Great location, very good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, kind staff. My family spent one night in PrimeBiz Hotel and it perfectly satisfied our needs.

Very friendly staff. Large, very bright room, nice size bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. There is a special balcony for smokers.

The hotel was far away from the city centre.

Das PrimeBiz ist kein Urlaubshotel, sondern beherbergt hauptsächlich asiatische Geschäftsleute. Dafür bietet es aber einen guten, internationalen Standard für diese Klientel, im Business to Business Sektor, wo Firmen buchen. Das garantiert gute Leistungen. Und die bietet das Hotel, top freundlich, aufmerksam und höflich das Personal, gutes indonesisches Frühstück mit zig Eivariationen im Frontcooking, usw. Lage auch insoweit gut, dass man per Grab leicht wegkommt und ca 30 Meter vom Hotel auf derselben Strassenseite einfache Warungs sind, in denen man top essen kann. Toll: Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, bei der Bromo-Tour mit Start 00.30 Ihr richtete man uns abends ein Essenspaket zum Mitnehmen!

Der Front Desk spricht kein Englisch .... es musste immer umständlich jemand herbeigerufen werden, was zu erheblichen Verzögerungen führen kann. Wir fragten nach Touren zum Bromo .... okay, tun Geschäftsleute in der Regel nicht, aber dass man gar nicht weiterhelfen konnte ist erstaunlich. Haben uns dann über Getyourguide Tour gebucht. Im Zimmer kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Super Lage, um zum Airport zu gelangen. Sehr sauberes, ruhiges Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal, die bei allen Wünschen sofort gerne behilflich sind. Tolles Frühstück

Keine fußläufigen Restaurants oder Shops, was für uns aber nicht wichtig war. Abendessen: Qualität des Essens war nicht sehr gut. Aber okay

Soo comfy, i stayed for 2nights. The room is spacious. The water is clean, the temperature is perfectly hot. Everything's clean, and i love how the lobby smells. For the food, late night I ordered Bihun jawa and darmie, and it was delicious and tasty. Even tho i should call them twice, first was to the room service but no answer, so i called the operator. And 2minutes later they called my room and its was okaay. Recommended hotel to stay in Surabaya.

Nice modern hotel in a big city where there arent a lot of non- Indonesian customers. Felt more like a business trip stayover hotel . The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. The room was quite big and very clean.

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, serving delicious food with very reasonable prices. In addition, if you are tired, you can get massage service easily.

部屋もキレイだしスタッフにも問題はありませんが　　防音　との事で期待していたのですが隣の部屋の音や廊下での話し声、たまたま部屋の位置も悪く朝4時20分頃に流れるお祈りの声で起こされたりと騒音には多少問題有り 後　シャワーがホースタイプで良かったのですがお湯の温度調節が難しく時間も掛かる。 でも、悪いホテルではありません。

We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planning stage till the end of our conference. What is most commendable is that friendly staff, nice design, good food, strategis location. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again !

Primebiz Hotel Surabaya exceeded my expectations with its warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always ready to assist with a smile;) The culinary experience was delightful-- especially nasgor jancuk, that satisfied my taste buds. The convenience of being near Masjid Al Akbar Surabaya, the A. Yani highway, and Royal Plaza Mall added to the overall appeal of the hotel, worth it.

This was the first time I used the buffet restaurant and meeting room facilities at this hotel, where previously I only took my guests, martial arts examiners from Jakarta and Japan, to spend the night, from the airport which only took about 20 minutes using the toll road. For a hotel with four stars (****), it feels quite comfortable to bring the family, especially for those who have traveled long distances by private vehicle, it turns out that parking is sufficient, and after entering the hotel, the friendly modern atmosphere is very visible from the front office service, bell boy. Experience enjoying a restaurant with typical Indonesian cuisine starting from main dishes and desserts and various kinds of drinks including a variety of snacks. You will be more satisfied when you use the lobby space while waiting, with adequate electrical contact available and high speed WiFi waves without interruption. The spacious meeting room makes the event run smoothly and the seminar material becomes useful later. So I want to spend the night with my family in the future.

