcome awaited from Joe. Friendly staff. Information before hand ie parking was incredibly helpful The location of the B&B is superb. Full of period features and The room was fresh and smelled so clean as we walked in. Beautifully presented in a contemporary boutique style, with comfy furnishings an excellent en-suite and comfy bed! A sea view too! So quiet also! 10/10 for cleanliness. We were treated at reception by Joe who was so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a spacious and very comfortable room. The stairs and entrance looked a bit dated but rooms are very nice and new. The location is wonderful. We were there during the heatwave and although we didn’t plan it we could bathe in South Beach every day. It is a beachfront property. We are very content with everything.

I am 67 and had was on the second floor. The property is from 1800s and has no lift. I found the stairs difficult but in fairness it was my fault for not checking for a lift or requesting a ground floor room.

The breakfast was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfy and a massive shower.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the main town. Lots of bars and restaurants. The room was light and airy. Much bigger than we expected. Lovely deco and furniture. There was a safe in the room and a little fridge. The bed was really comfortable. We had one soft pillow and a more supportive pillow each ie two each. Suits all needs. Bedding and towels were so clean and had a lovely fresh smell. The shower was really big which was great. We were so close to the town and beach but the area was very quiet at night and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious, a bacon, sausage and egg roll. Good quality ingredients. Fresh orange juice, cakes and a good quality yoghurt. We will stay here whenever we visit Tenby and I would highly recommend. Lots of tea and coffee available in the room. Parking is very close to the Strathmore literally just around the corner. It cost £20 for 48hrs.

I liked everything here but we drink decaf coffee and the coffee in the room was regular. I could have told the owner as he was there to greet us but I didn't. He may have provided us with some so I can't list this as a negative.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was an enjoyable one, the breakfast basket was amazing with plenty for breakfast everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back

A few minutes walk to the sea front there was a large car park at the rear of the hotel plenty of spaces all in all we had a lovely stay

The friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met! My partner proposed to me at this property and they were really a big part of making this such a special moment!

My wife and i recently stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March 2026. We stayed in room 2 which was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is brought to your room in a little basket containing hot breakfast baps, danishes, yoghurts and juice, which was freshly prepared and was a lovely personal touch. Surprisingly the rooms also had a small safe, small ironing board plus iron and a small drinks fridge which were all super helpful. The hosts were really welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. It is a lovely quiet place to stay Highly recommend this hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Definitely coming back again as our first visit to Tenby was brilliant.

Fantastic location and easy to find. Joe greeted us on arrival and gave us our room key and explained to us about breakfast. Our room was spotless and so big (R4). Bed was really comfortable and room came with plenty of storage. The ensuite was perfect, shower was big, plenty of room. Breakfast was great, it came in a basket delivered to our room each morning at 9am. Absolutely loved it!

The breakfast was great. You receive a breakfast basket to your door at 9am without fail and it was all very good quality and cooked perfectly. Each person receives a bacon, sausage and egg bap, a pastry , yogurt and small orange juice. I believe vegetarian options were available also. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need. We loved the picture and it's history in the room we stayed in and the hosts/ staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't hear any noises from other guests either. We would definitely recommend this to others and would definitely stay again

Uprzejmość personelu. Wielkość i wystrój pokoju. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna w dotyku pościel. Czystość. Wygodna czysta łazienka. Centralne ogrzewanie. Dobre położenie i ciszę za oknem i w pensjonacie.

Wolałabym mieć wybór i móc spać pod dwoma pojedyńczymi kołdrami, zamiast jednej dużej. Dla osób na codzień śpiących pod pojedyńczymi kołdrami, spanie pod jedną wspólną kołdrą jest bardzo trudne i wręcz męczące. W pokoju nie można było uchylić okna na noc ( był zakaz), to bylo bardzo trudne, bo w domu zawsze mamy uchylone na noc okno i świeże powietrze. Jeżeli chodzi o śniadanie, to choć było smaczne, to jesteśmy raczej przyzwyczajeni do komponowania własnej kompozycji z produktów do wyboru zamiast juz gotowej kanapki zapakowanej w torebkę. Brak parzonej kawy, jedynie kawa instant, bardzo niesmaczna byla wielkim zaskoczeniem.

Only minor issue was power of shower could have been better

Our room was really comfortable size -room 3. It has everything that you need . Bed very comfortable .Coffee and tea , nice TV ( not that I use it a lot but it was nice to have the option ). The bathroom was really nice - super comfortable shower. Breakfast - I was expecting cold sausages , egg in bread , but we got all of that freshly made and in a lovely soft bread roll - warm ! We absolutely love it .

I can not find faults , apart that we didn’t meet the staff at all - but that is not a problem .

Breakfast in bed was a right touch. Beautiful bacon sausage and egg roll with a pastry, yoghurt, and orange juice. Comfortable bed. Hot power shower. Perfect location. All in all a great stay.