Hotel facilities are very decent. My room was clean and comfortable with a soft bed and full toiletries. The cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained. The common areas and our bedroom always looked clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were also very attentive and responsive to our needs. The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with all our needs during our stay. The receptionist provided clear and accurate information about the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, I went to Primebiz with friends to break my fast. the place is very clean and comfortable. Lots of places to take pictures too with friends. The staff is also friendly, don't forget to try the Nasgor Jancuk, very tasty and spicy.

Please remember this hotel only has 3 stars in the rating, though! It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has quality food. The gem in the crown of PrimeBiz Surabaya is the customer service. The team is warm and friendly and second to no one.

As I started, it is a 3 star hotel. I would like to see the bathroom given a little attention. The tiles need cleaning, and grout needs reapplying.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel

I did not like the fact that the management used words such as triple superior rooms however he was avoiding to use bed sizes such as double bed or queen beds. The room he was offering had three single beds for a family of five. This was not good enough for a family of five. As he mentioned that all of their rooms were like this. They even failed to provide an extra mattress. Provided only one keycard, if we took the key with us the children would remain without AC/lights in the room. Therefore had to ask for an extra key.

Generous spacious room with comfortable bed, which is also clean and quiet. To me the breakfast buffet is adequate where one just couldn’t ask for more.

Nice 42"+ Flat Screen. Good sized, smoking room! And bathroom. Need a bit of rejuvenation though. On some furniture. Nice long table for working on your laptop Too bad no swimming pool.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

The bathroom in my room was dated and needed an upgrade, only it was clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. No true complaints about this hotel.

As before a fantastic and affordable place to stay, the staff are wonderful. If you are travelling to Surabaya? I recommend PrimeBiz as a place that will do its best to make sure your stay is a good one

Let's be honest, it isn't a 5 star hotel in the way of facilities, ONLY! the staff were of 5 star quality, they were friendly and professional and assisted myself to the best of their ability! A BIG THANK YOU! Also the price and location was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to ALL solo and couple travellers. You will not regret it.

As mentioned it is a three star hotel, so my expectations were reasonable, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, only the bathroom was a little dated. That's it. Only it was clean and usable. No true complaints.

They have a triple room (which we were not provided despite booked for it)

They did not provide us the original booked non-smoking triple room, we had to argue to get a non smoking room. They finally provided us a non-smoking double room and added an extra bed which made the spacing very tight. This should have been an ok hotel if everything went smoothly. Location was off of the toll way with no direct access and must drive around through narrow roads..

The hotel was located next to convenience store, a few local restaurants and a decent cafe to choose. The room was large enough for the 3 of us staying. Bathroom cleanliness was decent. Price range was affordable.

We booked a room for 3 people but unfortunately the only room available is on the smoking floor. The cigarette smell is very distinctive and we have to spray the room in order to remove the smell. I think the reception staffs can absolutely improve their greeting skill and friendly smile for customers. Parking for cars were a bit tight.

Very new hotel with all clean and tidy, good to stay with family and the breakfast is excellent and also you can order lunch and dinner at optimum rate with very good quality.

The desk in the room. the smell in the whole hotel and the room is really nice. its so relaxing. The toilet in the lobby is very nice,ciean, big size. There is like a cafe or more like a restaurant in the lobby. Very nice staffs.

The shower head is very bad looking shabby and needs replacing. so the water didnt come out full The toilet clean but prefer the easy button to press to flush like most hotel I have been. The hotel didnt have non -smoking room for trple but they did what they can for us to have an extra bed without charge. But we had booked a triple room and the picture was very nice. only we didnt get what it looks on the picture .

Nice breakfast selection, and staff were superb. Special mention for Ditya on reception who displayed outstanding customer service.
